ModeratorTo help you stay on track growing your communication abilities, each week answer these 6 questions. As an ethical bribe incentive, when you post your answers for 12 weeks in a row, Gold and Platinum members earn a free Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session with Val (regularly $125).
The 6 questions you are tasked with answering each week address multiple and interconnected areas and are clarified below. Please post your answers with specifics for each question.
The goal is to guide you to become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, learned from, healed, and cleared.
You don’t have to be perfect, just do your best completing each assignment every week. Practice with animals and receive proper feedback about what you got (example: talk with Featured Animal Teacher) is the best way to know if you’re doing it correctly, if you’re making mistakes along the way, and help you discover what adjustments could help you improve.
Rather than copy and paste the same answers every week, the answers must be unique each and every week. If we feel you are not putting real effort into this or trying to hack the system, then you will be asked to try again. If you still don’t improve your efforts, then your weekly posting sequence count will start over.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN REWARDS:
1) Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion posted for the current week period.
Post your answers anytime from Thursday through Wednesday. If you miss the weekly deadline to post, you will have to start over with your weekly sequence count.
2) When you’ve successfully completed 12 consecutive weeks of posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.”
Your Congratulations email includes instructions on how to schedule your reward Laser Coaching session with Val. You can use your session for communication coaching, intuition development, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
Refer to your Welcome Module in your student member dashboard for more detailed instructions about the Accountability exercises and office policies.
6 QUESTIONS
Answer these 6 assigned task questions in the REPLY box below. Be sure to click the SUBMIT button at the bottom. If you did not do a task, you get 1 free pass during the 12 week period. After that if you’re still not making the effort to complete the required assignments, then your 12 week counter will start over.
1. Meditating is important to your progress because it makes it easier to connect and communicate with animals, releasing mind chatter, improving your ability to be fully present. There are thousands of different kinds of meditations, taking anywhere from just a few minutes to an hour or more. There are no good excuses to not making the time to meditate during the week. You have a Meditation Module in your membership with many of our favorites especially designed for our students.
Which meditations did you do?
2. Practice communicating with at least one animal each week to strengthen and grow your communication skills, and so you can get validation and confirmation. It is often easier to communicate with animals that are not your own. Visit our Animal Teachers page or our Featured Animal Teacher and share what you get so their person can give you the proper feedback to grow your skills, or correct and learn from mistakes in our safe community.
What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?
3. Celebrating connections, life, feeling love, appreciation and practicing gratitude is important. There is always something to appreciate and for which to be grateful.
What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
5. Communicating with our Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) of the month is a great opportunity to grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
6. Which Intuition Development Lessons and Exercises did you do this week? You have many to choose from (in your student dashboard under the Welcome Module). These are not games, they are exercises I designed especially for you. Do not use an intuition game app. If you didn’t do one of our exercises, reconsider what you did do and instead of answering “no” or “none this week” (which will disqualify you from earning your reward), reframe what you DID do and which senses you noticed or focused on instead.
Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?
We look forward to reading about your week. You are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts offering encouragement, loving support, and celebrating successes. After all, we are here to learn from and inspire each other too!Need help or have a question? Click Reply below, OR look under HELP in the top menu, OR email [email protected]
TIP: We recommend you type your answers elsewhere first, such as in a document in Word, Google docs, or Pages, and then copy and paste them into the Reply field below. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over rewriting your accountability post.
NOTE: All students are invited to participate, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.

Platinum Member1. Meditations?
Heart wisdom love meditation mostly. I just put myself in, and stay in, the heart-love space frequently. Doing this I find my mind is much quieter more frequently. Now, it is not as common for my mind to be so busy with thoughts. If I find a busy mind, I stop and put myself back in the heart-love space and get it calm again. I didn’t have any high stress situations this week, so all was good on the quiet mind front. 🙂2. Communicate with at least one animal?
A large rescue dog at the park (a pittie mix). My pups are becoming regulars now (LOL!) at the local park where me and two friends walk them for an hour on the weekend. It was our third visit and both Alfie and LeBeau are acting much more comfortable around large dogs. This time, we met a couple and their little girl, and they had a very large female rescue dog who was a pittie mix. Normally me and the pups begin panic mode at this point, but I instantly felt a strong, motherly loving feeling being sent to me from her, and me and the pups immediately felt at ease. She and I made eye contact and just looked at each other for a few seconds, speaking to one another energetically. It was amazing. I felt so many good things from her, love, gentleness, it was very surprising coming from such an intimidating and large dog. LeBeau, the one who was terrified most of large dogs, actually let this girl come up to him and sniff and kiss him. Oh my gosh! Massive breakthrough for him! It was so amazing. Alfie was also very comfortable around her.3. Grateful for?
I am so grateful for LeBeau’s breakthrough. He actually was very calm and let a much larger pup come up to him and love on him. Made my heart so happy. 🥰 I am so grateful at how my AC has continued to become stronger and clearer, with or without words. I am so grateful to Missy (Jul FAT) for all her wonderful advice and for sharing her wisdom with me. She helped answer a big question I had and now I know what to do. She is a wonderful being. Thank you, Natalie, for sharing her with us!! ❤️4. Questions/discoveries?
I got to experience a more in-depth communication, without words, with the rescue pup at the park. Just our energy was all it took. Words weren’t needed. She showed me who she was with feelings. For me, that is a sign of growth in my AC abilities because I tend to rely heavily on using my words, either mentally or verbally but this time I did it without even thinking the words. I was too caught up in the feelings that I forgot to think of words. That was a great experience and encourages me to do that more in my AC encounters. 🙂5. FAT communication?
I haven’t reached out to Ashton yet, but I plan to do so before the call next Saturday.6. Intuition Lessons/Exercises?
My favorite and most successful exercise is still talking to every animal I meet. That alone has greatly helped all of my clairs so I haven’t felt the need this week to do individual clair exercises. The more I communicate with every animal/insect/critter I come across, the more I notice I experience messages coming from a combination of clairs rather than just one. -

Platinum Member1. Which meditation(s) did you do? Post at least one.
Meditation on Twin hearts, the Great Invocation, Forgiveness meditation, Val’s stress busting meditation, Meditation on mindfulness, releasing thoughts.2. What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?
This has been a stressful week with concerns about Sunny, so I have not actively connected with anyone, except to him. I spoke to an ATH a week ago, and awaiting feedback.3. What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
I’m just grateful that the call is coming up this Saturday so I can seek help for Sunny.4. What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
Do animals have a delayed reaction to grief, as some humans do, and is it ok to ask them about it?5 Did you communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not?
No, as I like to do it the first time with Val’s guidance during the call.6 Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?
I have done the exercise on guessing the time earlier, but due to a lack of time and energy this week, went back to it as one of the easier practices. -

Gold Member1. Did you meditate this week
Stress busting and stilling the mind meditations
2 Name the animal with whom you communicated this week
None specifically except those that I pass.
Communicating with all cats in a specific European country. Sending heart love, guides, angels and any species available to help the animals wherever possible and to the guardians and their cats or dogs who may get caught up in the unfolding new legislation situation. Also animals that are suffering worldwide at the hands of humans
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate
Nothing, after hearing of a legislation ‘Massacre Law’, that has been passed by a European country and its immediate implementation dubbed in regards to the detriment of cats and dogs plus similar stories worldwide. I feel there is nothing to celebrate but do celebrate those people and organisations that help to give the animals a voice and protect them when possible
4. Questions you have about communicating with animals
Understand animals have soul contracts and jobs to do on the physical plane. However, what lessons do the animals learn by subjecting themselves to human cruelty that is beyond belief.
Know I have to set aside, with difficulty, these situations and emotions to enable me to support and help both animals and guardians that require assistance
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)
Not yet. Not a good week
6. Did you play Intuition Games
Throughout the day using intuition in accessing information, actions, decisions and how it will impact on me

4. Questions and/or Discoveries! What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
That even with missing animals my accuracy is EXCELLENT- I got so much of the same things as TIM LINK!!!5. Communicating with our Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) of the month is a great opportunity to grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
I have not, and I intend to this weekend on the club call.6. Which Intuition Development Lessons and Exercises did you do this week? Platinum MemberI want to add to the meditations I did…
While on my walk meditating with trees sunlight birds and other Nature, I actively meditated including me letting my at home body and Soul come to me and put my head in my chest while on my walk and cry and come into my lap like I would do with my dad when I was growing up and cried one time while in his lap. It felt so good on my walk doing this. I sense I feel like old and worn out beaten down with my confusion worrying and other things going hand in hand. When tuning into myself I am like an old overworked and misunderstood cow or horse. As I had the intuitive resonation to say something I had a deep relief breath. Maybe I was going to type that I’m tired? I think so because as I typed that just now I had another relief breath.

Platinum Member1. I’ve done the Stress Busting meditation several times, the Heart Wisdom Love Meditation, and a chakra balancing meditation I found on YouTube.
2. I was asked by two friends to communicate with their senior dogs who might be approaching the transition into spirit. Forrest is a cocker spaniel and Pooh Bear is a boxer mix. I was nervous about these communications because I didn’t want to get anything wrong in such serious situations, but I stopped, breathed until I could feel my heartbeats, and did my best. Both dogs were so sweet to me! I told their people that anything that didn’t resonate with their souls should be ignored as a misunderstanding on my part, but they both felt I did a good job. I have trouble identifying specific parts of the body where trouble resides (need more practice on that) but I’m learning to ask the right questions overall.
3. I’m grateful that a very stressful situation at work has been resolved favorably. I’m thankful for the time to talk to animals, and for their wonderful wisdom.
4. I’m curious about how to become more proficient about identifying specific parts of the body that might be hurting the animals. I’ll look for answers in the Masterclasses. Maybe it’s just being able to ask better questions?
5. I’ll meet with Ashton this weekend on the live call. I usually like to connect with the FAT before the live call, but I honestly don’t know if I’ll have time before this weekend.
6. This week, I returned to the first intuition exercise: feeling colors. I did much better this time! I think I was just trying too hard earlier.

Platinum Member1. Which meditations did you do?
The heart meditation – trying to do this daily for varied lengths – both as a passive and active meditations.
Also the heart & healing meditation.Which animal(s) did I communicate with?
What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?
I’ve tried connecting in with my own dogs this week, but don’t feel as though I’ve managed it in the same way I do with other dogs.
I don’t get any clairaudience with Daisy, but we both just understand each other without active communication. She’s a natural ‘people communicator.’ I’d love to connect more with her wisdom though.
Rolo lets us know what he wants in his own bossy way, but I’ve tried communicating with him about his stealing and don’t feel like I’ve properly made that connection.
I’ve also communicated with this week’s animal teacher.3. What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
Being able to come to my caravan in the country, where I can relax and try to tune into my intuition more.4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
Animal communication comes in so many different ways, which can change depending on the animal. It threw me a little this week, as my communication with Ashton was more like a conversation and very specific, which made me doubt myself more than usual.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
Yes6. Which Intuition Development Lessons and Exercises did you do this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?
I’ve been trying to connect in with my heart more and be open to listening to my intuition and inner guidance.
Yesterday on the way to the caravan, I heard the words ‘change is coming – be ready,’ then shortly after I saw a murder of crows flying overhead. There was also a huge moth resting in our awning when we arrived – all of which signify change.
In terms of the exercises set, I thought about when I have previously connected in with animals. I think the strongest memory was when I was very sad as a young girl and my alsation, Marley came over and just sat with me to comfort me. There was also a time when I told Marley, as we were going out, not to chew the brush handle, which he did regularly. When we returned there was no sign of the brush handle being chewed, but foam from his bed was all over the floor. When we picked it up we discovered that he had chewed the brush handle, but ripped his bed up and had stuffed the brush handle in his bed to hide the evidence. I think he had definitely understood my request that day.
Less successful animal communication has been when I have felt pressured to connect with them, so the communication has been more forced and I’ve felt more anxiety about getting it right. -

Platinum Member1.Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Not so much – I’ve been out of routine due to work etc – I’ve still been doing some every day but not very concentrated or very long.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I tried practising with a friend’s cat – and got nothing – just head buzzing. I have connected to Elsa through picking up on her needs: her collar was uncomfortable and I sensed it straight awa – as well as our normal day to day interaction. But I tried to communicate with her about not barking at a neighbour yesterday but didn’t get very far. I had started with the belief that it wasn’t going to work – and it didn’t. I had a word with myself!
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Increasing appreciation of the little things in life!
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
That often when I think I’m trying to communicate Im just talking to myself in my own head and not taking dropping into my heart seriously enough.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No – not yet!
6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’ve been guessing who’s on the phone – my husband’s phone because I don’t really use mine. Getting it right most times. -

Gold Member1. Meditations: Breathing, Visualizing a Beautiful Place (Barometers of the Soul), Awareness
2. Who Did I Talk With: Casual communications with our own pets. I’ve been thinking about how much we communicate through words, tone, body language, emotions, touch in daily life. These are easily identifiable – so how much must be going on beyond what is easy to observe?! I think we must almost always have some level of “Clair-communication” going on. I also talk to spiders, birds and such out loud and mentally – but just in a “normal” way, not in a conscious AC way. I wonder how much gets successfully communicated both ways – sent and received.
3. Gratitude: I am grateful that after a month on medication which she is now off of, Lexi (cat) seems to be doing well. We are hoping what we treated was not the suspected asthma that we’d have to treat for her whole life.
4. I think #2 includes my answer for this one. How much successful communication do we do without consciously recognizing it?
5. FAT: I have not spoken to this month’s FAT, yet.
6. Intuition Exercises: Continued the Barometers of the Soul course. Did some practice feeling the energy of different trees. I was happy that I could feel the energy fields around leaves and some actual heat, as well. In the past I’ve had trouble with this, but this time it came easily, once I quieted my mind and focused just a bit. I didn’t even have to try hard, which felt really good.

Platinum Member1. So many meditations 🙂 I did the heart wisdom connection, I’m doing guided meditations through youtube, through mind valley, and just sitting in silence trying to clear my mind.
2. I have been practicing with my own pets, but I also connected with 50 tonight through the ATH page.
3. I’m grateful for this group and for the various other resources that help improve my animal communication and overall intuition. I have been trying so hard to “learn” information mentally (by taking classes and listening to recordings), but through some of these resources, I’m finally understanding that it’s not about learning, but about being present and feeling.
4. I am re-listening to some of the vault recordings to refresh my basic skills on quieting my mind and connecting through my heart center. I’ve made a very conscious effort to calm my mind, be aware of my energy, and to feel my love frequency, and it’s starting to pay off. I had been trying to improve my intuition and general spirituality through “force” of education and sheer will, but what it really needs is to be felt and experienced. I’m slowing down to be more receptive to things around me instead of being bombarded by so many external things that are cluttering my mind.
5. Yes, he lives with me! I have practiced with him this week after making my mental discovery above and am not necessarily getting word responses but feelings from him. Contentment, gratitude, trust, respect. Our paths crossed because I was meant to heal him, and he is meant to teach/guide me on this path. I’m excited to learn more about him through others’ connections this month.
6. Yes, I’ve been doing all sorts of things to quiet my mind and improve my intuition. Focusing on feeling my heart center, meditations, guided meditations, sitting in silence and listening to natural sounds around me, visualizing future paths and trusting my intuition on which feels right, etc.

Platinum Member1.Stress busting meditation and quieting my mind.
2.A bothersome fly. Lands on me and flies into my face. Is it trying to give me a message? I offered to put it outside.
3.I am grateful my hands are not as painful as they were, yet it is still hard to type and write.
4.I discovered animals can be stubborn and that I have to learn to trust others.
5. Attempted. No connection. I must be still blocked.
6. Listening to sounds around me and smells everywhere to identify.
