Platinum Member1) I did the meditations that were in the paranormal masterclasses. Also did some chakra color meditation, which was very soothing. As always, I did the heart wisdom love meditation when connecting with animals.
2) I just had one animal client this week, which was a dog named June. Most of the questions that the parents wanted to know revolved around her relationship with her mom. It did seem like she really resonated and has a deeper bond with dad, and I was getting that mom’s energy is more assertive, and June wants to be the one in charge. I also got that mom might not be respecting June’s boundaries and really needs to let June take the lead. June also shared a past life where her mom was in a royal family and really only interacted with June for public outings, and her dad in that life was of a lower rank, but was the one taking care of her, feeding her, and playing with her. In another life, June was protecting her dad (who was a child) from this adult figure (who represented mom).
3) I am grateful that I have gotten to spend some quality time with my dad. I have been learning how to play Mahjong, and it definitely stimulates the mind.
4) I realized that the questions that the guardians have really do play a role in how the session plays out. I did let June start, but she seemed eager to answer their questions. I did ask a couple of other questions, but the theme of the session was definitely her relationship with her mom. I think this is one of the sessions that I really felt the guardians could have asked different types of questions. I felt like it was lacking something.
5) I communicated with Elsa earlier and received feedback.
6) Since learning Mahjong, I have been applying my intuition to feel what the tile is going to be. I have been getting pretty close hits.

Val’s reminder during the call about our energies affecting our pets and that they know even before us, makes me wonder if Sunny’s night time anxiety was an indication that I was going to be ill.5. Platinum MemberMeditation: Chanting and some silent. The becoming aware of your environment one focusing on using my heart not my head.
Animal Communication:I communicated with the rats. I wanted to tell them to try to stay hidden to avoid the neighbours getting together to kill them. However the conversation went a different way. The rat I spoke to wanted to share about her life and did not want to go into the cruelty details. I can do that again for when I know they are planning it.
Here’s what I learned:
Rats are patient, alert to their environment to survive, go with what happens and make the most of things. They have a lot of fun together and are very friendly.
I asked what we could learn from them: take only what you need, no more. Look after your brothers and sisters, you have a responsibility toward the whole. Humans have forgotten their relationship with the whole. It’s what makes you sad and confused about your role. She drew me into a circle holding hands/paws and showed me how good it feels to be part of the whole. We sat in the circle and gave thanks for the sunshine and what grows.
The rat showed me she was busy – she had things to do: take care of her little ones.
I tried to mention the poisonings that humans try to do. She didn’t understand why. I explained that humans are afraid of rats. They have prejudice towards them. She asked why and I said that they sometimes seem vicious. She was very proud of their ways of defending themselves and their families with their teeth. But she really didn’t want to dwell on the negative.
She showed me their warm burrows and that they all have a system of living together.
I asked if they argued -she said sometimes with other groups of rats there could be problems ift ehre was competition for food. Then they might try to kill another group or be killed.
I asked how she felt about dying: she said it’s fine to return to your creator but before dying she must look after her young. To die is not the tragedy but to leave young uncared for and undefended is.
We wrapped up after this – both doing a kind of namaste gesture.
Gratitude: The FAT call with Elsa and all the effort people are making to communicate with her. I so appreciate it.
Questions/Discoveries:Discovery or deeper awareness about trusting what you get.
Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) or Pet Connection Practice Lab: responded to people’s communications.
Intuition Development: Sacred morning starts – starting to trust what I get more. -

Platinum Member1. Which meditations did you do?
The heart meditation. Various lengths.
Crystal meditation
Kundalini yoga meditations – chanting to help me reduce the mental chatter.
Which animal(s) did I communicate with?
What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience.
-Elsa (FAT) on the call.
-Talking and connecting with geckos in a park in Madeira. I said hello and got a sense of their curious nature as a couple came over to look at us and say hello. I asked one if it had any wisdom to share and just got to ‘enjoy basking in the sun.’
-A hawk I saw tethered to a post in Madeira. I tried to connect at first, but made the mistake of starting with an assumption that he was unhappy and wanted to fly. I feel like a connection was made and it turned to look at me. I felt a wave of sadness with it, but everything else was a little unclear.
I reconnected with it later that day and apologised for my assumption. I asked if it was happy and got a mixed feeling. It was sad that it couldn’t fly a lot, but told me that it was sometimes allowed to fly. I asked what that was like and got a sensation of flying high with the force of the wind beneath me and against me, a feeling of elation as I climbed higher and higher, then dived down.
The hawk told me he didn’t have to worry about not being fed, though, as he always had food. I gor that this is what it had always known and was born in captivity.
I asked what it didn’t like and got images of people stopping and taking pictures, though this helped his human earn money.
I asked if it had anything that it wantes to talk about and it asked why people kept wild animals in captivity lile that.
I Explained that many people were ignorant of the sentience of nature and animals and for that I was sorry. I explained that not everyone was like that.
I then thanked the hawk for talking to me.
3. What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
My family , friends and animals – always.
Val, this group and the ability to learn, develop and practice this wonderful ability.
A well earned holiday to rest and recuperate after a stressful couple of months.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
I’d like to learn more about symbolic insights we might receive from our animals. I wonder if I’m missing metaphorical information by dismissing visions I see that appear unrelated.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
Yes on the Q&A call.
6. Which Intuition Development Lessons and Exercises did you do this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?
Trying to connect with the different animals I meet whilst on holiday. -

Platinum Member1. Meditation: I engaged in breathwork awareness on the daily, tuning in to my sensations and emotions beneath. This in itself is expansive and shifts reality. Then, I also incorporate on the fly, energetic means to alchemize what I am tuning into, if a shift is helpful. This is very impromptu work that is just part of my day to day, all day, everyday. Specifically, I use light, color, strong psychic awareness of the kind of energies I am working with, and grace.
2. Animal Communication: I communicated with bouncer, who is a squirrel that lives at my partners land. Actually we call any squirrel we see bouncer. So bouncer represents the spirit of the squirrels on his land, in a way. Though the personal connection to the squirrel(s) is strong. mostly watching and observing and tuning into the heart field and just listening.
3. Gratitude: I am so grateful for my relaxation in my body at the moment. I am grateful that I was able to get my ski setup squared away, which is part of my outdoor play/challenge, soon to arrive. I am grateful that my back/nerve issue seems to be not turning into severe nerve issues. I am grateful for the safety in my body to allow the energy to flow all through out my body with ease. I am grateful for the amazing intelligence beauty and love beaming from my kitties.
4. Questions/Discoveries: I am curious about whether sebastian will be able to stay at this cabin location once outdoor play season has begun for the cats. i am tuning in this week to discern. I aim to hone in on Ezla cat’s digestive health this week. questions arising about his health.
Featured Animal Teacher (FAT): I spoke with Elsa this week and recorded in forum after the amazing call.
Intuition Development: I make it a practice to honor my voice. And ensuring that I do not allow my partner to displace my intuitive intel as intelligence worth exploring and giving space/time to hear. He get’s it. The more I do this, the more accurate my knowing is in terms of whether what i am getting is intuition or something else. Specifically this week, I remember having intution that there would be flow over of frozen river, on our bike ride route we were choosing. I explored whether this was accurate or not, seeing the map of the overflow in my mind. It was accurate, though manageable. I reminded Linus my partner, that when we give space for intuition to be voiced and tested, we come to know how it feels looks in the body and we therefore sharpen the intuition. This effects everyone positively. though it can be difficult for more rigid tunnel vision minds to give space for this exploration. Logic and intuition work in tandem, and I desire balance in these. I have listened to several of the paranormal recordings.-
