Earn a Free Laser Coaching Session in 12 Weeks

To grow your communication skills, answer these 6 weekly accountability questions. Gold and Platinum members who complete 12 consecutive weeks of answers earn a free Laser Coaching Session with Val ($125 value).

      Guidelines:

      1. Post answers weekly in the designated Accountability Discussion (Thursday–Wednesday). Missing a deadline resets your 12-week count.
      2. Answers must be unique and specific each week. Copy-pasting or insufficient effort may require restarting.
      3. Upon completion, you’ll receive an email to schedule your session with Val for communication coaching, intuition development, or animal work.

For detailed instructions, see the Welcome Module in your student dashboard.

      The 6 Weekly Questions

      1. Meditation: What meditations did you do this week? Use the Meditation Module for guidance.
      2. Animal Communication: Describe your interaction with an animal (name, species, and key discoveries). Use the Featured Animal Teacher page for practice.
      3. Gratitude: Share at least one thing you’re grateful for this week.
      4. Questions/Discoveries: What questions or discoveries did you make about animal communication?
      5. Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) or Pet Connection Practice Lab: Did you communicate with this month’s FAT or another Animal Teacher in the Lab? If yes, who did you talk to? If not, why?
      6. Intuition Development: Which lessons or exercises did you do? Avoid intuition game apps—use resources from the Welcome Module.

      Helpful Tips

      • Type your answers in a separate document first to avoid losing your work.
      • Comment on others’ posts to encourage and celebrate their progress.
      • Silver members can upgrade to Gold or Platinum anytime by emailing [email protected] with “Upgrade” in the subject line.

      1) I did a walking meditation in nature on my hike. I also did a sun gazing meditation in the morning. We had so much rain last week, so when the sun came out, I decided to be present with the energy of the sun.

      2) This past week, I had 3 cat clients and 1 dog in spirit. Two of the cats were from the same household, and they were exhibiting allergy-type symptoms. I was picking up that there was a mold issue in the house. Also, one of her other cats passed away, and it was interesting to hear both of their viewpoints on how they are feeling about the loss. I also connected to a Siamese cat who is in heat, and the guardian wanted to know what her preference was in whether she should get spayed or not. She has strong opinions on interfering with the animal’s natural cycle and was trying to find a male Siamese cat for her, but has been unsuccessful and is getting pressure from her family to spay the cat. When I connected to the cat, she seemed more neutral about the topic, but did strongly indicate that she would only want to experience being in heat if she were able to mate. She also agreed to experience one more heat cycle if needed; she would prefer to get spayed if no mate is available. I also connected to a very joyful, fun-loving dog in spirit who was a delight to talk to.

      3) I am grateful that my business picked up, and I have been getting more bookings. Not just for animal communication, but for my other service as well.

      4) I found the sterilization topic very interesting, and I do wonder what other animal communicators have found when asking what animals’ opinions are on being spayed/neutered?

      5) I connected to Elsa earlier and got feedback.

      6) I haven’t done any specific intuition exercises this week, but I have noticed myself saying to people more “that’s what I thought”, so I think I am continuing to lean into my intuition unconsciously.

      1. Meditation: What meditations did you do this week? Use the Meditation Module for guidance.
      Heart wisdom, mindfulness, stress busting.

      2. Animal Communication: Describe your interaction with an animal (name, species, and key discoveries). Use the Featured Animal Teacher page for practice.
I’m still not feeling strong enough to do a formal communication from the page, so I’ve been trying to connect to the mountain (from whom I had got a message once) and hoping I get some answers. Also to the landscape.

      3. Gratitude: Share at least one thing you’re grateful for this week.
I am grateful that it’s a bit warmer, and my extreme symptoms have been resolved.

      4. Questions/Discoveries: What questions or discoveries did you make about animal communication?
Not related to AC, but a valuable reminder from the last class that houses have energy and are sentient beings in a way. I also realize how valuable it is to write the weekly accountability, as it helps to have a routine of at least the basic practices. Finally, listening to Val’s story on the AC summit was a reminder that animals need to be treated with respect. Also that even silence is communication!

      5. Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) or Pet Connection Practice Lab: Did you communicate with this month’s FAT or another Animal Teacher in the Lab? If yes, who did you talk to? If not, why?
      Yes

      6. Intuition Development: Which lessons or exercises did you do? Avoid intuition game apps—use resources from the Welcome Module.
I am not able to do sustained practice of the exercises, as I can’t really focus, so I’ve decided to do at least the basic ones of guessing the colors to stay in touch.

1.) Meditation: What meditations did you do this week? Use the Meditation Module for guidance. While with my cats. Also clearing negative energy and trying manifest good energy and manifest things happening thst I want to happen.
2.) Animal Communication: Describe your interaction with an animal (name, species, and key discoveries). Use the Featured Animal Teacher page for practice. My cats. Hunter. Crow.
3.) Gratitude: Share at least one thing you’re grateful for this week. My cats. Hunter. Other good beings in my life. Grateful things aren’t worse than they are.
4.) Questions/Discoveries: What questions or discoveries did you make about animal communication? Don’t get frustrated.
5.) Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) or Pet Connection Practice Lab: Did you communicate with this month’s FAT or another Animal Teacher in the Lab? If yes, who did you talk to? If not, why? Yes and her mom, Rosemary, replied with a lot of stuff that was right or resonated. One thing she had to ask about because of a typo on my part and she didn’t understand-naturally! lol! Typos!
6.) Intuition Development: Which lessons or exercises did you do? Avoid intuition game apps—use resources from the Welcome Module. Tuning in to my body and food.

Meditation: What meditations did you do this week? Chanting but feeling the need for more silent meditation.
Animal Communication: picked up strong feelings from a person’s cat – she jumped into her arms as were talking and I was very clear that she was showing her person off, showing me how proud she was of her. Also the same person’s dog jumped into my mind to ask for healing. I will connect properly with the dog and see what happens.
Gratitude: For my mother and all the love and support I get from her.
Questions/Discoveries: Questions: a bit confused about how to manage my time and work with wanting to formalise my ac practice more. It’s hard to jump from one world to the other, but I am determined to do so.
Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) or Pet Connection Practice Lab: Not as well as the masterclass exercises.
      Intuition Development:practising with the pendulum.

      1 Meditation:

Been extremely busy. Stress busting. Listened to soothing and restful orchestral music. Difficult to keep my mind from buzzing this week

      2 Animal Communication

Coco, a Frenchie male dog, thanked me for acknowledging and petting him
      when talking to his guardian.

Also, acknowledge the magpies, who still make their presence felt. Now dropped to seeing several pairs during the day. Must be a message from them. Will look into it

      3 Gratitude:

Grateful – that finally, after every day since before the New Year, it has not rained. Yippe. Still time to rain today before midnight. The sun peeped out from behind a cloudy sky. I collected several buckets full of rainwater

      4 Questions/Discoveries:

Nothing specific this week – mind filled with other issues.

5 Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) OR Animal Teacher Handout

No. Very busy week – little free time to do so

      6 Intuition Development:

Nothing specific, a very busy, tiring week. As normal, I frequently checked in with myself, taking immediate action and making quick, decisive decisions as needed. It worked fine. Saved time (a plus)

      1. Which meditations did you do?
      The heart meditation. Various lengths.
Kundalini yoga meditations – chanting to help me reduce the mental chatter.
      Kyle Gray morning meditation
      Mindfulness meditations.

      2. Which animal(s) did I communicate with?
What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience.
      – I tried connecting with a some pigeons and a seagull whilst on holiday.
The pigeons walked in my direction, then just wandered off when I had nothing for them.
The seagull just looked confused. It kept stopping and looking around, as if to ask who was speaking, but seemed too distracted with that than to talk.
I also tried connecting with Rolo and Beau to check in with them and let them know when we would be home. Again this seemed to be more of a one-sided conversation with me not really trusting that I had properly connected.

      3. What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
My lovely family and doggies to come back to.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
I think I’m still too reliant upon hearing messages and need to work more on receiving more subtle messages.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
      Not this week.

      6. Which Intuition Development Lessons and Exercises did you do this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?
Trying to connect with the different animals I met whilst on holiday.
Using my pendulum on the masterclass call to intuit what my blocks are..

1.Meditation: Meditation with breath and presence into my emotions and sensations and feeling the transformative power of the natural elements. I have my same beautiful image of Green Tara on my wall for almost 30 years and this week my connection is feeling deep and expansive and evolutionary. She is aiding me with immune system upgrading through the thymus gland on a quantum level. I re-listened to pendulum part 3 and continue to experience profound shifts in my body and life and relationship with cats.
      2. Animal Communication: I love connecting with wild animals and this week was mainly the ravens. I talk to them often, especially at the garbage dump where they love to be.
      3. Gratitude: I a grateful for a lucrative week of trading.I have an amazing community of traders that I am involved with and amazing coaches. Everyone wants everyone to thrive through patience, discipline, strategy, and of course intuition. I am grateful for my cats continued love they share everyday. such amazing sweet souls.
      4. Questions/Discoveries: I discovered that I was not using song and light language to communicate with my critters, like I use to. Its very powerful way to send information. Receiving is more difficult. this week I practice. or just do it and thrive in it.My cats love it. and respond with visible relaxation and curiosity. some wild animals like it. some don’t like it at all and prefer silence.
      5. Animal Teachers: I will put energy this week into communicating with a few animals on the animal teachers picture forum. I have a few cats purring to me and one dog that I promised to communicate with, so this week will be great for that.
      6. Intuition Development: This week I enjoyed psychic games with my partner. We practice receiving and sending numbers and sometimes types of fruit. In my early life I was really really accurate in receiving this type of information. Now, I practice.
