Platinum Member1. Meditations?
Handpan music meditations, awaken your intuition guided meditation, meditated with my steel tongue drum, quiet meditations sitting in silence clearing the mind. Now that it is warmer, I sit outside with the pups and sit in silence in nature. I also sang the Ho’oponopono prayer using Annette’s versions to all the animals who needed it. After doing so, I felt a sense of peace, gratitude, and appreciation in my spirit. I know the animals sent me those feelings as a thank you. ❤️2. Animal Communication?
My backyard squirrels, a couple lizards, and a couple little bugs. The warm weather is starting to bring the animals out in my yard! Woo hoo! And of course, always talking to my 2 boys. I also talked with Layla.3. Gratitude?
I am thankful it is warming back up outside because I get more opportunities to talk to my animal friends. I am grateful that I found an opportunity and some free time that I can now volunteer at a local animal shelter that is close to home. That will also give me more opportunities for AC!! Another woo hoo! 🙂4. Questions/discoveries?
My intuition showed me this week that I need to do whatever it takes and find a way to start volunteering at the animal shelter. I had hesitated in the past because I couldn’t figure out how to do that without either breaking down and crying due to such deep sadness at seeing the animals there without loving homes or getting myself in a bind trying to bring them all home with me. The empathic part of me used to be a tad overwhelming, but, my intuition showed me that I am much stronger now, in greater control of my emotions, no longer focusing on how something makes me feel but rather focusing on the animals. I have an opportunity to show them love and offer them healing space. How can I turn that down? ❤️5. FAT communication?
I did. I posted our wonderful talk on her FAT post. You can feel the love she has for her mom. It was so sweet to feel that.6. Intuition Development?
I have been tuning in again to my inner voice/intuition for guidance about my future. I feel drawn to make a change in my life and to focus on helping more animals. I am becoming weary with the stressful day to day, working a “normal” day job. I don’t feel like I am living my true purpose. I decided, because of my intuition’s guidance, to volunteer as much as I can at the shelter, possibly find work with a company that focuses on helping animals or disadvantaged people in the soon future, and find more ways to do good. I don’t want to focus on material gain anymore. I guess me and Alana were kind of having similar feelings about materialism lately (as she also spoke about on her last accountability post). It is so nice to finally be aware of and able to connect with my own intuition so that I can get the proper, personalized guidance I need. -

Platinum Member1. Stress busting RX with Val, meditation for deep rest/soothe and self regulate, meditation for positive energy, relaxation, peace. awaken your intuition, Let go of ego’s control.
2. A squirrel that raids the bird feeders and damages them. I had given it a warning and because it did not heed the warning , I an taking action. I had explained every bird and animal has daily food provided by me. Raiding the bird feeders will get it live trapped and moved to a far away location where it will have to find its own food. I am guessing it is waiting to see if I will.
3. I am grateful Layla was chosen as the Fat for March. I am grateful for all Jade’s help and I am grateful for the messages from my totem animals. Also grateful for all the messages from everyone contacting Layla.
4. Does the meadow mouse understand it has to leave in the spring?
5. There was a moment that Layla understood me and quit licking her feet.( salt on sidewalk, we had to detour on our walk). I explained the salt would burn her throat. She stopped immediately. I had wiped her paws off when we got back to the van. I think it gave her a bit of sore throat. She told me not to worry( she mentioned it to Shelly I believe)
6.I feel the warm sun on my face, the singing of the birds, the smell of fresh air.

Platinum Member1. Meditation: What meditations did you do this week? Use the Meditation Module for guidance.
White light meditation, The Great invocation, I am, Love heart wisdom meditation, anchor exercise and soft focus exercise (from the beginning meditations and exercises).2. Animal Communication: Describe your interaction with an animal (name, species, and key discoveries). Use the Featured Animal Teacher page for practice.
I have connected very briefly with an ATH pet, but will go deeper before posting.3. Gratitude: Share at least one thing you’re grateful for this week.
I am extremely grateful to Val for taking up Sunny during the call, unearthing a serious cause for his behaviour, and healing him of major trauma. There has been a marked shift within a day, and I’m sure he will keep improving while the healing is being processed.4. Questions/Discoveries: What questions or discoveries did you make about animal communication?
Proper communication can reveal totally unexpected information, as seen in Sunny’s case. I had imagined the usual causes (like food or stress) for his errant behaviour, and would never have guessed the deeper, darker reason. It also reinforces the fact that dark energies play more of a role than we think, and going by past experience, most communicators do not dig deep, or go beyond superficial causes.5. Featured Animal Teacher (FAT): Did you communicate with this month’s FAT? If not, why?
Yes, during the call, and will do so again after a few days.6. Intuition Development: Which lessons or exercises did you do? Avoid intuition game apps—use resources from the Welcome Module.
I went back to the basics of choosing colors…I do this every few weeks! I was glad to see that a particular decision worked out well when I heeded my intuition, which I often tend to ignore while not trusting myself. -

3) Gratitude: I’m extremely grateful for Val’s and Coco communication on call Saturday. I’m grateful for all experiences even the not so good ones for they are teaching me.
4) Questions/Discoveries: I discovered that I was making my heart chakra energy weak by worrying and anticipating. I discovered that animals can change their transition plan to help you.
5) Featured Animal Teacher (FAT): Yes I did on the call and posted it. Got positive feedback from Mary
6) Intuition Development: Third eye chakra (clairvoyance) during mediation. Deck of cards as well.

Platinum Member1.Which meditations did you do this week?
Kyle Gray meditation, grounding and heart- centre meditation and sending out love meditation and the meditation on the q&a call.2. Which animal(s) did I communicate with?
Layla on the Q&A call. It was interesting that most of the communicarion came through clairsentiently and claircognizently this time.
Trying to communicate with my daughters dog to reassure him that Hollie will be back and to find out why he won’t settle upstairs at night. I got that he didn’t want to settle in our pack as he has his own pack. I’m not sure if that’s right, but I respected his wishes and he slept downstairs with my son.3. What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
That I’m a part of this amazing animal talk group, which is helping me stay accountable and keep going with my AC.4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
I’ve been reading Lynn Buchannen’s book on remote viewing and found it really interesting that he was talking about different sides of your personality needing to work together to move forward. It reinforced Val’s work on the various aspects of our personality and reminded me that I need to keep revisiting and doing that work.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
Yes, on the Q&A call and in a subsequent healing session.6. Which Intuition Development Lessons and Exercises did you do this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?
Reading cards and feeling into my body as to what feels right or wrong. -

Gold Member1.) Meditation: What meditations did you do this week?
Again I have gone back to the very beginning and listening to Val’s beginner course from may years ago and doing her meditations from those classes. Breathe, relax etc, be the anchor, be the tree. Those
come so easily for me.2.)Animal Communication: Describe your interaction with an animal
I connected with Layla again on the call and posted. My neighbor got two more hunting dogs that lie in a kennel behind me (that makes 4, 2 in each kennel. At first they barked every time they saw Sabrina or me, and she them. But after the first day neither they, nor Sabrina bark anymore. Every morning Sabrina runs down to that part of the yard where she can see them and stands there for awhile looking at them, I am sure they are communicating with each other. Everyday I talk to them but am not getting anything back yet.I’m not sure what part this should go under but I worked with a friend’s dog that woke her at 1:30 a.m. screaming in pain. She didn’t know what was wrong. I didn’t know either but my main concern was to give him some relief and so offered reiki . at first he wasn’t interested in receiving, but then he did start taking it and quite strongly. After a while it dwindled off and I said I guess you are finished when suddenly it started pulling really strongly again so I continued with it until I knew he had had enough. It was reported to me that he had a wonderful night’s rest.
3. What are you grateful for this week?
This has been a difficulty week for me, I have been in extreme pain, Sabrina reacted badly to a giant rottie and pulled me so hard she almost pulled me down and did a number on my back, so I have not been able to do much and have not been able to sleep due to the pain. I’m grateful that I wasn’t hurt more, that I am beginning to feel better, and that in spite of that, I am still trying to stay diligent and stay accountable.4. Questions/discoveries?
I found our q and a class this week to be so full of new discoveries, so interesting and inspiring.
I was think she should make it, or at least the part in answer to Nita’s question, a stand alone or bonus class. It was so awe inspiring. I will definitely have to go back and listen to it again. Also I learned abt another healing/relaxing method concerning the vagus nerve and have been practicing that with Sabrina
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? Yes, as posted in question #2,
I connected with her again during the class and posted again.6.) Intuition Development: I started working with my pendulums again. It’s been awhile so I had to do some testing first, then did my work with them and got my answers.

Platinum Member1.Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes – some chanting, some guided. Not as m uch s I would like. Work is busy this week.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I practised with Layla. This is the first time I got information that was clearly about a past life. I didn’t really understand the significance of it but over the past few days I think she wanted to show her mum that spiritually and karmically she is in the right place. She also showed me links from that life to this life regarding her purpose.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate the heart that allows us all to connect.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I had a sudden realisation – seemingly out of nowhere but I guess it’s part of the whole growth process: I create my own blocks and I can remove them. At the moment it’s just theory – but I plan to work on this over the weekend.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes – see above.
6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Grounding with trees. -

Gold Member1. Which meditations did you do
Stress busting. Listened to a video recording of shamanic drum meditation
2. What is the name (or species type of the being you practiced communicating with
Few squirrels in a secluded area of a local park. Where I call them (make a clicking sound) and feed them. One squirrel was chasing another. So I told them to stop, which they did at once and looked at me. Then gave each a treat.
A tarantula, whose guardian wanted to know if he wanted anything else in his tank. Answer was no but I would like a bigger tank. The Guardian states the tank is the correct size but will consider the request. The Guardian has other spider friends at home…..
3. What are you grateful for this week
Getting more sunshine and little warmer during the daytime although weather still cold
Grateful to the squirrels listening to me. The squirrels come running to be hand fed.. Some place their gentle paws on my fingers. A couple allow me to gently stroke them.
Grateful for any encounter with an animal.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries
During a recent Q + A call. Val dealt with energy vampires, spirits lingering then neutralized the energy in regards to Sunny. Am curious as to how the ‘‘Non-benevolent’ spirits manifested themselves and what they looked like to Val, for future reference and learning. Was it figures, shapes, feelings etc.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher
No. Too much activity around to concentrate
6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week
My intuition guided me to cut around a small quiet path on my way home. I bumped into a woman I know and exchanged a brief ‘Hello. How are you?’ as we were both in a hurry. I sensed something wrong and stuck up a conversation. Instantly the secure and strong minded woman cried and started to tell her story. We spent quite a time chatting and felt her becoming calmer. We agreed to meet up in a few days, either in our own homes or cafe.
Ask and listen to my intuition whenever possible. When I have not it has not fared well.

Platinum Member1. Meditation: I’ve done the Heart Wisdom Love and Healing meditation, a Stress Busting meditation, and several longer YouTube meditations.
2. Animal Communication: I communicated with Little Gray, our main remaining barn cat. She and I talked about her food (she’s not picky) and how she’s doing. She’s the most loving cat we have and I told her how much I love her. She says she’d like another barn cat for company, so we’ll have to work on that.
3. Gratitude: I’m so grateful for some time off for spring break this week. Some very positive things are happening in my life and I’m thankful for the fact that I’ve been manifesting them.
4. Questions/Discoveries: I just listened to the series of masterclasses on healing feelings. It was so powerful! I may have to go through the whole thing again, ha! In the last one, the focus was on getting rid of limiting feelings and beliefs and it occurred to me to wonder whether some animals might have those same types of feelings and beliefs. Would the process of going through the six questions be helpful for animals, too? Or is that human-specific? I know animals don’t have minds that are as busy as ours are, but given how vast the animal kingdom is, I thought it might come up for some.
5. Featured Animal Teacher (FAT): Yes! I had a lovely conversation with Layla and posted in the forum for feedback.
6. Intuition Development: I trusted my intuition about a significant decision I needed to make. I feel good about the decision I made, now.
