Rosemary has volunteered to host her Dog, Elsa ~ In Spirit, as our next Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) during January – February 2026. You will enjoy getting to know this wonderful animal teacher.
We encourage all of you to connect with Elsa now and throughout the month.
Tune into Elsa first and see what you sense. It’s not just about getting words although that’s a lot of fun when it happens. Remember that telepathic comes from ‘tele’ meaning over a distance like telephone and television, and ‘pathic’ that comes from pathos. So literally telepathic is emotion over a distance.
How does Elsa feel to you? Happy? Sad? Excited? etc. Ask Elsa ice breaker questions as you might with any new teacher. It’s not about “getting the right answer” but about connecting with a wonderful animal.

Hi Rosemary and Elsa!
I reached out to see if Elsa would like to talk with me tonight, 1/5/26 at 8:20 pm US Central Time. It took a moment for me to connect with her but when I did, she was ready to share! I asked if she was still in spirit or if she chose to take on another body. She said she was in spirit. She said, “I am the wind, the sun rays, the morning dew! I am free! I can touch the rainbow now. I am in the mist. I am everywhere! It is fantastic. I love it here in the spirit and want to stay. Mom is sad, though. But I will send her someone to love when the time is right. She needs someone to love and care for in my place. She needs that. To love again. She has a lot to give and needs to give or she will stay needlessly sad. I am always with her and never left. One day you all will experience what I am now and it is amazing!” Just seeing her in every part of nature was so peaceful and very full of love. It was wonderful that she showed all that to me.I then asked her if she would show me something she loved from this most recent life with you that would help you believe that I was speaking with her, it would bring confirmation to you that the connection was real. She showed me that she liked playing in water. She said her favorite thing was just sitting quietly with her head on your lap while you rubbed her head. “Just sitting peacefully together was my favorite thing to do.” I asked if she had any more messages for you and she said, “Please open your heart to another animal, mom! When you are ready, let me know and I will send the right one to you. ❤️”
As our talk came to a close, she flew off like a comet into the sky, free and full of love and peace. What a beautiful soul.
I know there isn’t much to validate with this but this is what she gave me for you. Please only take what resonates. I had been struggling connecting with animals in spirit but after learning some crucial things lately, I am realizing I need to let me emotions move aside and clear the way for the connection. Elsa just gave me that gift, helped me connect to an animal in spirit without any issues. Thank you, sweet Elsa!

Thank you so much for connecting with Elsa. I am delighted to hear her joy at her sense of freedome. She had physical difficulties here in this life which curtailed her desire to run and be everywhere. The descripting of being the wind, the mist and touching the rainbow really moved me. Thank you.
I can definitely confirm that she loved to play in water – not swimming particularly but we were playing in water at the river’s edge nearly every day.
She would always sit with me, but didn’t particularly liked being stroked – sometimes she would humour me and let me. Occasionally she was up for an ear scratch bit not often. She did always like to sit nearby an arms length or so away.
I do miss her and am not ready for anyone else at the moment – as you confirm with your message: when the time is right. And you are both right – I really love taking care of animals.

I just checked in with Elsa again. She’s so patient bless her.
I told her that you have been aware of her and was thinking about doing some relaxing writing. She liked the idea of that.I asked about her purpose with you and her dad and she said it was companionship. Your walks together got you out of the house and spending time together because you work too hard. I did question whether that was an assumption from me with us both being teachers, but she confirmed that it was from her.
She wants you to make sure you continue your walks and she asked me to tell you that she still walks with you.

She has always been a patient teacher – but so impatient in life with other things :).
Thank you for asking about her purpose. You are right – walking time was a time when my husband and I actually would spend time together. I love to be outside, more than anything, and she and I would spend a lot of time outside, even when walking was difficult for her, she (and therefore me too) would just go out and sit randomly somewhere for a long time. It really helped me in terms of grounding and centring myself.
I think she did think I worked too much and was always delighted when I took time out to do my own stuff. I am still walking now and do feel and imagine her with me – it’s reassuring to know I’m not just making it up.
I have learned so much from her about almost everything in life! She introduced me to AC for a start!

I feel your pain about Elsa transitioning. I still really miss Daisy’s physical form, and still shed a tear from time to time, though she’s here with me in spirit and now acting as one of my guides.
I guess the big learning curve for both of us here is learning to trust ourselves, recognise that our furbabies haven’t really left us and adjust to our shifting relationship with them, whilst remembering what they have taught us.
I’m sure you will find the communication with Elsa this month very reassuring and healing.

I just connected with Elsa, I didn’t read any comments just to get a clear connection.. She was shy at first to a new face.. She is so sweet!.. Big teddy bear!..
I saw her bouncing on her two front legs outside playing, she really enjoyed outside!.. She showed me a big body of water and a boat that she liked.
She showed me white tennis shoes when I asked about her visiting you..
And she pulls on your blankets, she use to do that?
She went quickly and peacefully she said.. possible heart attack?
She loved hanging out with you in the kitchen! lol
I asked if she had any thing she wanted me to say to you, she stood on her hind legs and wrapped her arms and paws on your shoulders!.. She’s tall!..lol
I asked what animals are around her and she showed me a white cat, brown small dog and budgies!

She did love being outside and playing outside. We live near a river and have a wooden rowing boat that she would come on with us. Coincidentally, the boat is also called Elsa. (When we saw that, we had to have it!).
I did recently buy a new pair of white tennis shoes!
She didn’t pull on blankets – her stare was powerful enough to get our attention. 🙂 Worked every time.
She did go quickly and peacefully. She had lymphoma for a few months but the process towards death was fast and peaceful. I don’t know what it was because it was so fast we didn’t have time to get to the vet, although afterwards the vet said that it was possibly her spleen.
Yes, she did have a bed in the kitchen and would stay there while I was busy doing stuff.
I’ll take the big hug from her – thank you!
I wonder if the animals you saw around her are companions she has now in spirit. and thank you so much for the message of love. We absolutely do love each other – love is our connection.

Hi Rosemary!
As I connected with Elsa, I immediately got the sense that she was very much a Princess. That she was deeply loved, well cared for, and truly pampered. I also picked up on a strong old-soul quality about her. She felt very smart, wise, and thoughtful, almost like a deep thinker. She enjoyed taking her time processing things, liked to observe before engaging, and had a very watchful, perceptive nature. She felt like a true people-watcher, quietly taking everything in.
When I asked her about affection, she shared that she especially loved her mom’s affection — particularly the sweet talk and gentle, loving tone you used with her. She showed me how meaningful it was simply to be petted, spoken to lovingly, or even just to be near your presence. Being close to you brought her a deep sense of comfort and contentment. With strangers, however, she explained that she preferred to observe from a distance. She felt more shy and reserved around people she didn’t know, often keeping her space until she felt safe enough to engage.
Elsa brought up that she’s been trying to send you signs, but it feels like you may be having a hard time recognizing them. She drew my attention to your desk and showed me that you spend a lot of time there. She showed me a ladybug randomly appearing on or near your desk and a hummingbird hovering close to a window nearby. She also mentioned butterflies, showing them appearing near you or even landing on you. I got the sense that she’s intentionally sending animals as signs, not only to remind you of her presence, but also to gently encourage you to spend more time outside and reconnect with nature.
When I asked Elsa about things she enjoyed, she once again highlighted her love of nature. She showed me leisurely walks and a calm enjoyment of being outdoors rather than anything rushed or high-energy. When I asked about toys, she showed me a red toy in particular — something that made noise, possibly a squeaky red toy that she really liked. When I asked about balls, she shared that she would go after them, but they weren’t her favorite. As for dislikes, she immediately brought up bath time. While she didn’t mind getting dirty, she really didn’t enjoy having to get a bath afterward.
When I asked about favorite memories, she showed me what felt like a color palette — a variety of colors associated with artwork or crafts. I got the impression that this was connected to times when you were fully in your element, doing something creative or expressive that brought you joy. She emphasized how much she loved seeing you happy and aligned like that. She then shifted my attention to the changing of the seasons, specifically highlighting fall. It felt like fall was her favorite time of year, possibly because the outdoor conditions were just right — not too hot and not too cold. I also got the sense that during fall, she may have gone somewhere or experienced something special that she really enjoyed.
When I gently asked about her passing and whether there was anything she wanted to share, I got the impression that it was a longer process rather than something sudden. It felt like a gradual progression following an initial diagnosis, something that unfolded over time. During this part of the connection, I was drawn to her liver, and I also felt that her heart was weak.
When I asked about her soul contract with you, Elsa shared that she came into your life as a teacher. She wanted to help you become more present, encourage you to step outside of your comfort zone, and support you in following your passions and gifts. Of course, she also emphasized her role as emotional support, always being there for you when you needed comfort or reassurance. From the spirit side, she shared that she now acts as one of your spiritual guides — someone you can call on anytime for guidance, clarity, and direction.
For her final messages, Elsa lovingly encouraged you to take more breaks, spend more time outside, trust yourself more deeply, believe in yourself, and always follow your heart.

Thank you so much for connecting with Elsa.
She was absolutely a Princess – so much so that VAl and I call her Queen Elsa – which she very much was and is. I think she was as spoiled as she would allow me to. Her version of being spoiled would be lots of outdoors play and chasing and things like that.
She has always been very alert to people – usually in relation to me and my husband. ie first the decision about whether the were a threat, and then a decision about whether they were a friend. She wouldn’t rush up for attention from people but would accept them into her space if she liked them.
It’s lovely to hear the message about the meaningfulness of being in presence together. I would often sing to her when we were out together or just sit together. That was my favourite thing too.
Animals as signs: definitely yes to the ladybirds. But also, since her passing, I have found a lot of companionship with the birds in the garden and have definitely used the phrase and had the idea that these were my friends. You mention butterflies. This summer, when she was ill and preparing to go, several times butterflies came to sit on my shoulder when I was sitting outside. No hummingbirds, but also during this last summer, we would sit and watch the dragonflies together. I wonder if they have similar hovering and darting movements.
Yes – we both love to be outside. We have always walked together a lot – she had joing problems so our walking was leisurely, although before that, she loved to run and chase a ball, especially an orange one. The compromise when she had physical problems, was to swim after a ball in the river, which she loved. She did have a big squeaky red raspberry toy that we found one day and she loved it. We didn’t play with it everyday because she would have destroyed it, but when I got it out, she loved to chase it.
She hated being washed or groomed in any shape or form. She tolerated a bath because she would get absolutely full of mud, and we couldn’t live like that – but grooming was a nightmare.
The colour palette is interesting. When I’m not working, I like to paint. When I did this, she would come and lie with me – usually in the middle of the floor in the way! And yes, when I do that, I am very much aligned.
The seasons: she loved to play in snow and ice, not put off at all by that, but I think the actual cold wasn’t great. Fall is lovely here because there are fewer people and we could walk more – She really didn’t like being too hot.
She sent us on a holiday for a week this October – I don’t know how to explain it, but I really know that it was her sending us, and it was full of nature and very very special. It felt like she was sending us on a recovery week. The way that everything fell into place around it was quite mystical.
She had lymphoma and was diagnosed about 10 weeks before she passed, although it would have been in her system for longer.
Elsa was/is definitely a teacher for me. She turned my whole life around. She introduced me to Animal Communication and pushed for me to become more confident, less afraid, and enabled me to find my own space and to consider my own needs rather than just dismissing them. We were opposite like that and every day it felt like she was training me to stand up for myself and take my space in the world. Her emotional support was also huge and crucial to me learning these things.
I’m reassured to know she is there as a guide. I do connect with her with my heart.
And thank you for the message – I’m definitely focusing on following my heart this year!

Thank you for the detailed feedback! She is so precious, and I love how she was called a queen. It could definitely have been a dragonfly she was referring to. I have a lot of hummingbirds around our window, so I think that came through my own filter. I am happy that the red squeaky toy resonated and made sense. The color palette was pretty interesting; she was showing me a lot of different colors. Sounds like she was right there with you, on your holiday trip. I am glad that you are continuing to connect with her and have such a wonderful teacher by your side.

Rosemary, Thank you for sharing Elsa with us. When I tuned in I saw Elsa as she is in the photo. As I watched she slowly changed from the adult int the photo to a younger version, a young adult. There she was with her front paws extended on the ground and her tail in the air looking at me, as if in a downward dog position. She stood quickly and moved from side to side enticing me to play with her. She made me smile.
Then she looked down as if in heaven looking at you. I had the thought she wanted to be philosophic and share some enlightening information with me. Then she laughed and did her side by side motion again. For some unknown reason I asked her about her journey across the rainbow bridge. She told me she didn’t cross the rainbow bridge. She said she was carried in the wings of an angel up to heaven. She showed me a very clear picture of an angel holding her in her palms cradled in the angels wings. It was so very lovely to see.
Little Elsa wanted to play her side by side game again. As she did this she stopped and looked down again, as if looking at you. She whispered to you. Mom, when you quiet your mind you always have the right answers and I love you.

I do wonder if her action and laughter do encode some sort of philosophical statement – it would make sense that that would be a way she would express herself. Perhaps you could ponder on it or ask
her to clarify.
It’s so wonderful to hear that she was carried by an angel. It bring so much comfort.

I am connecting with Elsa as I write this message.
When I first started talking with Elsa, she said when she was about to change energetic form, she told you something very special, specific, and to the utmost Soulful heart level sacred level meant for only you two. She has not told me what and I naturally of course respected the sacredness and didn’t ask. She said Mom knows and she knows she knows and that’s all that matters…and the moment and the Love as well as what Mom sensed leading up to me switching forms, when I did, and afterwards for a while what she sensed, too.
She is saying that the dream you had wasn’t a dream really. It was you and her communicating in a different realm.She is giving me pieces of advice. One is hilarious. She’s saying to push and be a pain in the knickers but do it sweetly maybe humorously and it will be much easier to get exactly everything I want for my cats and me and everyone else I would be helping all to the Highest and Best Good of the ones needing help. I am thanking Elsa for her advice, especially since sometimes I struggle with getting help.
She just told me to sun more and, through a visual, to shake off then through audio,”all stress and confusion and everything else convoluting and polluting me in any way that doesn’t help me nor anyone else I Love and/or care about “. She sent an image of à ket and said it is the key and answer to Healing and being in ideal alignment with my Soul and the Universe and all Goodness of it. She said it’s what she did and does and tries to help you w, Rosemary. She is sending the message to you as well.
She is saying you and I need to play more. She’s saying for me to play with my cats more. She’s saying a cat has come into your life randomly at times recently and she said she sent you the kitty. She says, “Mummy, please talk with the kitty.” I heard “Georgette “ and “Scarlette”. Also “Garfield “. She is saying these are possible names. She said for you to befriend the kitty and the kitty will teach you, protect you, Guide you, and help you with Healing, advice, and more. She says for you to let the kitty in your heart and home and to invite the kitty inside let the kitty be a part of the family. She said allergies will subside and are past life stuff you can cut ties from anyway. They serve nothing now.
She said she is about to be entertained by something you’re about to do now. It’s Sunday afternoon in Los Angeles where I am at 1:16.
She said in a bit she’s going to snuggle with you while you sleep and protect and guard you. She says with the concerning, difficult, challenging thing for tomorrow, she will be helping you so it all is in your favor. She said, “Nighty Night, my Dear Martha. I Love you. Let’s talk again sometime.” She smiled at me and sent Gold Love energy in sparkles surrounding me. I told her to enjoy her night and thanked her for talking with me and for the gifts she gave me. I told her i look forward to talking again and that she’s a beautiful Soul and blessing for you and me and I told her thank you and that I Love her.-

Just before she transitioned I felt a very strong feeling of “snuffliness”. That feeling does keep coming back to me so I will sit with it, ask it what it means. Thank you. Her passing was very warm in a strange way. I could feel that she was on her mission and was focusing on that rather than connecting with me. But it didn’t feel out of control.
I do dream of her and so does my husband. Her barking woke him up one night.
Elsa was a master of getting what she wanted. She just never took no for an answer and persevered. She always pushed for what she wanted, even if she had to wait to get it. And everything done with a sense of fun! I think that was also part of what she came to teach me- she is an expert in it.
I don’t think I know what a ket is. I looked it up but couldn’t find anything that seems relevant. Sorry. Can you help?
Yes, I think she always wanted me to play more and work less.
I haven’t had a cat come into my life yet and I don’t have any allergies that I’m aware of.
I’m not sure what the entertainment was – I was painting and she always lay by me when I was doing that.
I’m not too sure about the difficult thing – except maybe it was work. I’m a high school teacher and I have some tricky classes. I was definitely very fierce on Monday and I’m not sure where it came from, since I’m usually quite tolerant. There were two groups of boys that needed a bit of fierceness, so I wonder if that was her. She had no trouble defending boundaries and making her point of view clear!
Definitely her way of sending stuff can be sparkly – also I recognise the variety of ways of sending information: pictures, feelings and very sometimes words.

Thank you for the feedback. It was helpful, yes. She said the incident involving your students is the difficult thing she was referring to and in regards to the entertainment, it was you painting. She says she Loved and still does when you paint. She says your energy shifts to a Heavenly Divine frequency and you’re pure Love Light energy and she enjoys soaking it up and basking in it. She says you become your true Self when painting. She says the strokes are good for you because you get to connect with yourself as well as the Healing energy of Nature through the canvas or paper and the colors of the paints.When I wrote, “ket,” that was a typo. I aPAWlogize. I meant, “key”.
Also, the cat is going to come. She is sending a visual of a timeline going right indicating future for us in the earth realm. The allergies she says aren’t actual, but rather kind of metaphorical.

The key = shaking off stress and pollution and stuff you don’t need – that’s so helpful. Very much about let past mistakes go (I do tend to dwell too much) and start again from now. It helps to hear the reassurance about painting because I do love it but I can doubt myself and get a bit lost, so this helps me persevere.
I’m going to mull over the allergies – I wonder if she’s referring to my imaginary fears that can hamper me from living whole heartedly. I shall keep wondering over your reading – thank you so much,

She said what she did to help you be happy and fulfill everything your Soul is meant to do. She also said what she did to lead you to saying what you said to lead me to the realization to not live in my apartment with so many concerns and precautions about don’t have contact with this or that and avoiding them.

Hi Rosemary,
Today’s chat with Elsa was quite brief. I asked where she liked to sleep when she was in physical form and got an image of a golden sofa shaped dog bed below a window, which I sensed was in the living room, rather than the bedroom.
I was trying to stay more open to information coming to me, rather than pushing questions, but found this quite difficult.
I asked what she has been able to do in spirit form that she couldn’t do in her physical body and gor that she has been to school and the shops with you. Whe n I asked what she thought about those places, I just got the word ‘busy.’
That’s all I really got from my chat with Elsa today.

No golden dog sofa, but I always did want to get one. My husband refused!
She had three beds: kitchen, living room, bedroom – but usually slept on the floor unless it was cold. She loved to sleep in a draught!
The word “busy” made me laugh because it reminds me of Elsa’s minimal communication style at times. She came to school with me once to pick some stuff up on exam results day and she hated it! She wanted to get out of there straight away. Definitely too many people. She isn’t used to busy!

Hi Rosemary!
I wrote an answer earlier, but for some reason it is not showing up, so I’ll do this again. Please forgive me if I have posted the same thing twice.I did not read any of the previous responses as I dont want to be influenced by what others have said.
When I first checked in with Elsa, she was warm and calm and peaceful. In her life with you, she was Playful. She shoed me cuddling with you and said she liked it. It was important to both of you. She said I was a “force to be reckoned with”. When asked bout her favorite part: YOu and she were walking together somewhere sandy. She is running back and forth between you and the water. she goes in to the water and plays on the edge. It is a beautiful day. There were many of those. She was your guardian and your friend. She received your worries and sadness.
When asked about her passing: My body just slowed down, slowed down, slowed down and then I was over here. Such a sense of calm and peacefulness.
Words of wisdom for you: Dont worry I am great. there is no need for you to be sad for me. YOu think of me and have greif, but I want you to lighten. Lighten your heart and remember the great things about ou life. Our life is a test, and an example. by remembering the good stuff you add to the joyfulness and the expansion of your world. Your joy adds to the expansion of all of us. i am so glad that I was able to bring Joy to you.
There is a man in your life. Dont worry about him. He will be fine. He will find his own Joy.
She is like a big fuzzy bear. She looks so serious in her picture. both, like she is sending comfort and she is waiting for something.
When asked how do you feel about being our teacher: I am glad to be your teacher. I’m glad to support the enlightenment and the expansion of humans. Understanding each one of you, I love each one of you and feel the connection to each one of you that make the effort to talk with us.

Thank you for your communication. I did send you feedback but looking back I can’t see it – it looks like it didn’t save, so I shall try again. Sorry that you have had to wait so long!
She wasn’t one for cuddles – she didn’t particularly like to be touched, except for a bottom rub and a quick scratch behind the ears. I think it could be symbolic of her greeting you and her eagerness to talk.
“A Force to be reckoned with” is the most perfect description of Elsa! She was brave, and feisty and determined, and had very clear views on everything from where to go for a walk every day to who she liked and did not like (human and dog). She had the most incredible inner strength to make happen what she wanted to happen – not always for herself but also for others.
The description of us playing by the water on sandy ground on a beautiful day is also perfect. She would chase a ball to the water’s edge or worry at the roots of trees or plants by the water. The last summer we were able to do this almost every day together because the weather was glorious (not guaranteed in England!). And it is when we were both at peace and at our happiest. Such wonderful memories. Thank you.
She was and is my closest friend and guide, reading my heart and teaching me so sincerely and definitely.
Her body did slow down. She had lymphoma and everything gradually ground to a stop. Her actual passing was natural and peaceful with just one tricky night the night before she passed. I have a feeling of almost cosiness about her passing.
I do still feel grief and joy all mixed up. It is a good reminder to focus on the joy, especially the wonderful memories of playing by the water’s edge. Thank you.
There is a man in my life – Elsa was as devoted to him as she was to me and vice versa. I do worry that with my ever growing journey into higher and different vibrations, he might feel left out or not understand, so I am glad of the reassurance.
She was also absolutely serious about everthing – even having fun!
Yes, I too feel she is glad to help and share her gifts.

Thank you for allowing me to connect with sweet-natured Elsa.
I do not read other members’ comments before I communicate with an animal.
I often receive images from the animals, as their way of communicating that have hidden symbolic meanings, which take time to unpick and are relevant to that person. Have included a few suggestions that jumped out at me; however, would suggest researching the meanings so that they may resonate personally with you
Elsa, sitting upright on her hind legs, stares into the distance at something she finds interesting to my right. I don’t see or feel anything except black space. Suddenly, Elsa turns and runs to me to receive head and back rubs. she’s excited but not overbearing, polite and well-mannered.
Elsa enjoyed talking to people and was overjoyed to be chosen for the FTA. Reason being. ‘I am not forgotten’. Reassured Elsa she has not been forgotten and never will. She is part of the family, Elsa replies. ‘I know’, in a matter-of-fact way
I asked Elsa if there was anything she would like to tell me today. ‘ I watch over mum. I am with her, yet not with her. We are one. I am grateful for the never-ending love she gave me’.

She is very sweet natured, deep in her heart.
I think her running to you was symbolic of her greeting to you. She didn’t really like people to touch her. She didn’t shy away but would prefer not. Polite if she likes you. Otherwise very clear that someone needed to disappear from her space!
Her tone was always very matter of fact. Few words and to the point.
I do have a feeling of oneness with her – both in body and in spirit. It is only when 3D life pushes in that I start to feel an emptiness. Then I just focus on her with my heart and we are back together again and the love flows back and forth.
RE the fireplace and the house. We do live in a Victorian house with a fireplace. It looks different from your symbolic one, but it definitely represents the centre of the home as a place for gathering, being together, sheltering from the outside. It is also what Elsa is for me – a home for my heart. Her bed was next to the fireplace too. She would go to it at the end of the day when all duties were done and we could relax and be safe. She was my protector and now I feel she is my protector through helping me energetically with decisions and choices.
I’m shall reflect and mull over the boy and girl. Physically there is a table in the kitchen where we eat and congregate. There is a fireplace there too. It feels as thought it could represent the way she keeps me in balance in life.

Thank You for your feed back, Rosemary. It so good to get confirmation on the things that I did percieve correctly – and on the ones that I didn’t interpret correctly. It is interesting to think that what she was showing me with the physical connection was her connection with me. It was very clear. Her head pushing into me and under my arm. I though it was you, but since she wasn’t like that in real life, it gives me something to think about.

Hi Rosemary; I connected with your Elsa today.. I saw her whole body this time , the color purple!!.. It was really cool!.. not sure what that means.. beautiful purple though!
She said that she can see much better now, and I saw that little brown dog again.. looks like a weiner dog, or animal close to that size and color, with 2 seniors that love each other deeply and is with Elsa and little brown dog..
I see Elsa jumping instead of running.. like big pounces.. lol.. showed me white looking flowers where Elsa would play and jump around.. like wild ones..

She showed me when I asked about letting you know she is around… she showed what looked like, glass doors, with little glass windows in it and a beige/white bedding, big bedroom.
She said today, you were pacing, stressed out on phone, like angry or something bothering you.. She said calm down and don’t be angry!..lol

My feedback didn’t save at all! No idea why. It happened when I gave feedback to Penny as well. Sorry you’ve had to wait so long – I so appreciate you connecting with Elsa.
The 2 seniors who love each other deeply: I think these are my grandparents. I have been told they work together in spirit and certainly they have come through before for me. They had a little brown dog called Towsie – a cairn type terrier, so hairy and squarer than a weiner, but definitely brown!
And it’s amazing to think of family links and them being there for my beloved Elsa.
Elsa and I definitely spent our summers in fields and meadows of wild flowers – white daisies bloom here from quite early in the year to quite late. I think the feeling of playing in meadows with wild flowers is very typical of some of our favourite moments in our life together.
The big glass doors are in my kitchen which leads onto the garden and has a beige floor. My bedroom (not big) also has a beige carpet but the doors are in the kitchen and I think the airy feel you describe is the kitchen – and that is where we hang out a lot.
I wasn’t stressed out on the phone – I was stressed out at work (high school teacher) and uncharacteristically impatient. And I kept wondering why I was so irritable and kept telling myself to calm down but couldn’t let it go. It’s always tricky as a teacher to find the best wat to get students to do difficult things – sometimes patience works and other times being a bit sharp works but it feels like Elsa is telling me it isn’t worth getting worked up about.
