yes Barb, I fully agree. This is a lesson that we can’t be taught often enough.
I have to remind myself over and over again of this. I see the result, when I come home at night and don’t yet manage to leave the stress and bad things that happened behind. That makes the animals act out much worse that usual, which makes me feel worse again ….. a vicious circle. -

I think I heard Val say something to the effect that we have to let our pets work out among themselves how to live harmoniously with each other (as long, of course, as they’re not physically harming each other).
In February 2017, I took an outdoor kitten I’d been feeding to Animal Birth Control. Turned out she had to be aborted as well as spayed and, after spending a day and a half recuperating in the spare/storage bedroom, opened the pocket door and integrated herself with the other cats in the household. What a change in her personality! Outside, she was timid and let the male cats take her food. She spent much of her time resting in trees after running from them. Inside, where she was not starving, scared, and pregnant, she became aggressive toward the cats all of whom had shown only tolerance to her.
After a few weeks, Yossi recognized Raven and Julie-Belle as parents and the two other cats as siblings. She seemed surprised this January when another cat who came in from the cold behaved aggressively towards her and the other kitties. This new cat, Shoshana, like Yossi, is mellowing as she craves attention from “parents” Raven and Julie-Belle and realizes the household cats are safe for her.

I really enjoyed this call today. This is my first one, as I just joined the group yesterday. What a perfect topic for Val to discuss today: peeing and pooping inappropriately! My best friend has been having ongoing issues with her husband, whose health has been steadily declining for at least the past 10 years. He recently passed, but before he did he managed to fill the house with very negative, dark energy on a consistent basis. I have smudged her house twice since he passed to move as much of it out as possible. Anyway, one of her kitties during this time began manifesting kidney trouble, with the kidneys beginning to shut down, resulting in him peeing and pooping everywhere but his litter box. Another stress added to my friend’s life that she didn’t need. I learned a lot from Val’s conversation about this today, which I can now share with my friend. Her kitty is not in great shape, but with medication, the situation has somewhat stabilized. Maybe with better energy in the house now, he can begin to improve. Who knows? Anything is possible. Her dog has also been having seizures for years, we believe also as a result of the energy in the house. I look for him to start improving now as well. Really great information, thank you, Val.

It was a great call, the first for me as well. I find it so fascinating that our animal companions reflect back to us what we’re needing to work through. The biggest golden nugget for me was the reminder of the relationship between our bodies and our emotions; in this case the bladder/kidneys representing willpower, fear, control. etc.

Nuggets from our Gold members Question and Answer Call for October 2016 included:
– learning about Power Animals including that cockroaches are, well, powerful power animals as they are about power and empowerment, survivors.
-even though we may have disconnected from our own feelings/emotions, the animals around us can still sense them and respond to that energy. This is why it is important to become centered, feel our feelings, and release that which doesn’t serve us.
-pay attention to which animals keep showing up around you and dig into the messages that they are bringing to you.Moderator

I love everything about our calls. Today the golden nugget for me was when Val taught how to heal our Wei Chi by “copying and pasting” it to a place needing attention! Even though I wasn’t able to yet “see” mine, I will try this and see what happens.

My Golden Nugget was “copying and pasting” too. I’ve known for many years that I’ve had poor circulation on my left side. Yesterday I went for a run and my left foot didn’t feel quite right this morning. Using the “copying and pasting” technique helped tremendously. I felt a warmth around my left foot that felt quite soothing. It was wonderful to feel a nice warm pulse on that foot. I plan to repeat it. Thank you!!

My golden nugget from yesterday was the Wei Chi patch visualization. I was looking forward to the new healing technique Val had been foreshadowing in her emails and was not disappointed. My Wei Chi appeared very thin and frayed all over except for my throat where it was completely missing. I remembered the throat chakra holds my personal truth. My neck was naked like a vulture’s or a turkey’s. Very unsettling! Surprisingly, my hands and arms glowed with a bright yellow light that extended 1 – 2 inches so I tried making a patch from that. The patch wouldn’t form and there was no healthy place in my Wei Chi to risk taking a piece so I tried using the yellow light to heal and strengthen my suit. But then the visualization ended.
This morning I tried again. Everything was as I had left it during the Q & A except for a 6″ x 8″ green gel pack over my heart (no doubt courtesy of Klaudia’s blue gel Wei Chi). I made a patch infused with stem cells from the green gel and spread it over my turkey neck with my glowing hands. It turned bright blue and spread up from my neck to my face, ears and eyes. It tingled and immediately I started sobbing. I felt I had shuttered my awareness from so many things I found unacceptable, like abuse of helpless children, animals and women. I have known for a long time that I need to accept the unacceptable. I just didn’t know how.
I threw the shutters open and asked for awareness. I felt a breeze and realized that Life knows what it is doing. It is not my place to understand or judge its dark side. I need to trust that pain calls for healing and there is always help for the helpless–even if I can’t see it. I felt that all human awareness is connected and that compassion is growing largely in reaction to the unacceptable. My job is to stop feeling rage toward the perpetrators. My anger has fed into the collective consciousness and done more harm than good. I need to think about everything I love–a much more valuable contribution.
I still feel the tingling from the blue gel on my neck and face.

WOW, Claire, just WOW!! What a POWERFUL insight, at least for me!! This so hit home with me, tears started flowing as I was reading it, especially the last part about Life knowing what it’s doing! Up till now, we haven’t thought or been aware of a “collective consciousness” and our effects on it. All anger has fed into it, and that is what has to be changed. That is so profound to me!! I had a “light bulb moment” when I read that! It fits right in with something going on in my life right now that I was getting ready to fight with everything I have available. Until I was taking a shower yesterday and the thought came “what we resist persists”. “If you resist, you will take yourself out of Universal flow, and you won’t be able to see what’s available to you.” So, I decided to focus on “this or something better”. What we focus on expands.
Thank you so much for sharing this with us, Claire. I just love this group of people, we are all growing together and sharing as we go. I am still trying to figure out how you all are able to have such vivid visualizations! I’m not there yet, and you inspire me to keep trying to figure it all out!

Wow Claire! Your experience is amazing you did a wonderful job, thanks for sharing. I am sure thinking about all the great things you love and sending that love to the universe will not only help you, but everyone else.
Patty, I agree with you when you say you are figuring out how everyone is able to have those great visualizations. I considered myself a visual person I studied art and I am an art teacher,, but somehow in the past few weeks I haven’t been able to see a thing. So I guess I am with you in this journey to find the way of achieving a detailed state of visualization.

This is the perfect place to share SAFELY. We all learn with sharings.
This is often safer here than listening to some of our inner voices who have different agendas. While the inner voices have gifts, sometimes the delivery package makes it harder and longer to receive, heal and forgive both them and us.
Your fellow students can help provide alternate perspectives, some will match and some will differ. We are here together to learn.Moderator

The 2016 date confounded me, then I remembered to scroll to the bottom. Got it 😉
This morning’s (March 10, 2018) coaching call was very interesting. I did not know an alternate surgery was available, but if it is reversible, I personally would not use it. I did like the pre-surgery discussion and found it a useful tool. BTW, the Michelson Foundation in Los Angeles is offering 75 MILLION dollars in research grants for a low-cost, permanent and non-surgical sterilant for male and female cats and dogs. I believe we will have such an option in the near future.
A good take-away for me was the “moment caught in time” technique. I used it to connect with Binky.
I liked that Megan raised the issue concerning the plight of farm animals. The Humane Society is trying to get enough votes to put a bill on the ballot in California that would essentially ban farm products that come from factory farms, in and out of state. Word is finally reaching consumers about the horrid and abominable living conditions animals must suffer through on these factory farms. Meanwhile, they must endure until change arrives.
Lastly, Val reminded us–me–how effective the ho’oponopono prayer is in dealing with our challenging political environment: forgiving and releasing–cannot do enough! -

I got up a little bit early today in order to be able to give Yin her wanding time and still make it to the live call. (See my post about Yin in the accountability forum for the week of April 8-14.) She’s doing so well today she followed me as I was leaving asking me not to leave. I told her I would be back this afternoon, and she turned around and went back to her spot. <3
I absolutely loved your training about programming our energy shield/field to pretty much whatever we need it to do for us!! The more I learn about how to work with energy, the more fabulous it feels! This coming the same week that Yin is healing/being healed from her stuck energy, you’re so right, Val, the Universe does know what it’s doing at all times! This will be so useful in so many situations, one that comes immediately to mind is in dealing with my mother. I have allowed myself in the past to become hooked into her trauma/drama, and kicked myself for it afterwards. This will be so useful to not allow myself to become hooked in the first place.
I’m going to share this with Oso’s mom (remember you talked to him about going to Mexico on the plane on one of our lazer sessions, Val?) Her last experience down there was not a good one, she and her family came in contact with a family member who is practicing some sort of witchcraft, to hear her describe what happened. She got very sick, as did her mother-in-law, as a result of something this person did, and they cut their trip short because of it. I told her I was just sure there was a way to counteract these “spells”, but I didn’t know what it was at the time. This sounds to me like the answer! Especially since she has a brand new baby now!
I’m so thankful to have found you and your wealth of knowledge that you so willingly share with us! Thank you so much!!

This call today (5-12-2018) just perfectly dovetailed off of my lazer session call I had with Val yesterday, so I’ll make this a little about both. My intention was to have her do some more healing for my dog, Cooper, but we ended up doing some healing for me instead. He tells people that he is old, and I was trying to get him to change the way he thinks about himself, thinking that a shift in his thinking could also facilitate a shift in his physical condition. That’s what we’re being taught, right, “change your mind, change your life”, “focus on what you want to experience”. Val pointed out to me that by doing this, he isn’t feeling like I am hearing him. “Meet him where he is” is what she said to me, which was very much the theme of our call today. “Ask him to explain how being old feels to him.” He is so much a part of my life, he’s my special boy, and I feel like I’m losing him. Val explained that when I get caught up in my grief from the past and project that into the future, I’m breaking any possible connection I might have with Cooper in the present. She also explained how I need to become like the “observer rock in the stream of water”. To reach that neutral place where I am just the observer without allowing myself to be triggered by anything. She is so right on that, and I am trying to get there, I’m just not sure how. She suggested we work on that on our next call. Great idea!
A lot of sadness came up for me while we were talking, and when the call was over, I felt absolutely drained! Then my inner critic started talking, asking me why do I keep trying this communication thing? What makes me think I can actually do this? And so on…, bringing up even more sadness, because this is something I feel a calling to do. So when Val said “don’t quit trying”, I felt she had read my thoughts and was talking directly to me. I’m sure she did, that’s what she does! 🙂
I just really want to cancel the contract I made before I came here agreeing to this amnesia thing!! It’s not fun!! Thanks for this call today, Val, and for yesterday as well. I must have set my intention subconsciously for all this to match up so beautifully.

I really enjoyed this call. There are so many golden nuggets for me. Where do I begin? Here are just a few:
1) Val’s story about playing golf reminded me about “The 2- Millimeter Rule” (Tony Robbins) . “The smallest changes can yield the biggest results. When your brain keeps telling you nothing is working, it can feel like you are a million miles away from where you want to be. But, the truth is you’re really only 2mm away.
2) Val’s grounding meditation. Noticing your thoughts being in the past/memories, future, or the present. Awareness of these thoughts I believe is the key to help me stay in the present moment.
3) Tina’s message to us all: “Trust your inner guidance compass”. What wisdom that is and she is an amazing teacher.
4) I have always been focusing inward to get connected but putting focus outward to the animal you are trying to communicate with is a great method to try break through barriers and avoid frustration. I will definitely be trying that with our cat Tiki who is challenging to communicate with.
Thank you so much Val, Barb, and everyone for all of your support, wisdom and guidance. This is truly a gift for all of us. -

A golden nugget from 5/12/18 is this: if your animal companion is too weak to take a physical walk, then connect with him/her and take a walk together in your imaginations. Lots to play with using that nugget, but first I have to learn to connect.

Before starting a task, set the intention for it, and it will be accomplished more efficiently, effectively, excellently. Also, during a class, Val will intuit our intentions, and they will help guide her in her choice and exposition of content.
Correct me, please, if I’ve gotten this wrong or incompletely. Or if I’m supposed to post an item like this elsewhere.04/17/2018 at 8:00 pm Pamela Ferarese
Hi Carol, I personally, say you are on mark…..Intention is Huge!
I believe Val is so ‘in tune’ (with(in) this grounded, quiet, receptive state- which she arrives at, or rather, slips effortlessly into with/through intention) to the Morphogenic Field of the group and is able to ‘pick-up’ the intentions of the group which guides her to better help us. Too, when she says to us in the beginning of class, ‘Set your intention as to what you would like to get out of this class’ becomes a two-fold process of (a) her gathering info from us as a way to not only share her wisdom but also to ‘open’ us up so we may recognize the answers we are seeking… Aaaaah Ha moments (2) us opening up to that Field and having it reflect back to us what we are intending to know or understand. Intuition, that instant knowing without conscious reasoning, comes when we are in a quiet, receptive state and connected to a Universal Field.
I may not have explained it all correctly, but, to the best of my ability and my long windedness….there are a few of my thoughts. (smile)04/19/2018 at 8:42 pm Jeane Takeda
Hi Pam,
I want to commend you too. You said this on the Live Q & A as well. I heard it and it too gave me an a-ha moment. In the past, as many others, go about their day without “intent” , they allow for the environment to direct their feelings; however, it should be the other way around. Go about your day with “intent” and you shall be able to feel what you want to feel and receive what you want to receive. It’s not an easy concept to get but with practice it can be; therefore, kudos to you too!04/20/2018 at 10:50 pm Pamela Ferarese
You are so right Jeane! Yes, it does take practice! And, also much inner work; which is key. You are correct in that we must Feel with intent!
If all of us (the whole earthly family) could move more into living and being in a constant state of ‘intention’ we wouldn’t have to be in our usually constant state of ‘desire’; whether it be a desire to have or not have, or want or don’t want. The difference, I think, between intention and desire is that one is a letting go and the latter is a grasping….big difference. if we could get to a point where we let go of ‘thinking’ & ‘trying’ so hard to make something happen and just get quiet, intend, let go….what one desires (had to use this word) will manifest.
Ok…. So “I am intending to be an incredible animal communicator, with the ability to really help animals and their people, I get great results and have a healthy clientele which affords me a happy, safe, and financially free life for me and my kitty & human loved ones”……Now, I joyfully move forward in my life with this intention guiding my steps forward into the manifested reality; and with imaginative fun step into the feeling of it. Intention helps move us into alignment….then the work we do, the steps we take, the commitments we make all flow easier and more freely and joyfully as we get closer and ultimately to fulfillment of our dream.
We are all growing so much in awareness and this Will help us be better…all around!04/23/2018 at 6:22 am Cheryl D Cuttineau
Hi Pamela,
I have been reading comments over different topics and noticed how much you are contributing. I LOVE it!! Your feedback is very insightful and educational I have to remind myself it is you and not Val commenting! And I particularly enjoyed reading the vision/intention you have for yourself.04/20/2018 at 5:02 am Cheryl D Cuttineau
Hi Pam,
Your insight about the subconscious seeing the imagination as what we want to have happen was a stroke of genius! I’m still having to wrap my head around it, but I had never thought . it that way. Thank you for sharing it with the class. And your further clarification in the post above helped immensely!04/20/2018 at 10:54 pm Pamela Ferarese

Golden nuggets from session with Val:
04/16/2018 at 5:37 am Chigusa Sansen
Hello all,
As Val mentioned in monthly call, I’ve had a razor session with Val last week and I learned a lot! I wanted to share one golden nugget that I took away from the session that could potentially be useful to some of you.Long story short, I’m working with excitement level with my dog, Mig. The excitement issue comes partly due to us mirroring our excitement/anxiety level (so it keep going up, up, and up). I’ve practiced imaging the situation in the past (I believe this was mentioned in Val’s classes somewhere) but one thing that wasn’t working for me is that even when I imagine the situation, my anxiety does go up and cannot imagine exactly the beautiful picture at all times.
Suggestion that Val shared with me is to imagine myself seeing a girl and a dog going through the situation as external observer. See how the girl is behaving, see how the dog is behaving, and identify what I intuit from what I see without having any emotion associated with the experience and think of what you would advise them to do and feel instead. Then watch a new video that is exhibiting the ideal behavior, know and honor that is you and Mig, then ask Mig to come watch the video with me and tell her that’s what you want.
Thanks,
Chigusa04/16/2018 at 10:07 am Jo Blankenship
Hi Chigusa,
I just wanted to say thank you for sharing this. Please let us know how this goes with Mig. Lots of hugs…Jo04/16/2018 at 2:03 pm Ana Zuluaga
Thank you Chigusa for sharing what you worked on, in your session with Val. This is all very helpful. Vincent has been attacked by other dogs in the past and since the last time he no longer enjoys being around other dogs. He gets nervous and would bark at them so they go away. He doesn’t like being sniff and he just blocks himself. This is something we have been working on for a while but I still get a bit anxious when other dogs come around or try to approach him. I will definitely practice whith Vincent what you shared with us.
Thanks a lot.04/16/2018 at 2:36 pm Chigusa Sansen
Hello all,
I somehow was guided to document our journey in this open forum, so I will post reports of aha moments as they come up. This will be good for me to be accountable and be a forcing function not to give up. 🙂One thing that I am sure it is not coincidence is that we started not to see another dog when we walk in the morning after she started having excitement issues (she used to be cool with another dogs until she wasn’t, and we used to see a lot of other dogs when she was calmer when she had no care in the world about other dogs which, unfortunately, is a long time ago). Yes, we now walk very early in the morning to minimize encounters, but somehow “they avoid” us. And I’ve noticed that the animals appear whenever we are actively working on things, I swear… Sure enough, this morning, we saw two dogs! To compare, to us, it is not too surprising to go more than a month without ever seeing another dog while we are walking.
First dog was on leash. I’d say the experience was not that different from normal, but I was different. I decided to walk with loving thoughts. Yes she reacted with the dog, but I kept thinking loving thoughts and not care about what Mig was thinking or the other owner might have been thinking. I just tried to take care of my energy until things passed. I hope I did decent. 🙂
Second dog was off leash and not listening to the owner. Mig was on leash. I also can tell before we encounter another dog before we even see them or hear them (I sense and just know, probably from Mig or maybe from another dog that they are coming almost always). So I was prepared. I thought of loving thoughts. Because it was a narrow trail, I walked backwards to a place where there’s a bit more space for them to pass. Sure enough,, a dog ran toward her from around the corner. But just went passed her with owner running after rather frantically. I held onto her with harness and kept thinking of loving thoughts. My heart was beating fast.
One aha moment after the above encounter is that Mig cannot tell my heart beating fast because I am anxious or because I am trying to hold her which takes energy and naturally raise my heart rate even if I am not anxious. So I tried to explained to her the difference. I explained to her that even when she is walking and running calmly, her heart beats faster. That’s natural thing. And I explained to her that’s part of what happened just now. So don’t always associate faster heart rate with anxious energy.
The other thing came to me once I got home and just acted on it. I asked her how “silly” the other dog looked coming toward you (I could tell dog had no mal intent) and also the owner. I meant “silly” in most loving way, BTW. She confirmed. I told her that when she goes excited, she and I sort of look like that. She said “no! rally?” I laughed and said yeah, isn’t that sort of silly? She didn’t respond to that but I could tell her mind is churning and thinking about it…
I don’t know if these help or make them worse, but I’m just guided to try out. I know Mig has offered herself for my AC growth just like her sister who just passed away. So I’m taking her up on that. Will see what happens. 🙂

Fabulous work Chagusa!
I am going to work on my anxiety issues around my cats, esp. KoKo and Izzy fighting. The more hot under the collar I get the worse it gets for everyone. Always comes back to…………..saying to myself…..Pam, Be Calm, Be Centered, Out Picture what you want to see in behavior……..visualize the scenario you want, not what you don’t want……..just keep at it. My gold nugget was also being the rock in the stream. I wondered whether Step 0 might be two rocks in the stream? Me and the animal?

There’s that “I’m the rock in the stream” analogy again. 🙂 That one keeps coming through loud and clear for me, and as synchronicity would have it, I feel like I’m getting there! YAY!! It’s good that we’re starting to figure out that we’re not our thoughts. We are simply the observer, and we are in control of them, not the other way around. It’s the same with the ego. We can take control of our egos and train them to serve us, not us serve them. Get them out of the way!
I also love that we talked about how simple this communication thing SHOULD be for us. I keep getting that feeling over and over. Stop overthinking and over analyzing!! I tend to shut down when I do too much of that. That tells me I’m making something too difficult. I love the KISS theory (keep it simple, stupid!)
Thank you, Val, for another inspiring call today, and to everyone in our little community for participating and loving our non-human companions.

What I take away from today’s call is that I am the one who creates the calm and quiete space that we need to connect with animals. For some reason I thought that the environment and my surroundings were the ones determining and helping me to create the perfect space for meditation and animal communication. Today I understood clearly that the power to create that space is within me. It doesn’t matter where I am or by whom I am surrounded, I am the one who can provide the calm and quiete needed for a connection and a meditation. It is about believable in myself and trusting that I have all I need inside of me. It is not about a physical space, it is about creating an inner space and enjoying that inner world. It was a big AHA moment for me.

I was on the call last night from Australia but I was quiet/silent because the time here in Australia was 11:30pm and my husband was asleep in the next room and had to get up early for work. I loved this call and what Ana Zuluaga said in previous post about her AHA moment really resonates with me too.
” All I need is within me now”.
My golden nuggets were many but here are a few: Being the rock in the stream is a very powerful way to keep me grounded when there are distractions. Stepping into the bubble allowing myself to have a protective space yet still having awareness of what is going on around me is a beautiful way to connect with an animal in my presence. I loved the 5 steps to connect too. Thank you so much Val and to all the participants on this call. I am going to listen to the recording as there were so many magic moments. -

I got to much out of this call.
1. My intention was to clearly connect with the FAT, and I did.
2. I am so relieved that Val does not think Missy has asthma. I am on the first floor but it is excavated under this apartment to allow access to plumbing for the building. Mold may be coming from there and there is nothing I can do about it other than a better filter.
3. I was reminded of the night Misti died. She was the youngest of my three cats and an asthma cat. She had been diagnosed with a respiratory infection and was on antibiotics. A week later when she was worse I took her to the vet. The vet was shocked and wanted to upt her down right then. I refused. Her temperature was so low the vet was unwilling to do anything. She offered to put her in an incubator over night to warm up so she could do blood tests in the morning and I agreed to that. Afterwards a friend and I communicated with her, with her grandmother cat and we agreed that we would not do any more poking and prodding but will alow the vet to put her down in the morning. All night I was awake and feeing very guilty for leaving her at the vets’ on her last night. I kept hearing “I’m OK Mom” over and over. The next morning when I called first thing to say don’t do anything I am coming in with the other cat so they can say goodbye, the man who answered said she has done it herself.
She was OK – in Spirit.

Where do I even begin as I had so many golden nuggets. First I just want to say that I was fully present for every moment of the call but didn’t raise my hand to speak as it is late night here in Australia and my husband is sleeping in the next room so I try to be quiet. Even if I am quiet on these calls, I will post my thoughts and golden nuggets afterwards. I also wanted to mention that
During the beginning Meditation- I felt my dog Chino (in spirit) came to me and was lying down peacefully at my feet during the whole call.
Here are a just a few of the golden nuggets. I wrote this down just after the call to capture my thoughts. What a beautiful way to see things as a cord between the body and spirit. I loved the The photo “pause and then play” way of connecting. What was discussed about healing confirmed what I have experienced regarding some healing techniques I have tried. Although I wanted to have a precious suffering animal healed and feeling better, I understand that sometimes the healing provides the animal with what hey need to peacefully leave their body and be in spirit.
Cinders was surrounded by a beautiful white aura and when I did the pause and play from the photo she “bounced” out of the photo with energy and moved towards me. She was filled with a gentle and playful energy and said she was loving all the attention from everyone. It was as though she was was waiting to burst out of the photo to show how vibrant she will always be. I was able to fully connect with her in such a beautiful way.
Thank you so much Val, Barb and all of the participants. You are all so amazing. -

I am too awash in emotions about pet loss from the 7/14/18 Q&A and this month’s posts on Facebook (separation is still painful from the 1/6/11 death of a cat back to the 1960s deaths of two parakeets). Yes, ATCC members have been helpful about the transition, but I have hoped that our final destination is Heaven as described in Randy Alcorn’s 2004 book of that title where he argues for guardian-pet reunion (and, if I remember correctly, the restoration of all nonhuman animals) based on his interpretation of the Bible.
What I cannot bear is the concept of reincarnation and my darlings (and me) returning to the dirt, danger, and depravity most experience on Earth: more Handsome Dan than Kalli’s farm or Hugs (thank you, Facebook video posters). With reincarnation, we may choose when, how, etc. to return for growth, but why not development where Beauty, Truth, and Goodness reign instead of being bound to the Wheel of Samsara?

Hello – Thank you all for everything that was shared in Saturday’s call & when connecting with Cinders. I know I can’t take any credit for how wonderful a creature she is, but I am still a proud “Mama” and am glad that so many connected with Cinder’s loving, gentle, joyful and oh so wise spirit! I am amazed at the insights and experiences everyone has shared.
I am looking over my notes, and here are a few of the “Golden Nuggets” I captured from the call:
– Reminder that breathing (deep, full breathing) – is important – and that just doing that can have a powerful effect on your connection with animals
– Reminder of the benefits of meditating before connecting with the animals & setting your intentions prior
– “Events have no inherent meaning, except what we put on them” – a big nugget here!!
– Meeting the animal where they are first – I’m glad Patty asked this question, it was very helpful and another huge nugget! That transitioning is a “healing” in itself, and to find out what the animal’s wishes are for their care when they’re ill.I put Cinders through a lot (hospital stays, tests, exploratory surgery, medicine, feeding tube, holistic medicine – and just the trips in the car that I know scared her) and it hurts to think that what I thought was the best thing for her may not have been anything she wanted at all. Had I known more about A/C, energy, healing, etc. at the time, things may have been very different – and perhaps saved both her an I a lot of pain, stress and sadness. Throughout her illness, she would rally and seem as if she wasn’t ill at all – and with each up/down, my emotions followed suit. When I took her home from the hospital the last time, with some meds to keep her comfortable & the expectation was she would pass within a few days – she appeared much worse the next day – and there went my emotions again – and then I just stopped in my tracks and decided I wasn’t going to let these changes affect me so much – that she’d rallied so many times before, that “the end” wasn’t necessarily near, and I could let go of that stress. That took a great weight off of my heart, and Cinders’ as well I’m sure, as I lifted that energy. I stopped her meds, which I know stressed her greatly as well. I continued to feed her whatever/whenever she wanted and limited my ministrations to some homeopathic add ins to her diet, if she chose to try them. She didn’t die in a week, she lived, frequently in what appeared to be a comfortable, almost healthy state (aside from her weight loss), for almost a year after she was expected to and she and I, who bonded even more after she first grew ill, continued to grow even closer each day.

Saturday, September 15, 2018 call:
As usual, there was much to learn. Two items in particular:
1. If I try to connect with an animal at a “wrong” time, s/he may say s/he’s “sleepy.” Because time does not exist (hard for me to comprehend when I’ve been taught I’m living in a space-time universe; maybe that should be space-time dimension, and I can contact other dimensions?), I can go backward or forward to a “time” when s/he’s available to talk. Do I convey the new “time” to the animal by declaring a different day and time? And expect him/her to automatically join me?
Once when a non-Mac computer broke, the on-call technician asked me when it was last working so that he could set the computer back to that time. Wow, I thought, is that possible? It was. Hey, who’s in charge of the universe so S/he can reset my life back to–well, there’s no back far enough.
2. If there has been telepathic communication with an animal, that animal is able (always? usually?) to recognize you physically. And, vice versa, the human will recognize the nonhuman? Does this physical encounter feel like (or is) deja vu?

Meditation is important because the AC can increasingly recognize her own thoughts, feelings, sensations; this helps her to distinguish between her own responses and those of the animal during a session.

There was so much covered, but the nugget for me personally was learning about Bitter Apple so I can protect Roxy from wires. I had wondered what I could put on the wires. I once heard that hot sauce was a good idea. I had wondered if a product made to stop children from sucking their thumbs or biting their nails would work. I did not know that there was a product made just for that. I got some at Petsmart today and will start treating the wires tomorrow. Thanks Val for this valuable and very basic information

Nugget 1: My Q&A question was when to tell when a cat transcends feline instinct and intelligence into spirit level (unsure of bridge between depth psychology for human animals and nonhuman ones, different theories of depth psychology, whether spirit intelligence is beyond that, etc.). Because I didn’t see how to revise my question (no three dots on the side, no “Edit” above), I couldn’t add that I also don’t know when I’m going beyond human intelligence to a higher level–but Val asked about that.
Well, two observations: when I’m driving in a new location and I know a street name, it seems I can boost my vision to see the sign well ahead of when I need to turn or not. Maybe everyone does this naturally, and I just noticed it when driving in Dallas for the first time in 2014. Second, I think I get extra sight or insight doing close reading (literature) or lectio divina (Bible). I haven’t noticed an increase yet with my attempts at animal communication though I am surprised and grateful at “hits.”
Nugget 2: When connecting, find out and use what’s meaningful to the animal. For example, from Pam: distance in miles, e.g., Texas to Ireland, doesn’t matter to my cats but time to get home might or my emotion about the distance. From Klaudia: money/cost = if you break a plate for your food, that means one less tin of food for you.
Nugget 3: Another complexity in communication arose when Kathy Waits saw a little, black-and-white dog with Serenity. Martha’s buff-orange cat, Hawkeye, might have had (or did have) that identity in a previous incarnation, so Kathy’s vision was correct in combining two lifetimes.
Have to listen to the session again: was the “forest” some saw outside Martha’s window the “dark energy” others saw in the corner of her living room? Whether yes or no, there’s the complexity of seeing or feeling what’s undetectable to normal physical senses.

Q&A Call: November 10, 2018
I loved the grounding meditation followed by the soft focus. I felt a shift in my body, mind and spirit that took me from feeling overwhelmed and stressed to feeling so calm, focused, and being really present. There are always so many golden nuggets but on this call, one of them for me was explaining the vet procedure to an animal as Storytelling. (Rosemary’s dog Elsa). “Tell your story twice; once from your point of view and once from the animal’s point of view”. This definitely gives a different perspective. The whole Q&A was wonderful as always. I loved the beautiful connection with Chica in spirit that was filled with love. Although I am quiet during the call due to the time difference here in Australia, I am there with all of you. Thank you to everyone for making this so special. -

Loved the meditation and experiencing soft focus.
I especially enjoyed both Pam and Claudia’s descriptions of Chica because they were sooo detailed. Wow! It was a real learning experience of how to get deeper.
The going to the vet story was extremely helpful and remembering to clear your own anxiety, emotions etc. before beginning any communication. -

I second Jo Blankenship’s posting about there always being so many golden nuggets and the twice-told tale to an animal (example of Elsa’s eye surgery) from the guardian’s and then the animal’s point-of-view. Much to think about and to do.
What I acted on immediately, though, was ordering the Dr. Whitaker’s vision supplement. No problem I’m aware of but problems did occur on the maternal side.

My golden nuggets were the answers to my two questions.
First I really appreciate knowing what supplements to use to assist in healing the small bleeds that were recently discovered in my eye. Val suggested copper and selenium both of which I had on hand so I started on them immediately. I’m not sure about the other supplement since there is no problem with the pressure in my eye.
I was very glad to find out what happened to Roxy when he was sound asleep and then suddenly he was in the middle of the room very startled and frightened. I did not know that ghosts could actually throw cats across the room but evidently they can. My thought is that he might have lived in this apartment and had his favorite chair in that area. Then died in this apartment but whatever reason is still hanging around. I was not aware of him before this. Roxy remained wary of that area for a day or so afterward but no longer is, so I’m sure he is no longer there. I do property clearing as part of my Akashic Record work and have done several clearing here without finding him so evidently he is not here all the time. I plan to do another clearing when I have a chance but I do not think he is still here. The way I do that work is that I work in the Akashic Field with the Akashic Record beings, arch angels, guides and other high-level beings. I use a pendulum to discover what needs to be done and with the owner’s permission and that or their soul ask the beings to do the clearing. I have found ghosts in other people’s homes but never in this apartment.
This is a very old apartment building – built back in the 1950s and 60s so many different people have lived and perhaps died here so this does not surprise me that there was a ghost hanging around.

When get answer, keep asking questions to go deeper and gain more insights. If can’t think of anything specific as follow up question, ask: “Tell me more” and truly listen.

Barb I don’t see any other posts from today. I guess this is still the right place to post nuggets. May I suggest a new Discussion for the new year? This one goes on and on and on and on …
Two golden nuggets from today.
My stated intention was to communicate with Missy, and I did when I sensed her feelings as everyone tuned into her at the same time. I reminded her to talk to them one at a time and assured her it was only for a little while.
My other one was relief when Val said the blood on my sheet was mine. I have a little issue on my nose that sometimes bleeds. No big deal. I was relieved that nothing was wrong with one of the cats. Much better for it to be a known issue than something else.

There were multiple golden nuggets for me. In chronological order:
Re-emphasis of “keep asking questions,” “go deeper,” “tell me more” when Martha said that meditation matters to Missy. Val suggested Martha ask: Why is meditation so important to Missy?
Pam noted that in communicating with an animal, she was going beyond the need for Q-A. Pam and Val discussed clairsentience and claircognizance occurring when the AC is in the zone and becoming one with the animal. At that point, Q-A is like training wheels on a bike, which are needed until there’s an awareness and information simply flows. However, an AC needs to master both zone and Q-A/beta because specific information(?) (e.g., medical?) may be needed.
A challenge when doing clairsentience and claircognizance: The AC knows what s/he has received but now must figure out how to put words to it. (I may not have experienced this situation yet in animal communication, but I have had the experience of suddenly seeing the answer to a predicate calculus logic problem and then having to develop the step-by-step proof, which could be time-consuming.)
Alicia’s Chica-in-spirit is simultaneously Chica-incarnated as Angel. Yet Chica-in-spirit has a different energy from Angel because Chica has a wolf-spirit as a guide. The characteristics of a physical body also affect energy.
Yes, Platinum-Level members have a library of materials to access under All Courses and more is added regularly. Courses at half-price will be available before the end of the year.
Any and all, please correct mistakes I’ve made above.
