We do not issue refunds or pro-rate for any reason.  Your cancellation request must be received in a timely manner (see above) in order to be processed before your next billing.  Otherwise you should expect to be charged membership dues for that month but not for future months.

When you cancel and drop out of the Club, you will lose access to all the bonuses, trainings, the Forum access, the private Facebook group, all the Q&A Coaching and Masterclasses, the Intuition Development Games, the Club community, the Animal Teachers and the Featured Animal Teacher.  If you have been playing the Accountability Game and are close to earning your Breakthrough Student Laser Session OR have earned Laser Sessions but not scheduled them, then you will lose them. You must be a current member in good standing to claim your Student Breakthrough Laser Sessions.  Finally, if you decide to come back later and the membership dues have gone up, then you will have to pay the new dues rates at that time.

Students who have been Club members for 6 months, 1 year, 2 years and more will receive loyalty bonuses in the form of points that they can cash in for rewards, so the longer you are in the Club, the more you get! If you drop out now, you will lose your points. When you rejoin, your longevity loyalty points count will begin accruing from scratch.

There are 3 levels of membership to choose from, so you can always downgrade (or upgrade) your membership at any time. We are here to help you so please let us know about any extenuating circumstances. We can also place your membership on hold for a certain period of time then reactivate it when you're ready. You will temporarily lose access to the Forum, Facebook group community, Club Resources, trainings and the rest, but that way you won't lose your place or have to start over. Your earned accountability rewards won't be lost either. And you'll maintain your current membership dues rates as they are. Your longevity loyalty points will pick back up again once your membership starts so you also won't lose your points.
