–> Ready to Practice with the Accountability Game?
–> Ready to earn a free private session with Val?
Here’s how to do do both:

One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listen below.

This Game is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.

NOTE: Gold Club Members are Eligible to Earn the Accountability Award (a Laser Coaching half hour private session, value $275, limit 4 per person per year). Here’s how Gold Members earn their sessions:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a laser session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week. (Note: All students will benefit from this exercise. However, you must be a Gold Member to earn a free session with Val.)

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your 30 minute private consultation. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication muscles.

MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 5 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Tip: To copy the questions, highlight the text and type ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V to paste.

Remember the weekly posting period runs from Saturday through noon 12:00pm Central (Texas) United States Friday which is the same as 5pm in system time shown at the top of your posts (it is the Universal Time (Greenwich, UK)). You can check your own time using the Time Zone converter at:

      https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

Note: Upgrade to Gold membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know.

While only posts answering the above questions count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

      Much love,
      Val

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
5 – 10 minute sessions several times a day, grounding and awareness practice.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
By now I have 8 youngsters with flue. They need antibiotics every evening. I explained to them why they have to take medicine and asked them to co-operate. Playboy and Daisy are still fighting, but getting more peaceful on a daily basis. Rotschopf won’t tolerate me coming close. Thus he gets his meds on the food. He goes to his bowl and carefully licks off all the meds before he starts eating. The rest is ok for the time being.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
That I have a chance to explain to my critters why I do certain things, instead of just forcing them. That makes them much more co-operative.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
      Nothing new.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
I did but haven’t posted yet. Bungee made me think of a You Tube video from Simon’s Cat called crazy time.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
No specific games, but I follow my intuition more and more in every day life.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
5-10 minutes headspace. Mindfulness during the day

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? A friend asked me to connect with her dog ‘Schatzi’ which ate rat poisoning six weeks ago and he does not like to eat his food and begs for human food. So I connected with him. He only gets kibbles which hurts him. His stomach and GI tract is still raw, burning and cramping. He said sniffing around got him in trouble. He also needs a lot of love and hugs. He feels drained, down and has lack of energy, sleep a lot with unease. Some some more other things. I sensed that a family member did this but could not believe it. I talked to my friend and told her what Schatzi said and she feels that most of it is accurate and the unbelievable, a family member, her husband put rat poisoning with peanut butter flavor around the house because they have mice in the house. Really??? I told her to switch to more healthy food and put him on a diet like a human being. Chicken broth, beef broth, to feed him the meat with rice, turmeric roots, veggies or raw dog food at least until he gained his strength back. Well I know, I not suppose to give nutrition tips but she is my friend and told her food can be poison or medicine. Schatzi need food medicine. Kibbles won’t do it.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? That I can trust the things I am receiving when connecting with an animal, and even the unbelievable can be true.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? None

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Connect with Bungee pretty much every day since he is part of my family.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
No, keep forgetting. Maybe need more appealing intuition games.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes, more meditating this week as my next book to read is more in depth study, not really something for before bed. I chose to meditate instead. 🙂

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

“My” deer have been active and visible to me this week. I always send them a greeting and tell them that I mean them no harm. One day I hope to be open enough to hear a response, if there is one.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

      Just that the journey continues…

Only on the call last Saturday. I got nothin’. 🙁 Sometimes I get discouraged and frustrated, but just keep trying.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      No time.

      1. Did you meditate this week?

Yes, but holidays and snow days are messing with my head so I am not going as deep or as long as usual. And I keep forgetting to pay attention to the time.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week?

I connect with Koko often. No new messages. Just love and patience. I reach out to Moby, the white Great Dane who is rapidly losing control of his back legs and tail. I offer him love and Reiki to ease his discomfort. He feels anxious and confused to me but the pain meds might have something to do with that. He really needs them. He is sleeping a lot and, thank goodness, he is still having happy family moments.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

I think my listening is improving now that I’ve stopped requiring what I hear to make sense. I’m also getting better at distinguishing me from what is not me and that feels good.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

I too am a bit anxious and confused lately. I don’t feel like myself. Maybe that’s a good thing?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)?

I checked in with Bungee and asked him a few of Manuela’s questions. I made a point of waiting patiently for his answers. Whether I got them right or not the conversation felt good. I posted what I got.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games this week?

I did and was surprised to be much more accurate than I expected based on past games. I know being “right” isn’t important but it does feel good when it happens!

      • 1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I listened to the recording of Val’s Hollow Body meditation from Sat. Also, have been listening to Mantras which is putting me in a really quiet, meditative place. Have not made time for my morning meditations, but I do sit in quiet for a few minutes every day. My New Year’s Resolution is to do my morning Falun Gong and Meditation for an hour every morning before I get distracted from all my Cat feedings; which means I must commit to getting up earlier in the morning.
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, I connected with a new client’s dog, a Beagle named Bernie. I felt I had a really good session with him and spend a long time with him. Then, I spent a couple of hours rewriting my notes and e-mailed a 3page report to the lady. We had some follow-up but my gut instinct tells me she was not impressed. I told her I would attempt another conversation with him. It’s going to have to wait until Sunday because I am backlogged with trying to get packages ready to mail off to family in Colorado. I will report back when I get more from the woman.
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? That even though I think I screwed up somehow with this new client, I am not going to let it get me down. I am determined to make AC my new career.
      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? I get frustrated with myself when I try so hard to do good work but sometimes my ‘trying’ keeps me from stepping into a real receptive state. I need to work on being more gentle with myself. Too, I am feeling the pressure of Christmas coming down on me as well as cleaning up my year end bookkeeping; also, concerned about KoKo and the upcoming visit from John.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. I posted to Manuela a more detailed account of what I got on Saturday’s call. Then when I saw that she posted a list of questions to specifically ask Bungee, I kinda freaked out after my talk with Bernie and said “I’ll try another time”. It didn’t happen. Next week I will make an effort to ask if Bungee will answer them.
      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? No not this week. I have not been in a playful mood. I am so ready for 2017 to be over!

Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
This week I meditated to clear my chakras; roughly meditated for 10 – 20 minutes.
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
My intent to communicate with an animal were with Zelda and Gizmo. I’m still not able to receive information from Zelda; more importantly, I lost my connection with Gizmo. She must be busy, but the feelings aren’t what they have been; therefore, slightly concerned. The feelings from Gizmo used to be intense, I’d be able to feel her around me. However, today, it’s sporadic and the energy is less intense. I’m trying my hardest not to worry.
Last week, I read a book on “How to shield yourself as a highly sensitive person.” In one of the chapters, I used the authors meditative technique; that night, I had a very peculiar dream and I knew I was in the dream. In any case, I woke up and felt a spirit leave my body. More importantly, I saw the spirit leave my body. Since then I haven’t been able to connect with Gizmo or haven’t been able to reconnect with her the way I have in the past.
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
At the beginning of last week, before my unorthodox meditation from a book, I concentrated on Gizmo.
She and I were “love birds.” I was looking at the “love birds” and as I watched them together, I imagined myself nestling my head against Gizmo’s head which was the other love bird. OMG!!! I felt us nestling our heads together; as I was watching them snuggle. I was amazed that I WAS THE LOVE BIRD!!! It was so cool, but my excitement made me lose the connection. More than anything else, I didn’t know what to do next. Hahaha…
      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Even though I can communicate with animals sporadically. My challenge is to focus and listen. The irony behind it is, in real life, I am a good listener. This type of concentration is new, which has brought a humbling experience for me. I’m more aware of my inner thoughts and that I cannot come up with questions on the whim. In addition, I realized my inner thoughts are scattered, therefore, I went back to square one of the beginning course. Val Heart suggested to write the questions or dialogue first, then send the message. This technique helped tremendously with Zelda, I wrote down my thoughts as if it were a children’s book, which created images in my mind. Thereafter, it became easier to show her what I was trying to say. All of it is still a work in progress. Nevertheless, still working on patience too.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
No, I did not communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month. I was more concerned about “what I had done” to lose or minimize my connection with Gizmo.
      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
No, I did not play any of the games. I was distracted with my studies. My final is due next Tuesday on the 19th. I can’t wait to submit my final exam since I’m eager to get back into meditation without any distractions.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes I meditated 4 times this week. I meditated in silence to try it. The rest were to Native American Flute music.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes I connected with a horse and two dogs. The horse discussion was about saddling and feeling rushed and wanting to inspect the blanket prior to being saddled. The two small dogs had advise for their owner to balance life and goals with fun. They wanted to play outside with him for part of this fun.i had fun with my communication this week. More relaxed about it.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? That I am relaxing in the knowledge that I can do this. I am able to focus on the animal more and my mind less.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? I need to practice being more open to all forms of communication not just conversation or pictures. Feeling their energy and sensing from that needs more practice.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. I posted impressions whic I hadn’t been able to do before during the class call. The call went fast and usually I got nothing. This time I heard the cat Meow during the call. I was very happy with that progress. I will meditate with the intention to talk to the featured cat during this week.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I have been practicing with multiple buttons that are the same shape but different colors. Needs more work.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? yes 15 minute increments. and one day 2 hours straight

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?yes a client of mine recently lost a cat that she adopted. Don’t think she had him for more that 4 years and he was a mature cat when she adopted him. Named him Sebastian. He was great….chilled out observer of the world. I was just with him Black friday and he was fine so it was a surprised to get a text fro client saying she had to put him down due to discovering stomach cancer. Today he popped up grinning ear to ear with complete contentment like Winnie the Pooh and let me know how happy he was for the one on one last 4 years he got with my client. He was an only cat. He was just tickled pink to be the center of her world. He wanted to thank her so i let her know.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? That i’m at least on the road. Don’t know how long or how far i need to go but at least i ve started.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Every week i ve been struggling with the FAT. It ‘s as if asking me to communicate on que causes a block. Ive been working with Bungee for several days now not getting much more than sensing he does not like to be held (bit of a busy body) prefers wet food and has a cat tree he leaps from.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. i got that he does not like to be held ( bit of a busy body) prefers wet food and has a cat tree he likes to leap from.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? got another object in a box. 4 guess only 1 right so far. Its round.
