Jade is my Operations Director and Customer Support Manager. She has assisted Heart Based Coaches for 10+ years, and enjoys helping our clients get any questions answered and resolved. In her spare time she practices Meditation, Kundalini Yoga, and loves spending time with her son, husband and her fabulous Poodle Kenya.
Tim Link, Animal Communicator, Lost/Missing Animal Specialist and Reiki Practitioner
Tim is our resident highly skilled animal communicator who specializes in finding lost and missing animals. Tim is able to provide a unique combination of expertise, intuitive skills and decades of successful experiences to guide animal parents who are looking for a lost animal.
Tim also specializes in Animal Reiki Healing Sessions. Reiki energy healing works where it is needed most. Traditionally, Reiki has been used primarily on humans. However, it has been found to benefit any living thing, including plants and animals.

Holli Shan, Animal Communicator, Certified Grief & Loss Specialist
Holli is our big hearted senior associate, highly skilled animal communicator and certified pet loss and grief counsellor. Holli is able to provide a unique expertise for grieving animal parents who are suffering from sadness, depression, and the pain of losing a loved one.
Stephanie L Brown – The Pet Vet Medical Doula and Expert Animal Communicator
Stephanie L. Brown, Ph.D. Animal Communicator and Life Awareness Coach, Pet Vet Doula and expert animal communicator is uniquely qualified to guide you and your pet through what can be a very difficult, challenging time. With over 25 years as a licensed veterinary technician, she is uniquely qualified to both communicate with your pet AND provide you with medical tips (i.e. how to give pills without getting bitten), explain a disease and typical prognosis, help you both know what to anticipate, as well as guide you in exploring the various treatment options your veterinarian offers.

Timmy Heart – Organization Mascot, Director of Wellness, Tracking and Play Meister
How can you have a company built around the betterment of animal wellness and teaching others to have masterful conversations with animals if you don’t have a very wise animal guide to confer with from time to time? Timmy, a rescued Border Collie, is a very wise soul who chooses to share his wisdom with us. He is a grand teacher and helps Val stay connected on a daily basis to the supreme unconditional love that can only come from a treasured animal friend.
Samwise Heart – Healing Angel, Cuddle Bug and Play Buddy
Samwise, a rescued Lab mix, is a very wise soul who chooses to share his healing and gentle, loving nature with us. He helps Val create their Healing Happy Place on a daily basis, and is a superb sleeping buddy. Timmy's best friend, they escort their dad on grand adventures and hikes almost every day.
Monique Welch – Digital Media Specialist, and Tech Figure-Outer, PressFixer Head Honcho
Monique handles all things tech and loves to play with new tools that make it easy for people to learn more about Val and find the resources they need to take better care of their animals. She's the founder of Pressfixer.com, an all things WordPress web master.
Darla Emanuelson – Blog Creative Coordinator Specialist
Darla is the most recent addition to the team. She has shared her home with dogs, cats, parakeets, turtles, fish, a hamster, a guinea pig and a snake – but not all at the same time! She enjoys painting in her spare time and is pictured with some of her work.
