–> Ready to Practice with the Accountability Game?
–> Ready to earn a free private session with Val?
Here’s how to do do both:

One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listen below.

This Game is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.

NOTE: Gold Club Members are Eligible to Earn the Accountability Award (a Laser Coaching half hour private session, value $275, limit 4 per person per year). Here’s how Gold Members earn their sessions:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a laser session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week. (Note: All students will benefit from this exercise. However, you must be a Gold Member to earn a free session with Val.)

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your 30 minute private consultation. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication muscles.

MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 5 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Tip: To copy the questions, highlight the text and type ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V to paste.

Remember the weekly posting period runs from Saturday through noon 12:00pm Central (Texas) United States Friday which is the same as 5pm in system time shown at the top of your posts (it is the Universal Time (Greenwich, UK)). You can check your own time using the Time Zone converter at:

      https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

Note: Upgrade to Gold membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know.

While only posts answering the above questions count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

      Much love,
      Val

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Very little. Was too busy over day and at night just fell asleep.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Tuesday night I talked to Vita, my giant foster baby and let her know, I would like her to do her business either in the garden or over day / at night, when I am not around to let her out in the kennel, but downstairs, where it is easy to clean. Upstairs is wooden floor and I cannot clean the puddles any more after a few hours. Wednesday evening I saw that she had gone downstairs.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
      Nothing specific

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
      Nothing

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
No time. Tried once at night, but my mind was too busy.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Did not play any games, but have made arrangements with Gina to connect on Skype on Sunday to play some intuitive games together.

      1. Did you meditate this week?

Yes every day from 30 minutes to one hour.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week?

I connected to birds and squirrels and possums and Aspen and Kit-Ten and Moby and Koko with the intention of offering love and healing. I received no communication from any of them but birds, squirrels and possums appear to be becoming much more tame. Kit-Ten always feels connected and Aspen can now watch possums almost quietly, with only low growls and muffled barking.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

I feel I am becoming better at listening and feeling without agenda.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

Mostly being a bit scattered and out of focus. Trying to be okay with not being at the top of my game.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)?

Not yet although I did download Shadow’s picture and zoomed in to make it larger.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games this week?

Gave it a quick go just now and got every single one wrong.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes, every night at least an attempt. Some more successful than others. Sitting in silence trying to be aware of what comes up. Sometimes I feel like I just disappear, but don’t remember where I went.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

I have had a squirrel that comes each morning to my table on the deck where I have a platter that I fill with food for the birds. (S)he loves the sunflower seeds. Well, (s)he told her friends about it and at least 2 more have started coming. I also hung out a little wooden suet feeder for the birds, not sturdy enough for a squirrel to hang on, but one of them kept trying to get to the suet and was running off with them. I would knock on the window every time (s)he would get on it, and tried sending the message that I didn’t want them hanging on it. Message either not received or ignored. So I had to take the suet feeder out to the tall shepherd hook further out in the yard so maybe it will stand a chance of surviving.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
      Nothing new

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
      Nothing new

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.

I talk to Shadow every day. He has been more vocal since he started having people in his head. He comes and tells me about it. 🙂 At least I think that’s what he’s telling me.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

No time. Backlogged on videos to catch up on.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I meditated to clear my head.
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes, my intent was to communicate with Gizmo. I reconnected with her and received an overwhelming flow of emotion. Nonetheless, that’s what I always receive when I communicate with her.
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
      I am celebrating two things:
First, it’s okay to go back to square one and start all over again.
Second, I am celebrating the little moments I’ve been able to communicate with animals. I know that, as long as I continue to “try”, I’ll be able to communicate with animals one day.
      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
I do not have any questions or challenges.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
I did not. I’ve been focusing on my other five senses during my meditation.
      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
No, I did not since I’ve gone back to square one and taking in one sense at a time.

5-10 minutes headspace meditation. Mindfulness whenever possible.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
      No, very busy mind.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
      Nothing

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      • 1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I meditate only a few minutes a day. I have been listening for several weeks to my mantra cd and it is helping me to stay extremely calm throughout my days. I want to be more diligent with my morning deep meditations but just have not committed myself.
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I told Izzy how much I appreciated her not peeing on the rug. She went 5days without and then today she did it. I have to post my session with Val onto the forum.
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I am still not in any celebratory state because I have not done much on my AC journey except with my KoKo. I am calling her my Miracle Cat.
      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? My challenge is about my lack of commitment….on anything. I am in an unusual state and have been for the past numerous months. I have been in a quiet reflective place but it is really time for me to let go of the old and worn out in my life and psyche and step out and step up into a better place. I recently had an Astrology reading done by my Jungian friend in Montana and it is giving me some clarity about my life and direction. I am just a slow poke in letting go.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Not yet with our new FAT
      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Not this week.

Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

Klaudia – Congratulations on positive progress with Vita.

Claire – Excited that you are improving at listening without agenda.

Patty – Ah yes, the adventure of ‘disappearing’ and not knowing exactly where you have been yet trusting the Universe to support you is wonderful. And just because animals don’t respond the way we want them to, doesn’t mean they didn’t hear us, they have their own agenda.

Jeane – Celebrating starting over and the little things along the way! Terrific!

Manuela – Try 3 deep breaths in through nose and exhale out through bottom of feet is a technique I use to get grounded out of too busy mind.

Pam – Letting go of the familiar is challenging. Let it be a want rather than a should and allow yourself your wants.

Chigusa – Great work in you attempts at communicating, just like talking with people it takes practice over time. We are here to help.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I only meditated twice and I could tell the difference in my mindset. Guided meditations 20 minutes each.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes. I merged energy with my dog Chica in spirit and it was so fun. She is so full of joy and I giggled a lot during the experience. I really liked the way it feels to have ears on top of your head and to move them with emotions. Loved the felling of it.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Getting better. Not being as nervous.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? None.

I posted this report under the wrong dates as well. This is my first post:
      January 10, 2018
      Week Number One!!!
      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have a meditation practice and I spend 1 to 2 hours every day sitting. Being accountable is going to encourage me to stay more focused during this time as I often wander.
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I have been practicing with a few animals:
      1. Guinea Pigs: Perry and Harvey who don’t get along in the same space for very long. Perry is the instigator and pushes Harvey around. I have started communication with them and their people. I have a feeling Perry wants to make sure Harvey knows who is number one in the family. I’ll let you know what happens.
      2. Kitty Conflict: Buddha keeps wanting to play with Indigo who is more mature and likes her space. I arranged with their person that she greet Indigo first when returning home. I asked A few questions and turns out she just wanted Buddha to respect her space. He wants a reminder every once in awhile. They now can share same cat tree. Turns out this is the same scenario that happens with their person and her boyfriend!!!!😊

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? The kitty conflict resolution!!!! And how animals reflect our lives!!!!

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Asking deeper questions, respecting my first impressions and staying focused when talking to the animal.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
OK. I have had a big discussion with Shadow. He showed me his home and I received a couple of descriptions correctly. Wood stove in living room and his favorite place to sleep.
I talked with him today about his behavior of attacking Boo, the little female who lives in “his” house (ha ha)….hmmmm.
Wow!!!! I got an incite on why the Doberman dog I sit gets aggressive when returning his ball to me ( see question I asked for Saturday call)

Shadow says Boo acts like a victim and that makes him act that way.
This still need solution but I have to go to work right now….

When Luchien, the Doberman returns with ball I Am nervous what might happen when Luchien returns. I need to give him the “sitz” command immediately.
      Thanks Shadow!

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
      1. Marble Game: 50/50
      2. Talked to a squirrel and he showed me the tree where he lives
