–> Ready to Practice with the Accountability Game?
–> Ready to earn a free private session with Val?
Here’s how to do do both:

One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listen below.

This Game is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.

NOTE: Gold Club Members are Eligible to Earn the Accountability Award (a Laser Coaching half hour private session, value $275, limit 4 per person per year). Here’s how Gold Members earn their sessions:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a laser session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week. (Note: All students will benefit from this exercise. However, you must be a Gold Member to earn a free session with Val.)

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your 30 minute private consultation. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication muscles.

MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 5 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Tip: To copy the questions, highlight the text and type ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V to paste.

Remember the weekly posting period runs from Saturday through noon 12:00pm Central (Texas) United States Friday which is the same as 5pm in system time shown at the top of your posts (it is the Universal Time (Greenwich, UK)). You can check your own time using the Time Zone converter at:

      https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

Note: Upgrade to Gold membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know.

While only posts answering the above questions count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

      Much love,
      Val

I did daily meditation of about 15 min.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

I try daily to connect with my two maltese, Inky (sister) & Binky (brother), especially the latter.
I feel that they receive my thoughts better than I receive theirs….
I feel that I understand their usual needs based on 13 years of living together, not necessarily because I am telepathically communicating with them. I fail to receive answers from them when I ask questions.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

The fact that I’m creating a daily habit of meditating and effort to communicate with them.
I know daily practice/discipline is important in increasing my telepathic ability.
I was very encouraged when Val confirmed my assessment of Shadow’s essense, ie very regal, curious, intelligent, strong cat.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

I can’t discern between real connection and my imagination yet. I don’t feel that I’m receiving info from them, but they’re able to receive mine. Would be great to have more clarity in the info I’m receiving.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.

yes. I communicated with Shadow. He is a regal, intelligent, powerful, curious cat. His energetic field was so powerful and all encompassing it overwhelmed me, bringing me to tears. When I asked him for advice on how to become a good animal communicator, he told me to to just “relax.”

It was a huge boost and a relief to get confirmation from Val what I picked up from Shadow.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      I didn’t get a chance.

JANUARY 20-26 I am posting EVERY Tuesday. This is my third post.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

I meditated with the stress reducer meditation two times. I also did my meditation practice between one to two hours per day.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

I connected with Max a black and white Shepard mix who lives in Wisconsin. My friend who owns him says he barks constantly ever since Cooper, a red healer mix joined the Family. He told me he wanted to be “heard” and he has a big job. I told him it hurt his person’s ears after acknowledging him for his job. Then I told his owner that he might want her acknowledment (not me but intuition saying this) and to put her hand on his shoulder and thank him.
Mariah, their person says Max barking less! Wow!!!! Now the next step is to connect with Cooper, the younger dog because he barks too 😊.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
Becoming the animal and seeing from their perspective.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
A friend of mine’s cat was missing when she returned from a trip. The cat sitter said Aslan, the cat (a pure bred Absinnian) was there the last time the sitter was there….
I am not sure the cat is in spirit but am finding it difficult to sense her.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
I tried to ask Shadow if he had a discussion with Boo about attacking her but I did not receive an answer, so I did not post it.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I played the red/black card game and when I “got it” which was only one game out of seven, it was a really different feeling 👏. It was not sensing the energy of the card but it was I KNOW what it is! It was amazing! I got 26 out of 30 correct that time. My usual is about 26 out of 52.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I meditated several times this week for about 15 minutes a session. I did a self guided meditation.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, I get insights, but being new in my learning, just trying to be open, receptive, and make sense of it all.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I feel like my mind is changing. It’s easier to visualize things in my head and I’m experiencing a different world through my senses.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? It’s been a challenging week. My dog, Buddy, bit my 9 month old daughter. He also got sick in his stomach and reinjured a leg and has been limping more severely than I have ever seen.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Not yet, because I just joined the club and haven’t gotten there yet, but plan on doing so soon.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Not yet, but I want to try the marble game or something similar.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
1 longer session and few short ones, but total less than normal.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes I connected with Patty’s horse Willow, who is having issues with her left hind leg. I sensed problems in the hip area, sort of a pressure point, like a bone overgrowth, weak ligaments and possibly a mild infection. Willow told me the problem gets worse, when the weather is cold and / or when she is walking on hard ground. Also sometimes she has a feeling she cannot control that leg.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
      Nothing new.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Plenty. My cats are breaking bowls and dishes every few days. They are jumping into their dinner plates while I try to put food on the plates and this way, they throw everything on the floor. Vita, the Labrador girl doesn’t listen at all. She just wants to play. And she stubbornly askes everybody around to play with her, but she is too wild for the small cats and also for Genie, the small dog. And I don’t have the time to play with her for many hours. So far I haven’t managed yet to calm her down.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
      Did not manage

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Had another session with Gina. Again, for the questions about her I had reasonable results (6/10), but the questions about another person were very bad (3/10). We will continue to experiment with this.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating?

Every day at least 30 minutes but usually over an hour. I’ve been working with chakras and colors a lot recently, in addition to the Reiki symbols and awareness. I am becoming more and more aware of challenges caused by my lack of awareness. I catch myself thinking “I can’t” automatically, as in “I don’t have time, I’m too broke, too old, too tired, not strong enough,” and the most paralyzing of all, ” I could be wrong and make things worse.” As my awareness sharpens through meditation I now sometimes think “maybe I can,” instead of just giving up and kicking myself for not being enough. Of course I still fail more often than not but instead of beating my head against doors that “should have been open” I stop, listen, feel and look to become aware of doors that maybe are open. If Val hadn’t convinced me I could eventually learn to communicate with animals I would never have discovered the value of meditation. I am so grateful!

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week?

Mostly birds and squirrels who have expressed disappointment that Lowe’s was out of their favorite bird food. They eat what I offer with some gratitude and minimal annoyed entitlement. The little possum ran from me when I forgot to put out his leftovers before dark and surprised him on the deck rail. I spoke to him reassuringly while hurrying back into the house. He usually just hunkers down when frightened. Don’t know what to make of the flight from fright but the food was gone by morning.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

I’m very excited by the new feeling of openness and possibility from practicing awareness.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

Is the little possum running instead of freezing a step forward or backward?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)?

I did not try to communicate with Shadow but my heart smiles every time I see his picture.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games this week?

Still not feeling the colors accurately although I’ve noticed that white often feels like red and vice versa and blue almost always feels like green. Hopefully the consistency of wrongness indicates a move in the right direction?

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Sticking with the sitting in silence for as long as possible. Average this week was 20-30 minutes. I find I do better when I just focus on my breathing, rather than on a particular ‘mantra’. The mantras tend to keep me in a waking state rather than progressing to a meditative state.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Yes, I always try to communicate with all my ‘kids’, this week the primary focus has been with Cooper and Willow about their leg issues. I’m very grateful to Klaudia for connecting with Willow for me, it gives me a better idea of how to proceed with her. Cooper just refuses any type of substance I offer to him to help him with his leg or just for general well being. The vet recommended some homeopathic tablets for his discomfort, and I give him CBD oil for general health. It’s always a challenge to get them into him, even after telling him repeatedly that it’s for his comfort, so I discovered that if I put the CBD oil on the pads of his feet or on his nose, what doesn’t soak in, he will lick off. With the tablets, I disguise them in peanut butter. Problem solved!

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

Finding alternative methods of giving Cooper his meds. 🙂

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      Nothing new.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.

I talk to Shadow all the time. Still waiting for the return messages to penetrate through to me.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

No, but my intuition was working at the grocery store today. I was walking up the aisle to get the fruit for my breakfast smoothies and the thought came to me, “what would you do if they were out of it?” (the ones I usually buy). I dismissed the thought, and sure enough, when I got to where they usually are, the shelf was empty!! I just stood there for a moment thinking, I knew that before I got here! So I grabbed something else instead and went on my way.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I meditated, approximately, 40 minutes to an hour. Daily meditations are roughly 10 – 30 minutes each. Lately, I’ve taken my meditations back to basic since I’m receiving intermittent images and not the “flood gates” of information the way some students or anyone’s receiving them; therefore, being kind to myself and enjoying the tranquility of meditation again.
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes, very briefly, I went for a run and asked Gizmo (in Spirit) to be with me. I immediately began to weep and felt her presence. I love her. I’m very happy to be where I’m at and will continue to practice being open to receiving information from all of my senses.
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I’d like to celebrate my Gizmo (in Spirit). My father-in-law just passed on 01/15/18. It came as a surprise to everyone. I asked Gizmo to greet him and to take care of him. Within days, she sent me an image of her and my father-in-law standing side by side. I was extremely overjoyed that he met my precious Gizmo. In addition, he had the biggest smile and felt he understood my “why” in the business direction my husband and I are aiming for. I am blessed to be sensitive.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Same challenge since I began this form of study. I’m able to receive bits and pieces of subtle information; however, not to the full extent of flood gates other students have received. Nonetheless, still patient since I know “one” day it’ll happen.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, I tried to communicate with Shadow. However, I’m still not receiving anything. I mean, I felt playfulness; however, not sure how close to the truth it may have been. In any case, I’m still not receiving to the extent of what was mentioned on last months call. Hence, Shadow is very wise, etc. I’m not getting any of that.
      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I played with the deck of cards. I was 50/50. I tried to name the color of the card. When I put “intention” into it, I was right. However, when I allowed my mind to wander and slip away. Three times, “the number” popped into my mind, and dismissed it, and picked the wrong color but the “number” was right. Either which way, I was surprised to by 50/50, and very happy with the outcome.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Every day 5-10 minutes headspace meditation.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I connect with our backyard squirrels. I try to connect with the birds but can’t receive much. It is very unclear.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? A squirrel join us while I am outside with the cats. We have around 10 needle trees in one row and the squirrel us from one to the next and the cat is following him and many times they get very close. I can swear that he is talking to us and I am feeling happy that I can hear him. How much fun with us and that he is so thankful to get his peanuts every day.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? none

      • 1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Only a few minutes a day – sometimes several times a day. I really must do some Soul searching as to why I am not making the commitment to, upon waking, doing long meditations, because when I do I feel so much better and do feel more content and alive.
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, in addition to my Izzy experience which I posted. I have been working more intently on ‘learning and hearing’ my other kitties. For instance, Izzy with her peeing by the litter box in near the back door; when I had my laser session with Val she told us of 2 reasons for her peeing – litter box lid, which I corrected, and feral cat smell from what I bring in from outside, which I have not fully corrected….and she has peed twice. Ok, I get the message how important it is to do my part in changing my behaviors in order for her to honor the behavior changes I wish to have changed in her. Funny how that works!
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I am celebrating my experience with calming my emotions so as to communicate with Izzy that day. Also, I celebrate myself for the shifts I am making with regard to Loving my animals and appreciating them more….ie, I honor them more because I am opening more in Love to understanding their feelings and their perspective on life in their everyday occurrences. Our relationship with one another is breaking new ground…..we are growing and changing and loving and appreciating in profound ways.
      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? I have started to step out a bit more and telling people that I am studying the art of animal communication and expressing a willingness to speak with their pets; but I find myself clenching inside when I don’t get the interest from those that I tell. I realize this is a pattern in me that I have yet to have fully healed – worrying about what others think of me and belittle myself when people don’t express an interest in what I have to offer. I too understand that until I heal my own issues, I will be drawing in those people who continue to mirror to me my own erroneous beliefs about my inadequacies. This is a huge challenge for me and I know it is a reason why I have not fully allowed myself to embrace my soul’s desire to do this as a career and study and practice more diligently.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, tuned in for a short time earlier this evening with Shadow.
      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I enjoy playing the Quick Impression game. This week I had quite a number – here are a few: a little Chihuahua dog with his tail tucked tight under him, cold, with his human dad begging for spare change in front of a store. I quickly felt his uncomfortableness about being in the cold night air with no protection on his little body, but at the same time fully embracing his purpose of being a small comfort to this man and his need for love. I poured out love and appreciation from my heart to this little dog’s heart (and the man too) and told him he was so kind and strong. A nervous barking dog tethered to a lease out front of Albertsons while his human was inside the store. I sensed his nervousness and desire to not have been left alone. I spoke with him and told him to be patient, his human would return shortly. I picked up his appreciation at my understanding his feeling. Saw a kitty sitting on the back of a sofa in front of the living room window as I was driving by. I slowed way down, and contacted her and said hello and felt her comfort of being warm and enjoying watching the world outside. I saw a darling dog walking on a lease with his human. He was looking up often at his human and I could sense his total love and devotion and desire to please. I praised him for being such a good friend to his human. The neighbor dog (across the street 2nd house down) was curious about my uncomfortable state of being the day I was outside calling for Izzy. He was kind of whimpering and then got quiet and was watching me intently. I tuned in and told him why and what I was feeling. I sensed he really cared about my state of wellbeing and I thanked him for his concern.
Everywhere I go I experience an opportunity to ‘tune in’ to an animal and it amazes me how wonderful it is to silently connect, even for a short moment, with a fellow sentient being other than a human.

Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.
