–> Ready to Practice with the Accountability Game? –> Ready to earn a free private session with Val? Here’s how to do do both:

One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listen below.

This Game is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.

NOTE: Gold Club Members are Eligible to Earn the Accountability Award (a Laser Coaching half hour private session, value $275, limit 4 per person per year). Here’s how Gold Members earn their sessions:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a laser session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week. (Note: All students will benefit from this exercise. However, you must be a Gold Member to earn a free session with Val.)

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your 30 minute private consultation. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication muscles.

MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 5 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Tip: To copy the questions, highlight the text and type ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V to paste.

Remember the weekly posting period runs from Saturday through noon 12:00pm Central (Texas) United States Friday which is the same as 5pm in system time shown at the top of your posts (it is the Universal Time (Greenwich, UK)). You can check your own time using the Time Zone converter at:

      https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

Note: Upgrade to Gold membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know.

While only posts answering the above questions count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

      Much love,
      Val

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I spent about one hour in total meditation. I did a Tapping Meditation, Val’s Grounding Meditation, and a Gratitude Meditation.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, I did. I connected with the kitty cat posted in the Facebook group who was suffering and tried two healing techniques. Immediately afterwards I felt a calm and gentle acceptance from the cat that suffering would be over soon. I connected with a fellow student’s cat to see how she felt about having more kittens. (She had several litters already) She felt that it made her feel needed and important to have kittens but was accepting that she did have enough kittens who are her contribution to the world. I connected with a lost cat Shadow who was able to tell me she is ok, safe and in a house that is unfamiliar to her but she was able to describe a yellow windowsill where she can sit and look outside where she watches for her Mom and Dad. I tried to communicate with a cat in spirit (Frisky) posted in the Facebook group but there were too many distractions going on in my house. Although we learned many techniques to deal with distractions which I tried, I was unable to get my focus in order to fully connect. I will be trying again.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I would like to celebrate that I finally completed “Paws before Dying Course” which I had been putting off. I was putting it off because I was afraid I would feel guilty that I didn’t take the course sooner while my senior dog was still here in the physical world.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? The challenge I had this week was that there were so many animals that I wanted to talk to but I wasn’t able to talk to all of them. I went to a specific lost and found pet website to check a photo in order to help communicate with a missing cat. I saw so many missing animals that it made my heart ache. I felt overwhelmed as I wanted to try and help all of them. I was then able to center myself and focus on the one animal so I could be fully present.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, I did and posted my results

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I did not play one of the Intuition games yet as I have had a really busy week. If I don’t do so before the end of this week, I will be sure to play two games next week to make up for it.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, short guided meditations every day.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes. Every time I set the intention to connect with an animal it all flows better and I feel more confident.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I am still practicing and learning more every day.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
I want to go deeper in my process. I want to practice more with my own dog and with animals who are in the room with me.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
      Not this week.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes, saying hello to animals. They usually turn their heads or flick an ear.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
5-20 minutes of silent sitting, walking meditation and mindfulness throughout the day.
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I am a dog sitter and two dogs talked to me like ‘It’s too hot, I want to go back’ and ‘I would love to be brushed’. It was loud and clear and did what they said.
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
Sometimes there is no need to start a conversation. The animals start talking.
      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
I walk one dog that talks a lot but I have no idea what he is talking about. Can’t understand the channel he is using.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Didn’t find the time and the week is so busy that I simply forget.
      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Like to forget that one also.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
The usual short sessions spread over the day, grounding and centering.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Micky, one of my rescues learnt quite a while ago how to open doors. Sunday I forgot to lock the kitchen door, when I went outside to groom the dogs. So Micky took the opportunity and opened the kitchen door and my bedroom door and took half the rescue with him on my bed. Unfortunately he and a one-eyed male found the cat door in my bedroom window and went outside in the garden. The other male was very insecure and came straight to me to be taken back indoors, but when I called Micky, he run. The next 24 hours I did not see him anywhere. I kept calling him telepathically, asking him to come back and telling him how scared I was that something bad would happen to him. Monday evening I spotted him under an olive tree close to my fence. So I stood at the fence and explained to him how dangerous life outside can be, especially for a guy like him, who never lived outside and therefore has not learnt how to behave. He still did not come, but at least he did not walk in the street (like he had done the day before). Then I asked him to think about what I had told him and to consider coming back indoors and went indoors. He did not come for dinner as I had hoped. At 1 am however there was noise at my bedroom window and when I looked up I saw Micky trying to get back in. I opened the window and he jumped in. He was obviously shaken and he took 2 days to fully recover.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
That I managed to convince Micky to come back indoors.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
      Nothing specific.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
      No

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
      No.

      1. Did you meditate this week?

Every day off and on for a total of at least 9 hours. Feeling abundance, freedom, healing, connection and awareness.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week?

I think I connected with a dragonlfy. Not words but heartfelt admiration for her incredible irridescent blue and green and strong desire to not hurt her while clearing brush in the back yard. She followed me and kept lighting on yard bags and even on my gloved hand until she seemed to pick up on my worry she might be accidentally hurt and she disappeared. I think the fireflies also feel how much I love them, especially since I found one dying on the sidewalk and carried it to a shady place by the creek. My yard is on fire with them now, even until 5:00 in the morning.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

I am almost certain the yellow jackets heard my warning and moved outside my fence. I have been working in both places where they have nests and have not been attacked once!

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

Biggest challenge this week has been exhaustion from overdoing yardwork and hot weather which leaves little energy for connecting.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)?

      Still haven’t. Sorry Hawkeye!

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games this week?

      No time. Low energy.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes, still to Ananda Bosman’s S’OM”A CD, so about an hour each nite before sleep. This CD just puts me in such a peaceful, happy place. If anyone has not yet listened to 432 hertz music, I highly recommend it. It’s the frequency of the Universe.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Yes, bunnies in the yard (at least one new baby bunny). S(he) is already getting used to me being around and didn’t leave yesterday until my big truck got too close. Also, baby snakes in the barn as I was moving old hay. They didn’t leave until I touched them after I offered a greeting.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

A new appreciation for all life forms. (Still working on the wasps. Not yet appreciating why they like my house so much.)

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      Nothing new.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.

No, it’s been another busy week.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

No games, but I have a friend that I used to work with that I still keep in contact with. Every now and then she will pop into my awareness, and it’s not too long before I hear from her. That happened again this week, nothing new there, but on Wednesday morning when I was out feeding the horses, the thought came, you will hear from Michelle soon. About an hour later I got a text from her.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes I meditated daily. Guided and just tuning into the spirit world.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes I was able to talk to Angel my dog which I hadn’t been able to do before.
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I got great feedback from a friend who I communicated with her dog. Ginger is a rescue with abuse issues and the feared having to put her down because she was biting people. It took a couple times before she would talk with me. I listened to her feelings and fears about being abused and fearing abandonment. I told her that her mom loves her very much and will not let anyone hurt her and wants her to stay. She was relieved and said she knew she was being aggressive and afraid. I told her that I want to be her friend and meet her. She said she didn’t have many friends and she would like that. My friend called a month later and said that I had fixed Ginger and she hasn’t growled or tried to bite anyone since I communicated with her. I cried.
I am so glad I was able to help the family keep Ginger in the home. Definitely my proudest moment so far.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? None

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. I will contact Hawkeye again soon.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Took a Theta healing class this week. No time.

      1. MEDITATION: TYPE, TIMES

Centering with love, mindful breathing for a quality. ~10 minutes/day but missed two days.

      2. CONNECT WITH INTENTION TO COMMUNICATE, RESULTS

      (a) Shoshana, a feral cat who came in from the cold in January because of a paw injury, was laying on the bed; I was reading with my knees on a cushion and elbows on the bed. I wanted to ask her if she missed living outside. Lately, while she’s lying on a mesh bed on the screened porch, she starts yipping as if quite upset, which she doesn’t do inside. Bad dreams? She seems to enjoy indoor comforts, has become even more affectionate with me, and tolerates/is tolerated by the other five cats well enough. When I tried to connect, she rolled to her side, stretched out, and seemed to send, “Let’s just be quiet together.” We share the bed like this most afternoons but without the intention to connect.

      (b) When Raven and I were sharing a table, I became more aware of his breathing and tried to synchronize. A cat breathes about 20-30 breaths/minute; humans at rest, 12-20, so it was a bit uneven but I felt closer to him.

      3. CELEBRATE

Some of the exercises in Course 1, Lessons 1 and 2, and in the intuitive games remind me of similar ones when I took Silva Mind Control in the early 1980s. I’m sorry I didn’t keep up with them, but the fact that I was somewhat successful then makes me hopeful I can develop skills now.

      4. CHALLENGES AND QUESTIONS

      (a) Why is it so hard for me to sit still and breathe when it’s so easy and time goes so fast when I look at photos in online articles?

      (b) In Course 1, Lesson 2, I read how non-human animals live in the moment. How extra horrible it is, therefore, for animals caged and tortured in labs (medical research is NO excuse); hunted in fields, woods, water; chained in all weathers, and ignored and abused in bad homes; forced to labor in harmful conditions in circuses, (some) zoos, and other entertainment venues for humans; and every possible situation where an animal is not valued for him- or herself. How to escape the pain and despair without even suicide as an exit–whether the lifespan is that of a mouse or a near-eternity as that of an elephant?

      5. FAT COMMUNICATION Two attempted connections with Hawkeye and results posted.

      6. INTUITION GAMES, RESULTS: Examples of being understood

      (a) Four cats and I drove 1300 miles to our new home in Waco. The economy-sized car allowed three carriers in the back seat and one on the passenger seat front floor under where the air bag might exit. At one point, I started to call out, “Checking on Julie-Belle!”–and she answered. Ditto for two others. All answered over and over and over except for the cat in the front who wanted to be in a different carrier (another story why she couldn’t be).

      (b) Julie-Belle had a large mat on her back. I tried to comb it gently with a tool for that purpose. Then I started to pull harder. Julie-Belle adjusted herself, including finding something to bite down on. I pulled that comb through the mat until she was free of it.

      (c) After the first or second trip to the vet, the cats predict someone(s) is going for a visit there even before seeing a carrier or hearing its zipper.
