–> Ready to Practice with the Accountability Game? –> Ready to earn your reward? Here’s how to do both:

One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listen below.

This Game is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.

NOTE: Only Gold & Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability Award (Student Breakthrough Group Coaching Call, value $275 – for more details about the Call, look in your Resources Module).

While only posts answering the above questions count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

Here’s how Gold & Platinum Members can earn their Rewards:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a laser session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week. (Note: All students will benefit from this exercise. However, you must be a Gold Member to earn a free session with Val.)

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your 30 minute private consultation. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication muscles.

MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 5 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Tip: To copy the questions, highlight the text and type ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V to paste.

Remember the weekly posting period runs from Saturday through noon 12:00pm Central (Texas) United States Friday which is the same as 5pm in system time shown at the top of your posts (it is the Universal Time (Greenwich, UK)). You can check your own time using the Time Zone converter at:

      https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

Note: Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know.

While only posts answering the above questions count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

      Much love, Val

*** Because of the launch of the Platinum Membership level, there are some changes in process until we are fully switched over to the new rewards system. For more explanation, details and Q&A, please see the discussion called Accountability Rewards Update

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I am now near a retreat center in Wisconsin and am meditating there and in my home here continuing my practice of chanting a mantra internally while staying centered behind my eyes in the center of my head. I am practicing at least one hour in the morning, half an hour during the day and an hour before bed.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I communicated with a dog who is bothering the neighbors with his barking and whining when his person is not at home. He also destroys the home if not put in a kennel when his owner is gone. He told me he hated it there when his person was gone and wanted to be free and go on outings. He didn’t want to be left alone. I saw him in a past life as a bull that was left alone in his pen all the time except when in the bull ring. I told him I heard him and could he be patient and I would let his person know his thoughts and feelings.
I also communicated with a mole who is making tunnels near steps. I told him it wasn’t safe for him or the people using the steps so could he please make his tunnels further away so everyone could be safe. I’ll let you know if he does.
I talked to an ant who was in my cupboard and told him that I would put him outside and could he look for food there and stay outside from now on?
I talked to a dragon fly in a flower garden when my friend asked why he was flying in zig zag motions. He said that was his job. Then he landed for a bit and looked right at us.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I am having so much FUN!

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Not always sure whether I have connected.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Not this week. Busy traveling.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Still 50/50 with the card colors.

There seems to be two accountability games with the same date. I’m posting on both for good measure…

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? – Yes
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? – Yes. I had a very interesting AC communication with animal who’s dad also does AC. We compared notes.
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? – I have no doubt about communication. I need to get better at interpreting messages.
      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? – None
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. – No, I’ve been communicating other animals.
      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? – Talk with animals that I pass by.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I spent about 1 hour meditating this week. Val’s Grounding Meditation x 2 / Focus Meditation/ Gratitude Meditation

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not. Yes, I communicated with a dog who is due to soon undergo some medical testing. I went to meet him in person (previously it was just from a picture) He appeared to be very anxious and stressed and wouldn’t stop barking. I still tried to focus in and communicate with him and when he finally agreed to talk to me, I tried to find out why he was barking and about how he is feeling. He told me he is feeling just fine but the anxiety he has was all about his environment at home. He shared with me that he wanted some quiet time away from the other dog that lives with him and also that he wanted to be near the sound of water. The other dog there was extremely excitable and loud who was out of control. I sat quietly with both dogs for quite some time until they both were finally calm. That lasted only a few minutes. Then they both got loud and started barking again. We tried to separate the dogs, but that didn’t work out too well. It was hard to focus on just one of the dogs so instead I tried to have a three way conversation. Both dogs wanted to be the center of attention so they both kept nudging the other one away. When I was ready to leave, both dogs were trying to get close to me like they didn’t want me to leave.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I would like to celebrate that I was blessed to have my private session with Val. It was really amazing. Val picked up on both of my animal’s energy and personality and also confirmed a lot of the communication that I was experiencing.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? The challenge I had was trying to communicate with two dogs at the same time. I don’t think was a good idea at this stage for me (in the situation I listed in question #2).

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, and I posted my results.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, I played a guessing game with colored mini tennis balls. I tried guessing and concentrating on the color “green”, closed my eyes and then pulled out one the balls and it was green.
