–> Ready to Practice with the Accountability Game? –> Ready to earn special bonus time with Val? Here’s how to do do both:

One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listen below.

This Game is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.

NOTE: Gold and Platinum Club Members are Eligible to Earn the Accountability Bonus Call Award (a live small group coaching session with Val and the month’s other Accountability Bonus Award winners). Here’s how Gold and Platinum Members earn their sessions:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a laser session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week. (Note: All students will benefit from this exercise. However, you must be a Gold or Platinum Member to earn a free session with Val.)

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to participate. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication muscles.

MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 5 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Tip: To copy the questions, highlight the text and type ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V to paste.

Remember the weekly posting period runs from Saturday through noon 12:00pm Central (Texas) United States Friday which is the same as 5pm in system time shown at the top of your posts (it is the Universal Time (Greenwich, UK)). You can check your own time using the Time Zone converter at:

      https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

Note: Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know.

While only posts answering the above questions count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

      Much love, Barb & Val

Here is the accountability post for week ending October 5, 2018

      Sorry for the confusion.
The post has been available through the button on the right column but when I ‘pinned’ the post to the top of this forum list, it became invisible as a post. I’ve now upinned it so you should be able to see it.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
House sitting and dog care has kept my meditation very informal this week. No real sessions, mainly staying present.
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I again connected by surprise which still seem to be my best connections. I “thought” in the afternoon, maybe you(dog)can find the orange and blue ball it seems to be lost. After a few hours in he came with the orange and blue ball.
BettyLou, a pup I am taking care of, was anxious in the night and I sat with her for a few minutes acknowledging that her “mom” was gone and I knew she missed her but she would be home after a month and everything will be ok. BettyLou lay down and went to sleep.
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? A friend acknowledged me and it felt very affirming as I still loose confidence.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Figuring out why very clear communication happens occasionally and how to encourage more if it.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. I felt we did the work we were supposed to do together already.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I communicated with moles and chipmunks asking them not to tunnel in my yard.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I meditated about 1 hour. I did four morning gratitude meditations
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes.
There were 2 little birds in my yard that were being very aggressive to a big black crow. The crow was trying go into a bird bath and these 2 birds kept flying into him. Even when he moved away, they followed him and continued the aggressive behavior. I tried to connect with the birds to see what was going on but the little birds did not wish to speak to me. The crow was in a panic and I couldn’t get his attention. This happened every day this week where the aggressive birds went everywhere the crow went and they were tormenting him relentlessly.
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I want to celebrate that I have passion to make a difference when it comes to communicating and understanding animals.
      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
The challenge for me was being frustrated that I could not connect with the aggressive birds as I mentioned in question 2 and it felt awful to see them act this way.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes. I didn’t see a FAT teacher for October yet so I had another talk with Daisy and posted my results.
      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes, I played the marble game (I used mini set of 6 tennis balls that were all different colors). I pulled one out and tried guess the color but I was wrong. I did this in a hurry and my mind was not focused.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes, 1 nite listening to Ananda Bosman, the rest focusing on making Ho’Oponopono my go-to mantra anytime I catch myself falling into thought. This includes during the day. I can’t say it’s related, but things were catching up with me financially to the point where I was wondering how I was going to pay for it all. Any time these thoughts would present themselves, I would remain calm and just let them go on by and go back to Ho’Oponopono. Quite unexpectedly I received 3 checks in the mail this week, one from my mother wishing me a happy birthday (my birthday is in April). I will also be keeping my friend’s dog for her 3 weeks in November and she’s going to pay me what it would have cost her to board him somewhere else. I thanked the Universe and asked for “more of this, please!!”

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Not other than my normal conversations (which are still one way most of the time) with my own kids. I’ve been trying to get my house stained in between raindrops and while the weather is still warm enough. I did ask Ginger if it is ok with her if my friend’s dog comes to stay with us for 3 weeks in November. Cooper had a problem with him, so I want to make sure it’s ok with her. Twice she turned her head away while I was talking to her, the third time I asked her to give me a smile if it was ok with her. She smiled at me. (YAY!)

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

I celebrate the times I get a response I can understand!

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      Nothing new.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.

No time for extracurricular activities this week.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      Same as #5.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I did about 20 minutes each in the morning and at night.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
As I was home all week, I have been chatting a lot with my family.
This morning I had a funny talk with a gecko. I saw him running along a wall right next to my bedroom window. When he made a short stop, I asked where he was going and he said he was on his way to the other side of the garden path to have something to eat. Then he said he had to hurry, because this area was infested with cats, but presently they were all sleeping so he had to rush to find some food and get back to the safety of the wall before they woke up again.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
      Nothing specific

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
How to come to agreements with my critters

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
      No

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
      No games.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
5-20 minutes silent sitting (Vipassana meditation), walking meditation with the dogs or to the store, mindfulness throughout the day
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
      I did. See pct.3
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I am cat sitting three cats this week, where the caregiver told me ‘ you will never get so see them’. I walked in like a kitten (shape shifting) Nobody ran away. Two where on the cat tree, one came after a minute to meow welcome me. I fed them. They ate. One stayed on my lap for a while. The other two didn’t hide and starred at us. The red Tabby is talkative. I took pictures and sent it to her. She said ‘This never happened before. You have an amazing gift with animals.’ Yay, high 5! After day 3, I was able to touch the most scary cat on his head three times while he ate his treat. He did not freak out or pulled back. The caregiver will not believe this one. This is my absolute brake through. This is my celebration. I love my pet sitting job because it is also a good platform to practice.
      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? None
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Forgot. Busy week
      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Forgot

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? As I completed a 21 day Immersion with Susann, I did the special meditations she calls Journeys on a couple of days. Oher days I sat quietly in an attempt to connect with energy. It has been a rough week for me and I did not meditate as much as I had planned.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I have continued to attempt to connect with Roxy and to a lesser extent to Missy. They seem to get what I am communicating to them but I don’t get anything from them.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Nothing. It was not a good week for me.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? I continue to have difficulty doing what used to be so easy. It is frustrating.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. I connected with him briefly one night as I was going to sleep and went to sleep on it. I asked him if he would help me remember how to communicate with animals and of couse he said he would. I relaxed so much doing it I just dozed off.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? No, once again I did not even think of it.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes 7 times this week. Guided meditations for animal communication and Abraham meditations
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes. The horses moved across the stable into larger stalls with shelter for winter weather. We communicated about the move, I showed them the week prior to moving and moving was very easy and all 4 horses cooperated. Since the move they are so happy. Tina told me that they all love the stalls and were happy to meet new horse neighbors.
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
Because we communicate and everyone was on board I was able to lead 4 horses at the same time from the stalls to the arena which is 1\4 mile. It went well and I was thrilled that they all cooperated.
      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Since the move to Arizona my mind is not as easily quieted as before making connections hit and miss. I know this will pass. Impatience only makes it worse.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. No time this week

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Keep forgetting.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? 3 x 15minute guided meditations & 2 x 35 min guided meditations

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I connected with Daisy this week and she told me I need to put my phone and computer down more and just be present with her, so she can help me more.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I’ve learned a lot from people communicating with Daisy, both from the type of questions and conversations they’ve been having and from the messages that came through from Daisy. It’s also been lovely connecting with so many like-minded people.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Time this week.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.Daisy is the FAT this week.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I didn’t this week, again due to time restraints.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I meditated for 9.5 minutes-9 minutes and 45 seconds. Type of meditation: guided meditation I found on YouTube.com.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes. I did with my cats. I don’t remember everything. I remember telling Hawkeye to come up on the couch for something, which he did, and to also move to the other side of the couch so I could get up, which he did. I also did with fruit flies and a fly. The fly told me he/she really liked me and that I wasn’t like most people. I don’t remember if I shapeshifted last week or this week with a rabbit who was afraid of humans. The rabbit had no fear around me as a rabbit. I also did with a couple of cats who have not been eating well lately. They told me things they’d like to eat and things they’d like to have/hear. I told the human. He didn’t seem interested in doing most of the things I said the cats said. One of the cats had some dark energy and wasn’t welcoming to me at first. He gave me the image of bloody steak. Also, the human who has the two cats who aren’t eating well also has a lot of other cats because he fosters cats until they get adopted. I was not accurate on some things I said, but it occurred to me that the reason why I was off on some things is because there are so many cats in the household.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Figuring out the reason why I was so off on some things involving the two foster cats mentioned in #3.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? How do you connect with a specific animals when others are connecting with you at the same time (like what I mentioned in #3)? Also, how do you realize at the time when a different animal is connecting with you?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. I’m connecting her as I wrote this. When I greeted her, she immediately kissed my face and wagged her tail. She said she had/is going to have company (young company). I asked if the company are your nieces. She said they are.

She also gave me the image of her in the front seat of your vehicle with the windows down. She loves this! I asked her if she was going somewhere. It’s almost 8:45 am PST on Friday. Daisy said she went somewhere earlier today (for her).

Then she sent me the image of a soft, yellow toy. I asked her if she likes this toy. She sent me an image of her nodding her head.

She also gave me an image of her on her back on beautiful green grass. She likes this. She also said, “The apples, the apples.”

She also sent me an image of an older lady who is about the height and weight of the Queen of England. There’s also something about this lady and stones and crystals. She tends to wear about 1 inch heels, stockings, and a skirt. I also got that she typically wears a hat.

She then sent me an image of her carrying a sock in her mouth. She said this is almost a daily occurrence.

She said usually/quite often when you all have Family Movie Night that the movie is a comedy.

Then she sent me a vision of her with a red leash in her mouth as if she was waiting to go for a walk. I asked her if she was saying she’d like to go for a walk. She sent another image of her nodding her head and then smiling.

I also got an image of her prancing through a big, open field of beautiful green grass. She loves this field!

As we were saying our goodbyes she sent me the thought of those treats she really likes that you mentioned before. She’d love it if you got some and gave them to her!

when we were saying our goodbye I told her I look forward to talking to her again even if she’s not the FAT and that she’s welcome to come talk to me anytime. I told her I love her and gave her a hug. She kissed me. We said, “Bye,” and she went running off happily.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

I played the deck of cards game. For red or black, I got 12 right out of 18. For the face vs. no face: I got 5 right out of 14. For which suit: I got 3 right out of 17. There were 3 that I said a different suit in my mind as the suit, but I got an indication of a different one before that was the right one.

Barb G – Great job on connecting with the dogs and being able to receive affirmations from them and your friend. Practice communicating and celebrating the successes so the Universe knows you want more of that helps encourage more of it.

Jo – Aggressive little birds toward a crow. I wonder if this was in response to this particular crow or a case of mistaken identity by the little birds. Perhaps an analogy for us and our frustrations at not being heard or really seen.

Patty – Saying yes to more of what we want is a great way for the Uiverse to have a clear picture of what to send our way. Siles yay!

Klaudia – How fun to have a local gecko with whom to talk. And tht you both got time to do it while your cats were sleeping.

Manuela – Wonderful to have your gifts with animals shared with both the cats and their person.

Margaret – Perhaps Roxy and Missy want you to release focus on them and the way things were and see what new possibilities exist and may help release your frustrations. Easier for me to say than to do yet worth a try. Missy and Roxy are there, not center stage, supporting you and your new adventures and changes. Delighted your were able to ask and receive from our FAT. Two important lesson I’m working on, too. Relaxing into it and you could sleep. ahhhhhhhhzzzzz

Alicia – Great job on preparing the horses for the move which likely was big reason why it was easy and they are happy now. Arizona has been having interesting weather of late and as a new comer this would accent the unfamiliar. You and your animals will become familiar soon as you settle into new surroundings and habits. Working with them to make good habits for all of you feels right and patience all around will help.

Melanie – Love that Daisy is reminding you to put down phone and computer and be present with her more often. Rumery kitty does that for me. Plus reminds me to eat and go to sleep at normal times. We are lucky to have our teachers. And it has been wonderful for our community to get a chance to learn and grow with you and Daisy.

Martha – It can be frustrating when people don’t listen to what we or their animals tell them directly for all of us. There is some relief that the animals know that they were heard by you. Thank you for your contributions to them and the world. Keeping straight to whom we are talking or hearing when there is a crowd whether animals of humans is a lot of work and sometimes isn’t possible to keep it all clear. Be gentle with yourself and those around you. Sometimes a pause can help figure out who is sending the message that is coming through ‘loudest’ though it may not be the most related or truth.
