Moderator–> Ready to Practice with the Accountability Game? –> Ready to earn special bonus time with Val? Here’s how to do do both:
One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listen below.
This Game is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.
NOTE: Gold and Platinum Club Members are Eligible to Earn the Accountability Bonus Call Award (a live small group coaching session with Val and the month’s other Accountability Bonus Award winners). Here’s how Gold and Platinum Members earn their sessions:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a laser session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week. (Note: All students will benefit from this exercise. However, you must be a Gold or Platinum Member to earn a free session with Val.)
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to participate. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication muscles.
MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 5 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
Note: Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know.

Inactive Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I spent a total of about 1 hour meditating. The meditations I did were: Gratitude Meditation x 2 / Val’s Grounding Meditation
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, I did. I connected with a precious cat who is in between homes. My husband and I go to his house which is abandoned and feed him every day. He told me he loves to see us and it isn’t just about the food. He said he wondered where we are when we are not with him. I explained we are both working so we have money to bring him his gourmet dishes of food every day. I told him I would love to spend more time with him.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I want to celebrate that I am staying accountable. This accountability really helps me to set aside a bit of time each week to practice (even when there seems to be no time for anything).
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? The challenge I had this week was once again trying to balance my work/personal life so that I could spend more time doing what I love (connecting with animals)
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Yes and I posted my results.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I did not play any games this week yet. The reason why is that I was working really long hours every day but I plan to play a game before the week is over.

Platinum Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Back to short sessions during the day, grounding and centering.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I am talking daily to little Sophie. She lives in my bedroom until she is big enough to go out in the kennel. She is now 3 months old and becomes very aggressive. She is always in fighting mood, attacking my ankles, hands, arms and legs. It is impossible to groom her or even to cuddle her. I keep telling her that she hurts me and that I would love to cuddle with her. The last few days she came a few times for cuddle sessions, but they last no more than 5-10 seconds, then we are back in attack mode. Also she gets now on my desk and throws down things, which then disappear, because she plays with them. Up to now I am missing 2 pens and the lid of my water bottle.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I am lately getting more confident, telling people that I am talking to animals and offering help in problem situations.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Nothing new.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Only during our call last Saturday.6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Played again with the lift at work and got 3 out of 4 correct.6/12

Platinum Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I meditated 5 times this week. Guided meditations. Abraham meditations.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I communicated with a dog and a horse this week.
I spoke in person with the horse which I was happy about because in person is hard for me. I asked her about how she likes her new stable and she likes it and feels she is treated well by people who like animals and that’s important to her. I told her that Tina can be moody and I apologize if she has had an attitude with her.
She laughed and said, “oh she’s just young and petulant”. I told her that she was right about that.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Getting my mind in the right place more.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? None
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Not yet
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes I played cards red and black. 11 right out of 20. Then 12 out of 20. I need more practice.

Platinum Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
This week I took some time off from the silent sitting I’ve been doing. I don’t feel like it’s productive time. Instead I’ve been learning about Soul Contracts from a new book I ordered and have been reading before going to sleep. Also listened to Ananda Bosman’s cd a couple of nights. Practicing being mindful during the day and going to Ho’Oponopono when I catch my mind going where I don’t want it to go. Don’t feel like I was as vigilant with that this week.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I did! It’s been an active week with wild critters showing up all over the place. “My” deer have returned, and have been coming closer to the house where I can see them better. I had a face-to-face with one this morning after I fed the horses. We both stopped in our tracks and looked at each other. I offered a greeting and told her she is so beautiful and they are safe as long as they stay on my property. She looked at me for a few seconds and turned around and took off into the trees. Not too long after, I looked out the window and there were 3 of them out in the yard.
(Side note: I found out last week the so-called conservation dept. is thinking of suspending hunting season due to CWD-chronic wasting disease among the deer. I’m sorry that’s the reason – at least the one they’re giving- but I’m really happy for the deer if they do!! It goes for waaaaayyyyy too long anyway!!)
Yesterday when Ginger and I were going for our morning walk, I looked up and there was a very large condor sitting on the peak of my house. I said hello and told him/her (s)he was beautiful and asked what (s)he was doing. (S)he was cautiously watching us, but made no move to leave. I told him/her we meant him/her no harm. We walked on out in the field away from the house, stopped and I turned around. I saw another condor circling around and flying very close to the house and finally landing on a dead limb in a tree behind the house. Then I noticed right above where that one landed was another one with wings outstretched, just sunning. The one that just landed then stretched its wings the same way and just sat there. The one on top of the house had made him/herself quite comfy and was sitting in a resting position on the peak of the house. I just stood there watching them for a few minutes, the message coming to my awareness “we’re sunning”. Not sure if it came from them or if my mind offered it to me. Ginger and I took off walking, and one by one they left. My camera was in the house or I would have tried to get a picture!
I feel my energy was much better yesterday than it was a couple years ago when I had 6 of them perched on the top of the house. We surprised each other, and they immediately took off when they saw me.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I celebrate when the wild ones don’t leave in fear of me. They still leave, but not because they’re afraid, they’re still cautious, as they should be.
I’m also celebrating that I lost part of a tooth yesterday and with it came the mercury filling. Maybe a little less mercury in my mouth will allow some abilities to surface? Hopefully?
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
I offered Serenity a greeting when I signed into the site today. Nothing came back, so I continued with my posting.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
No, still very busy with outside stuff while the weather’s still halfway decent.

I continue my daily practice but need to refocus so it means something. I hope I can say I have next week.2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I asked a chipmunk on a hike to show me where he lives. He ran around and returned to near where I was standing and showed me his food stash!
I talked to BettyLou, the cocker spaniel that bit me and thanked her for her apology. She said she missed her “mom” who is still out of town. I said I bet you do. Are you going on walks with Emily? (The daughter in the family) she said I run like crazy! (She does). Then she said I miss my mom. I said she will return in 15 sun ups and sundowns. Then I said I’ll talk to you soon again. She said ok.
I also shape shifted to a female horse and visited Metallic. He was surrounded by gold light and healing energy during the visit but I haven’t heard whether this was helpful.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I really enjoy my visits with other souls.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? My own emotions. I have scheduled an Emotion Code session.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. During last Saturday’s call. I’ll post it soon.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I am getting the colors of cards right consistently about 2/3 of the time.

Inactive Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
5-20 minutes vipasana meditation, walking meditation and mindfulness throughout the day.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Val gave me some homework. I have to relisten to the recording of last Q&A call because I did not understand. I will do this tomorrow.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I was cat sitting again. The cats that will never show when a stranger comes. I did the shapeshifting again and voila they were around me and no one was hiding.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
None.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
I don’t have the notes with me from the Q&A call last Saturday.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Guessing who is calling or from whom I receive a text or I even turn of the volume and check my phone if I received a phone call or text. This works pretty good. -

Gold Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, some days more than others. Some mornings I sit with my first cup of coffee and usually a cat in my lap and just breathe and focus on bringing in the energy. Sometimes I do the Reiki meditation of breathing into the hara (belly) on the inbreath and then expanding out to fill the body then the aura and then to extend my energy out and out. I ask my guides and angels for their guidance and support during the day. I find this a good way to start the day. Last night I did a teleconference and let the participants in a Journey, a guided journey out into the universe and then had them bring the energy into their body. I did not actually do the meditation since I was leading it, but it was a meditation all the same.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I continue to attempt to connect with my cats Roxy and Missy. I really need to be able to comunicate with them.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? nothing
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? none
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. I attempted to do so but with little to no success. I reported this in the FAT discussion.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? While watching Dancing with the Stars, I tried to konw what number the judges would hold up before they did. Sort of like some of those games.

Inactive MemberDid you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? 4 x 15min guided meditation, 1 x 1hr group angel meditation, 2 x 20min breathing meditation and a walking meditation.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Just the FAT
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I got a lot of visual images this week with the FAT, which is unusual. I was shown around a house, that isn’t one I know, with very vivid pictures. I’ve not had feedback yet though, so I don’t know how accurate they were.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Does it ever get to the stage where you can converse easily, as you would a person in the street, or is there always a lot of preparation to do before hand e..g grounding, protection, quiet?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Yes – posted in the forum.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes – the card game again, though I’m still only getting around half right.

2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I ave a feeling my ginger who is perfectly healthy is trying to transition by getting hit my a car. He’s doing stupid stuff he doesn’t normally do like laying across the curb as i’m backing up. As i was leaving this morning i see him just miss getting hit. Not much i can do if he insist on leaving. Maybe I’m wrong and he’s nuts. A cat neighbor cat was killed 2 weeks ago by a car.

I looked at her and immediately sensed a great sweetness. She’s a major bed cuddler i think and has a healthy purr.6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Platinum Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I meditated briefly. I focused on my breathing.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, my cats. They understood/responded or at least most of the time. Also, with flies and two or three birds. One of the birds I’m not sure if he/she was the same bird or a different bird. The flies like me and like that I don’t harm them. They like that I’m considerate of them. They also like that I let them eat crumbs and from dirty dishes. One of the birds, the pigeon, said he/she was hungry. The other bird or two didn’t say much at all.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Nothing in particular.
Yes, she’s my girl 🙂 <3
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes, the deck of cards game. For red or black, I got 3 right out of 12. For face or no face, I got 5 right out of 10. There were two others, too. One I was thinking it was a face card and it was, but I said it wasn’t. The other I said it wasn’t a face card when it was, but I was getting a signal from my body perhaps that it was. For the type of suit I got 1 right out of 7. There was another one that I asked Serenity about. I thought she might have said it was a heart (which it was), but I wasn’t sure and I guessed a different one because I thought maybe it was that, too. I felt pretty off this morning with the game. -

Inactive Member1. MEDITATION: TYPES, TIMES
None. Too hard to meditate with a bad cold and I’m always reaching for the Kleenex (okay, roll of tp).
2. INTENTION TO COMMUNICATE WITH AN ANIMAL
a. With my cat, Shoshana, who became an inside-only cat this January. Apparently, she did not have the UTI for which she received treatment because she still has yipping spells when she’s alone. She doesn’t tell me why.
b. At a Blarney Castle restaurant with outdoor seating, I was closer to crows than I’d ever been. One with whom I tried to communicate hopped among the chairs and table where I had pizza. Another flew in and grabbed the piece I put on the table for the bird I was addressing; then both flew off with another crow following. I wonder whether the “hopper” was getting my attention so that the “seizer” could fly off with the food.
Anyway, since then I’ve had a vivid image of a crow, so I called him(?) Brendan. When, after a few minutes, I switched to Blarney because of the location, the bird seemed to protest that he didn’t talk blarney, so Brendan was preferable. Okay, but I didn’t receive any other message at all.
3. CELEBRATE
My cats are affectionate, though they do make it difficult to sleep when sharing the bed because some lay horizontally and sometimes I can’t get enough of the covers with the forty-degree temperature drop this week. With the wind, rain, and cold, they’re all the bedroom rather than on the screened porch. I’m relieved they don’t seem to read my thoughts that I want to be alone.
4. CHALLENGES, QUESTIONS
a. Rosalie, the timid/independent outdoor cat, comes to the back patio to demand food a few times a day. I try to limit the feedings to two, but she calls more often because she detects light or sound in the kitchen. There have been cat yelps almost every day because a male (guess because of larger size), orange cat’s visits sometimes coincide with hers. I haven’t fed him because I want him to look elsewhere to avoid fights with her and costs for me. A male cat stopped coming after a few weeks earlier this year. I don’t like feeling stingy with nonhuman animals …
b. … however, I’m concerned about major and minor house repairs such as the part of the front porch needing to be rebuilt after rotten wood, the gutter, and downspout came down in the rain. There are also overhead garage door and plumbing repairs to be made.
c. I read Shapeshifting with Our Animal Companions by Dawn Baumann Brunke. It was helpful in answering my Q&A 10/13 question about how a dog slides from canine self to spirit self. Also helpful in making sense of “I Am That I Am” by interpreting it with “All That Is.” Not helpful to me personally in depicting a universe far more complex than the Judeo-Christian view I’m used to. Especially the repeated incarnations. Well, What Is Is What Is, whatever that happens to be, and I’m going to try not to think about it. Dealing with the house repairs is what’s real to me.
5., 6. FAT COMMUNICATION, INTUITION GAMES
None because of above problems.

Platinum Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes: I did a Yoga Nidra meditation for about half and hour. I do Buddhist chanting every morning for about an hour. I have done silent meditations concentrating on my breath at various times during the week for 5 minutes or so whenever I felt anxious.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I’ve tried to connect with my dog but I still think I’m making up my replies! I tried to connect with a cow in a field locally – we have an ongoing relationship. He appeared to me in a meditation a few weeks ago but I dismissed it because I thought I must have been making it up. He came to meet me in the field a couple of times. I’m going to keep trying. I am finding myself being increasingly open to the energy coming from trees – relevant? perhaps not, but I feel it’s a similar process.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
That I managed to connect with Serenity, the gorgeous FAT cat.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
My challenges are how to tell what my busy mind is making up – and what is coming from someone else.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes and it was the first time that I had concrete feedback that I was on the right track – it was so encouraging and Serenity is such a remarkable cat.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? No but I did print the sheets off and have them with me and I got hold of some marbles! I’m ready!
