–> Ready to Practice with the Accountability Game? –> Ready to earn special bonus time with Val? Here’s how to do do both:

One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listen below.

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.

NOTE: Gold and Platinum Club Members are Eligible to Earn the Accountability Bonus Call Award (a live small group coaching session with Val and the month’s other Accountability Bonus Award winners). Here’s how Gold and Platinum Members earn their sessions:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a bonus session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week. (Note: All students will benefit from this exercise. However, you must be a Gold or Platinum Member to earn bonus session with Val.)

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to participate. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication muscles.

MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 5 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Tip: To copy the questions, highlight the text and type ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V to paste.

Remember the weekly posting period runs from Saturday through noon 12:00pm Central (Texas) United States Friday which is the same as 5pm in system time shown at the top of your posts (it is the Universal Time (Greenwich, UK)). You can check your own time using the Time Zone converter at:

      https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

Note: Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know.

While only posts answering the above questions count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

      Much love, Barb & Val

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Every day meditation on light and sound 30-60 minutes morning and evening. Also Val’s time travel meditation.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes. See my 30 day challenge post.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I have moments of thinking I can do this.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Self-confidence and trust.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Yes! She is teaching me a lot!

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I tried guessing answers to geography questions that I had no clue about and failed. I did not Center and ground and randomly chose answers so that may be the reason.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?   I spent about 1/2 hour in total meditating.
      I did a Gratitude Meditation x 2.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
No, I did not. The reason that I did not was that this week every time I tried to take the time to do so, I kept getting interrupted.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I would like to celebrate that I know this week was just a reminder that I have to make sure I claim my time and space.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
The challenge I had this week was at work where they changed my hours and then overloaded me with even more responsibilities. For me, this meant I had no alone time and I struggled to get time for myself to study and practice. When I finally had a moment to do anything, I was too drained and exhausted. This left me feeling a bit disappointed and frustrated with myself.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
I tried to communicate again with Chica but at the time that I did try, my head was filled with too many other things.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
This week I did not because I just didn’t manage to find the time to do so.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes 20 minutes guided healing meditation each lunch break and some short sessions in between.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

I am trying to find out what happened to my 15 year old feral cat Blacky. She disappeared 3 days ago. I am not sure, if she is still alive or not. As I am not able to verify whatever I think she tells me, the doubts keep me from having a good connection.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

That I make progress in gaining trust from the feral kittens as well as from Pascal and Sophie.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

I need to have confirmation of my findings in order to trust myself. If this is not possible, I have major doubts.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.

I just don’t manage to find the time.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      No games

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Can you believe it? 2 weeks with no Ananda Bosman? I’ll have to fix that! 🙂 This week I listened to recorded nature sounds X 2, sitting in silence listening for the inner child to speak up. Trying always to stay mindful in everything I do, think and say. Ho’Oponopono whenever I catch my mind “running tapes”.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

I’m taking care of my friend’s dog while she’s away. He’s hard of hearing and also hard-headed. I guess he has little to no structure with her, because he just wants to do whatever he damn well pleases. I’ve tried to give him a little bit of structure while he’s here, he’s responding slowly. About the time we get in sync, it will be time to take him home. There’s only been 2 nights that he hasn’t poo’d or peed in the house during the night. Sometimes he does bark to let me know he has to go out, but I’m not getting up at 1:30 in the morning to let him out and wake everybody else up in the process. I’ll just clean up whatever when I get up. I don’t think he does this with my friend. We’ll have to discuss when she gets home.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

I saw 6 deer yesterday morning when I took the dogs out for their walk earlier than normal. I’m always thrilled to see them still alive and healthy this time of year!

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      Nothing new.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.

I offered Chica a greeting again when I came to post accountability. Got no response again, so continued on.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Still playing my own game on one of my phone app games. I guesstimate I’m about 50% successful.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Once again I did not consistently meditate. I know I need to but am having difficulty doing so. I tried a few times but had trouble focusing and staying with it. It was either just sitting quietly in the energy or practicing the Reiki meditation of breathing into the abdomen and exhaling through the skin to expand energy. Once again I intend to meditate at least a few minutes every morning.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? No, and for no good reason. I just did not.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? There is nothing to celebrate.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? None, really, I just need to focus on what I can do.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. No and again no good reason why I just did not do it.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? No I just did not do this either.

I know I’m not taking the steps needed and wonder if it would be better just to give up on AC.

      MEDITATION: TYPES, TIMES

Saturday Platinum Call: soft focus; today: radiant ball from Course 1; other days, I tried to be aware of breath or to do numbered inhales and exhales but was too distracted and anxious. Excuses:

      (a) Determined to use the iPhone since learning to juice the battery last week (week before?). Spent 15 hours over three days with four senior-level Apple tech advisors. They concluded the problem is not software but hardware, so I brought it to UPS for Apple to repair or replace.

      (b) Difficulties driving (getting lost, blocked roads, roads under repair) while trying to find location for bus pick-up for local travel group next week. Two dismal tries this week; will try a third way Sunday morning in preparation for Monday morning.

      (c) Packing a bag, looking up sites to be visited, preparing the house for the petsitter–minor tasks but energy-sapping for me.

Need the meditation habit to handle situations like those above.

CONNECT WITH THE INTENTION TO COMMUNICATE WITH AN ANIMAL

      (a) Wanted to use the time travel instructions to communicate with Shoshana (cat) to learn how her paw got hurt in January (it’s been healed for months). Plan to do it before next week’s accountability.

      (b) Tried to connect with the orange male cat who usually shows up with Rosalie the Lorelei and scares her away from food I give her. They come to the back patio from different directions, so he hasn’t followed her. I tell him he’s handsome and healthy as well as hungry; surely he can find another house to visit. Not getting any response from him, I requested the chief spirit over cats (assuming there is such a spirit) to direct him. No response or change in the cat’s behavior. If there weren’t thousands of dollars owed in emergency house repairs and more thousands in property taxes, I’d just feed him, too.

      (c) A few times during the week, when I thought of Chica, I asked her to tell me a joke. This was before Val’s email about animals’ sense of humor. I hadn’t prepared for a connection, so expected less than usual: the impression (multiple times; brain in a rut?) was that she sometimes hid one of her sweaters.

This morning, after a meditation, I asked her again. There was an impression of a voice–just a lovely gold and cream ribbon of a sound (what would have been a sound–synesthesia). Did she ever tease Angel? Yes, when she could fit into smaller spaces than Angel could. Did she think anything Alicia does is funny? Yes, when Alicia is drinking coffee, gets up to do something, and forgets where she’s put the cup. Does she know a joke in words? She asked me for an example, and I couldn’t think of one. Focus lost.

      (d) Also this morning, I tried to connect with Sally, the small, white dog who seems frightened by a ghost(s). “He comes close to me.” “Closet.” He’s ugly in the sense of being unkempt: poor grooming and clothes (so what would he be doing with a golf club from previous talk?).

She said she likes to eat and that he does not interrupt her while she’s eating in the kitchen. She becomes aware of him when she’s resting or sleeping because she gets cold.

Sally said she was too scared to bark when he’s around, but she’s not scared to bark when the mail carrier comes because the mail carrier doesn’t frighten her.

I didn’t get anything when I asked if Sally knew him from a previous life. I also asked if her back a few inches from her tail still hurts and if the hurt is associated with him. All I seemed to get is that the spot doesn’t hurt now.

When I asked if there was also a female ghost, I got “Dolly.”

After no further responses, I said I had to go. Sally: “Don’t go.” I repeated I had to and encouraged her to contact me if she wanted to talk.

      CELEBRATION

Finally some progress getting to know the iPhone 8, so I can participate more in ATCC.

      CHALLENGES, PROBLEMS

What my attitude and behavior should be to the orange male cat. I don’t want him to hurt Rosalie or me. When I’m confronting him and he’s growling at me and probably feeling he’s starving, I don’t want to be scratched or bitten.

      FAT COMMUNICATION

Connected with Chica. Will post after this.

      INTUITION GAMES

This morning between Chica and Sally, so those results may be equally lacking: odd-even with die cube: 5/10, 4/10.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I meditated by focusing on my breathing. I also imagined one of more peaceful images/scenes in my mind. I don’t know how long I meditated for.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, I did with my cats. They understood to where it was obvious to me they understood (at least most of the time). I also connected with a cat in Okinawa. There had been a ghost who bothered her at times in her apartment. I asked the ghost to cross to the Other side and not bother her and not harm her anymore. The ghost crossed to the Other Side and agreed to not bother and not harm the cat. I saw the ghost crossing over to the Other Side. After the ghost crossed over, the cat felt better and also I got an image over a glowing golden color on and in the cat’s body. The cat’s human said the cat has kidney issues, and I’m wondering if the ghost was playing at part in the kidney health of the cat and if the cat’s kidney’s will improve now that the ghost is on the Other Side and agreed to not bother her and not harm her anymore. I also connected with pigeons, too.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Being able to communicate with them! It’s so amazing!

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? When we understand the animal to say one thing, but the animal might have been saying something else relating to what we understood the animal to say, how do we know what the animal said is different than what we understood (before the human’s feedback)?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
I am as I write this. I said “Good morning” to Chica. She was so happy to see me! She did a happy dance and just now kissed my nose! She said she had something to tell me. She said that she and Angel were playing outside. It was a sunny day and they were also relaxing on the ground in the sun. Tina came over to them and let out a huge sneeze. Chica and Angel thought that was funny! Then Tina told them a joke they all thought was hilarious about a human slipping in horse poop or mud and then falling to the ground. The human wasn’t hurt though which they were all glad for.
Chica said she also enjoyed yesterday’s Thanksgiving food smells. She said she looks forward to having pie when she becomes a human!

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes, I did. Here is what I got and posted, “Hi Alicia,
I’m communicating with Angel as we speak. I didn’t even greet her and she came up to me so happy and excited to see me. She was wagging her tail, too! What drew me to communicate with her is because she was reaching out to me because she wants to tell me about her Thanksgiving. She’s telling me about it now. She’s saying there were lots of people all over the house and it was warm (temperature wise and energy wise from the humans). She said she smelled so many good smells and wanted to try everything (except the cranberry sauce). She said, “the pie, the turkey (and just sent me an image of turkey and sent me the smell of the turkey). She said, “the gravy, an Ah! the mashed potatoes!” She showed me an image of men relaxing after having had too much to eat. She showed me people gathered around in small groups chatting and glasses of red wine. She said she loved all the happiness, warm energy, and people being thankful. She also showed me an image of her outside in the sun and the weather being a little chilly. She sent an image of a fire burning in a fire place. She said she’s looking forward to the people having breakfast. I got something about cinnamon rolls. Earlier in our conversation she also thanked me for my other chat recently.

She also showing me an image of either a dog bed or a human long sleeved shirt that is red and black plaid flannel or red with black stripes. She also sent me an image of her jumping in the air and catching a frisbee. She said there is another dog who is company who she loves! This is a dog there for Thanksgiving and they have lots of fun together and make each other laugh. Oh, she is saying, “Bye Martha. I’m going to go play now and we’ll talk again.” I’m saying, “OK, Angel. Have fun! I love you.” Angel kissed me and then showed me an image of her from behind while going off to play.

      1. Did you meditate this week?
Yes – I’ve been prioritising this. Chanting one hour daily and then silent meditations not quite daily- a long one on Thursday evening but short ones to focus and centre at regular intervals throughout the days.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I’ve been focusing on Elsa, my dog here at home, because she had an operation – which went well – but then she got very sick afterwards, so helping her through nights vomiting etc. I think I was able to communicate well about the op and she was calm but then we were both taken aback by her illness a few days later and I think I got too tired to be able to communicate well.
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I haven’t had much time or head space to do much apart from supporting my dog through her op – but I am glad she was calm about it and didn’t fret about the stitches or not being able to go off the lead. I do think I developed a deeper feeling about communicating through vibration rather than just front brain. I want to keep feeling into this.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
I seem to be very blocked this week in sensing wild animal auras this week – maybe I’m too preoccupied at home this week. Normally I can connect a little with the birds and the cattle.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
No – I missed this one because of the situation at home.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes – I was sensing in to channel helpful colours into my life for a particularly challenging observation of my teaching for work which normally makes me so fearful I don’t sleep etc. As I was doing this I suddenly broke through into silvery sparkly stuff that seemed to be angelic support – I felt completely relaxed about the observation – even enjoyed it! Thank you silvery sparkly stuff! I’m coming back for more!
