–> Ready to Practice with the Accountability Game? –> Ready to earn special bonus time with Val? Here’s how to do do both:

One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below.

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.

NOTE: Gold and Platinum Club Members are Eligible to Earn the Accountability Bonus Call Award (a live small group coaching session with Val and the month’s other Accountability Bonus Award winners). Here’s how Gold and Platinum Members earn their sessions:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a bonus session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week. (Note: All students will benefit from this exercise. However, you must be a Gold or Platinum Member to earn bonus session with Val.)

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to participate. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication muscles.

MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 5 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Tip: To copy the questions, highlight the text and type ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V to paste.

Remember the weekly posting period runs from Saturday through noon 12:00pm Central (Texas) United States Friday which is the same as 5pm in system time shown at the top of your posts (it is the Universal Time (Greenwich, UK)). You can check your own time using the Time Zone converter at:

      https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

Note: Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know.

While only posts answering the above questions count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

      Much love, Barb & Val

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes I practiced a little yoga and focused on my breath and body sensations.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? YES I connected with my kitties this week both in just relaxing and connecting physically with them and also trying to dig a little deeper and ask questions. they are very open and I do allow my imagination to go to work throughout the day as I do chores and multitask I casually engage with them and imagine what they are telling me. I do this so that I do not get overwhelmed by the idea of formal communication.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? practicing and getting to work with animals for distance healing.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? not always knowing exactly what is going on in behavioral issues but trusting in the power of healing work as equal in measure to the more linear work of working out the details.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Yes Mig is amazing and looking forward to tuning in with her again to ask questions that Chigusa suggested.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes and I need to refer to that list again to see if there is something new to try. For now I still work with cards for intuitive readings and I do play intuitive games with my decks as well.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

This week I spent approximately 2 hours meditating. I did Val’s mindfulness meditation, gratitude meditation x 3 and a prayer meditation.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

l connected with a 19 year old cat who told me that she has no plans of going anywhere except to sleep on the couch.
I also connected with an older dog who feared leaving the physical world because she didn’t want to “lose the love and attention she has here”.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

I would like to celebrate that I increased the time I spent meditating.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

The challenge I had this week was ( my connection in question #2 about fear). explaining what other animals told me about the spirit world and how love lives on.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.

Yes, and I posted my results.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

I did a quick pick from a deck of animal cards and guessed it was a zebra but it was a donkey.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

A couple of short sessions each day. One evening I did 15 minutes grounding and being present with the dogs to calm them down.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

I connected with a young kitten who will come to me on Sunday. A colleague rescued her a few weeks ago, but can’t keep her because she has already 2 cats in her flat. The little girl is scared to join my big family. I told her we will get her to know the others slowly. I tried to connect her with the last 3 that joined us, Sophie, Mäuschen (little mouse) and Schneewittchen (snow white). Not sure, if that helped, but at least they can tell her how they slowly integrated into the group. I also talked to the family, especially the dogs, to leave the new kitten girl alone and give her time to adjust to her new life.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

That I checked in with the sick cat that Val had posted and reported back to her person Harlie. I have huge issues with fighting the fear to report something wrong to a person, especially when it comes to health issues.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      See under 3.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.

I did a quick check in just to grasp her personality. Did not yet find the time to post.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      No time for games.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. 5 meditations, guided meditations 10 to 30 minutes each.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes. I am guiding the progress of Katey the new leader of the herd. There has been no further kicking. The horses are following her lead. Katey is happier than she has been for a long time. We are in a snowstorm so I am connecting with Tina who is the most communicative with me. I am making sure they’re doing ok. All 4 horses are double blanketed.
I seem to worry more than they do.

That my horses are at peace. I am getting more confidence about my communication.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Angel my dog eats everything she shouldn’t and throws up in the middle of the night. I worry she will get something stuck and need surgery. All attempts to talk. Her out of this behavior is unsuccessful.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes I spoke with MiG and posted results.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Not this week.

      1. MEDITATION: TYPES, TIMES

Platinum class meditation, Course 1-Class 2 meditation; will do a Hemi-Sync meditation later today. Frequent silent breathing spells though for three minutes or less.

      2. CONNECT WITH INTENTION TO COMMUNICATE

Posted with Margaret D’s Roxy in ATH.

      3. CELEBRATE

Not mine to celebrate, but I saw Shoshana (last cat to join the clowder [term for a group of cats]) nestled between Julie-Belle (matriarch) and Raven-Raffaele (patriarch). J-B often cuddles with and grooms her, but R-R has not.

      4. CHALLENGES, QUESTIONS

Wake up the discipline I used to have.

      5. FAT COMMUNICATION

      Posted with Chigusa S’s Mig.

      6. INTUITION GAMES

      (a) Try with daily games: time if I wake up at night, whether an email reply is posted, where a cat is located in the house, whether a postal delivery has arrived, etc.

      (b) Odd-even die cube: 6/10.

      Accountability 2/20/19
      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I continue to meditate daily and now I am really trying to live my daily life in the meditation space I go to and notice when I’m not there. Then I bring my attention back to feeling like I’m still in my meditation “chamber” while doing other things.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I continue to communicate on a daily basis. Especially when connecting with animals in spirit (3 this week) I ask that this will benefit each of us in our spiritual growth, awareness, understanding and amusement. I have started these being open to what each kitty spirit wanted to share and they were all very different!

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? It has happened one time this week when a friend’s semi-feral cat arrived at their home with multiple “owies” that I “saw, knew and felt” in an instant what had occurred.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? I’d be Interested to know what I did to have that instant knowing experience vs. how I usually connect by creating sacred space and grounding before connecting.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. I cannot access Mig in the website so haven’t connected.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Continue with jig saw puzzle pieces…only about 50% correct this week.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? Yes,I did meditate about 2 hours this week.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes I have communicated twice both with a dog and a cat this week. I intended to communicate with the cat of a friend of mine on monday. The cat connected with me first. My friend is in the process of sending the cat to a catshelter as she has not been able to find any other solution that works both for her and the cat. The cat has been living with my friends exhusband since the divorce but he is not treating her very well. I listened to what the cat had to say about the situation and forwarded it to my friend. The cat is pretty much raised in the woods and needs to be able to go outside. My friend lives in a flat on the 3rd floor. She has tried to let the cat live with her but the cat got scared of the 4 cats living on the second floor and she was too scared to come back home the first time my friend let her out. I managed to track her and get her home. The cat is very sad and wants my friend and her daughter to move to another place where she can feel safe and go out hunting. I had to explain to her how difficult it is to find such a place if one can not afford to buy a home. That it is really difficult to find such a place. That my friend and her daughter loves her so much and want the very best for her. That they want for her to live with a family that loves her deeply and where she can feel safe and go out hunting as much as she wants to. I had a conversation with her about her wishes for a new family. I said I wish she could live with me. Before I got to say anything more about that she daid: you are already taken. I want to be the only cat that get all the love and attention and form close bands to my people. I walked her trough what was going to happen the next day. She would first go to the Vet and get a vaccine and do a health check on her. If he felt she was well enough she would be taken to the shelter right after that. She asked me for some healing for her heart and her hip/kne. I gave her some healing. She also asked me if I could check in with her when she had gotten to the shelter as she thought she would need some more healing at that time. I said ofcourse I will! She asked me if she could contact me if she wanted in the nearest future as it would feel comforting to her and maby I could help if there was a problem. I told her that she could contact me at any time she wanted, That I was there for her as her friend. This communication has been very, very difficult for me emotionally at the same time I know I am helping the cat by being there and listening to her and being a place of comfort for her. It makes it worth it and i will pray that she get a fantastic family. She so deserves it! She is a little angel.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I would like to celebrate that I have come to a place whereI am able to face situations like this with animals that is emotionally very difficult and still showing up and being a space of calm and love. I am e deeply empatic and it has been a struggle for me to feel what I feel and not shut down when the emotions get too strong. I take one step at a time to master this more and more.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? The challanges has been as above, to confront an emotionally difficult situation and continue to stay open and calm. I think it is also harder when it is someone that you know.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
No I have not been able to log in to the site yet. I also had enough with the communications I had.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
No- I did not get in to the site.

1.Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? 3 x 15min guided meditations and 1 x 30min group angel meditation.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? I didn’t this week – I tried to connect with Rolo to explain what would happen when he went to the vets for his operation on Tuesday. I’ve no idea if he understood or not as I didn’t really get anything back from him.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? The support and encouragement of this lovely community. I had a lovely encouraging message of one of the members at a point when I really needed it.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? I still don’t feel like I’m getting a good connection with my own pets.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Not this week. Again I’ve not had much time and I’ve been very low on energy.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? No – no time.
