–> It’s Time to Practice with the Accountability Game!

Ready to earn special bonus private coaching time with Val? Here’s how:

One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below.

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.

NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Coaching Session Awards (value $125).

Here’s how Gold and Platinum Members earn your sessions:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 6 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Tip: To copy the questions, highlight the text and type ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V to paste.

Remember the weekly posting period runs from Saturday through noon 12:00pm Central (Texas) United States Friday which is the same as 5pm in system time shown at the top of your posts (it is the Universal Time (Greenwich, UK)). You can check your own time using the Time Zone converter at:

      https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know. Put Upgrade in the subject line.

While only posts answering the above questions count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

      Much love, Barb & Val

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Continue my morning and evening practice every day from 15-60 minutes.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes. Casper was having digestive problems so I took her to God’s healing vault where they gave her three “spa” treatments! Healing goo for her nerves, a golden elixir drink for her digestion and a soothing cat full body massage. She felt much better the nex day and was able to eliminate. I also talked to a horse who was lonely for the goats that he used to live with and his people are setting up a play date with the goats. I had another talk with Chiku, a pup who is upset about his people traveling so much and poops and pees in the house; and a cat who was dying: I had the inspiration to share his last message in cat body body to his people just when they were getting ready to enter the vet hospital to say goodbye to him.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? People are willing to pay me!

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Setting up a quiet space when traveling.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Not yet. I have not had internet connection while traveling.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? No. No time as I have been traveling non stop.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes about 30 minutes each day, but really varies, and very spontaneous throughout my daily life.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes everyday. Mostly communion with animals without formal communication, but also more intentional communication and questions. Saw one of the adolescent moose that lives in my neighborhood, well in my backyard. I haven’t spent much time around this one, so nice to see and I have always done the shapeshifting thing in this setting, usually “pretending” to eat, embodying that energetic, and the moose always go back to eating and not staring at me. Lots of birds, just listening, and reminding the eagles that my cats are not food for them.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? an opportunity has presented itself to communicate with a local woman’s dogs (to be sled dogs) … will do distance initially.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? just still recovering from low immunity so difficult to be able to invest alot of energy in anything

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Looking forward to communicating with Sophie before the call

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes just more playing with cards

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Less than normal. 2x guided meditation 20 min gratitude.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Still trying to convince the mosquitos to leave me alone – without success. As I am allergic to insect bites I have no other choice than killing them.

Talking daily with my furry family. 2 days ago one of the feral kittens (the one who I believe is pregnant) was hit by a car. Her right hind paw is injured, maybe broken, but she still won’t allow me to touch her. So no way to get her to the vet.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

      Nothing to celebrate this week.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      Nothing specific

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Sophie is living with me. So we communicate daily.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Every now and then I try to feel colors, but it just doesn’t work. They feel all the same.

O1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes, I spent a total of 1 hour meditating this week. I did a short gratitude meditation each morning.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week?

Yes I did. I connected with a little black and white bird that was hanging around. He was singing and chirping away. He told me that he was looking for people who needed to hear his song so he could cheer them up. He said he was feeling free and happy and he wanted everyone to know this. I thanked him.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

I would like to celebrate that I love and appreciate every animal I come in contact with.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

The challenge I had this week was that I had a difficult time quieting my mind.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results.

Yes I did and posted my results.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

I attempted to but at the time I tried my mind was full so it was difficult to focus.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did not do meditation as I usually do this week. I have had severe backpain this week and did more like a prayer meditation this week. I did not keep track of how much.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes I had a long conversation with my cat Pepper in heaven. He gave me some great insights and wanted to help me heal and grow.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
That I am able to sense and communicate with the apple of my eye in heaven.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
The same as earlier. Difficulty in hearing them when they are right in front of me.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No, not yet. Will do it before I listen to the next call of the month.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? No, No energy.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I have meditated about 30-60 minutes daily this week but haven’t specifically done meditations to connect with animals that whole time. Generally, I probably have spent 5-10 minutes on my meditations with that.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I have and I’m still working on opening and receiving their communications, but I felt like I’ve been receiving communications from my dog about some of his back pain.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I feel that my receptivity is becoming more and more open.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? I still struggle with the “is that the animal or is it me?” aspect feeling blurred by that.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I tried a little last week before Sophie. I have not yet tried to communicate with Sophie.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I tried communicating with wild animals around my neighborhood and felt like I received glimpses of insight from them.

I managed a few silent sittings before bed this week. Having trouble getting in a comfortable position lately, and it just feels like nothing’s happening. Getting discouraged.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Just my normal communication with my fur family.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

      Nothing new.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I think I did by thanking the Universe for things and asking the Universe for things. I do not know for how long.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, my cats. They understood at least some of the communication. I also did with birds who hang out on my bamboo fence type thing on my balcony. I also did with two bees who came into my apartment. I tried to get them to fly out. One got on a paper towel and let me put him/her on my balcony. I hope the other one eventually flew to the balcony. He/she wouldn’t let me take him/her outside on a paper towel.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? The one bee letting me take him/her on a paper towel to my balcony.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Nothing new.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, twice. I posted for Klaudia to see the communication. One of the times was a follow up on the previous conversation asking her about a couple of things. The other was this morning which I also posted for Klaudia to see it.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, I did. I posted for Elizabeth C. to see the communication with her Daphne.

5-20 minutes daily silent sitting before my day starts. When I remember, I do mindfulness especially in stressful situations. Being in here and now, judgefree and try to only observe.
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Everyday I do. Talking to my cats and the wild life.
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
      Nothing
      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? None

      1. MEDITATION: TYPES, TIMES

Though I have guided meditations online, on CDs, and in books, all I’ve done is that square type of breathing (1-2 in, 3-4 hold, 5-6 exhale, 7-8 hold) a few times for a few times a day to try to quell the “overwhelmed” feeling: too much house work, yard work, paper work, body work, writing work, cat work (including psychic work) to do–and it’s all “urgent” by now. I give up and kneel at my bed (knees on cushions, elbows on the futon) and read (a break from sitting at the Mac). And I get so irritable: why are there three cats grooming and scratching themselves on my six-foot desk-table in front of the picture window when there’s an empty six-foot table adjoining it in front of the same window? Guys, give me space!

      2. INTENTION TO COMMUNICATE WITH AN ANIMAL

When Lily-Grace saw me pass the main bath entrance just as she’d left a large puddle inside on the floor, she scurried out as I shouted “use the boxes” multiple times at her. Oh yeah, I see, I say, and I feel in communicating that to her! Yet I can’t permanently over-ride her desire for convenience. For a few days after I explode, though, she uses the boxes and stays physically close to me, on me, licking me. She’s somewhat aloof from the other cats, but gets along with them to eat (sides touching) and to bop on the head if she’s sitting on a chair and one is passing by. Why doesn’t a fellow feline scold her?

      CELEBRATE

I try to communicate with Clooney (outside male visitor) to learn if he really is the orange cat I used to see on a neighboring street and if so, where he stays now. Once he seemed to say, “They left me,” but I wanted confirmation and to learn more. Nothing to celebrate there, but I do celebrate that for many weeks now, he has not been in a fight. At least, the fur on the backs of his ears has regrown, and there are no new wounds. Food security was maybe his solution. As I carrying out food, though, he often gives a short, mild growl or a long screech as I’m lowering the dish. Also, I wonder if he’s trying to get into the house when he’s pressing against the storm door as I’m opening it.

      CHALLENGES, QUESTIONS

Yesterday (Th 4/11), I attended the local humane society’s annual Baglady Luncheon. The title refers to donations of handbags of $150 or more each for silent and live auctions. Fortunately, I was outbid on the cloth purses (I don’t use leather). As usual, my ticket was at our petsitter’s table who is also on the shelter’s board of trustees. Again, I realize I should be volunteering weekly for cat socialization. It would be so helpful regarding allocation of time, energy, and money if I knew my expiration date.

      FAT COMMUNICATION

Will post about Klaudia S’s Sophie after this.

      INTUITIVE GAMES

7/10 correct odd-even guesses on die drops. Yesterday, as I was puzzling which turns to make in downtown Waco, it occurred to me I might make more correct turns if I felt a tingle in my right or left palm which way to go. Often, that’s how I guess correctly with the die. So, as usual, practice more.
