–> It’s Time to Practice with the Accountability Game!

Ready to earn special bonus private coaching time with Val? Here’s how:

One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below.

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.

NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Coaching Session Awards (value $125).

Here’s how Gold and Platinum Members earn your sessions:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 6 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Tip: To copy the questions, highlight the text and type ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V to paste.

Remember the weekly posting period runs from Saturday through noon 12:00pm Central (Texas) United States Friday which is the same as 5pm in system time shown at the top of your posts (it is the Universal Time (Greenwich, UK)). You can check your own time using the Time Zone converter at:

      https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know. Put Upgrade in the subject line.

While only posts answering the above questions count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

      Much love, Barb & Val

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Packing for a big trip so meditation has been scattered and unfocused 😥

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
One of my follow up conversations with Ozzie who was becoming more aggressive with other dogs:
A short check in with Ozzie: He says he feels he doesn’t have to protect Karyn on walks because she feels safe. She is happier and that makes him happier.
He wants more walks(😊), chasing the ball, playing near a pond(he likes the smells) and please scratch him behind the ears on his neck where he can’t reach. It gets itchy.
      He likes his food.
From your perspective how is he doing with other dogs? As he thinks he is fine. I told him for Karyn’s safety he needs to stay by her side and not pull ahead. I mentally sent a picture of how it feels good to be a unit walking along.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Doing follow ups with a few clients and finding out how they are doing.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? I did not connect with animals every day and feel nervous that I will forget how…

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Posting in the forum soon.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Too busy winding up details before leaving for Australia! In a few days…

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes, 5 guided meditations, shamanic meditations.
      20 minutes each.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Every day with my herd, but today while cleaning the pasture I saw a very small lizard and I communicated with him. He was very surprised to know that I was communicating with him. He said his name is Richard.
I warned him to stay away from the dogs and being stepped on by the horses. I sat on the ground with him. I asked him if he could turn towards me so I could be sure we were connecting and he did. He likes his life and his small body. I kept losing sight of him since he matched the color of the dirt.
I thanked him for his time and said I had to get back to work.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

It is getting better with time and practice.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      None

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Yes and I posted for Daniel.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Yes, I have been working frequently with a pendulum.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Present moment throughout the day. Guided meditation on 5 days in the evening- I skipped 2 days, because I was too tired.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Communicating with my family all the time.
Asked the latest rescue, little Puma, how he got to the place where I found him. I got his mother had left him and his siblings alone for a while, when a dog came along and grabbed him. Eventually, the dog dropped him and he slipped under my neighbours’ gate, where the dog could not follow.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

      Nothing specific

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

Nothing new, mainly time related and financial problems.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      Did not manage.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      No games.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Each evening before bed, still with the nature sounds, about 20-30 minutes. It relaxes me and allows me to be still. That seems to be really important recently, as my patience level has worn thin with a couple of situations that don’t seem to want to fall into place for some reason. Everything I try runs into a wall, and I don’t understand why. I keep hoping it will come to me in one of my meditative moments.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

I’ve been trying to communicate to the carpenter bees that love to drill into my house that they need to move on to another location, and if they don’t I will have to take measures that they will not like to remove them. They’re not getting it!

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

      Nothing new.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

Are they just not getting my messages, or are they ignoring me? The bees hover above me while I’m talking to them, and they appear to be looking directly at me, but while I’m still talking to them, they just fly away.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I feel too frazzled right now.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      No time.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes, I have communicated with a dog, a swan and a deer this week. The deer took me on a guided meditation, very cool!

My connection with deers where I live.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
      Same as before.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
5-30 minutes of daily silent meditation.
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Nothing special. My cat bullied my other cat and I told him he need to stop this because of several reasons. Beliee it or not, he became friendlier with his buddy.
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
Don’t know what that could be.
      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
      Same old chellenges.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
      Not this week.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Only the group meditation at church. Once again I have been too distracted by moving. My new place has a beautiful view of trees and I’ll have a good place to meditate. I hope to do better then.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I have been communicating with my animals to remind them of what Val told them about the move. They are doing very well.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? The fact that Val prepared my cats so well for the move. I can see once again how practical and useful AC can be and am determined to regain my ability to do it.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Just the challenge of doing anything in a sea or boxes and the ongoing construction in this apartment complex.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I have hot had a chance to do this.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Once again I have not done this.

      1. Did you meditate this week?
This has been a very busy and stressful week and while meditating I am sure would have helped, the answer is no. My dog Dee had surgery on tues, was busy grooming and preparing her for it on Sun and Mon, then Mon nite my roommates son, a disabled vet, unexpectedly passed away ; so no I did not meditate.
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week?
Only to talk to Dee and explain about her surgery andwhat was going to happen. Evidently I did connect with her and get thru because when we got to the vets and I opened the door and got her out of the car she pulled me across the parking lot and began going up the road away from the vets. She was saying nope, not going in, not going to happen, and once I got her inside was just as difficult getting her into the exam room. This has never happened before.
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
      Not sure.
      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Too tired and stressed to try except with Dee and did connect with her each time.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? Again no. No time.
      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games
      NO

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

I meditated five times this week for 30 minutes each, but I have been doing nonspecific mediations.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

I made an effort to communicate with my animals but not as much this week.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

      I am making progress.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

As always, still struggle with the confidence of whether I am actually getting something from animals or it’s my ego.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Yes, I try to communicate with him daily.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

I’ve been practicing intuition with an app I have daily.

      1. MEDITATION: TYPES, TIMES

20-minute guided chakra meditation daily except for one day for a 20-minute guided meditation on posture.

      2. INTENTION TO CONNECT AND COMMUNICATE WITH AN ANIMAL

Unsuccessful attempts to connect with Shoshana and with Yossi who spent so much time on the porch with Shoshana the last week.

      3. CELEBRATE

Took Raven-Raffaele to the vet to see if he needed a cortisone shot for his itching. The vet noted he had one in March (not because of fleas), so it would be too soon for another. Anyway, the Seresto collar, which Raven had been wearing for a week at the time of the visit, was doing its work: he had only a few fleas and they were moving slowly, so he would soon be free of their irritation. Still anxious, though, about the collar’s toxicity and harm to animals in the drug’s development.

      4. CHALLENGES, QUESTIONS

The reason for the cats’ erratic behavior this month seems to be fleas. They’ve exchanged soft perches for high, hard ones: a bookcase shelf from which everything was knocked to the floor (a Janie-Kate specialty), a kitchen counter, the top crates of six-high-towers of books. Except for Yossi who keeps to my bed. Their eating habits are also irregular. Raven and Lily-Grace, who had the most fleas, have been eating on a kitchen counter because they can’t wait for me to bring food to the dining room table. Raven even pushes my hand when I’m trying to empty a can of food. I read online of a connection between fleas, worms, and hunger, but the vet didn’t think that was the case with Raven.

Worst of all is that Julie-Belle has twice in three days pooped on the dining table (the middle day, a turd was on a bookcase). Further, the kibble bowl is full of liquid when I check it in the morning. The water bowl, though, is near full, so is this more of Julie-Belle’s too-personal sharing?

      >>>ADDENDUM Apologies, S 6/1 am, to Julie-Belle. I assumed she was urinating in the kibble, but I watched Janie-Kate (her daughter) sitting on the bowl (as she watched me) doing so. Could J-K also be responsible for turds outside the bathroom, including on the dining table? (There was not one this morning.) What is the cause of this uncharacteristic behavior?

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I tried briefly yesterday. I’m not sure if I really did. Rocco, the FAT, invited me to. I tried, but I’m not sure if I did.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, my cats. Serenity understood at least some and I received something she said. Also, I did with Rocco, the FAT, who talked to me. I also did with Angela Carter’s kitty, Mamma Kitty, who also talked to me. I also connected with a dog I saw yesterday and briefly with a pigeon.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Picking up on something Serenity said.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Nothing new.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, and I posted for Daniel to see the communication.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, and I posted for Angela Carter to see the communication.
