–> It’s Time to Practice with the Accountability Game!

Ready to earn special bonus private coaching time with Val? Here’s how:

One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below.

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.

NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Coaching Session Awards (value $125).

Here’s how Gold and Platinum Members earn your sessions:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 6 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Tip: To copy the questions, highlight the text and type ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V to paste.

Remember the weekly posting period runs from Saturday through noon 12:00pm Central (Texas) United States Friday which is the same as 5pm in system time shown at the top of your posts (it is the Universal Time (Greenwich, UK)). You can check your own time using the Time Zone converter at:

      https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know. Put Upgrade in the subject line.

While only posts answering the above questions count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

      Much love, Barb & Val

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes, I did meditate and it felt really good. I did a meditation with dolphins and it was absolutely beautiful. I also did a meditation asking for clarity and guidance before communicating with animals.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Yes, I spent time communicating with my dog Nemo, and 3 other dogs from client bookings. Each one was unique (as they always are) and from learning from Val on how to assist with behaviours, I worked with each human and dog in how to help with them. It’s been a great learning experience. There are still a couple things I am not sure of yet, but I feel it will come with practice.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

I’m spending more time with Nemo my chihuahua and making a conscious effort to remember to do so. he wants to talk with me more and because I love him so much am finding it challenging to open up to hear his words. I can hear other animal’s easier and really want to work on hearing my beautiful boy’s messages. I owe him that and so much more.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

I did a communication session with a dog that has been nipping and aggressive. She is very sweet and is scared due to past trauma. Her human wants to help her but is also getting frustrated. We discussed ways following Val’s teaching on behaviours and also based on this dog’s request for help on how to help her. I am going to follow up in a couple weeks to see how things are going with her and her human. I’m wondering what to do or say, how to say it best, if her human says nothing has changed. I think this would be because of the human’s actions, not the dogs. How would I be of best service in this instance?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I did not communicate with Vayu this past week as I was working with Nemo, and the other client’s animals.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

I did not play an intuition game. It’s something that I’m not attracted towards. Could this mean I should be?? I’m having a hard time to do this.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes. I always recite the Ho’Oponopono prayer and mantra morning and night. Besides that I did relaxing, call of the Divine, intuititive building, and creative meditations from 10-20 minutes each morning and night. I also do Reiki meditations and self healing from 15-30 minutes each.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

I talked with my pony, Pollyanna to tell her about the virus. I think I may have upset her because the past several days she has been very unsettled. I need to have another conversation with her to let her know what I need from her now is just her love.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

I am celebrating that I am keeping as calm as I am during this crazy time.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

I may not be as calm as I think I am since Pollyanna is showing me otherwise.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      No, I didn’t.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

No, I didn’t. I don’t know why, just didn’t think of it I guess. I do like to test my intuition every now and then though. One day this week I intuited that my husband wanted a cup of tea and turned on the tea kettle. Then he came upstairs to get a cup of tea. 🙂

      Accountability questions 28Mar – 3April 2020

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
****** Yes managed to meditate more regularly this week. Loving Kindness and letting go meditations mainly. Also the Medicine Buddha healing mantra

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
******** A little bit. A few brief conversations with Jasper but it’s been hard at times. I was able to give him a heads up that we were going to the vet and explained what was likely to happen.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
      ********
Whilst I’m still not in the right headspace to tune in again, I am really enjoying the birds and the insects and the kangaroos I’m seeing in my walks and my garden

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
******* I’m still feeling the overwhelm with this Covid19 situation. But it’s a little better than it was a week ago.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
****** No I’m afraid I didn’t. I’m just not pressuring myself to do this right now. There are other priorities for the present time.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
      ******* Same a question 5.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes – like last week – less work means more meditation time.
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I found a pigeon which looked like she had fallen down the chimney in my mum’s house. She couldn’t fly – I connected in and it felt like she had hurt her left shoulder. I attempted to communicate to tell her I was there to help. I told her I would put her in a box and take her to the animal hospital. She was so docile that I hope she understood.
I connected in to my Elsa to explain why she had to try and eat a little less and she seems to understand and is less pushy about trying to get more snacks so I’m hopeful that she understood that.
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
That I seem to be having some kind of effect – very encouraging.
I also started the Beginner’s course again. It’s great to do it a second time – I’m getting a lot more out of it.
      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
To hear and interpret animals’ responses to me.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
      Not again – yet.
      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver
      No

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, briefly this morning I envisioned myself being the green of my palm plants’ leaves to keep me well. If it’s considered meditating, I also did two times when I calmed my mind and felt Serenity’s energy.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, with my cats. They understood at least some of what I said. I also did on Tuesday with my two friends who I took care of (two cats) while their humans were out of town a few weeks ago. I told them why I was wearing a face mask and that the virus couldn’t make them sick. I also did with some grey doves and told them I like seeing them and like it when they come to my balcony and hang out.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Realizing that a good way for me to let go of worrying and a busy mind is to be more like my cats 🙂

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Nothing new.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I started to yesterday evening, but decided to connect and talk over the weekend (assuming that’s good to Vayu).

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Not this week because there hasn’t been a good time. I didn’t see the new ones either.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Trying to be present and grounded throughout the day.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Only my own furkids. Having quite a few issues at present. Tabbina has gone much worse. She can’t stay upright, not even when she is lying or sitting. She keeps falling over, ending up on her back with her paws pointing all in different directions, but she still clings to life. Silber has deteriorated a lot as well. She stopped eating a few days ago. I discussed her condition with the vet and we agreed to let her go. Lady, a former feral cat with mobility issues after an accident some years ago, got the flue and refuses to go to the vet and to take any medicine. For a couple of days I tricked her with the syrop and now she is a bit better and started eating again.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

Not much to celebrate at present.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

Trouble really connecting, because there is no more distance between work and home, as I am working every second day from home. And somehow I have trouble closing my home office and clearing my mind. It will take some time to find a new way to get organized.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No, did not manage to connect

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
      No games.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes 4 guided higher self meditations about 15 minutes each. I had all my questions answered to my amazement and gratitude.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Yes with the animals daily because construction is in full swing and there’s constant commotion and they are handling it really well.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

That Star and Tina’s bond is so beautiful to see. Tina has matured in the process and she loves and nurtures Star and this is a testament for the power of animal communication. Barb G had a therapeutic conversation with Tina and let her express her emotions of jealousy about Star and by meeting Tina where she was at in that moment allowed Tina to process the emotions and come to her own realization that Star was here to stay and she accepted the reality which enabled her to mentor Star in a beautiful loving way that still touches me. Yay animal communication.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      None

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      No

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Yes I used my pendulum for yes and no questions.

      1. I meditated every day; some days are only once and some two or more. I have been listening to a lot of guided meditations, Val included. Yesterday I did an 1 hr 20min meditation with falun gong
      2. I have been practicing ‘just listening’ to my kitties and everything. This is a real challenge for me as of late but it is good practice, because of what is happening. I had a fun conversation with Izzy last night. “I want to go outside really bad tonight”. I tell her no its dark now, you know the rules. She begged and pleaded. After me not relenting to her loud request, she walked off totally bummed out.
      3. I have not talked with FAT
      4. My biggest challenge is simple what is going on in the world. I have been doing fairly well even when my old fears of lack of security come storming in. I am holding onto my rope of Divine Support and Trust.
      5. I celebrate my staying grounded, even when an earth quake happens.
      6. No games played this week, except for one game of cribbage…and my intuition chose some really good cards that played to my advantage and I kicked by opponents butt.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? This was a special week spiritually. I did four hours yesterday of meditating on light and sound celebrating the life of a spiritual teacher that I know. Continued the regular morning and evening meditation as well as walking meditations and cooking meditation.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I connected with two cats about doing their business outside instead of coming in to poop while spending most of their time outside. They told me they liked to keep their yard clean. 😊

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? The positive feedback I have received from my colleagues.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Making time to do extra unpaid practice communications.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Vayu told me it would be important to connect with him one more time so I will do that today.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
i did not make time as I am doing a Tellington Touch self-healing course and meditating more which feels like these activities will help my intuitive skills grow.

Yes breath awareness, sitting meditation by the ocean and nature sounds. Presence

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Yes I connected and communes with my angels and communing happened. I communicated with a friends cats and felt a range of strong connection to uncertain connection, but some good intuitive nuggets in there. Tiny birds and squirrels, connecting and tuning in to their energies. I injured a spider by accident bc it was on me in bed. Tried to get my cats to swiftly handle the matter as I communicated my perspective and compassion to spider. Cats and I stared at spider for several minutes, nothing happened other than scaring this lil spider. Finally got the spider on an object and tried to carry downstairs. It jumped down as I was trying to get downstairs to one of my plants. Hmmm

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

Wonderful animal connections and insights between us shared.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

Hmm can’t think of anything right this second.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Yes. I aim to share when I carve out a good window to do
So … no library but other options
