One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. 1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I am focusing on doing meditation more as small times of being quiet as well as participating in meditations during church and Susann Taylor Shier’s calls. I don’t time them.
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with my cat Roxy. This is major – I’ve never been able to get communication from Roxy or Missy in this or their previous lives. I asked Roxy what I could do to make his life better and he said “more treats.” Yep, that’s my Rox.
Another time I woke up too early to get up and went back to bed. Both cats were on the bed with me, Missy under the covers (unusual for her) and Roxy at the foot near my feet. I was talking to them in my mind, telling them how much I loved them and thanking them for being my cats. Roxy got up and came to me and lay in my arms purring and being lovey. I am sure he heard me and his reply was to show his love that way.
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

I am celebrating finally communicating with one of my own cats.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? None
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

I have not yet communicated with the new FAT. I did communicate with the previous FAT multiple times and will meet the new FAT during the call on Saturday if not before.

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No, I do not like playing games. I am currently taking a 3-week remote class with Susann which will improve my intuition. Connecting is connecting.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have been doing 5 minute daily mediation type of visualizations with Mike Dooley’s 21 day program. I also have been working on breathing when I am feeling anxious when in bed, working on making it into a mini meditation to become calm.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Someone reached out to me about the whale who was in the Montreal Harbour and how he/she passed away and what his/her message was for coming. I set the intention that if he/she wanted to communicate, I am open to receive. This morning at about 5:50 am, whale came through. The message wasn’t complete and I wrote down what came through and promised I would reconnect again once awake throughout the day. I am going to finish this tonight.
I also was at my mom’s helping her go through things and Nemo came with me. I found that at her place, I could hear him, understand what he wanted and knew his needs. This is a new found awareness that I didn’t realize before. I hear Nemo better at my mom’s than I do at my home.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Hearing’s Nemo at my mom’s house, understanding his wishes and what he was wanting with ease. I also felt closer with him because we had one on one time in the 3 hour drive there and back, the time at my mom’s etc.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I do not have any questions this week.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I have not connected with Sebastian yet but really look forward to starting this communication with him on Saturday’s Q&A call and then will talk with him weekly throughout the month.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I did! I played the sack of marbles game but without marbles…lol. I have 4 different colours of eyeballs for kids and used them instead. It was interesting! I was able to intuit 3 out of 10 accurately. (7 inaccurately). I found that when I had my mind in the game, it became a lot harder. When I took my mind out, that was when I was correct.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I continue my daily morning and night meditations on light and sound. Sound is now coming without closing my ears. No light this week—just many images from my life coming up—like a letting go of karmas. I also said the Ho’oponopono Prayer daily to my cells that surround an old scar from a hysterectomy in hopes of forgiving myself for getting sick and healing in a funny way.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1. The cat named COCOA did really well on a long car trip from Minneapolis to Rapid City, South Dakota. His human had asked me to find out whether he wanted to go with her or stay home alone. He was very clear that he wanted to go with her. The trip was a tremendous and powerful experience for his human and I felt their bond tighten in a beautiful way.
2. Priscilla: I actually “talked” to her on the phone a few days ago. Priscilla doesn’t generally make physical noises but She actually made sweet little noises back to me and I felt our hearts connect. My son told me she was licking the phone too. 😊
3. During a call I was on with Linda Tellington Jones, we journeyed into a forest and she asked to invite animals to join me in a circle there. Among the animals cane dolphin and I said you can’t live long here without water and he said: this is all made up—it’s a show—so all is well. Linda said later that Dolphins represent joy and I am very happy to have more joy and welcome my new spirit animal into my life.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That through Tellington TTouch for Me I am learning to love this body that holds me. I am connecting to the universe in a much deeper way than I have before which includes the communications I am having with animals. Yay!!!4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? My discovery is that I don’t have to know everything and I can trust that what I need I will receive.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes!!! I was just going to do a rose reading this week but what happened was SURPRISE!!!!—something else!!!!
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I did not make time this week for the games.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I did about a ten minute grounding guided meditation. I dozed off. I did the meditation to try to help get rid of a head ache I was having so I wouldn’t have the head ache while connecting with a mommy cat and her baby. I also think I briefly tried to connect with myself and maybe prayed to the Universe, too, briefly.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. I connected with Hawkeye so that he wouldn’t swat at Serenity and so he wouldn’t get so close to her when he was hungry causing her to swat at him and then him to swat at her. I also felt my gratitude for both of them in how they help me with myself and always being here for me. I also connected with Serenity when she was eating her dinner slowly and didn’t even finish it in one time-she was distracted by Hawkeye’s hungry energy making her feel like prey I think. I also did with two morning doves asking them about things I need in life now and about how to get them. They confirmed what I was thinking. I also did with Delilah-I think that was chit chat stuff and how I love talking to her. I also did with a mother cat and her four kittens. The person who found them is having a hard time getting one of them kittens to let her get the kitten so she can take them mommy cat and kittens to a safe place. I also did possibly with another cat-if I didn’t I was getting information some other way.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. How in tune Serenity and Hawkeye are with me and ALWAYS aware of me and there for me 🙂 Also, the fact that the kitten who the person is trying to get is coming closer to letting the human get her/him.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new that is coming to mind right now.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Not this week-not enough time except in the evening and tired then. I intend to on Saturday and ideally on Tuesday next week. If I connect on Tuesday that will make sure I get the communication with her for that week and also give me four times this month-one for each week.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? Not this week, unless it counts for when I was connecting with the mommy cat and kittens I mentioned earlier and then told the human what I got and that the kitten comes closer to the human.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did quite a bit of Ho’Oponopono meditation this week. Every night, I believe, for 20 – 30 minutes.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
My horse, Willow. I’ve been trying to get through to her that it is not ok for her to finish her grain and then go steal Shiloh’s grain (my other horse). I give him twice as much as her because he is having trouble eating hay and lost a lot of weight during the winter. I’m trying to get his weight back up to where he should be, and can’t do that if she keeps stealing it from him. She is determined, and so am I. The last couple of days she has been acting like I’m getting through to her.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing to celebrate.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I get so frustrated with myself when I can’t get what they’re saying to me!!! I could have known what to do for the baby deer rather than just turning her loose and hoping she would find her mom.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No, didn’t have time.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time for games. I just try to stay open for intuitive thoughts/messages to come at any time.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did my usual excercises to stay present and grounded throughout the days and twice I did a guided 15-minute meditation.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Last night a colleague and his wife came to my house to find a new cat after they lost 3 seniors over the last 2 weeks. My colleague was looking for a longhaired ginger kitten, but the youngest ginger longhaired I have is nearly 1 year old and was hiding behind my shower cabin. So I showed him photos and he liked him. Then I showed him pictures of the last kitten I got inside only a few days ago (about 2 months old, white with ginger spots and very long, fluffy hair) and they agreed to look at him. So I sent in my mind already the question to the kitten, if he wants a family he has to share with a lot less cats and I showed him what their place looks like. When I opened the kitchen door, the little guy came running to me. I picked him up and gave him to my colleague’s wife. He crawled immediately up to her shoulder and started purring and she decided to take him. When I suggested to bring him Sunday to their house, because he still needs deworming and a bath against fleas, she held him tightly and said she will take care of everything. This morning I talked to my colleague and learnt that the youngster came into their house and behaved like he owned the place. Even the 2 cats they still have left, are scared of him.
Sunday, I will take the timid big ginger boy over to their house. Hopefully, he will not be completely freaking out , so they see a chance he gets used to them and the place within reasonable time.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That the young kitten got excited about his new family and left my place happily.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I found it interesting to see the huge confidence in such a small kitten and then in comparison the fearful and timid nature of a huge young cat. That indicates that such characteristics are there from birth and have not much to do with conditioning or upbringing.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No, I will talk to her in our call on Saturday.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
A couple of times, I found both center lifts on my floor and before pressing the button, I chose, which one will open for me. I was always right.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, every day and I have committed to doing more every day while the virus is about- I don’t want to emerge from this the same person I went in!
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I have practised twice with the FAT. I have made a note in my book but not on the website because I don’t want to see other posts which might influence me. I will wait till after the Q&A session to check my answers. I am finding it difficult again.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
The enormous change in my life that has been brought about. I feel I am approaching near where I’m meant to me because of it. (not quite there yet but getting there). I did the spirit animal mediation again – that one works so well for me – and the puma that is often there waiting spoke today. He spoke of strength and self reliance and self containment. He spoke of confidence and pride in who he is. A strong masculine energy – fearless because of his strength. The cat who came to me before, a feminine energy, was also there but watched and encouraged.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I still very much struggle to hold my concentration. I’m beginning to suspect I have some holes or tears in my aura where my energy leaks out. I tried to heal some in this morning’s meditation session – I think I may need to do some more.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes – I’ve tried twice. I will post after the Q&A.
6.
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I tried with coloured candles but got confused, muddled and couldn’t tell anything apart. I’m going on with the Advanced course today. Yay! -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Starting on Monday, I set the intention to do the Centering with Love meditation every day and I did it. In addition, on a few mornings this week I sat in quiet meditation for about 8 minutes.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with Sebastion and gathered some general information about her and her life. I posted the conversation on the FAT page.
I communicated with my guppy and asked him if he was happy with a tank adjustment I had made. He showed me an image of another object he’d like to have to hide in. I also asked him if he wanted a companion and he told me that he is happy with his snail and frog friends and doesn’t need another fish companion.
I communicated with my dog, Sadie, and offered the Reiki bridge to her. She was resting in her dog bed, lifted her head and spoke to me briefly, then relaxed into receiving some Reiki.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am making more of a commitment to communicating a little each day as well as doing daily meditation to connect with my heart.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I have found the intuition game to be very difficult for me and I hardly ever intuit the correct color of pen from my sack. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, I spoke with Sebastian and asked her about where she lives and her favorite things. I found her to be such a sweet girl and I look forward to talking with her again on tomorrow’s call.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
As I mentioned above, I practiced pulling a different color pen out of a sack and was rarely ever right in guessing the color. I’m not sure if it has been hard for me to connect with a pen or if my mind is too active and preventing me from being in my intuition. I find it to be a frustrating game! Maybe I need to try something different.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes I did. I meditate every morning from 10 to 20 minutes. I enjoy guided meditations from the Insight Timer App. The ones I listened to this week are Gratitude Meditation, 21 Blessings from the Divine Feminine, Remember Who I AM: A Bedtime Reassurance of Divine Love, and Portal of Transformation. I recite the Ho’Oponopono Prayer and mantra every morning & evening and do Reiki Meditation and self healing every day for about 30 minutes.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talked with Pollyanna, my pony about her bolting. For a few days, she was really turned off to me or just upset in general. I only got impressions. I spoke Sebastian, this month’s FAT. I got some general stuff and she had a message for me that I have a busy brain and need to quiet it. I got the most amazing visit from my pony Roy in spirit. He nuzzled my hand like he used to do and told me that everything will be alright.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
For the first time I got a strong intuitive hit from my pony in spirit, Roy. It made me so joyful.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I know I have a lot going on but it is difficult for me to quiet my busy thoughts. I am working at just “being” more by sitting in the pasture with Pollyanna and just enjoying the singing birds, horses munching grass and shorting.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, I spoke with Sebastian this morning as I won’t be able to be on tomorrow’s call. I got some impressions and a message from him. After reading the other posts, I don’t know that what I got was accurate. I will see what Angela has to say. I did post my conversation in the forum.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I played the card game. I got slightly more than 50% correct.

I meditated every day prior to getting out of bed and once did my 90min long Falun Gong, Kryia, and TM. I listened to several of Val’s guided meditation: sphere of light, and numerous times the ‘thinking’ meditation. I am finding I am catching myself A LOT when my mind starts to ramble and it stops when I take a breath and say, “thinking, thinking”. I am amazed how it immediately stops the line of chatter running.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I had a one hour session with one of my hairdresser’s chiwawa’s (I never know how to spell it so I spell it this way, tee hee). His name is Chinte and he has been peeing inside the house. I went into a meditation and I went into a really deep zone I felt like I understood him and the reason why he does this; to get attention that he feels he is not receiving due to the 3 other dogs living in the family, and that he feels he is not being recognized for the healer that he is. We did some Chakra clearing with the help of a few of my Spirit helpers and cleared away some painful history with his now deceased previous owner.
I spent an hour in meditative space with Chinte and then spent more than an hour typing up my report to her. I was sad, firstly, because I never heard back from her and second, when I texted her 4days later, she informed me he peed twice on the floor on Tuesday. I was totally deflated. I felt like a total failure, and sadly I spun into my familiar ‘disgusted with myself depressive state’. I did tell her I would make another attempt at getting to understand his perspective; which I thought I did. I also showed him pictures of how sad and distraught his human gets when he pees inside. So, I will buck up, shake it off, and try again.I also followed up with my friend who has a dog, Bella, that I spoke with last month about his incessant barking and the ‘walkers and passerby’s’ on the hill beyond their back yard. She said he really has not changed in any way. Again, I plummeted. All I kept asking is, ‘when am I going to get to a place of understanding animals’ behaviors and helping them to shift’? My constant failures are showing me that I have more inner work to do. Huge for me is this feeling I am sooooo not worthy to receive money (Bella’s mom gave me $125) for the work I am apparently doing really wrong. I am being a big baby, I know. I choose not to give up.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That I am being extra conscientious about stopping my crazy stream of ego head shit ramblings…..now if I can blast away all of my self –hatred thoughts…..
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
My discovery is about trying too hard. Sally and I are continually talking about this. I (we) both have a tendency to make communication more difficult than it has to be.
I feel I am so split. I had a beautiful session with Alicia on Saturday and I connected with my Higher Self; I am blown away at the wisdom that dwells within me and Yet, I see how my lower self tries….and too many times successfully…….to make me not believe that my abilities to have telepathic communications with animals is innate within me, and trip me up into stumbling and falling flat on my face.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so
No, as of yet, no – maybe today
.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? My sister in Colorado sent me, via text, 5 pictures of different boxes which she put something in for me to intuit what is inside. I tried the first box when I was on the phone with her and got a general awareness that it is a homemade something with a rock glued on, and I saw a twig or wooden piece. She told me I am fairly close. I told her I did not want her to tell me what it is yet because I want to make another attempt; as of yet, I have not gone back to that box or the others.
I played, also with my sister, a few minutes with deck of cards. On the first pick I had a ‘flash see’ of the 8 of clubs, but then I said it’s the 8 of spaids……IT WAS CLUBS. Dang it….there is that inner ego shit head tripping me up. OK, I will quit griping and keep playing.
Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

1- meditate: yes, i am very regular with my daily meditations. I also found a counselor to talk to whom I feel will help me move forward with my life and my communication. listening to soft music and just be in nature outside is very calming. i often try to be outside when I work on my ipad or listen to classes.I
2- practice: i have been focusing on my sister in law who basically is sentence to die… unless a miracle happens, I do healing for her with a friend, it is good for me as I have less resistance to be wrong then with animal and helps me to have a greater perception on the process of loosing someone close and letting go. reflecting on my own mortality. i have been able to talk with her tumor and it wanted to be loved, understood and heard, I asked if it would agree to not be so loud as it is pressing on her lung, diaphragm and heart, it wants Donna to hear it and make some changes. there was more but too long to share everything. I am always in communication with my cats and cannot really hear them the way I expect to but learning to be patient, I know they hear me loud and clear though. also trying to connect with the deer family that comes around the cottage without much success.
3-Celebrate: I am continuing with my advanced classes and I am grateful to have found a counselor. I saw a rainbow that morning and happened to capture a bird flying into it in my photo. One of the beautiful sign my angels are sending. I knew that this person will have a gift for me and will set me free…
4- discovery: i am always surprised that I have the ability to heal.
5- FAT: not yet, I am doing it nest and will post.
6- yes, finally found some marbles to play with, it was not very successful, will try again. -

In addition to meditation on Val’s call and our church service, I am doing a 3 week class with Susann Taylor Shier that involves what she calls Journeys that are guided meditation. Also last night I sat with Roxy on my lap and went into a meditation to offer him some Reiki. As Kathleen Prasad, to offer Reiki to animals you meditate in their presence and invite them into the healing energy. I’ve also had a few times of just sitting quietly with my morning coffee.
So it the type of meditation and the length varies a lot.
I continue to work with my cat Roxy. He has an upset stomach. Last night I asked him about it and offered him some Reiki. His reply was to really draw the Reiki energy. I took that as a yes.
I enjoyed a Reiki session last night with Roxy and he was in my lap. Also I connected a little with the FAT during the call.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing at the moment.
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I connected with her during the Q&A call Saturday. It was not a strong connection but I did sense her energy and plan to communicate again.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I just don’t like playing games, so no, I did not.

That’s it!!

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you
Yes – chanting every day – happy on the days I do a lot, not so happy on the days I do less. I want to keep my meditation high to make changes in my life/attitude etc.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I’ve been focusing on trying to talk to Elsa, my dog. I realise that I can get things across to her but I’m not so good on picking up responses or I think I imagine them. I’m listening a lot more to her body language, and learning to keep my energy under control rather than throwing it at her in a reflection of my own ups and downs. I’m learning much more to realise when she’s happy to be stroked, when she wants to do various things. I’ve also been focusing on learning a new thing and practising consistently. She’s learning to stay before crossing thresholds like doors, gates, roads etc.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I got the same answers as someone else on the FAT call – hooray! Which is good because I was getting despairing again about my abilities. I finished another lesson in the Advanced course – I really like the 6 different things you need to be in balance – hence the learning a new thing with Elsa.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Val describing focusing/paying attention like an island in the fog – that’s exactly what it’s like and I shall wait for the fog to clear. That was really helpful.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes with Sebastian. I had communicated with her prior to the FAT call but wanted to wait until the FAT call before reading everything. I was on the right track then on the FAT call I was pretty accurate. I would like to be that accurate when Val isn’t there holding the space – that’s my goal.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’ve got red and green candles to tell apart this time – I was finding the cards confusing. I’m not sure whether I’m trying too hard or not enough. But I’m giving myself a breather because I was getting everything wrong. I’m going to start again this new week. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes I did quantum meditation which I am now facilitating. I am sharing a lot of healing work with humans right now and entering a meditative state within the session. Potent meditations where I can really access deep peace and intuitive information and divine magic.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Rusty the cat … shared healing love ❤️ butterflies shared gentleness and messages of coming into my higher self. Lynx energy is really speaking to me about honoring how I naturally hold magical knowledge and not judging myself harshly for being mostly internal w my knowledge (verbally speaking) it is my nature and path and simply the way it is. I connect w bear energy a lot because they are everywhere. I touch their prints and let them know I’m just passing through
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Birds squirrels everywhere… so much song and joy
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I am still learning about my way of communicating e animals that my elephant anim comm guide taught me. I acquired my elephant guide three years ago after listening to Val’s webinar on the aspects of the personality/inner parts and stated of consciousness
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Sebastian yes yes yes
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I used my intuition a lot. But not games per se. Will do
