One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
<><>
That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.
Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing @ValHeart.com”>Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes I always meditate, I do my own and also Val’s as I listen once again to her lessons2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talked to Django a dog, I was asked to see if I could find out why his behaviour had changed and he was being agressive. I had a quick contact and I was able to verify my impression which was validated so I asked more questions and got some very insightful answers.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate the fact that I have a deeper understanding of the image we have of ourselves and that others have of us (because of our behavoir) has a direct affect on our animals.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I would really like to know how to communicate with one of my dogs about letting go some energy she has from our past lives together which is not serving her well in this life.
I discovered that when I don’t try too hard the communication is more fluid.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes I did communicate with Sufi, he told me what he likes to eat and the games he likes to play. Yes I did post in the discussion group.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I didn’t have time to play an intuition game as I have very little time (only about 1hr a day) that I can give to animal communication and this week (and probably next week) I am relistening to all the courses. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I have continued to do the Kryon morning mediation and it is amazing in setting my day. I find that afterwards, I am clear and open channel for receiving more messages, especially from animals.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with a sparrow, a spider and an ant. They came through either energetically (ant, sparrow) or physically (spider) and their messages for humanity were amazing. I have scribed them and will be including them in a free program to humans who want to open to soul healing with animals and other sentient beings.
I have been finding that after I do the morning mediation they come through or when I am awaking or even in the middle of the night. Especially when I am awakening, I see images in my mind with my eyes closed.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I would like to celebrate the animals and their many gifts to us. They are so abundant in helping us humans in so many ways. My heart is overjoyed with the love they share. Their messages of healing are simply beyond what words can express. I celebrate the animals, and thank them from my heart and soul xo.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I don’t have any questions this week.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I have not done so yet this week and will be doing so on Saturday on the Q&A call.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
The intuition game I am on is titled “Who is calling you?” I have been called by animals/insects that are outside of the school forum and have been working on those right now. I do plan on going to the forum and doing this with the animals that are there. I am finding my schedule and commitments taking more of my time at this time but do hold the intention of coming back to this and doing it. I am committed to that when I feel the time is right.

sorry have reposted as I realized I overlooked and did not fill in first 2 questions
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
yes I meditate daily in the morning to drop into my centre and calm.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with a horse via photo, feeling what was happening in his body. This helped his guardian trust her own intuition as we felt the same. I wanted to ‘get more’ from him but am learning to accept that what I get helps and supports.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I shared and posted a communication on the facebook page
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? not sure if I have any questions other than wanting/ learning how to ‘be better’at communicating. I did discover to be less fearful of sharing if I get something different from everyone else
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I sense my daily practice is going through another deepening and this week I have started to spend more time just sitting and being in the center. 1 to 2 hours every morning and at least 15 minutes at night. I turn on the rainbow shower periodically throughout the day to see if I can remain in the still place longer.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1. Sent a birthday message from 15 year old Puppy Garth.”Love others unconditionally like you love me. It’s harder with some souls, but look beyond the physical and you will see something beautiful in every one you meet.”
2. I asked Kitty Jezebel if she wanted a friend to come and live with them. She didn’t think it was possible and gave a lot of reasons why including she didn’t think her human could take care of one more soul.
3. Puppy Cocoa was in a car accident where his human left the body so we did a de-brief session on that and a healing.
4. Puppy Herk started peeing in the living room. Turns out he was nervous about going back to day care because Chance had given him a nip and he was trying to let his mom know he was nervous to go back there. I had a conference between Herk and Chance so they could understand each other.
5. Puppy Rosie came to Elsa’s session at the healing vault and is walking sooner than what was expected! (Thank You Elsa)3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I want to start learning and growing again after a time of “rest” from growth.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? The discovery is that my attitude, belief and fear has a huge effect on the animals I work with. That is why being a neutral witness observer is so important.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Sufi’s picture is right in front of me. I’ll write up my session next.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No. Too busy.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Some short exercises throughout the day to stay present and focused and 4 20 to 30 minutes guided meditations.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Yesterday evening Mowgli jumped up on the counter and sat right next to me. I told him that I won’t find him a new home and that he can stay here with me as long as he wants.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing specific
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
At present I have quite some problem connecting, because I am under a lot of pressure in my day job. That leaves hardly time to sit and relax.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I did not manage to do any intuition training.7/12

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
What has become my normal, the Soul Mala Healing Meditation music, 15-30 minutes before going to sleep. I just can’t get enough of this one!
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
My fur family, trying to figure out where everybody is in regard to the new kitty. I have kept her door pretty much closed since she was attacked last week.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
My friend has agreed to take the new kitty into her home. This is the place I felt would be purrrfect for Miss Purr from the time I brought her home.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
It turned abnormally cold this week with rain. It went from 90+ degrees one day to 50-60 degrees the next. The hummingbirds have stuck it out so far. How do they know when it’s time to leave?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet, haven’t had time.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time, just trying to stay open to any thoughts that might try to find their way to me.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes. Saturday I did a guided meditation and fell asleep. I also prayed to the Universe. I did a guided meditation on Tuesday as well as Thursday.I also focused on my breathing and feeling my heart beat. I also did chakra opening without guided meditation. The guided meditation were about 30 minutes. I am not sure how long the rest were.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. Serenity and my Guides sent me an image of her telling me to not be afraid of something relating to my business. I do not remember the other conversations with her or the ones with Hawkeye. I also talked with Sufi and posted the conversation for Berenice to see it. I talked with a fruit fly, too, who I think told me he/she felt safe (because I don’t kill them). I also talked with a mosquito before the mosquito bit me. The mosquito said, “I’m so hungry”. Not long after that, the mosquito bit me several times.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Having the realization that I should see myself as being as great as my cats see me. Also, feeling this morning when I was about to have a busy mind about something that I cannot let this into my aura and feeling like I was Serenity and then stopped the busy mind thinking. Today after that thought and feeling, my busy mind thinking has been a lot less that usual.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new that I can think of right now.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, and I posted for Berenice to see it.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I didn’t play one of the games, but I ordered some clothes from Gap and received a notification that some things had been shipped separately and correctly guessed intuitively what had been shipped separately. I might have guessed other things intuitively.

1- meditate: yes, I do my daily meditation and did some body awareness. I continue my session with my counselor with EMDR and unravelling some deep trauma from youth that have been affecting my life until now. Starting to see more clearly what is going on and I feel I am moving forward in my daily life and with my animal communication as well. I also did some body awareness with Juliana (see below) and Faith (horse). I sat with Juliana and then I went to just be with Faith and be aware of my body without any agenda, just feel me around her. Faith said Trust Me.
2- practice: I did a connection with a horse, Maestra, that my equine conscious teacher, Juliana ( ayoung woman) wants to buy and she wanted me to check with the horse after I told her my finding with the horse, Faith, I worked with last week and told Juliana about my communication so she could validate me.
3- celebrate: I did very good with Faith, the horse and I am very happy about that. I wish I would of done better with Maestra but I felt pressure because Juliana wanted to exchange services but I am still happy I did it and feeling okay not too hard on myself. I am doing the best i can and I will have fun in the process, I feel I can be light about it and I can try again and I feel Faith will be helping me. I can’t wait to see her again tomorrow.
4- question/discovery: no question
5-FAT: my cat yes being the FAT of the month
6- game: no -

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have participated in several group meditations this week. I have had trouble getting into a meditative state myself so have not meditated other than that.

I just had a quick chat with Sufi, our new Fat. As I started to connect with her, my cat Missy jumped up on me. Missy had been sleeping nearby. Sufi said that Missy wants to talk to me. I told her I wanted to talk to Missy and asked her if she could help me and she said she would. Sufi is such a beautiful cat. I look forward to getting to know her better during class tomorrow if not before.
I also mentioned that many of us would be talking to her at the same time tomorrow and she said she knew, her Mom had explained it to her.
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

I was surprised at how quickly and easily I was able to connect with Sufi.

Susann Taylor Shier has given us a process to connect with our psychic ability. We are working with that in her group.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. I recited the Ho’Oponopono prayer and mantra morning and night. I did a mixture of guided meditations and still, quiet meditations this week. The guided ones were Chakra Activation Meditation 18 min, Letting Go Into The Lightness of Your Being 22 min, Reiki Meditation 10 min & Portal of Transformation 17 min. I did the Spirit Balloon Exercise and have done Reiki Meditations most days with self healing.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I spoke with Berenise’s kitty Sufi today. I asked where he likes to sleep and what he likes to eat. When I asked about any messages for Berenise or myself, I lost the connection. I told him I would talk with him more tomorrow during our class.
I spoke with Joey the horse with the long standing wound on his leg. I told him how loved he is and talked about not mirroring his human.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am celebrating that I am not getting bitten by chiggers anymore. We had those little buggers in a batch of hay and 4 of us folks were getting bitten.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I realizing that I give up too easily when I lose a connection while talking with an animal. I know I need to just shake it off and just continue with the conversation but don’t.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, I tried but didn’t get very much. I intend to get more information when we have our call tomorrow.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Yes, I played the card deck game and did the best I ever have! I got 36 correct and 18 wrong. Woo hoo!

1. Meditate!
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?Everyday my Chakra golden ball meditation – sometimes a couple 3times a day along with the Rainbow tornado.
2. Practice!
I was asked by Alicia if I could communicate with her friend Mary’s new kitty; Mary has been having a challenging time choosing a name. Alicia told her that she felt the reason was because the kitty was trying to tell her that she wanted to pick her own name and so she offered my help – which I gratefully accepted.
I went into a 15min mediation following writing down my intention, I tuned into kitty and introduced myself telling her I understand your mom is trying to figure out what to name you. I explained about how humans give names ect ect and I got, quite clearly, Ariel Like the Angel but she especially likes the short version Ari (like are-eee. not airy) I felt myself pop up into my head that was searching for other names – I said NO to my self and dropped back into heart and nothing, absolutely nothing but Ari came through. I had to honor it.
When Alicia reported back she said Mary LOVES the name and interestingly she said that while I was reporting to her about my communication, Mary was texting her with questions about Archangel Ariel and her understanding that he is the overseer of animals. How Cool it That! I am overjoyed.I continue to have communication with Chase the sick dog in Florida. Happily , the family will be picking her up today from Vet Hospital , after her being there for a month. I tried to communicate last night but her energy was in dreamy space. I know that her depression with lift once she is out of there and home with your family.
3. Celebrate!
I had a wonderful experience talking to a kitty and asking her to tell me what she would like to be named.
.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?I guess the same questions that has come up before, many times, is about boundaries with clients and not staying hooked into them (animal or human) after the session is over. (Well , interestingly, I just got an answer…….as long as you remain in your heart space like I have been practicing, I will not need to appease my ‘head and mental body’ to thrash around things that were said, discovered, healed ect, ect. It is true, once the heart connection has been made, there is a gossamer thread that was formed but that is a sweet knowing, it does not need to be a hook that creates mind stuff. Ok this may not make sense to anyone else, but it does me! Ok Cool – now Pam stop the head stuff and relish in the wonderful connections being me and the delightful learning you are receiving.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I had a brief interlude with Sufi this morning; plan on going deeper before class tomorrow.

Just my usual fly by talks with bugs and animals. I was firm with the wasps flying around my patio umbrella’s wanting to hunker down in the corner tips. I had to shoo them with my broom. Damn, those guys are persistent little buggers, and ended up taping the ends to detour them.
Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
– Yes I’ve been meditating once a day before bed. I’ve been doing some meditations from the beginners course as well as some meditations from Gabby Bernstein.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
– I communicated with a horse named Shadow – he’s a new horse at the barn. Trying to understand why he’s letting himself being bullied by the other horses. As I am just starting with communicating, I have trouble trusting myself, but he seemed to show me he was aware of our conversation: I felt like he thought they were big and intimidating. When I mentioned he is the biggest one of them all his head flew up and he stared at me.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
– I have an objective of practicing once a day, and I’ve been keeping up with it.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
– The difference between my voice and the animals. I understand its practice…!5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
– I have not, I feel like I need to practice more before with animals around me. I know its the point of the FAT… I need to trust myself. I will try before the call tomorrow.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
– I have tried paying more attention to my senses as was taught in one of the beginners classes. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes – every day but not a huge amount but I have been doing the Rainbow Tornado every day as well. That is helping me become more confident about finding and staying in my heart centre. I want to keep doing it as often as possible – it’s having a gradual but definite healing effect. Today I came away feeling serene.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I’ve been doing the Paws before Dying course (1&2 so far) and did the become one with your animal exercise on there. I couldn’t feel specifics – or couldn’t be sure – because I think I kept jumping between imagining what I though Elsa must be feeling and what she is feeling. I will repeat it.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I’m becoming much better at just feeling rather than trying to identify or name what I’m feeling. Also that I started the Paws before dying course and…I worked out how to download the courses rather than always having to have an internet connection to listen to them. (My IT skills are always: could be better….)
And as ever: I celebrate finding Val and Barb, and my beloved Elsa.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I’ve found a way of dropping down inside myself – I can do it when someone like Val is holding the space and guiding me – but I’m starting to be able to do it on my own a little.
I also found that if I can remember to be confident that I have a purpose in life then my relationships with other people are much easier – there is a greater freedom.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, I tried to connect with Sufi – I got some first impressions of her nature and her character. I’ve realised I need to let myself feel and then identify afterwards – the problem is I’m struggling for the right words! But I will post after the Q&A session tomorrow so I don’t get influenced by what I see on the site.
5. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No but I found the reference to the session I want to repeat (the inner guidance session) and downloaded it – ready to go! -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I meditated three times this week for a total of 30 minutes. Each session was a silent meditation where I focused on my breathing and on grounding.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with the bats that have taken up residence at my grandma’s house. I believe one of the bats is my grandfather who passed away in March and is there to protect my grandmother.
I also communicated with Sadie today to tell her about our upcoming road trip and that she will be staying with my mom without us for a week. I showed her a play-by-play of the big things that will happen over the week so she isn’t surprised.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I’m still doing it!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
No questions.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I didn’t communicate with Sufi this week and am planning to during the call tomorrow.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No games this week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I don’t do long meditations but I do sit quiet and fo us on my breathe so I don’t go onto thinking as much. I’m doing more of this since Rich and Zorro have gone from my life. If I’m nervous I very much like Vals 3 minute meditation.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
A black cat named Shadow. Didn’t get much. He seemed energetic, fun, and mischievous.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That I haven’t given up on myself despite my recent losses an emotional overwhelm.
I’ve always known I had this Gift so I’ll have to go slow and steady until I’m in a more balanced state.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I may need a pre-school class. I’m not getting anywhere.
No discoveries of my personal own but big discovery about Zorro.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did try. Sufi felt good, happy. I asked if we could talk and if he’d talk to Zorro in the 5th dimension when he’s sleeping. He seemed like a willing to help soul.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’ve done the 3 that are there (not sure of the exact number) but I would like to go back there as soon as I submit this and check everything out again.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, Tuesday and today (Thursday) I meditated for about half an hour each time to guided meditations. I also meditated on my own opening chakras and bringing in light and putting light around my cats and green energy inside them and white around them.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. We didn’t have any deep, wisdom-filled conversations this week. I don’t remember everything we talked about, but I did tell Serenity that if the red on her gums is something she’s mirroring on me that she needs to give it back to me and if it’s her own stuff she needs to let me know so the vet can look at it. I also told Hawkeye that I don’t want him behaving how he does towards Serenity when he gets hungry.
I also talked with Sufi. He told me he likes kiwi and affection time with Berenice, playing with Vayu, and the outdoors and seeing wildlife. He said other things that I posted for Berenice to see. Sufi also said to have a clear mind in the moment and that in Nothingness is Everything.
I also talked with a spider this morning who was on my kitchen counter. I told the spider I didn’t mind him/her being there as long as he/she didn’t harm my cats and me or bite me. The spider said he/she was just minding his/her business.
I also talked to a cat named Taylor who was not doing well health wise. She said she wanted help passing on, but not euthanasia and not at the vet’s-just for her caretaker to take care of her. After she passed on she thanked me for telling her caretaker she didn’t want to go to the vet’s and didn’t want to be euthanized. She just now sent me an image of angel wings and then her face.
Also during the call last Saturday I talked with Sufi and Berenice confirmed a lot of what I got.
I also got a message from Zorro and posted it in the forum for Zarah to see it.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. How my cats are helping me to Heal!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, and I talked a little about it in a previous question and also posted for Berenice to see the communication.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I didn’t play one of the games, but I had an intuitive moment. without even guessing and then checking to see if I’m right. I also received communication from Angels and my dad (he might be an Angel, too). I also found healing meditation music that’s at 528 Hz and realized that when I saw the time 5:28 in the past it was probably telling me that that’s good healing music for me and will come my way or that that’s a good Hz level for me for healing or something along those lines.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, every morning for 1/2 and hour. This week I’m meditating with Archangel Raphael.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with a cat called Oaui. Her owner asked me to connect with her and find out where she was. The first impression was, ‘I’m on an adventure, I’ll be back soon’, then my ego stepped in and told me that I couldn’t say that to the owner because if I was wrong I would be giving her false hope the I imagined the cat being run over and dead in the road and I had the though OMG if I say that to the owner and it’s not true then she will be really sad and upset for nothing and as I tormented myself with these self doubts the owner of the cat sent me a message to say that the cat had just returned!!!
I learnt to trust my first impression!3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I would like to celebrate my growing confidence in my animal communication skils
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I would really like to know how to help my little dog. Life circumstances are really piling on the stressors for her and I can’t seem to get through to her and help her calm down. My discovery is to really watch out for my little dog and help her manage her stress levels better.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I have not communicated with Sufi this week. Things are very hectic and I try to spend as much time sitting quietly and being present for my ‘worry pot’ dog.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Again, no, not this week 🙁 Spiritual courses, moving work, and my little dog have not left me with much time to consecrate to intuition 🙁 -

I was not successful in quieting down enough to meditate on my own. I had two group meditations. I need to meditate more.
I communicated with my cat Missy for the first time.
Last week when I connected with Sufi prior to the Q&A call, Missy jumped up in my lap just as I was starting. I explained to Sufi what had happened and put Missy in the bedroom. Sufi said that Missy wanted to talk to me. I asked Sufi to help me connect with her since I’ve never been able to hear her.
Last night when Missy was in my lap, as usual, I asked her about it. She said she wanted me to talk to her not to another cat. I reminded Missy of when she had been FAT. She remembered and said that was fun. I explained that this was Sufi’s turn and that is why I was talking to her. Then I asked Missy what she wanted to tell me. She said nothing, she just wanted me to talk to her and not another cat. Jealous!
I am celebrating finally being able to hear Missy.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
That I really can communicate with Missy, I just have to do it. And I need her to want to tell me something.
I communicated with Sufi before the Q&A call – see above – and again during the call.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Every morning I have been doing my Chakra Rainbow and gold ball meditation as well as throughout the day doing my rainbow tornado. This truly has helped propel my communication to a much higher level. Yippee I intend to get back to my long morning meditations this coming week.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1/ spoke with Chase, the pit bull in Florida again the other day. She is out of hospital and home convalescing. Her dad is feeding her 4 times per day to help her to gain the necessary weight – 10lbs is needed. When I went to talk with her I had a download of information about her physche splitting off – she has had major trauma in her early life being forced to be in fighting rings. After she was rescued she tucked all that pain, abuse and suffering into a compartment; but when the sickness (we think she ingested something through her nose) that caused much sickness in her system and became very ill – so much that the Vet had to remove her spleen. She was in hospital for a month or more. This new added trauma made it difficult to compartmentalize this and so she split off from herself in a way. When her family looked at her they said it was like their Chase had disappeared and the dog they were looking at was not theirs. I did lots of work with Angel Michael and shielding and integrating – I did Matrix enegetics to help re connect her mind with her body and helped balancing. I look forward to positive improvements hence forth.
2) Had a visit with a friends cat named Lumen who recently got re-homed following a week at a no kill cat boarding place. His mom is feeling high emotions of guilt, fear, worry about how he is doing. I assured her that he is fine and he told me that the tether that is connecting her to him – the one that carries the emotional electricity of above said energies is not serving him nor her and that she must cut it. However, the heart string, the fine line that will always connect their hearts will never be cut because this is the thread that links true, positive, heart love energies to and from their hearts. Me and Lumen explained to Janna the difference. I did a long round of EFT tapping with her and she felt 100% better following our session.
3.) don’t remember now if I already posted this, but I had a delightful experience with a precious kitty that her mom asked if I could ask kitty what name she would like to have. She told me quite frankly and what I was so amazed at was two-fold …..No other names came in, only the one and I felt myself move out of my heart and into my head trying to search for names – nope drop back into you heart….. and when I did there was only one name. Kitty said she is named Ariel and wants to be called Ari for short.
When I was talking on the phone with Alicia about my communication (the client is her friend) she received a text asking about a recording of Archangel Ariel and remembering he was the angel who is overseer of animals. This is no Coincedence – both myself and the cat were tapped in, tuned in and turned on. I was happy to hear the woman LOVES the name Ariel and adores the nickname ARI !!!!3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
My telepathic communication is becoming more smooth; my heart to mind understanding of what the animal is speaking to me is flowing easier.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I made a discovery about heart communications: when I am fully in my heart when communicating with an animal, the messages that come through are 1)rapid in their arrival, 2)the answers to questions come almost all at once, 3) in order to decipher all the information coming in so fast requires my mind to Wait for the words to describe all I received – -my heart has to interpret for my brain because it is a different language.
I really feel/sense/know that my mind is readily allowing my heart to lead first, then I communicate to the client I am working on from that interpreter point. The work is truly beginning to be much easier because my mind is not fighting to understand; it is patiently awaiting for my heart to tell it and so the struggle is going bye bye.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.I only did on Saturday’s call and the day prior. I will attempt to make contact this coming week.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I failed to play any games this week
Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes – normal meditation and doing the rainbow tornado every day – I’ve been spending a lot of time on that because I think it is key to helping me access my heart space, my confidence – all the things I need for A.C.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I’ve been trying to talk to my dog Elsa and the FAT Sufi. Sufi: I posted what I got online – got some of it right, not all. I realised, I think through the rainbow tornado meditations, that it’s about allowing it to happen. I tried that with Elsa, and I picked up some vibrations – I can’t verify this so now I need to find the confidence with another animal. I shall try and think of questions to ask Sufi.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Increasing clarity on getting into my heart space! It’s helping at work a lot and it’s helping with my anxiety too. Also, I picked an apple from a tree, and gave it a kiss to say thank you and felt an electric and beautiful connection for a split second.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I have a very different experience of communication if I don’t try and label my experience with words – so how do I unite these seeming disparate worlds? Words seem to distract me and lead me back into my head.
4. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes – I explained above. Some right, some wrong.
5. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’ve been doing the rainbow tornado every day instead. -

1- meditate: yes, I am regular with my meditation, I did not do any extra meditation of a different kind, I have been doing more yoga and stretching for my lower back and back into walking despite the smokes from the fires going on on the west coast.
2-practice: yes, Maestra, follow up from last week, she will be coming here soon, I wanted to let her know that and the set up here with other mares, plus needed more info from her. Sunny, horse I will be working with today, learning equine conscious, I wanted to connect with her before end to see her personality, etc. and I can get validated by the young girl that is teaching me.
3-Celebrate: I haven’t been as prolific as I wanted with my animal classes and communication but have to accept that. I am working of creating a workshop and a line of animal products and organizing my house and it’s taking my time right now.
4-FAT: yes, I am practicing with him and responding to students about their findings.
5- Games: when I meet dogs I say Hi and try to have a quick interaction with them. I did this on the ferry, waiting for the bathroom and a dog was watching me from his car window. I had a good sense of who he was, he looked like a bear, very strong dog, very kind eyes. It was not clear what I was getting but I sure felt connected to him. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I’m still doing about the same every day. I’d like to “be still” longer but I’m still moving slow and way way behind on my off grid living necessities.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Although I did look and feel through the pet list I found my focus of practice to be with my 23 year old cat, Shima. I don’t usually focus on my own pets but she called my attention. I asked if she is happy. She said (allegedly) under the circumstances she’s happy. What can I do for you, I asked? She may have said, I know you’re helping me and loving me. Thank you. Are you hurting? I asked. Nothing I can’t handle, she said.
3. Celebrate! Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That even though it may not appear I’m opening much yet, I’m grateful that I know I will. Isn’t that worth celebrating?
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I discovered that an animal can move physically to the 5th dimension through a vortex but how would they ever get back to 3D? Or would they?
If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so
I so very much wish I had gotten something more than last week but I didn’t. Please be patient with me.
It’s a bit confusing. I looked at the list again and reread some things. Are we supposed to just keep repeating them?
