One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. 1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
As mentioned I meditate daily now…2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
TRYING TO HELP with a cat that attacks his person, that I mentioned last week..
I am learning just like Val said on the masterclass call Saturday… That sometimes just like with people, it may take several conversations to get thru to animals and/or humans….3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.I celebrate being on this path every day for I have truly found what I am meant for and want so much to get the results communicating with animals
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I have discovered how important each different technique /lesson we are taught in the courses is… It really is like having a tool box and digging in to find the right tool for each situation… I have realized that often several tools are necessary to solve different issues.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I keep meaning to communicate with Shooks but have not as of now because of how busy I have been, therefor trying to focus the time I have on learning/oerfecting/applying all the different elements from the great amount of information I have been exposed to…
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I always test my intuition in different ways… Either thru game or natural experimentation… I will look at the intuition games posted. I think a new one is available or soon to be, and I will try it.Mo

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes,I have continued doing mindful being in the tub and just learned something new through something called Trust-Technique. It helps to calm the mind, become mindful and still. I really like it.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with some more rats as they also were in the house from where I communicated last week. The owners didn’t want to have to put poison out and tried everything they could do with a professional company to humanely remove them from the house. So far, they have not heard any scratching where they normally do and will continue to keep me posted.
I also communicated with a dog in spirit and had a rather quantum talk through Oliver to his human who shared many things. It was quite amazing and she was very open to receiving.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I would like to celebrate the opportunity to learn and connect with the rats. This is new territory for me and although I’ve heard Val talk about it and hear other success stories about it, I never had the opportunity to do it. I’m grateful for this and wish to celebrate this gift.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I don’t have any questions at this time. A discovery that I have come to is being mindful in regard to where an animal is. For example, I tried to pick up Blessing who is a baby beardie today. She became very scared and tried to bite me. I realized that although I talked with her and sang to her before picking her up, I wasn’t listening to her that she didn’t want me to do that. It’s important to be mindful of where she is at always.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I have not done so yet. Louise has asked me to ask Shooks some specific questions and I will be doing that asap.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I did not play any games. The one I am on is asking an animal if they remember their past lives. I look forward to doing this again before the month has ended.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did meditate this week but only for a total of approximately 45 minutes – focusing on my breath and The Heart Rose meditation.
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
This week I tried to communicate with a bird on the beach who was digging into debris on the high tide mark. The message I thought I got was “busy, busy , busy, have to keep looking for food. Lots of interesting things have been washed up. I like to have a lot of variety in my food – what I can get here and also from the trees.”
I celebrate that this week I practiced being more present at various times throughout the day, most days.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I was not very accurate with my last communication with this month’s Featured Animal Teacher, Shooks (that I did last week). When thinking about things this week I realized that part of my problem is that I am overthinking things – I am focusing too much on the method and not on communicating with Shooks. This means I am in my mind and focusing on me not on Shooks. I just need to do the communication and not think about it. However it is much better to try than not as mistakes can help you to learn and eventually improve.
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

No I did not communicate with the Featured Animal Teacher of the month as this week has been very hectic. I want to try communicating with Shooks again when I am more relaxed.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
I played the Card Intuition Game again and got 11/20, 11/20 and 8/20 (when guessing the color). This is worse than before and perhaps because I have been a bit tired this week.

2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Mimi is a friend’s cat in Portland. James has been concerned about her weight and lack of friendliness towards the vets and new people. I cheat and do energetic clearing on their chakras and try to use that opening to create permission to ask questions. I sensed her weight issues are energetically tied to her owner’s weight issues. I saw other cats that came before her that transmuted his energetic field and passed with heart issues. I think she has a UTI to explain why she’s pooing outside the box in a specific spot, so I suggested getting pee pads for that spot and administering D Mannose, but I did ask her to drink more water and try to lose some weight to put her owners at ease, but she seems pretty vigilant to keep that chord strong between them, and continue to transmute their negative energy. I asked James to talk to her more and explain who the people are that are coming into their space, as I got that she doesn’t trust strangers. I told James to talk to her more and send telepathic messages/images to help him ask her questions and make requests for any changes in the home.
Mimi is actually 13, and they want to know if they have permission to adopt a new kitty or to wait. She knows it would be good for the kitty and the family to welcome a new member, but it would take a little time getting used to. I did sense that her spirit is strong and staying on longer. It seemed so vibrant that I thought she was 8-10.
I decided to reach out to one of the graduates, Barb, to see if her connection could go deeper. She validated all my messages, but had more conversation details and did a different kind of energetic session targeting Mimi’s bladder. She says she’s pooing out of the box due to the disruptive energy in the house. She confirmed that she would appreciate being spoken to more often and that she is mirroring her owners. She also validated that with a little time, she could accept a new kitty member in the house. She did request her own space within the house though, so that was new.
I did energy work on my sister’s pets – Loretta (18 yr cat), Comet (16 yr cat) and Lana (4 yr dog). Loretta is in her final sunset phase, as she’s 18 yrs old and peeing in several areas outside of the box. She told me that her previous owner assigned her to my sister when she passed, who was her mother-in-law. Even though her body is deteriorating, her spirit insists she’s not ready to go yet. She said she’d be cooperative to go to the vet, but it’s not important to go at all either, that she would let my sister know if she needed help. Loretta is quite possessive over my sister, and she’s threatened by their favoritism towards Comet. I made her aware that Comet was my sister’s baby first, but that he was living with Grandpa when she moved into the new house for Loretta to claim. I confirmed that she loves Loretta very much and appreciates all the intimate moments, but that it would make my sister so happy if she could learn to open her heart towards Comet, who will continue to take care of the family when she crosses the bridge.
Barb confirmed that Loretta’s not done with the physical world, but her body does have issues and is already breaking down. She just wants to love, love, love my sister, and that is her true joy.
Comet was so tough and proud of his hunting and battles. He showed me the critters he’d chase. He said he’d been wounded in fights, but that he healed himself fine and considers himself the winner of all conflicts. He loves my niece and feels it’s his duty to protect her. I had to give him worst case scenario if he ever bit or scratched her again in their sleep, but he did defend himself saying that she was hurting him. I explained that she wasn’t aware she hurt him, that it was unintentional, and it was only a bad dream that he got affected by. I showed him that he would be locked out of her room and never allowed to sleep with her again if he bit or scratched her again, even though I sensed that he thought he was helping her, too. I asked him if he wanted her to be scared of him, and he said no. He has to be the calm protector and remember that she is only an innocent child.
Lana (dog) was the most graceful, aware voice of the trio. She’s the peacekeeper and the protector, very elevated in awareness. She breaks up the cats when they fight. She does have anxiety when she barks & panics to loud sounds outside, which I sense is directly related to the tension in the household. I explained to her that her idea of protection is actually very disruptive and upsetting to her people. I tried to ground her and let her know that everyone is truly safe, that she can relax and trust that the outside activity is not dangerous or coming in. As the peacekeeper, it’s important for be at peace no matter what kinds of sounds are coming from outside. Otherwise, her people will get angry and stressed. But with all that tension, I know she NEEDS regular walks, so I told my sister that Lana needs grounding through daily walks.
I did energy work on my girlfriend’s dog (Russell), living in Austin, TX, but I struggled to get a deep connection. I need to keep asking questions. I need to be more grounded.
I reached out to a friend’s neighbor’s new cat, Batman. She’s really young and scared. She’s not used to people and feels insecure in the new house. She’s been hiding for weeks and only comes out to eat when everyone is asleep. I asked her how she felt, and she said she’s not used to people and this is a whole new world she isn’t so sure of. I explained to her that her new owners really love her and want her to be happy, and that she’s very lucky they chose her. I showed her what it felt like to be loved, touched, pet and intimate by sharing the bond I have with Obi. I asked her if she’d like that with her new owners, because I know that Amya would really love to bond with her. All this is foreign to her, and even feeling safe/secure is new to her, but she was certainly intrigued and appreciated being shown. She’s grateful for the food they leave out, but she asked for more time and patience to let her get used to her new domain, which I invited her to claim. I told the new owners to talk to her even if they don’t see her, to send golden light from their hearts, and to use visuals telepathically to express what they would like, like cuddling, combing, playing. Show and tell, but to certainly give her space and time to adjust. I confirmed with her that she was perfectly safe and given a great opportunity to own her space and love her owners back, that this is actually a gift for own benefit. I asked her if she liked her name, and she wasn’t really concerned with names, because she’s still in survival mode, but that she would be open to exploring names with her people once she’s warmed up. Have they hurt you? No. Do they scare you? They’re very big and strange, and she’s always seen humans as something to fear and stay away from. I reminded her that they love her very much already and look forward to creating wonderful moments of joy and affection, that she could could trust them. I told her that I would tell them to talk to her more and share what’s in their hearts, so she could get more used to their voices and presence. I told her that they love her, their neighbor that asked me to reach out loves her, and that I love her. I told her that we’re all good people that want only for her to be happy and comfortable for the rest of her life, and we will certainly hold space for her to adapt and hopefully blossom. But, yes, we will give her the freedom of time to acclimate and someday enjoy her new home and life.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Picking up Mimi’s vibe and messages was thrilling to hear that it not only helped the owners step up their connection with their cats, but that Barb was able to validate what I received, too. I’ve been blessed to reach out to so many animals this week, but it hasn’t been perfect. I still make mistakes, but those mistakes help me discern where I’m getting my information from. Working with Mimi felt the most genuine.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
How does one discern when/if an animal says NO to communicating? I’ve either been very lucky or very ignorant in my process. I’ve always had my chakra clearing technique to use as a platform to do energy work and then try to start asking questions, and I’ve been steady with small bits of intuition. Even when I knew one kitty didn’t like strangers, I was able to get quite a bit of information from her, but did I barge in? How am I getting my information if I’m unaware that they don’t want to communicate?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I still intend on making a second attempt connecting with Shooks, but this Christmas week was taken up by several friends asking for help with their pets, so I was pretty booked. Next week part 2!
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I wrote an intuition letter to my healing guide, Buttercup, asking for reaffirmation for my process. I’m having some human moments of frustration and needed reminding. It’s a sad Christmas week. Loads of help being asked for animal connection, and I feel challenged to get better answers than what I’m picking up.
I finished listening to the December Q&A recording and was reminded to acknowledge sadness, worries and pain, talking about them is a very important part of the conversation and healing. Empathy, honesty, transparency and exploring works through the issues. This process is just as much for me as it is for the animals.
I added Sara’s Espagnol (pony) to my list to do chakra work with. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes I did. Its been erratic: some days doing lots and others doing less. I’m trying to do more because I’m freaking out about money and am trying to conquer this fear.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talked to Shooks the week before (not this week) but instead of lots of questions, I just sat and felt her energy. Beautiful, soft, sweet, joyful energy. She laughed when she saw that her fellow dog Mooks was taking over people’s conversations. I haven’t done anything else this week apart from feeling into Elsa’s energy.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I’ve worked out how to get soundcloud on my phone. My previous phone was too old. So I got a new phone and now I can listen to Val’s Dr Doolittle show and I have listened to about 4 episodes so far.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I’ve been crazy busy with work and have not put in as much time as I would like, but I did follow the masterclass on Saturday. All the time this takes me to a much more instinctive way of being. What I’m struggling with is: how can I fit into “ordinary” society like this. I get too “inside”, too sensitive, and then I have to get up and go to work to earn a living, where people think I’m a little odd. I don’t know how to balance this.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not since the FAT Q&A call.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’ve been guessing the names of people on the phone. Mostly right. One time I tuned into someone before she rang. That was so cool. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Conscious breathing exercises and staying present.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talk daily with my sick cats trying to convince them to take their medicine. Since I started to serve the antibiotics in small bowls of chicken soup, most of them lap it up. But 2 of the more serious cases still refuse and trying to squirt it into their mouths (after I had wrapped them in a big towel), resulted in some bad scratches on my hands and arms and the syrup spread all over the table. Needless to say, nothing went into my boys’ stomachs.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am glad I mostly manage to keep Pascal quiet. He is not supposed to move around yet. But in spite of limping heavily, he wants to go on longer walks. We do 5 minute walks 3-4 times a day and the remaining time, Pascal usually agrees to stay on a big fluffy bed with some sick cats as moral support.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Still no time.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time for games.10/12

1. Did I meditate?… Yes, I did mostly silent meditation and Reiki Gassho meditation. I also recite the Ho’Oponopono prayer and mantra.
2. Animal I talked with this week… I talked with my pony Pollyanna to tell her I would be away for a few days. When I visited the barn to clean her stall, she was out to pasture. I communicated telepathically and asked her to lift her head and look my way. And she did! I was so excited.
3. Celebrations?…I am still celebrating that I felt a physical sensation when talking with Shook’s last week. That was a first for me.
4. Any questions…I wonder if Val can hear multiple conversations with animals as if talking with a group of people.
5. Did I talk with the FAT, Shook’s?…I am sorry to report that I did not find time to talk with her.
6. Did I play any intuition games?…No, not this week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I prayed to the Universe more than once-don’t know how long. I also did a guided meditation for about 35 minutes. During this meditation I left my body. I also did Ho’Oponopono Prayer.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity- I told her about how I’d like it if she would be closer to me when I’m sitting on the couch and if she and I would spend time together on the bed. She has been sitting closer to me on the couch and got on the bed and waited for me to come and we spent time together on the bed. All three of us spent time together on the another time, too, recently.
I also talked with Shooks who told me what the red ball is about that she’s been telling people about. Shooks also told me that she doesn’t differentiate from one lifetime to another. She knows about the present moment, but is in all lifetimes at once-past, present, and future. I posted about the communication for Louise to see it.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Learning that having a busy mind about stuff when I get stressed, anxious, etc. and don’t come up with answers doesn’t do any good. Also, learning my triggers for stress/anxiety. Also, figuring out today that perhaps one of the things causing the busy mind, anxiety, and stuff is that I am exposed to the same energy inside my one bedroom apartment constantly.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? After talking with Shooks, I have learned that some animals don’t differentiate lifetimes. They know what the present is, but are in all lifetimes at once-past, present, and future.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, I communicated with Shooks. Please see where I talk about my communication with her above. I posted the communication for Louise to see it, too.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No games, but I had a premonition perhaps (don’t remember what) and maybe also psychically guessed the time. I also had a psychic reading a couple of years ago or so and I don’t remember for sure, but the person might have mentioned something about someone named Aaron. Sometime recently (before Tuesday this week) I was thinking about that reading and trying to remember if the person mentioned someone with the name Aaron or not. I was clearly having some kind of intuitive/psychic/premonition moment since on Tuesday I met someone named Aaron while I was having my routine maintenance for my car. Aaron works at the car place. He is also a telepath and empath I think, or people in his family are.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
15 min every morning and evening – center, ground, open chakras, shield, set intentions.
Did lots of artwork this week which was hours in a meditative space. I feel at peace with myself this holiday week.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Had a lovely healing session with Ber’s dog Fifty; I called on Higher Beings assistance and they came and I know that we all did good work together. I feel Fifty is slowing down and in a year or two he will be ready to further his journey in Spirit.
I spoke with Alicia’s dog Angel and her kitty babe Uriel about kitties desire to get behind things and play around with cords. Alisha is nervous about him biting them. I did touch on this subject a few weeks ago with kitty but he forgot. I asked Angel to continue her ‘protection’ of Uriel and to help distract him from the urge to play with cords. I also had Angel help me get the worse cased scenario visuals to him. It was so cool I saw Angel writhing as if in confulsions while he expressed lightening pain coursing through her body then played dead. Yes, see Uriel, this will happen to you if you bite into a cord – you will feel extreme pain and then die and go back to Spirit. I said you just came into form and are loving being in form in this family, you don’t want to leave yet do you? No way he said. I feel confident that both Angel and I got through to the little shit this time.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am working more smoothly through the sessions and trusting my intuition more.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I am still pondering the class from Saturdy – need to listen to it again as there was so much good information for me.
Barb and I are doing a on the phone session with each other on the 28th – we are delegating 30min each to communicating with each others animals to practice. Sally and I are going to do it too but have not set up an appointment yet.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No, been focused on other things this past week.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No – hope to this coming week.Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

I want to celebrate the fact that I really feel that I can help Abby through this difficult moment in her life.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
My question would be ‘How to help Shooks stay in this lifetime?’5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

1- Meditate: yes, every day and lots of asanas and stretching since my lower back really hurts. I did another class on on shamanic journeying. One of the exercices was to practice merging with our power animal or another animal but unfortunately I was not able to merge, I had a certain belief about letting anything come into my body… to be continued, not sure what to think about this one. It felt like it would of been like shape-shifting.
2- practice: other then talking to my cats I haven’t been able to do anything this week. I really feel like I hit another rock on the road. I am so scared, having a hard time moving forward!
3- celebrate: trying to not be too hard on myself and take courage.
4- discovery/questions: I don’t know how I am going to be able to do live reading?
5- FAT: unfortunately not.
6- Games: no game -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes. This was a tough week for me as my spiritual teacher for the past 8 years left the physical world 2 days ago. Wednesday night I meditated 1/2 the night in His remembrance but have been scattered for the past two days.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1. Mimi: pooping outside of the box. She reflects the emoti9nal energy 8n the household. That’s her way of letting them know that th8ngs are off kilter. We discussed this and I also encouraged her humans to work on their own energy.
2. Kevin: Bit his mom. He wasn’t feeling ok and then suddenly transformed into a past life panther and lashed out. Did a healing and talked to him and he felt really bad about the incident.
3. Loretta: Cat. Is she ready to leave? No. Why is she peeing everywhere? Quite a few reasons. Wants to make sure she leaves part of herself behind but she is not ready to leave yet. Didn’t like the smell of the things she has peed on and there was weird energy in those three rooms so I cleared it with Heart light. She liked that much better.
4. Luchien: Doberman. Ate something really bad. I used all of Val’s healing tools to help him recover from the nasty guts he consumed and he has.
5. Herman: Dog. Why is he not eating? He wants more attention and also to be told when she is leaving him with others and when she is com8mg home. He wants to hear all of her feelings
6. Joey, bunny.Champ and Athena(dogs): a new animal named Duke is com8mg to visit and so we had a conference so they could get all their questions answered.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Clients are referring me to others who need help.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I do not have any questions at the moment.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Not this week but I do want to work with Shooks on past and present time.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I did not make time for them this week.

1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it
easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What
meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
In addition to the meditation that is always a part of our online church service, I sat quietly and breathed to relax several times.
Reiki is meditation. I offered Reiki to Pascal again this week and went deep into meditation to do this.2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if
you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will
strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals
other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal
Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you
feedback. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Pascal. I checked in with him to see how it was and once again offered him Reiki
Roxy. I continue to attempt to communicate with him. Not very successfull3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding
success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with
animals this week.
Nothing to celebrate this week. It has not been one of my better weeks.4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did
you have?
How can I regain the AC ability I had? I did not learn it, it just happened. I keep thinking it will
happen again.5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast
feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required
to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did not communicate with FAT this week.6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My
Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do
this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with
animals?
Once again, I did not play any of the games.Moderator

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I meditated for 50 minutes this week in mostly silent meditation, following by visualizing my desires.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I did not intentionally communicate with any animals this week. However, I do talk aloud to Sadie every day and I believe I understand her responses.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am loving the process even though I am not as active with communication every week. This week I was distracted by the Christmas holiday.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
None to report.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I didn’t this week and don’t have a good reason why other than that I was preparing for and celebrating Christmas.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No games this week.
