One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. 1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I prayed to the Universe-more than once I think. I don’t know how long. I also put white, black, and green energy in and around Serenity, Hawkeye, and myself.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity, Hawkeye, Shooks, Mookie, Safeda. Serenity: I told her that I’m going to get better and get help. I can see how I affect her (my busy mind, anxiety, and the like). Serenity and Hawkeye: I told both of them about how I would like for them to be closer to me on the couch and be on the bed with me.
Shooks: Shooks wanted me to talk with Mookie.
Mookie: She told me about getting lost. I told her a story about when I got lost and then another even that was part of the same visit seeing my sister. She was very empathic and gave me a nudge I think. Mookie also asked me if she could tag onto me when she’s anxious. I told her if my energy was good and she wanted to that she could. By, “tag onto me,” she meant grabbing onto me to comfort her. She likes having someone who can relate to her regarding anxiety.
Safeda: a lost dog in India who was taken. She was a person’s stray dog. Safeda told me about what happened and where he/she is and that there’s still Hope and for the person to keep his/her energy up to try to find him/her and to go to their special tree to meditate to help find Safeda.
Also, a dog named Oso who had surgery recently. I relayed what he said and what transpired to my sister (his mom) and tried to do Healing work on him.
Also, a cat who came to Amber (I posted what transpired in the Facebook group).
Also, a dog named Scamp, who Amber found. I also posted about what transpired with him in the Facebook group.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. How both my cats are trying to help me Heal. When Hawkeye was on the bed with me he was purring and I was absorbing the purr when it occurred to me that he was purring to help me.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new/
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, Shooks wanted me to talk with Mookie. I posted for Louise to see it.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I talked with Mookie and posted for Louise to se what transpired.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes I did meditate this week for a total of about 150 minutes – a combination of focusing on my breathing, the “Heart Rose” and “Waterfall” meditations and “Accepting Change” by Sarah Blondin.
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
This week I communicated with this month’s Featured Animal Teacher, dog Shooks. We talked about what Shooks eats and where she goes for her walks. I learned I must relax more, be present and believe in myself (advice from Shooks I think).
I celebrated that I communicated with Shooks, a wonderful dog and teacher.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I know that I find it hard to relax and stay present when I try to communicate with an animal but I also need to believe in myself more and stop doubting myself so much.
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes I did communicate with the Featured Animal Teacher of the month – Louise’s dog Shooks. We talked about what Shooks eats and where she goes for walks. I posted in the Forum.

. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I meditate every day. I have been trying to build up the amount of time spent doing so per day. I have found that a minimum of 15 minutes a day for me is what is most beneficial, and seems to open up my intuitive side and more.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I have spent a lot of time trying to connect with my own animals this week. i find it more difficult than connecting with other animals. My pets do not get along, an ongoing problem, and I am determined to help them work it out so that we may all be happier and at peace..3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I am not sure. I just know that I want to be a successful animal communicator and that I need to remain focused and not give up when I do not feel/see the results I am hoping for…
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I have many questions that I believe will be answered as I improve and get results by applying the techniques I have been practicing…
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I have not communicated with the featured pet. I have been so focused on all the above
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I test my intuition on a daily basis now. Realizing that usually when I think of someone I know at random, I usually get a call or email from them shortly thereafter

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes I’ve had some time off work so more time to meditate. I did some silent Theta healing meditations as well as my usual chanting. I also did a chakra dancing and some chakra spinal movements. I slept incredibly well that night!
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I practiced with Angel, Alicia’s gorgeous companion. I have posted and will see what happens with feedback.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That I’m becoming more easily centred, grounded and in my heart centre and out of my head.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I think I’m always wondering about the similarities and differences between animal approaches and human approaches. It seems strange that humans have become so different and disconnected. I read something this week which suggested that the story of the fall of man in the bible might be a way of explaining how we have lost our connection with the natural world by interpreting the intellectual way seem better than the heart way. If this is correct, then my question is why?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes. I tried a couple of times to connect with Shooks but my confidence was knocked after getting Mookie and Shooks mixed up. I did get more stuff but avoided specific questions. I went with general impressions. I did post.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’ve been practising guessing who is on the phone. Been getting it right every time so far (but not that many people call me to be fair!). -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I have been however spent sometime at my mom’s and fell away from doing so. So in all honestly, not every day. I find that the tub in water really helps as well as the trust-technique that I’m learning.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I have had a bit of a break over Christmas and therefore have not spoken with any animals during this past week.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I was sitting with Blessing and Brigger today.Their terrariums are beside each other and when I sit on the floor I can see each of them. I went to touch Brigger and she moved away. I said I’m sorry, okay sweetheart” to let her know I understand she didn’t want to be touched. With Blessing, she climbed up high to look out of her terrarium, I had the lid off. I let her do so while letting her know I was there. She looked at me and was looking around. Nemo moved and she gently yet briskly jumped back into her terrarium and I remained calm and gentle saying, there she goes. See you again soon my friend”. Normally, I would get a bit sad that she became startled and want the dragons to be more comfortable with me. I want to celebrate that we are in teamwork in this connection together and as we get to know each other better, we can learn how it is best to be in each other’s energy.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I don’t have any questions at this time.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, I wrote my communication with Shooks in the forum space. Louise had a couple of follow up questions from the last time I communicated with her and Shooks and I were able to chat about that.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I didn’t directly however being on the intuition game of asking an animal if they remember their past lives, Shooks told me that she was a cat in 5 of her previous past lives and that in 3 of the 5, she had kittens.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes. Many nights all night as my spiritual teacher left his body this week and I have been going through the stages of grief and acceptance and finding the gift in his departure.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1. Garth, dog. His human found out he had cancer in his spleen so the surgeon is suggesting Chemo. Garth doesn’t want it. I could not detect any more cancer and he said he is not complete here. I saw a two year time line.
2. Russell: dog with aggression and separation anxiety.
Figured out a new job for him instead of protecting his human. Taught him how to shine his heart light into all Dark corners of the house. Healed a past life trauma.
3-8. Pam’s kitties: Novia, Izzy, KoKo, Charlie, Mr. O’Leary, Rennie: We journeyed to God’s Healing vault with Pam where we had a bonding treatment from the angels in the red, green, yellow and indigo rooms where we sat closely together in connection. Pam has an assignment to draw her cat family as a love family, all connected.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Pam and
I did a live phone session with each other’s animals.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Discovery: I feel “spirit” guiding me when I am grounded and centered.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes. Posting it next.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? Practiced working through my day with guidance.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Monday morning 13 minutes (Crystal light, 11 senses, spiritual roll call, listening to 528 Hz Meditational Miracle Tone. This was a week of much distraction.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
We’ve been feeding this outdoor black cat on our front porch the past few weeks. The neighbors call her Kitty, and she supposedly belongs to one of the houses across the street from us, but we’ve always seen her outdoors day and night. She’s been spending more time on our property, so we placed a couple of beds and boxes for nighttime comfort. There’s this orange tabby that stalks her and I hear fighting often, so we’ve shoo’ed away the orange bully whenever we hear her scowling. She’s a tough outdoor cat, but we’ve had moments of connecting and petting here and there, yet she’s a hisser and too feral to introduce to our indoor kitties. I reached out to why there’s such tension between her and the orange tabby, and I picked up that he’s mated with her before, and she doesn’t want to have anything to do with him beyond that. But he’s a persistent fella who won’t give up whether he’s bored or confused and seeks companionship. If aggression is the only response she has towards him, he’s down to tumble. I’d intend to reach out again to see if I can coax them to co-exist amicably.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I continue to urge my kitties to sleep on my lap, and it has been a wonderful week of waking up to Obi up against my body 3 times! Cutie Pie came up and rested on my lap for one hour last night!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
How do I connect with my dead kitties? I’ve been talking to Bunny and all my other passed angels, but I don’t know how to receive from them. I still talk to them in faith that they hear me, but talking to the dead is easier than hearing them.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Holiday break has been such a diversion, since I’ve had to work on 2 projects during Christmas and I so wanted a respite. I still have one more week to connect again with Shooks, but I did post my golden nugget on the Q & A forum.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I picked up the talking aloud conversation between me and my kitties again. I’m practicing my imagination with their voices and pay attention with what resonates as it comes out of my mouth. I really like this activity, as it puts me in a space of flow that I often receive authentic messages. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Regular conscious breathing exercises. Staying in the present.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Beginning of the week Mowgli made a huge step forward. He came to me to eat. I could even touch him lightly. Then all of a sudden, 2 days ago, he went back into hiding. I don’t understand what is going on with him. As a kitten he was extremely friendly and wanted to cuddle all the time.
Last night the fireworks here were very short, but a lot more noisy than usual. I went out on the veranda to make sure the kittens would not run in the street. When it started, they all bolted. The older ones were making conscious choices and run into their ‘fort’ (a cardboard box with blankets under my veranda table, covered with a big tarpaulin), while the very young ones panicked. They were running in circles. I stood quietly and told them they could hide in the bushes behind the house. They all darted off in that direction. Fortunately, when I checked this morning, everybody was ok.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Keeping 6 kittens safe last night is a reason to celebrate.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I have to give antibiotics to 10 cats every evening. 4 take them without problems from a syringe. 1 makes a bit of a fight, but still takes them. The other 5 have to get the med in some chicken juice. The first day I gave each of them a small bowl and tried to keep the other cats away. As a result, the 5 sick cats didn’t touch the bowls. Then I increased the dosage of AB in each bowl and let drink whoever wanted. And my 5 sick cats happily lapped up their share. Obviously, it was neither smell nor taste that kept them away the first day, but simply the fact that I wanted only the sick ones to drink made it clear to them that there was something in the bowl that they didn’t want.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. I did mostly silent meditations of about 10 minutes each a few times this week. I also did one guided meditation 20 minutes. I also recite the Ho’Oponopono prayer and mantra morning & night.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talked with my pony Pollyanna. She is usually very unhappy about being groomed but today was different. I was talking with her the whole time and when she got antsy, I would go onto something else. This seemed to calm her. I am mostly paying attention to her body language and not noticeable messages from her.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
My bond with Pollyanna is strengthening and this makes me so happy.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
No questions this week.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I worked at tuning into Shooks but just couldn’t connect.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Pam and I played the guess the card game. I got one right out of about 6, intuiting the suite and face/number. We also decided to play “guess what’s in the box” game. We just decided to do this yesterday so haven’t gotten back to one another on our intuitive hits. We will post our findings next Accountability Posting.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Every day morning and evening for 10-15 min. 2 days of my long meditation with Falun Gong
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I spoke with Fifty again, Ber Renae (Amber) dog. I am hearing from him his concern about his body slowly breaking down and his worry/concern that Amber is not emotionally prepared for it. I got a strong hit from him that he and with Spirit’s help were responsible for bringing the stray cat and the alone dog to her when she was at her in-law’s home over the holidays as a means of telling her to begin thinking about ‘the next one’ – meaning the next animal to come into her life. It was a poignant interaction with this dog.
Barb Grout and I did a trade on Monday to practice doing AC over the phone with a 30min time limit for each of us. I was quite amazed how our sessions flowed so easily. I really felt that both Barb and I were tuned in well with the animals. She had some questions to ask Duke (about his fear of noises, and his peeing on the chair). The morning of the session as I stirred awake I received an intuitive hit that this dog needs to have a ‘Celebration of Appreciation’ . He knows he is loved but he does not feel appreciated for all that he does. I wish we would have taped our sessions because I cannot remember all that was said, as I was in the zone, but both Barb and I were brought to tears.I also did the same type of trade with Berenice and her cat Sufi. It too flowed when I was speaking. We did a time travel to clear away from his energy and incident of the dog chasing him up the tree back in November and him hurting his rear leg.
I had a tune in with Abby, the elderly dog with dementia. She is ready, oh so ready, to move to Spirit.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I celebrate that I can and did do great work this week communicating with animals in live with the humans. I was so pleased with myself.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I guess my discovery would be about experiencing the different way in which I communicated with an animal – it was odd that when I was live I was transmitting info as it was coming in and just speaking it I could not write anything down; versus when I am doing it the way I have been which is alone with just me and the picture I write, write, write. The 2 feel so very different to me. I guess I need to look into getting a recording app or something like what Val uses for her sessions. It was frustrating to me that I could not really remember words I shared with Barb and Berenice.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Dang it – no6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Sally and I played for about 30min with the deck of cards. She did better than I. it was quite interesting to me that when she got the card, or very close to the number her voice changed somehow…..it was oddly cool.
We also are going to play the “what’s in the box” game – we texted each other pictures of a few trinket boxes and we will try our hand at that and report next week with our results.
Yesterday, I asked my twin sister to put something in a box – she texted me a picture of a little oblong basket with a lid. I tuned in but was really not in my Zone place so of course I was all wrong. Later when I looked at the picture and asked Pat if it was a rock – I had an image of a painted rock. She said, “oh my God, I put a rock with the words “Believe” painted on it, but then took it out deciding on another item”. Ok, we chuckled, then I tuned in, asked if it was something that was somewhat long and that it was closer to touching the elongated side of the basket than the sides of the basket. Yes, she confirmed that – I said it has a bit of weight to it. Yes, a solid color Yes. I picked deep orange red which was incorrect. Then Pat said I am sending you the color in my mind and saying in loudly in my mind. White, I said. Is it a white bird ? YES oh we laughed. When we get out of our way things just pop it. Cant wait now to play with Sally.Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes,I meditate with the girls everyday.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talked with Shooks this week because she needed a bath and a groom…both of which she doesn’t particularly like and I must say this was the best groom ever so far. She was a lot less wiggly and whiney and I managed to do it in just 2 goes which is a first for us.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I would like to celebrate the KNOWING that AC can help in just every day life of having to have a wash and a hair cut…it was easier for me and easier for Shooks.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
My question would be how can you be really 100% sure about something really important that an animal tells you? I discovered that it is really comforting to ask others to confirm (or not) the answers you get when you are in doubt.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, we talked about her bath and haircut.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I started playing the marble game but I wasn’t focused or grounded enough…so that was my lesson for the week 🙁 -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
NOTHING DIFFERENT THIS WEEK. I TEND TO SIT AND STILL MYSELF WHEN NEEDED RATHER THAN AT A CERAIN TIME EVERY DAY. BUT ALWAYS WHEN I GET IN BED BEFORE I LAY DOWN.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
THE THREE NEIGHBOR DOGS I WALK 3 TIMES A WEEK HAVE LET ME KNOW THEY HAVE ADAPTED TO BEING TIED SO MUCH AND ARE A BIT HAPPIER THAN I HAVE CONCLUDED. THEY STILL LOOK FORWARD TO HAVING A FEMCED IN YARD SO THEY CAN BE TOGETHER AND PLAY WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE IT.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
THAT THERES HOPE FOR ME EVEN THOUGH IT APPPEARS IVE MADE NO PROGRESS IN THESE LAST 3 MONTHS.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
NO DISCOVERIES OR QUESTIONS. JUST A DESIRE FOR BREAKTHROUGH AND “TIME” TO FOCUS ON OPENING TO THIS ABILITY WE ALL HAVE AND SOME OF US ARE DEVELOPING.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I LOOKED AT SHOOKS PICTURE AGAIN AND HEARD, “IM PRESENT. VERY PRESENT. I AM READY AND HAPPY TO ENGAGE WITH YOU”. I KEEP CALLING HER, HIM. MAYBE SHE HAS A LOT OF HER MALE ENERGY PROMINENT DURING MUCH OF THE DAY.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
IM STILL DOING THE CARD PRACTICE. I LIKE IT. GETTING A TINY BETTER. WONT DIVULGE MY % THIS WEEK THOUGH. NEXT WEEK. lol.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I listened to Val’s short meditation in the first training module. I only started going back over the training courses day before yesterday so there have not been many chances since making a determination to start again with this.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Patches the cow. I asked Patches to tell me what was wrong with her (she has been having difficulty walking and it is not clear what is going on for her) I did not get anything clear back from her except that I suddenly thought that she was sore in the right hip. I didn’t think much about it at the time but after having just listened again to the first training module I now think maybe I was receiving energetically or with claircognisence. Not sure.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I have finally made a determination to start again on this learning path after many months away from the training.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
What is the difference between communicating energetically or being clairsentient? I think I am one or the other (or both)5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I attempted to talk to Shooks. It was very brief and I have not seen any feedback yet.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No games this week as I am just getting started again, although I have made it a habit to try to determine in which area I will find our cattle herd when I go out to the rear property to check on them. -

1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it
easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase
your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What
meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
This was not one of my better weeks for sure. Other than the meditation in church on Sunday and
when I offered Reiki to Pascal, I only had a few times of sitting quietly with a cat on my lap.2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if
you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will
strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals
other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal
Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you
feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk
about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
My cat Princess who is in spirit. Last night after I went to bed, I was unable to get to sleep.
Anytime I think of her, I hear “Yes Mom.” I shared with her some of what I was upset about (the
computer) and she was reassuring. Then I asked her to help me go to sleep and the next thing I
knew it was morning.
Pascal. I checked in with him to see how it was and he said he was better. I once again offered
him Reiki
Roxy. I continue to attempt to communicate with him. We communicate very effectively but he
is non-verbal most of the time. He has no trouble telling me what he wants. Just now he jumped
up here and when he had my attention he wants and stared at the TV that was not on. He wanted
to watch his videos on YouTube. So, I turned on the TV and found his videos. He is happily
watching his video of birds and squirrels. I remember Mother saying years ago about another cat,
if you don’t know what she wants you are just not paying attention. Roxy is making his wants
known but AC is difficult other than watching his body language.3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding
success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like
you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with
animals this week.
Finding I could get Roxy’s videos on the TV. Previously I was getting them on the computer and
we were competing for computer time.4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did
you have?5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast
feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required
to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not?
If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post
what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did not communicate with FAT this week.6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My

Ooops! With all the fun I had over facetime with family and friends I forgot to post… hope I will be forgiven for posting so late!
1- Meditate: yes, my regular TM 2X per day and recorded the heart and rainbow clearing meditation and did that. Other power development process with John douglas MP3 program I have. And re-listening to some class/retreat I took years ago with my spiritual mentor before he retired. Reconnecting with the healing power of the Christ consciousness.
2- Practice: yes, with Pamela, exercise with communication live directly with her cat Novia. Find it very challenging but did it. Will need lots of practice.
3- Celebrate: Even though it was scary to do live reading with Pam’s cat I did it and I did get something even though it was not as much as I would of like.
4- Questions/discoveries: fear has to be accepted not defeated.
5- FAT: not last week, planning to do it this week.
6- Game: no
