One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
<><>
That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.
Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing @ValHeart.com”>Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.
Much love, Barb & Val

Yep, can’t start my day without my quiet time meditating.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I’ve been talking to Abby, it’s her time 🙁 The experience has been difficult, many times when I connected to her she wasn’t there so I would have to try again but I’m pretty certain she is at peace with my decision.3. I want to celebrate the fact that I can prepare Abby for her transition and it won’t just come out of the blue.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I don’t have a question this week but my discovery was that, when I told the girls about my decision for Abby, they said that they knew and that they were pleased for her…especially Shooks who suffers when others suffer and she hasn’t known what to do to make things right.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I have just checked in with Nemo. He is very sweet, I didn’t get much, just the feeling that he likes cheese LOL6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have missed some days. I have made a selenite and Celestite healing circle in my office where I have been sitting in and still doing stillness in the tub. I’ve been doing clearings and energy work on releasing.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with a beautiful Kitty in spirit. Her human sister who is 12 years old wanted to connect with her. Willow (the kitty) said she got her letter that Georgina wrote to her. She said that God read it to her. When I told Georgina this, she said that she wrote a letter to Willow and placed it in her bible. I felt such warmth and peace of confirmation from this.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Animals are amazing in their teachings and lessons to humans. I’m truly grateful for this.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I don’t have any questions at this time.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Nemo is FAT this month and have not communicated with him as of yet directly in this way. I’ve had other communications with him however.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’m currently on the game to ask an animal if they have any jokes to share. I had an unique experience with Nemo on this one:
Mommy, what did the goat say to the bird? He said “fly fly fly and be free free free”.
MB: Nemo, what does that mean?
Nemo: It means when you spread your wings you are free. Laugh about that, bring in the joy of breathing in laughter, happiness and giggle. It opens the door for so many things!
MB: You are such a special guy Nemo, thank you so much.
Nemo: I’m Nemo and all about the love!
MB: you most certainly are. Thank you my sweet boy xo.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, a couple of times for about 15 minutes each-guided meditations. I chanted a mantra. I did energy protection. I prayed to the Universe. I tried to use sunlight to heal my chakras and I did healing on Serenity.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity-I told her things relating to Hawkeye. I also moved some things around in my bedroom to make more room for Serenity and Hawkeye to get on the window counter and told them that it’s safer for them now. I told them other things, too.
A dog named Oso-I told him about how he needs to obey my sister or else he might end up having to stay in a cage at the vet’s office and, due to the virus, not see my sister for a while since she wouldn’t be allowed to visit him. He had surgery recently and got too active and had a set back.
I also connected with a dog named Scamp who said that it’s hard for him to trust and Love people because of his past experiences.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Accepting. It’s okay to ask for help.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I have not done that yet-time.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? There was something where I intuitively knew what it was-color of a top on a TV show maybe. There was something else I intuitively knew without even testing myself. I don’t remember what it was.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did meditate this week, for a total of approximately 66 minutes – a combination of focusing on my breathing and The Heart Rose and Waterfall meditations.
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
This week I communicated with Barb’s cat Rumery (about his injury and his feelings about Barb) and last month’s Featured Animal Teacher, dog Shooks (about her dislikes and her home).
The advice I got from both animals was to stay more focused but most of all to believe in myself. Both communications were posted in the Forum.3.
This week I celebrate that I communicated with two wonderful animals.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I know that I need to get better at sensing energy (I am not getting much better at the Intuition Card Game that I have been playing).

I did not communicate with the new Featured Animal Teacher of the month, Nemo, as I needed to organize printing of Nemo’s photograph.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Soul Mala Healing Meditation music, 10-30 minutes before going to sleep at night. My mind needs relaxing and soothing these days, and this does it for me.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
My horse, Willow. She won’t stay out of my other horse’s grain, I have to give him 3x more than what she gets because he can’t eat much hay anymore, and if I don’t stand right beside him and protect it from her, she moves in on him. I’ve tried explaining to her why he needs it more than she does, but she’s not getting or caring about that message.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Wondering if any of my messages are even getting through.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet. Will attempt on the Saturday call.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time for games.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes I did – but I recognise that I can improve the quality of my meditation a lot. Definitely the key to all things!
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Instead of obsessing about not being able to do it, I decided to be braver about practising using the club animal teachers. I spoke to Angel, got good feedback. I want to keep practising more often.
3.Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That I overcame my fear and actually practised!
3. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Not really – just want to keep practising.5.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes – I spoke with Nemo. Posted but will hold off on reading feedback until after the Q&A call.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I did Pam’s what’s in my basket. Didn’t get anywhere close but I only tried once. I tried again but couldn’t get a clear head – so the answer is meditation. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Every morning and evening for about 10 minutes & grounding/centering before a communication.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I had another communication with Duke about his peeing indoors when he gets scared of loud noises. I posted my work on the Facebook page; we did a session of EFT Tapping and then went into the healing sarcophagus; I feel we cleared some more layers.
Talked with a dog named Captain about his lethargy; he has, for 3 months been on a drug to assist with his thyroid issues. He told me he is feeling ‘blue’ and really dislikes feeling yucky. I sensed much congestion/turmoil in his solar plexus chakra and feel he may have ulcers. He says he needs sunshine. I expressed my sorrow at his issues and so we had an energy session cleaning his chakras (root was blocked too), and his younger, vibrant self showed up in his heart to say he is always there. I picked up that the human is harboring worries about future and him growing old, I told her to see the spirit of Captain b/c it is vibrant – focus on this not his old body.
I had quick re-checks in with Fifty to continue assisting Amber emotionally.I am just getting ready now to speak with Sunada’s kitty Bella to come to some understanding as to her great fears of the condo door opening and future visit to Vet.
At 11am today Sally and I are doing a live call to talk with PollyAnna – she is cribbing again and we need to find the root as to why.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I feel I am flowing with the work now.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I am realizing how much fear there really is in both people and animals – holy hell this is a biggy for the inhabitants of this planet. As I clean up my inner fears, I am more able to help others see and clear theirs – the old Healer Heal Thyself.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No, maybe before class tomorrow.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I have done so well with the ‘what’s in the box’ game. I played 3 different times with 3 different hidden boxes with my sister and 3 boxes with Sally. This game really is fun and the laughter it produces does, indeed clear away shit and breaks up doubt.Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did about 40 minutes of silent meditation and I also did the guided “Love meditation” from Val on 2 days.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with a mouse in our house who had been visiting at night and leaving poop on the kitchen counter. I came to realize that he was alerting me to a small detail I had overlooked and that was a safety hazard in our house. He also showed me how he was able to get into the kitchen. I haven’t seen any remnants of him since we spoke.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
The Universe is giving me reminders to continue with animal communication and the book by Marta Williams, Learning Their Language, manifested itself for me to read.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
No immediate questions come to mind.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I haven’t communicated with the FAT this week. I really look forward to tomorrow’s call with Nemo!
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I played the Deck of cards game twice this week and got decent results. I will continue with this game and make it harder as I get more practice.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. I recite the Ho’Oponopono prayer and mantra morning & night. I did 2 guided meditations each about 20 minutes long. I also did silent meditations morning and night for about 10 minutes each every morning and night.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talked with a spider who I evicted from my bathroom and kitchen counter. I didn’t get any messages back. They must be a spirit animal of mine as I keep seeing spiders. They even make sure I see them! I don’t kill them but really don’t like them to be in my home, and tell them that!!!
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Even though I don’t get many intuitive messages from the animals, I feel I am reading their body language better and that is also a form of communication.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Can’t think of any right now.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No, I will tune in on our call tomorrow.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Yes. Pam and I played “What’s In the Box”. We had a lot of fun and laughed so much. We also played with a few playing cards.

2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Always talking to Obi & Cutie Pie (my cats) for close affection when I noticed they’ve been distant. When I focus on my requests, I use telepathic images and have been getting satisfying answers when they do cuddle or allow longer doses of intimacy.
There is an outdoor orange tabby that stalks the black cat (Kitty) that we’ve been hosting more often. I sense he’s been sneaking up to our patio when she’s gone and finishes what is left in the food and water bowls. The last time I shooed him from her nightly growls, he didn’t run away completely, but rather stayed center on the steps and looked at me with recognition. There has been ‘talk’ about my favoring ginger cats, and I know my 2 cats are communicating with these 2 outside characters. I sense that my dead black cat, October, told black Kitty that I would understand her nature and provide care for her (food, water, bedding, protection), which I have. But back to the bully ginger, he doesn’t think he’s a bully. He thinks he’s a friend, but Kitty’s negative reaction ensues conflict between them. I told him that he’s welcome when she’s away, and I don’t mind sharing the food & water. I’m also telling him that I invite an opportunity to get closer and to really interact physically someday.
I did a quick chakra cleanse on Sara’s pony Espagnol, and there were major blockages and hot spots on his hind area, digestion, as well as the left side of his shoulder flank up to his head, poor thing. There has been energetic work and more physical treatment to make it more comforting, which I sense an appreciation, but my first impression is that this is his sunset chapter. I wonder how his status is? I will reach out to Sara.
Oso the dog for Martha’s brother-in-law was requesting healing help on his right knee.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
When listening to the December Q & A recording a second time, I remember how the first time knowing INSTANTLY that Apollo’s craziness was related to a past life issue. Although I did not know why or how the way Val was able to solve, my cognizance continues to validate that my first impression is consistently correct, and I need to accept to trust my intuition. Now that I have multiple proofs about my first impression, I know I need to go deeper, to keep asking questions and continue to dip into that realm for more information.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
When connecting in the meditational realm, is it possible to arrange meetings with other spirits? I’ve intuitively been doing that for years when I connect with spirits and arranged introductions between souls that may have not met in the physical realm.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Hi, Louise! This is my second time connecting with Shooks, and I really made sure to ask if it was her this time. I felt a higher vibration of her stepping center, but she did inform me that Mookie was near, lol. I asked her permission for me to come closer, and she allowed me to come close enough to smell her and feel her soft coat. She surprisingly put her head into my hand, which was new and surprising! Reading dogs is different territory for me, so it was so comforting to be readily welcomed in this manner. I’m touched. I sensed a pink/yellow aura, and I saw her doing zoomies. I acknowledged her strong life force, and she expressed how fun zommies are and how fast she is. I asked what her job is, and I remember her last time standing up on her hind legs saying it’s her job to smell things – smell the world, people, and smell for danger. I heard some yips when she picks up something new or alarming. I asked how she felt in her body, which I got “alive, healthy, happy”. I asked what she liked to eat, and I got ‘everything’. I saw an image of her sleeping on or against mom. She’s very happy, loves everyone, loves Louise. I told her that I have kitties and that I save kittens, because I remembered hearing how she loves babies. I knew immediately that it was a past life attachment, because I sense she won’t have this opportunity this lifetime. Is she spayed? She’s very in touch with her maternal instincts and the sight of little ones triggers that. She remembers enjoying motherhood, being good at it, but she’s not broken-hearted overall either. She does want more kitten time, nonetheless (aw). I thanked her for being such a presence for me, so I rewarded her with a little introduction to some of my kittens and created a play space for her to interact with them. I don’t know why or if this is even possible, but I wanted to give her something for giving me her time
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I wrote an intuition letter to Source. I’d been dealing with intermittent insecurities & doubts about my abilities, yet knowing at the same time that I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be. I received confirmation that my soul signed up for a long, subtle journey in the awakening of my cognizance, which has been over the course of my entire life, but highly triggered at 26. One general path shows that in order to be strongly in tune with the spiritual realm, there are major painful evolutions getting there. My soul knowing that, chose a gentler journey and to continue trusting what my higher self has arranged. The signs are there that I’m progressing as promised.
I also listened to Mystery Bonus Month 3 with Loesje Jacobs. I’m glad I re-discovered this section and intend to catch up. I love the story about the (higher being) baboons protecting a vortex and wanting help to reconnect with the universal grid! -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I haven’t – I have felt so tired from work in the last few weeks, and I find myself not doing anything in between work. Not an excuse but its the way Ive been feeling these past few weeks.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
My dog Whisky – getting a sense of what he wants to do during the day!3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing specific.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Very little. My job is getting more and more time consuming and on top I have to walk the dogs now every few hours, because Pascal has to stay indoors only to keep him calm. So he needs to go out on leash to do his business.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
A few days ago one of the feral kittens asked me about his friend whom I took inside 2 months ago to treat his illness (cat flue, pneumonia, eye infection). I told him the little guy is feeling much better, but likes it indoors and want to stay. So he thought a while and told me he would like to see what it is like to be indoors. I opened the door for him and he came in …. And stayed. Last night, his brother came and wanted to see what his 2 buddies are doing inside. Now it looks like I have 3 kittens indoors.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Not sure, if this is really a reason to celebrate. The 3 feral kittens I took in are now off the street and safe. (downside is that this is a time and money commitment, and I have none of the 2)4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No time6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

I have had several group meditations including church and the monthly group call with Susann and a reply of that call. I just did a remote Reiki call which is a meditation. Also I have had several times of sitting quietly usually with a cat in my lap to relax.
My cat Princess who is in spirit and unsuccessful attempts with my cat Roxy. I also communicated with Eleven when offering Reiki. I invited him to receive as much or as little Reiki. I tuned into him during the session and sensed he was deeply relaxes. His person confirmed this after the call.
My continued ability to communicate with Princess, the only one of my cats I’ve had good communication with.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing this week.
I did not communicate with the FAT this week. I look forward to meeting the new FAT for Jan.
I continue to be an active member of Susann Taylor Shier’s membership group which helps with intuition.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes. Since my spiritual guide has left the physical in December I go up and down and it was the same this week. I put in time every day and pray for moments of stillness and connection within.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1. TWO barking dogs who said it was their duty to their people to be loyal and protect and felt a lot of conflict with the idea that they could be quiet and listen to the world and still do their job.
2. Cat who was waking his mom up in the night. He said their were predators outside and sure enough she sent me pictures of wolf tracks.
3. Puppy who is biting a lot and barking in the night, not finding his place in the pack of 2 older dogs and a bunny. I sympathized and worked with the pack on how he could fit in.
4. Rumery: helping to heal his leg. He liked the healing box and Barb says he loves boxes.
5. A puppy experiencing separation anxiety and aggression. Explored human/animal body mind connection. He said when his human is calm, he can relax.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I am shining heart light through my house every day and it makes a big difference in the energetic feel.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I discover in doing live sessions that I am helping the people even more.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes. Posted.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? Not this week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I feel I’m meditating whenever I become conscious of my breathe, even when I’m up and doing things.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Tuning into all my 7 cats and my dog and my neighbor dogs I walk. No back and forth talking, just sensing in to them.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That one day I’ll have the time to focus on this course and not just survival issues.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
No questions or discoveries this week.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes. Such a curious little sweetheart.
