Thank you so much for asking, these are good questions. Answers:

1. Concentrating your mental energy into the center of your head from your heart gets you out of your head, and focusing your mental energy like a fulcrum point. It enhances and empowers the pineal gland too, so when you then focus from your heart up through your head to your Star/The Universe, you can do so cleanly and clearly with little/no mental interference.

2. Aligning your magnetic polarity to the Universal energy field and Mother Earth is how you ground and complete the connection between Heaven and Earth. It’s critically important, like plugging your energy cable into Source at both ends, it completes the circuit. When you’re aligned, you come into harmony, your energy is congruent. You are tapped into the Universe properly and can access all information. It’s critically important to do this energetically from your heart, not your mind. When you do it correctly, you’ll feel yourself sync into place powerfully. Energetically you become a rainbow conduit which is healing in itself. Your suspicion is correct – you are triggered by a grounding issue. It’s not been safe for you to be here in a grounded way, and the negative energies would love to keep you from empowering yourself. Understandable, please don’t let that stop you from doing it. Once you GET it, you’ll know for yourself the power of it. Once you get good at it, everything changes and you can drop into the fabulous space at any time, anywhere, anyplace.

I wrestle with the the following issue.
As a strong Christian believer I need to clarify the difference between CHRIST healing and your teaching. Is this in line with New Age or other Religions.
In my youth I was involved in Transcendental Meditation. When I became a Christian this was discouraged.

Hi Erna,
I appreciate your question and inquiry very much. We’ve all been taught so many things in the name of religion, much of which is simply untrue based on fear, greed, control, and lack of education…, and has been the source of much needless conflict, non-Christian behavior, and all manner of harm.

First let’s clarify the difference between religion and religious dogma versus spirituality which is what I believe Christ is all about. Spirituality is the essence of what Christ taught and is much bigger and more powerful than dogma. Christ healed using love healing energy. You know that when you tune into Him from your heart. He said that his true followers would do greater things than He did when they became in tune with Him and His energy. Notice how many of the religious people you follow/learn from who can heal and manifest like Jesus did. If they cannot, then there is something wrong. Be courageous and question what you’ve been taught if you wish to heal, evolve and grow.

When you connect to Master Jesus from your heart which I guide you to do like in our last Masterclass, you are 100% in line with soul healing, the true Christ (not the imposters). Note that when I refer to connecting with your Divine Star that is Jesus/God/Source and the Divine Masculine energy. Mother Earth energy represents Mother Mary and the Divine Feminine. I use those phrases so non-Christians can follow and do this too without getting hung up on the words, so you don’t either, ok? If you find yourself getting stuck in your head, you’re blocking yourself from healing and connecting at the higher love levels.

My work is based on quantum physics, energetics, and love energy which is what Christ used, and we use it to connect with the Archangels, Guardian Angels and Grand Master Melchezidek who was Jesus’ teacher. I work closely with Jesus. This is not a religion of any kind. Meditation is similar to how you pray, how you connect with your heart, and how you use and guide your energy. It should not be discouraged (those who don’t understand or who fear it do that…), although truth be told there are good ways to meditate and some not such good ways. Just like there are good High Level Teachers and there are evil, dark teachers who will drag you down. Depending on who is guiding you in the meditation, it can go either way, which is why…

True discernment is key here as you explore sorting out good love energy/Beings and bad/evil/dark beings. For instance, not all angels are good – many were cast out as they went to the dark side. The goal of my teaching is to empower you to embody your Christ Self, to heal, evolve and grow, to be empowered to make a positive loving difference with animals and the world.
