One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.

Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.

Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.

NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.

While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.

Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.

Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

      <><>

      That’s it!!

We look forward to reading about your week.

Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing @ValHeart.com”>[email protected] and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.

      Much love, Barb & Val

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Two nights with my new meditation music, the rest I went back to Soul Malas Healing Meditation music. 10-30 minutes before going to sleep.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I have really been in a funk this week for multiple reasons, so haven’t had much patience or time to spend with the fur family. I always talk to them, but it’s always one-way, and that frustrates me, too.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

Not feeling like celebrating. My energy is all over the place right now!

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      Nothing new.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Not yet. I’m in no condition to even try right now.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

No time for games. Trying to stay open for intuitive thoughts, as always.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Continue my daily meditation on light and sound about 15 minutes morning and night and before talking to animals.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
It was horse week this week!
      1. Stretch had hoof issues and stomach issues. I sent bio-scalar wave, a technique for clearing energy by Valerie Hunt. Stretch taught me to ground when I started to slip away and loose focus.
      2. Wren is a feral rescue horse from a kill pen and I listened and went back in time to heal emotional issues.
      3. Norman was very grounded and said that’s his job and also he was number one horse. Blimey Limey, stable mate received a healing rebalancing chakras that were not turning clockwise.
      4. Rory, shared his thoughts and I provided deeper understanding by describing his essence and favorite things.
      5. Bombay, cat was dying and weak. After taking her to visit God’s healing vault she has started to eat and become responsive.
      5. Q, a jumper is balking at fences. Opened up his 3rd chakra that felt really thick and stuck. 🤞 Hood it helps.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Well….I moved last week to my summer home and between that and answering readings to Priscilla, May FAT, I forgot to post my accountability so I’m just tired, so not celebrating right now.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I have discovered that when I work too much I get slower and less intuitive. I am NOT over booked next week.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Not yet.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes , every morning for about 40-45 min. I’ve practiced being present and focused at many “places” ( breathing, with an animal, feeling parts of my body like feet on the ground and staying “ there” at the same time.

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I was in The Spirit Mountain Wilderness for 10 days and it was wonderful and no reception whatsoever. I felt I expanded a lot. I’m more assertive of my own power and capacity and also in a higher frequency than before. I only practiced with my own animals and wild animals, not much success there. They were all busy which I heard a couple of times. Birds, chipmunks and snakes.
At least it was a one way communication 🤪
I asked for permission every day to walk on their land in peace and begged them to not harm us ( the dogs) and it worked well.
I was warned about the snakes in the area.

I want to celebrate that I am becoming more of me, more calm inside even if I always seen myself as an extremely calm person. This is different. It’s more an I AM – IT IS feeling of total trust, BEing in the now, no need for making plans or to know where I need to go or when. It was amazing.
I even attracted coaching and homeopathic clients out there in the middle of nowhere. They were extremely grateful and I’m very excited that my new life beyond “fear” of giving up an ordinary job just started 🙏🏻🥳❤️

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

I was sitting high up on a mountain, trying to find some reception and I was thinking about …I know there were rams out there. How Could I best connect with one without knowing where or who ….??

I did try with Priscilla before, but I need to have a session with Val now when I’m back to “semi reception “ to figure out what I need to understand about the CONNECTION moment. I just need to pic up my car in Wickenburg tomorrow. I’m so excited to finally be able to have a one on one lesson 🙏🏻❤️❤️

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

I have without even understanding it at first, being “ taught/reminded” about how to be more in tune with everything I do by listening on a much deeper level. I knew it in my head and thought I was but I wasn’t. Now I start to feel new deeper levels of how the environment responds differently when I’m really listening with a heart brain coherence and better focus.

1..Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Appx 30 mins Meditation. Hour Yoga Plus appx 30 mins breathing and grounding exercises during the week

2..What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Frankie a tortoise.. We discussed why he wasn’t eating. What would he like in his enclosures Does he prefer to be inside or outside

Frankie is having problems with his mouth, sore and dry. Also body maybe dehydrated. One cause could be the new lamp in enclosure is too hot. Needs a good soak every day…. Would like small pool, straw/hay to hide, rocks to climb and playmate…. Prefers outside Passed message onto guardian who will take action on what Frankie said

3.Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

Getting more accurate comments/feedback on case studies

4.What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

If animals are telepathic and they get lost/stolen why do they not connect with other animals and find their way home or they do connect but is it more difficult to find their way home

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Not yet. New FAT wasn’t listed when looked on 01 June. Then haven’t had time. But will do so.. Did my own intuition games – still about 50/50

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes – every day and more towards the end of the week. As ever, it would be helpful to find time to do a bit more. My energy is unruly and needs quite a lot of calming.

      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I practised with a cat named Jojo. A friend of mine is moving with Jojo to a temporary base and I offered to let Jojo know what was going on. I think it worked – hard to get validation – but Jojo made a joke about fish at the end of the communication which made me think I didn’t make it up. She had questions but was mainly concerned about whether the move meant something was up with her mum. It was a good experience of a little negotiation – she didn’t mind being shut inside for two days as long as she could see out of the window and I got a definite impression of her very distinct personality: smart, amusing, self confident.
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
This club. It’s so great to have animals to practice with and people who can confirm. I wouldn’t have the confidence to ask people if I could practise with their animals. I’m very grateful for the way other members encourage me. Thank you.
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I got a strong intuitive understanding of Service being at the heart of this for me. I just suddenly felt I wanted to serve humans and animals by becoming a conduit between them. It was very clear – very deep – then the moment passed and it went.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I communicated with Fifty and have posted. I didn’t get anything that I think can be definitely confirmed – that’s my goal in every communication so that I can build confidence. So I will tune in again when things are less hectic around me so that I can persevere with that.
      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I did the guess who’s on the phone, at the door etc. Got it right very clearly once at the door and once at the phone. Got a light feeling when it was a friend at the door even though I didn’t get the friend.

Yes, Every morning and evening i do the meditation of the last masterclass

I had a vry special experienced, when i cleaned old pots in my garden and took out the old humus. I found some giant, white larva of cockchafer. They are not very nice it the garden, because they eat up the roots of the plants, so i collected them in an extra jar, a bit disgusted, because of their look, not sure what to to with them. Later on I connected with them and the experience was quite extraordinary: They were bouncing with life force. to me they looked like whitte light ball explotions, pulsating with the force of god inside. I could not connect to them in “person”, it seemed like there was a group conscioseness connecting all of them (I collected 7) and they felt also a bit dormant, like very much in transformation, so i could not grab their being. The only thing I received very strongly, that they beged not to be killed. They wanted to live. this was the clear message. I took them out to a nature spot underneith a tree, where they can continue to live on.

I perceive more about my being. I´m working on a special subject and the recordings of the masterclasses help me very wmuch

I start to understand in a very deep context

Yes!! I was goung to the masterclass of paranormal entities and stumbled over one technique- To send someone a ring of love energy and wait what would come back. so I did and to my very big confusion not one of the people I tried sent back a clear, clean love energy. I´m very confused about this and would like to get to know, if I´m doing it right, or if I got something wrong? I have many questions about this issue

      NO. I had no time

      6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games

      Unfortunately not

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

Barb, I am still without a car. It seems I have to pay almost a thousand more for a qualified mechanic to fix that the previous one messed up. They said last week that they could not get to it for 2 weeks, so maybe next week the engine will get re-repaired. I am beginning the 4th month without a car and am still under a lot of stress about it. Thanks for your replies to previous posts – I just found them this morning.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Again not enough. I know I need to meditate but am having difficulty settling down to meditate.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I communicated with the hamster next door that I call Alvin.

His cage is evidently against the common wall with the adjacent apartment right behind my chair. I have heard him scrambling around in his cage for years but never communicated with him before. I became concerned because there is a note on their door saying gone to friend house and Alvin was home alone. Who was caring for him? No one.

At first he was surprised that a human could communicate with him and wondered why his Mom did not do it and I said she could but did not know it. The man who used to live there died last year and he asked about that. He had seen him leave by ambulance and not return. I explained that he was too sick to get well and had died. I asked Alvin if he had liked him and he said he had not because he used to hurt his Mom. That was true.

I communicated with him off and on during the week. He was very sad to be alone and asked when Mom would be home. He became quite a few days ago and I asked if he was still in his body. He thought he was but when I asked him to scratch and make noise so I would know he was still there he could not or did not. The sign was removed from the door last night so I assume his Mom came home. I still have not heard him.

I assisted Alvin when he was alone the only way I could. I assured him I was on the other side of the wall and sent him love. I posted on the FB page and Marybeth and Nemo also communicated with him and did what they could to support him.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      A successful communication with Alvin.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

I discovered how easy it was to communicate with a sad, lonesome hamster in the next apartment.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. No, not this week.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

No. I am taking a 3 week teleconference course with Susann Taylor Shier starting tomorrow which I hope will help me grow my intuition. It will also cause me to miss the call next Saturday. Her calls are very interactive and I need to be live on her call

Congratulation son connecting with and supporting Alvin!

My car mechanic said he’s been having all sorts of trouble getting car parts, seems everyone is these days. A friend’s car has been awaiting a part for weeks now. Whiel that doesn’t resolve your own issue, at least the delays are wide spread and not just you. Good luck!

        Thanks Barb.

I finally got my car back last Thursday. AC is not working. A hose was broken in the wreck and that part is on order. When it comes in I’ll take the car back for that fix. Hopefully it can be done while I wait.

We had a heat index of 99 here in Red Bank today. I live in Red Bank which is a small city in the Chattanooga area. I usually just say Chattanooga since no one knows about Red Bank. It is very hot and humid and I don’t want to drive far without AC. But I have been able to go to the grocery store for the first time since February. I’ve been ordering online and having things delivered.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Most days but not every day. It’s getting easier but not enough alone time at my house. We have had a lot of family living with us for a very long time.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I always state my intent and ask for protection and invite Jesus to attend all connections.

Soleil in spirit – Male Pomeranian. he passed many years ago. I have only seen him once since he passed. I asked him what he liked about living with us and what was his favorite memory? He said we brought him home and loved him. His favorite memory the beach (our lake place we no longer have). I haven’t seen you but once since you left. He said I have always felt you didn’t want to see me. Yes, you can and I will. I have never left you. What was your mission? Compassion and love. what are you doing now? Teaching others that come here and watching over you guys. Are you with Riley, Harley and Toby? I see them all the time we ae very busy. I loved being able to tell him I love him and miss him.

Scooby Doo – my dog. What causes you fear and insecurity and what makes you happy? 1. Loud noises, lg dogs, being alone, not knowing who to trust, new places and not having my person (me). 2. Feeling love, understanding the new, my person. Do you feel love? yes Do you get enough to eat? yes Tell me about your life before me. I lived with a couple. she died and he went to a home. My sister and I were taken to Sunny Sky rescue where I found you. I was scared. I love you.

Scooby Doo again – He said he liked his walk this morning. I asked about about not eating much and loosing weight, he said Chloe sits next to him and waits for him to leave then eats his food. I asked him what he thought a solution would be? He said a gate. We can do that. We talked about pottying in the house. He said he waits by the door but no one comes. I told him we don’t know he is there. Would it be possible for him to bark to let us know. He said he would try to remember to do that. I love you.

“50” I will be posting it. I asked him what the most important thing in life to him? He said Mom. (Tears from me)

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

All of the instructors tout how easy it is. It is not. There is so much to consider with every connection. So many personal hurdles to overcome. It’s amazing to me in spite of that that we can still get some small amount of insight from these beautiful beings. I want to celebrate the new and improved relationship with my own puppies. (It ws always good but now better)

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

No question just thank you for the recent email talking about why it is easier to talk to one who has passed on over the living. I have thought that for a while but you have confirmed it.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      I will be posting it.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

      No

1- I have been doing this 21 day challenge with Deepak Chopra. These are short, between 10 – 13 minutes. Some days I feel I get something out of it & others I can’t focus at all.
2- Still haven’t figured this part out.
3- Nothing to celebrate. Wish that weren’t the case.
4- I wish I could find out which way I communicate with animals or if I even can.
5- Have not communicated with the featured animal.
6- Are there other things I can do to build my intuition? It does not feel like anything I have tried has done anything
