One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.

Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.

Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.

NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.

While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.

Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.

Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I continue my daily meditations but now before readings are most effective. I am gardening at a community garden and I treat it as a meditation period as well.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
      1. Teddy, ex-race horse who is un-rideable because of serious flight instincts. We had a healing session with remote TTouch and Ho’oponopono Prayer. Today he came up for carrots with the rest of the horses. He never has before.
      2. Azula, cat with fear of her humans who attacks and hisses at them. Felt it was the energy in the household and taught them how to use the heart flashlight but not sure the humans liked where I was pulled to go with this…… Healing a past trauma where she was choked to death by a human.
      3. Guinness, dog who has fear aggression for any who enter his realm. Worked with his humans to prepare him for strangers’ visits. Also grounded as his energy was everywhere.
      4. Birdie, cat. She was run over and killed. Talked with her in spirit and conveyed her messages to her humans.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am now getting referrals from former clients and working with repeat clients.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I discover when my human clients have total faith that animal communication is real and helpful then it is!

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Not yet.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time for the games but using intuition on a practical basis in every communication that happens.

1.) yes-Val’s. 45 minutes about usually every day. One day no recording-just in my own-don’t know time frame. One day 30 minute recording one.
2.) Serenity and Hawkeye-story about a great future. Serenity in not having my permission to get anxious, stressed, and afraid and go to secluded areas just from sensing my energy unless it’s different than over the usual things lately and actually to her Highest and best good.
      3.)nothing new.
      4.) nothing new.
5.) not yet. I will during the call. Maybe next accountability week period I will talk twice to 50 to make up for not talking to him this period.
      6.) times.

Yes, in the mornings. This week I went back to the heart and brain coherence meditation. Sometimes with sometimes without guidance for about 40 min.

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I connected ( I think) with Moka in spirit.
It was surprising that he told me he was in a body now and I saw a young German Shepard playing with two young children. It was a clear movie and I noticed his left ear wasn’t straight up as the other one. I also saw a yellow house with a big garden. He was playing with a very flat ball, running around and I even heard the children giggling. This was a new experience. Very interesting, was it real, sure felt like it …… 🤔🤔🤔

I like to celebrate that I more and more understand that there’s no rush or pressure. I can be wrong that’s ok. It can be a made up thing in my head, no one is going to kill me if it is.
I also “ right now “ feel more comfortable with practicing, NOT knowing if it’s made up or not. As much as my heart is burning to be of service to the world , a bridge between humans and there beloved animals, I can only practice and do my best. No need to be hard on myself and feel like I’m a failure. That will only make me feel sad and not want to practice.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I posted my questions for Saturday.
I would like to stop the time, sit on a tree stump and just let wild animals come up to me and have a big group meeting under the pine trees. I saw a vision of that this morning- I loved it 🥰it was amazing!!🙏🏻
      Like 50 told me, PATIENCE!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

I did connect with 50, asking him for advice about “ connecting “. He’s so wise and gave me great things to think about and to do. I posted the conversation under his picture .

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

I’ve been focusing on being and all of a sudden I don’t have to know what’s happening tomorrow, what I’m going to do. I don’t have to have a plan. I can be in the now, be grateful, smile, feel appreciation for everything around me . Also now being parked under big pine trees, feels more slow and very grounding. They are so wise and walking in the Forrest surrounded by them feels like walking amongst wise elders 🙏🏻❤️💙🌲

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes, one night with my new meditation music, the rest with my Soul Malas Healing Meditation music, 10-30 minutes before sleep.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I’m concerned that my Ginger is not well. She’s been off her food again this week, and when I got home from work today, she had pooped and peed all over the house! As usual, conversations are one-way, so I don’t know what’s going on with her. I had to switch to a new Essiac tea, which neither one of us likes as well as the other one, so I’m not sure if that has anything to do with this or not. I gave her some colloidal silver tonite, so hopefully that will help.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      Nothing to celebrate.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      Nothing new.

No time for games, as usual, I try to stay open to intuition during my days and nights.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

I’ve had several group meditations. I am doing a program with Susann that includes a lot of meditation and as usual there was a meditation during the online church service. I have not been able to meditate on m own.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Once again I communicated with the hamster next door that I call Alvin. I was concerned that his people went away for about week leaving him alone. They came home earlier this week and I checked in with him after that. I usually hear him scrambling around in his cage the other side of the wall and for a while he got very quiet. After they came home he became active again. I checked in with him and he was OK.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. That I was able to know that Alvin is OK.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? No questions of discoveries this week.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. No, I have not communicated with 50.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I did not play any games. The online program I am doing with Susann is focused on communication with guidance.

1 Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Tried to but due to a recent upsetting incident was too upset to focus this week. Also tried grounding and breathing exercises

2 What is the name of the animal with which you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Communicated with Max, who is a very sweet, gentle golden retriever dog. Discussed the difficulty with human touch, how does he feel about where he stays and what can improve his life. Max told me he is a rescue dog, his former guardian hit him. Has problem with head and shoulders. Like where he stays. New guardian is good to him. Would like to run fast on a beach,
not physically able to. He is a ‘special needs’ working dog. Learnt animals can bounce back, with care and patience will trust humans again

3 Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

After the upsetting incident on Friday the only thing I can celebrate is communicating with Max, such a lovely dog

4 What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

Same as before. Nothing new this week

5 Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Yes. Posted in forum for Amber to read

6 This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

Deck of Cards and own intuition games

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have been doing the soul repair session most days

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I tried many times this week to connect with my dog Fergus in spirit. I was unable to connect.
I talked with my horse Candyman, explaining that I needed to trim his feet. He repeatedly told me NO, even shaking his head. I pointed out that he was very uncomfortable and that I needed his cooperation to try to make it better. I promised that I would oonly do a little bit and stop if he said to. He eventually cooperated, standing his feet on the front of my boot as requested while I filed. As he did so he affectionately nibbled my hair.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I am finding it increasingly easier to get across my message I just wish I could get more in return

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
      No questions come to mind..

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not this week, sorry. It’s been a difficult week with major internet problems and my free time has gone to the soul healing.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
None of the games but I did have some breakthroughs with the soul healing process and becoming aware of an entity clinging to me.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t Yes I did – again not as much as I would like due to circumstances and work – but some days I was more focused – other days I was so wired it was a miracle that I sat still!
      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I’m very wired around work and trying to get it all done this week so I’m feeling discouraged from trying on my own. It’s incredible how much difference it makes when someone else holds the space. I’m trying to stay in close connection with Elsa. I don’t know if it’s working in the Q&A sense but I am growing more to understand her unique personality and point of view -rather than just seeing things from my tiny brain. So that also fits with me developing my understanding of communication going beyond just talking. Understanding in any shape or form is communication. I’m beginning to get that now.
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I think I’m starting to understand that I really do get some stuff right sometimes! 😊 😊 😊
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I think I’m starting to really understand how much she doesn’t like humans just touching her body. When we’re out walking, people just pat her. She has learned to tolerate it but her natural way is to keep distant except for specific moments. That’s a hard lesson for me because I love the feel of her coat and I have to really stop myself just reaching for her. I would hate it if people kept touching me. I’ve know this in theory for quite a long time, but now I really get it!
      4. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not since last week. I think I got the feel right, but am struggling with being wired around work to get deeper so I’m going to wait till Saturday’s Q&A to get the extra help from Val and the other club members. It makes such a difference when someone else holds the space.
      5. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition?
I’ve been guessing who’s at the end of the phone, Been getting it right 😊 Not at the level of getting the right coloured lipstick yet – that’s the goal. Then I can speed up getting glamoured up! 😊

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

I haven’t been able to do much if anything this week. It has been very emotional. We were notified early Monday morning of the passing of a very young friend, he just had his 15th birthday. We have had the viewing and and now the funeral.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I tried with my daughter’s cat and with 50 again. I wasn’t able to do it.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

That I can do it when everything is right.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

Our young friend took his own life. What happens to them in the after life. So sad.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      Tried.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

      No.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

MY MEDITATIONS ARE BECOMING A 24/7 PRACTICE OF CONSCIOUS BREATHING AND MOVING UNDERNEATH THE SURFACE TURMOIL OF THE CONSTANT CRASHING OF “THOUGHTS”. ITS AN IMPORTANT COMMITMENT FOR ME AND YET I FORGET MUCH OF THE TIME. GIVES ME THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE GRATEFUL RATHER THAN BERATE MYSELF.

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species).

TWO DUCKS I FEED, BARELY GROWN UP, ARE SO TAME IVE BEEN CONCERNED THEY WILL WALK UP TO A DOG OR PERSON AND GET KILLED SO IVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A NEW, MORE SAFE HOME FOR THEM. THEN, THEY DISAPPEARED 4 DAYS AGO. NOT LIKE A DUCK TO DO SO. SO IVE BEEN TALKING TO THEM AND ASKING IF THEYRE ALIVE (IN THE BODY) OR NOT. HAVENT FELT NOR HEARD AN ANSWER.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I CONTINUE TO COMMUNE WITH THE NEIGHBOR DOGS I WALK TWO TIMES A WEEK. AND I CONTINUE TO LET GO OF ATTACHMENTS TO ANY END RESULTS OR WORRIES ABOUT THEIR HAPPINESS. NOT ANY SIGNIFICANT PROGRESS I CAN SEE BUT I PERSEVERE.

      3. Celebrate!

I CELEBRATE MY COMMITMENT TO SURRENDERING MY FEARS TO SOURCE, MINUTE BY MINUTE.FEELS LIKE TOES OVER THE EDGE OF A CLIFF BUT WHEN YOU’VE LIVED IN HELL FOR SO LONG DUE TO THE HABIT OF FEAR YOU COME TO A PONT WHERE YOU KNOW WITHIN YOURSELF YOU CANNOT WITHSTAND ANYMORE SUFFERING DUE TO THIS PATTERN AND YOU GO OUT ON THE LIMB OR YOU FOLD.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

SIMPLY THAT WE CAN “ALL” DO IT, THEREFORE WE NEEDN’T GIVE UP.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

IM WONDERING WHAT THE ANIMALS ARE FEELING AS THE PLANET AND INHABITANTS GO THROUGH THIS ASCENSION PROCESS.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not?

I LOOKED AT 50 AND SAID HI AND LISTENED BUT NOT FOR LONG. JUST FELT LOVE. THATS IT.

6.This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? DIDN’T DO SO THIS WEEK.

1- I have been doing this 21 day challenge through Deepak Chopra. It’s only about 10 – 13 minutes each time.
2- No communication yet. Certainly not practicing enough so I’m going to make a point in doing it more.
3- Nothing to celebrate yet either. Just staying hopeful.
4- No questions at this time.
5- Have not communicated with the featured animal.
6 – Did not do any intuition stuff this week. It makes me very frustrated which is probably part of my problem.
