One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.

Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.

Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.

NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.

While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.

Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.

Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

      <><>

      That’s it!!

We look forward to reading about your week.

Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing @ValHeart.com”>[email protected] and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.

      Much love, Barb & Val

Firstly I apologies up front, I’m new and not quite comfortable with my way around. This is my first day in the gold membership site. I hope I’m posting in the accountability space?
Q1 yes I meditate every day sometimes twice a day and today I did meditations by Val of being inside the animal feeling how it is for them was a beautiful experience. The animal that came to me was a strong black panther with yellow eyes. I also did the two heart and heart prayer meditations which I found really calming and warming.

2 I spoke with my horse Aluna she is a grey mare thoroughbred rescue. We have been working with trust … both of us… I have been sitting with her sharing the frequency of love and she has been letting me touch her more easily. I asked no questions I just wanted to be with her in that quiet space.
The other animal was JC the black cat that had passed away. His photo was on your site here and I wrote what we spoke about on that pg. It was a beautiful experience to sense how he was feeling both now and when he was embodied.

3 I’m celebrating this course as I feel the integrity of what you have put together. I’m celebrating that I have made a commitment to learn and follow through.
I have just begun so… I’m celebrating that!

4 my questions for this week- i really don’t have any yet. My discoveries was the wonderful feeling of earthiness when I was inside the panther, with an acute awareness of life in the jungle. The vision sound smells …

5 I have not yet tuned into tiki

6 I havnt played the intuitive games yet they do sound interesting I listen to my intuition a lot BUT don’t always act on it soooo that is what I am shifting. to not only listen but take action
        Thanks

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes. Every day morning and evening. I´m doing my own meditations, cleaning, stillness, connelcting to my spirit guides.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

I made some ürogress this week on +working with my emotions, diving deeper and being able to be present with it in my meditation. I´m very quiet at the moment and it feels like just being is, what is needed for me at the moment

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
      No questions

Yes. I communicated with him and got, that he is a big spirit, angel and healer. He watches over the family, but this is not his only job. he has many more, in the realms he is now.

It made me so happy to see snd hear the crane and get a short connection .

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

I’m still struggling to get out of my bubble and connect, trying my best to just practice and not get disappointed every time.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Strangely this week meditating did not come as easily as it has been.. I had been trying to engage my cat BUDDER along in meditation with me. a few interesting sessions for sure.. but this week my mind won’t settle..

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I actually communicate with many and pick one to focus on. so i will focus on the ant i saved from my bathroom.. one of those huge ones.. i thought it ran into a puddle of cleaning products and would die but then i realized he seemed okay… he was frantic.. running.. so i let him know that if he settled down i could get him outside…. and sure enough . he settled down enough.. i got him outside…

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I celebrate the fact that this is possible on a daily basis. my answer will always be the same…

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? i have discovered that learning how to communicate with animals, makes us better at communicating with humans…

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I have not communicated with the FAT yet. I will this weekend..every time i intended on it something would interrupt me..

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I went back to a game i used to play more in the beginning.. the color game.. it is always fun…

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes. I continue my daily meditations but have had an emotional upset this week and it has been more difficult to find the still point inside of myself.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I communicated with a dog named Cobbe. Went with the flow as he is a new puppy to humans who are first time dog owners. I had just received an email about creating separate energetic spaces for yourself and your animal and was nervous to send this on. It was definitely what they needed!

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Going in the flow is a little scary because it requires trust but I am doing it!

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? It’s not a new revelation but experienced how deeply animals are effected by our human emotions this week.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I have had an emotional upset and haven’t been able to even think about communicating with animals. Tiki in his ever knowing wisdom encouraged me to communicate with Cobbe and said it would be very healing for me and it was.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? Not this week.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, Val’s. Every day. Usually the one that I have from working with her that is about 25 minutes. One time the one that is about half an hour or so. They were for Healing, clearing, and one was also for envisioning what I want in life to create it.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? My babies in their physical bodies, Serenity and Hawkeye. Also two client dogs. Also a mourning dove. The mourning dove I connected with to send Healing energy because he/she was stunned or something and not flying normally and flew into a wall. One dog had behavioral issues and told me about her life before being adopted. The other dog was in Spirit. I told my cats about being worried about something and apologizing for something and asked for forgiveness. I also talked with Serenity and told her she doesn’t need to get anxious when I get anxious about stuff. I also connected with Serenity regarding living where we live now.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Nothing new. I would like to celebrate about things I am realizing Spiritually and about life, my feelings, and on progress towards becoming what I want to be for my kitties and me (which is my Highest and Best Self for the three of us).

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I have not yet. Time, energy. I want to though and intend to during the call.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? More with numbers/times.

I stared into Tiki’s eyes when I came to this page to post. The picture looked like it was moving, and I heard “everything will be ok.” Thank you, Tiki.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes! I did the meditation while listened to Core Foundations Course class 2. I also did a “Tune in your senses” exercise.

      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I tried to connect to Tiki in Spirit but I didn’t get much information. I think I wasn’t confident enough to connect to animals in spirit and I was also worried too much that I may not do it in the right way. I will try again later.

I also connected with a cat name Oscar today. I wasn’t sure if I really connected with him. During the communication, I felt my right ear clogged for a few seconds. I asked him if it has something to do with noises that he doesn’t like, I got an image of someone was playing a Jazz drum kit. I told him that he will be okay, don’t be scared. Then the ear-clogged feeling was gone. It was a strange experience.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

I’ve learned more ways to sharpen my senses and imaginations.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

How do I know if I really connect with the animal? How long should I wait for the messages/answers to come in?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Yes, I did. See the answer to question 2.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

When I got a message alert on my phone, I tried to guess who sent me the message before I checked my phone.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. Chanting for an hour most days – but not all. I did Val’s love meditation and breathing one from the beginning course. I had so much energy after that! I’m going to put them on my phone to do after work so that my evening’s aren’t wasted.
      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with Cinch. I got the colour of the blanket right, a strong feeling of pain around the tummy – that was confirmed. The rest of the stuff was, I think, my own brain. I think I panic and make stuff up, instead of trusting and waiting. And again – the first thing that comes! I got the right coloured blanket – then I thought: No that’s silly. And made up a completely different colour and pattern. Doh! Us humans can be so dumb sometimes.
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate that I was brave enough to have a go communicating with someone’s animal that I didn’t know, and feedback my results. I also want to celebrate telling my neighbour about AC. I assumed she would look at me like I was crazy. Instead she said: I used to be good at that when I was little. And turns out she has done a similar thing with humans. We totally agreed on following gut instinct.
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
A wonderful accidental communication with Elsa showed me that when we are thinking, feeling and speaking the same thing, she understands me. The moment of joy when we definitely connect and I don’t doubt it is beyond words. I think I’ll share the story on the FB group.

Not yet. Sad to see Pascal go (I know I can still talk to him) but looking forward to talking with Barb’s kitty. 😊

I’ve been trying to feel the energy I want throughout my body every day.
