One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.

Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.

Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.

NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.

While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.

Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.

Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

I had a very intersesting encounter on my terasse with a big spider. After dealing now since many months after a covid infection with extream tiredness and exhaustion, I started to shift since this week and feel more whole again. When i took out my laundry last night to dry, a giant spidernet was made by a big spider with one sting holding onto the laundry. so i sat down and connected with her. first there was a lot a fear arriving from her towards me and also I felt uncomfortable towards her. after she felt, that i´m not harmful towards her , she started to go into conversation. she asked me: “what do you wanna know?” I asked her how it is, to be a spider? She explained to me that she is holding a part in the whole. she is very much in the moment, living, for what has to be done, which is organizing her net at the moment. emotions are not a lived concept for her. she just is.
she told me to just go on with life, like she always maked her web perfectly, whether it is demolished by the wind or not. this is, what i want to do with my life also. she told me, she will leave her body soon and go back to the whole. she thanked me, that i did not destroy her web. afterwards she let me look through her eyes and i don´t know, if i made this up or not, because what I saw was amazing colours, not so much structure, the outer world very big. I say thank you for the conversation. she also says thank you.

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

      I got a bit stronger.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, Val’s. Mostly the first one we did together.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. Also, a mourning dove I think I connected with. Also, a dog in Spirit, a dog in physical body, a Soul of a cat who passed on and then reincarnated into another cat and passed on, two more dogs in their physical bodies. One of the two dogs I just mentioned I did my first professional energetic Healing on! I also did time travel in the Healing and time travel for a dog in Spirit, in physical body, and human to create a better “goodbye “.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Trying to Heal and getting there and discoveries about Healing.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I did during the call and got feedback about accuracy. I really want to connect again. Thankfully if I don’t during his FAT time, I still can communicate with him. He’s truly amazing. I simply am not good energy plus much of my day has been spent with me not in good energy just enjoying my kitties. I would like to do a bit of that before cooking.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No games. Still stuff with times but not as much.

I have not been very focused this week or regular in my schedule as I have been doing more healing work with the inner parts so I guess that could be a form of meditation. When I am feeling not quite steady I have been finding out which part needs attention. It has been an amazing experience and it has opened me up to a whole new level of being.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
      1. Luchien, Doberman, is biting his foot and has eaten a hole in the pad on his right front paw. I have only connected with love so far and haven’t figured out why yet.
      2. Dog who lives next door was very sad about his dog “mother” who just passed away. I said the Ho’oponopono Prayer and told him that I got it. He usually just does yipping barks but he let out two very long and mournful cries and I felt his sadness and he felt my compassion and then he calmed down.
      3. Deer in my yard. I thanked them for their peaceful energy.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Val and I have had a healing session with Duke, my son-in-law’s police dog. Duke was a little better but still wasn’t totally In-Sync with his work so I continued with the healing work Val taught me.
TONIGHT, Duke attended and was an honored guest at a K-9 fundraiser banquet. I feel so proud of Duke.
He was able to follow all of Todd’s commands at the last “stake out” and caught the perp! Yay Duke!

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I discovered in working with healing of the inner parts that the healing can go deeper every time. It seems that a new door opens and reveals the next level which allows one to expand a little more. I used to think that you were done when you addressed an issue but now I am realizing there are multitudes of levels to become your best and highest self.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I feel extremely grateful for Tiki. This whole experience is mind blowing.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? Not this week.

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

I’m traveling in my house on wheels. I set my intention to be guided to where to stop and where to turn and to meet those who I can help or inspire and those I need something from and a fabulous day filled with excitement and miracles + a good place to park in nature for the night.
Then I follow my intuition every day.
I connected to the Badlands in SD.
Was told it’s an important place for people to be. When they are in awe from what they experience, they are more receptive to the high frequencies of energy they are coming to Earth right now.
Trees in The Black Hills told me there’s no “bad or negative “ feelings when you are TOTALLY PRESENT in THE NOW. That is being ONE with SOURCE, and that is pure love, and nothing lower can vibrate at the same time.
I also healed a horse with stomach this morning, right beside where I parked 🙏🏻💖
Saw a heard of bison 🦬 and a mountain goat.
Manifestations comes within hours, really cool to just be guided by my intuition.

They crossed the driveway and stopped on the other side in the trees to look back at my car. I stopped and said hi to them, how happy I was to see them, told them I had been missing them, and how beautiful they are. Then we both went on our separate ways.

Yes. Appx 30 mins in total plus an hour Reiki healing session .

2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Buster Rescue dog. Guardians seen improvements to his behaviour, however Buster still barking when ‘dad’ is working in cow pens. Barking is unsettling the cows and calf’s which can make it dangerous. Still barking, but less so at strangers visiting therefore some improvements
Mavis, a sweet very energetic terrier but bullies Buster and thinks it’s fun but worrying for human family. Difficulty is getting Mavis to listen and understand the problem she is causing – work in progress as we continue to discuss the situation and ‘families ‘expectation of her, also need to find out problem with her paw, plus Buster wants her to stop bullying him. Learning it take time and patience to resolve issues

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

Is fun and exciting learning and listening to what animals tell us – sometimes hard to make sense of it all as doesn’t always resonates with guardians. Getting better at asking the right questions earlier in the communication than I did before

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

Why won’t Mavis stop and listen to me to find out what problem is with her paw, why howling 22 Aug and above all to stop bullying Buster

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Intended too but had an emergency to deal with so was unsettled this week. Want to connect with FAT so will ensure I do

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication animals?

Yes. Communicate With Every Animal You Meet – Have included this games with all animals I meet for a while in my various daily games – it’s fun – but I don’t tell the guardians. Plus completed a session with friend based in another country and time zone – got few questions right – yeah

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have done only small amounts of meditation this week. I have been having a health crisis and my mum has also been admitted to the intensive care hospital unit so have had other priorities.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Angus cow (name: N65) This young lady turned up out of the blue in the middle of our herd of herefords. I attempted to ask where she had come from because there was no tag to identify the owner. All I could get was “I walked and walked”. I learnt that I am really hopeless in these situations where I want to ask a specific question.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
      Nothing to celebrate this week

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? no discoveries.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
      Not this week.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
      Again no. bad week

Starting over. Week 1 of 12

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

This is still an area where I need to focus. I had several group meditations: Val’s call, a membership call with Susann Taylor Shier, mediation at church. This has been a rough week for me. I went to the doctor for a 6 month check up and had two biopsies one of which was quite painful and continued to be painful. My body took quite hit and meditation just was not an option. I am concerned about the possibility of yet another skin cancer.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I communicated with our FAT Tiki during the call. I learned that Tiki is a very high level soul who does not usually embody as a cat. Tiki came to Barb as her cat to make the connection so she could connect now. Tiki’s purpose with Barb is to serve as a spirit guide.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

That I am again working to do this.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries di

Sorry – deleted part of the question in error. My question is if and how can I communicate when I am facing challenges and just not feeling well.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Yes, during the call as noted above.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

      Nothing to report here.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes an hour of chanting almost every day and some silent ones too. My aim is to increase the silent ones.
      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I practised with Bonnie, my neighbour’s dog. This is her second home. I’m really worried that they will not keep her. She has been a bit unpredictably aggressive with humans and other dogs. I mentioned it – that I was a beginner – but that I would try. I got that Bonnie is so confused. She gets shouted at a lot but doesn’t know why. I also got that in her first home she wasn’t nurtured. Play was unpredictable – play then stop etc. just randomly with the humans there. I did get her favourite foods right. I didn’t want to start talking about negative stuff and I felt it was a struggle to connect so I left it at that. I asked Elsa why dogs bit – she said immediately: because they are afraid. It has made me realise that I need to get good at this to help animals in Bonnie’s position.
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That I had the courage to talk to my neighbour about AC and have a go!
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Why do I find it so hard to stay present in my heart when I’m on my own.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes and for the second time in a row, I felt I didn’t get much. Usually it seems easier. I just got a great big golden light from Tiki, a connection to Egypt, that he is a master teacher and that he still watches over Barb. Fish was a favourite when he was in his Tiki body.
      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No I’m struggling with staying present this week. And I will miss the call tomorrow – which I’m sad about because it sounds like it’s exactly what I need. But I will catch up…

Oh – I forgot about my great victory this week!!!
Elsa barks at visitors and the neighbours A LOT. A work in progress but she is reacting to my fear of people. I’m working on it!!!
But! This week, the neighbours HAD to come round – it was unavoidable after all the work we had done to repair the fallen in ceiling and pipes etc. because, living so close together as we do in the UK, they had also born the brunt of the building work. Usually I avoid people coming roung – because of Elsa and me. So I explained to Elsa, exactly what would happen, who would come, how long they would stay for, and that it would be great if she could not bark at the people because it made things difficult for me. She asked if she could bark to let me know they arrived – I said yes. She asked a few more questions – I can’t remember what now. But I followed Val’s example of answering, clarifying etc. I didn’t really believe it would work but I put all my energy and attention into it. So when the y came, she barked to let me know they had arrived and then lay quietly under the table. That has NEVER happened before. I told her they would be here for one and a half hours. One and a half hours in, she got up, came to me and started barking. IT WAS SO COOL! I was so happy. It’s really helping me take myself and AC more seriously. And, the whole reason I started this before it started to change my life beyond anything I had imagined, was to be able to chat with Elsa. It really looks like that dream is starting to come true. I just need to keep believeing in it. 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂

      #Accountability! Sept 11-17, 2021

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes. I meditated when I listened to the class 3 and on the Live Q&A call with Val. I also did a couple of “quiet-my-mind” and listened to the sounds appeared in the woods and wind when I was on my vacation.

      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I didn’t communicate with animal whom has a name. But I talked to pigeons whom visited my porch. They were fighting over the bird seeds I put on my porch. I told them to stop the fight as there is plenty of food for the,, and they did! After that they quieted down and shared the food peacefully. 🙂

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

I start to trust my gut feelings and intuitions more.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

How to communicate with wild animals or just say hello to them? Especially there’s no time to medicate and go through the process before the animals run away?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Yes, during the Q & A Live Call. I got a magenta color energy from Tiki. As for the reincarnation question, I got an image of a beagle. Since what I received were different from other attendees, I was a bit disappointed.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

All the Intuition Games are still not available for me to view in the Coaching Club. But I did played one followed the Class 3.

        Anais,
An image of a beagle is right on! When I was a child a beagle lived with us and so he could have definitely reincarnated as Tiki when I am adult. Trust and Believe. Hurray for sharing.

Yes! Trusting our first impressions, sometimes subtle impressions, is very important. It’s something we need to learn—to trust. I have missed many subtle 1st impressions that I’m aware of and probably many more that I totally missed. That’s why I responded to you and why practicing with animals where we get immediate feedback is so helpful.

      Yes everyday

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Chloe: My dog. She has been having emotional problems since her surgery that we have been trying to work through. I just checked in with her to see how she was feeling. She said she feels good and is almost back to normal. I can see that she is doing better the fear that was in he eyes is gone. She is showing more independence and not needing her baby as much (toy). She is still growling at the other dogs but as she put it you are mine I will take care of you. I told her that I am theirs too and she must learn to share. She said she would try.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

It is ok to start over with the classes to pick up what you missed the first time around. I have received more the second time around. I have some experience to relate to the material now and how it all works together. I have also learned that LOVE is the zone you have to be in to even do this.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

No questions. I just had an amazing visit with Val and she addressed the questions.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

No I will in a couple of days.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

Only trying to perceive life things.
