One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.

Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.

Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.

NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.

While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.

Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.

Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      1.
Did you meditate this week? If so about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes, I meditated about 2 hours in total this week .
Meditations: iAwake Morning Ritual 10 minutes each day/ Freedom Guru App: Morning Meditation/ Louise Hay Meditation

      2.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience.

This week I had connections with 2 wild birds. One (Magpie) had an injured leg and I used a few healing techniques I learned from Val and also some Reiki. The bird has been back and seems to be doing better. He seemed to trust me by coming close but did not communicate directly with me.
I also came home from work yesterday and found a bird (Dove) sitting on the mat outside right by back door. It was extremely hot outside and I could see he was unwell. I gave him some water and stayed with him. He only slightly responded.
I sensed from him that he was ready so I helped him peacefully transition to the spirit world. I am so grateful that I learned in the Masterclasses about how to put my emotions into compartments.

      3.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

I was able to be present and do all that I “could” do without beating myself up regretting I wasn’t able to do more. I am referring to my experience mentioned in question 2 with the two wild birds.

      4.
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

I am discovering that animals in need of healing seem to be showing up in my life more and more.

      5.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Yes I did and posted my results.

      6.
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

I just put some mini colored tennis balls in a paper bag, thought of the color green..reached in, pulled one out and it was green.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Not much, not nearly enough. I am teaching a Reiki workshop and had intentions of practicing the meditation I teach in that workshop, but somehow just never did. The next door apartment is vacant and they have been doing very noisy renovations but that is really no excuse since there are early morning times before they arrive and evenings after they are gone. I am just having difficulty getting into the space for meditation.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

My cat Princess in spirit. When I think of her I hear “Yes Mom” and it is easy to communicate. Even that does not appear to be working well lately. I thought I sensed irritation when she replied. I asked her and thought she said it was time to move on. Just asked her again and got that she did not say that. I have also continued to attempt communication with my current cats but without success.

I just tried to connect with the FAT but was not successful with that either. I connected with her so easily on the call.

I suspect that the same thing blocking meditation is blocking AC.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Nothing to celebrate.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Why do I continue to have so much trouble connecting with my own cats.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I briefly tried to just now but could not seem to connect or to think of anything to ask her.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, Val’s. They were ones we did when we worked together. They are very powerful !

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity about flea pills and Hawkeye too. Serenity and Hawkeye apologizing for them feeling yucky from the flea pills and saying I am not sure about giving them to them again. Also, with them and Little Dude about getting out of my head and into my heart. I posted the conversation in the Little Dude section.
Also with a spider who was giving me protection or good energy.
Also with a dog who isn’t doing well and a dog I had talked to before when in physical body but had since passed on. Another dog who had passed on, too.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. About not having fear and the mind creates fear. And about my kitties being on this journey with me and are with me through mistakes and don’t be afraid to make them.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I have questions that I might put in the group.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes and I posted for Lili to read the communication.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? More with numbers. Also, I wrote someone who had recently been thinking of me and told me that when she responded. Clearly she and I were communicating telepathically and I was my intuitive senses were open and receiving the communication !

I offered a greeting but got no response.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

No games. Leaving space for intuitive thoughts to come as needed.

I thought about a time when an animal understood me. I had spent a lot of time week preparing one of my kitties for a vet visit as he had been resisting the crate at prior attempts. After I explained where I was taking him and why, verbally and with imagery, the next morning I went downstairs and he was sitting in the crate! True story

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes on some days, minimal on working days. Not a good week sleep-wise.
      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
This wasn’t so great this week. I got positive feedback from talking to Little Dude from the previous week which was great. One of my neighbours asked me to talk to their dog – I had all my questions ready, I set the time aside and then I deliberately wasted the time – I was avoiding it, I think because I was afraid of making mistakes. My hesitation comes always at the point when I wonder whether I am actually connected or not. So I’m determined to over come this fear this week.
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
So much healing at a deep inner level has been going on since I started – especially Val’s soul healing meditations.
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
My discovery: That I avoid practising because I’m afraid of making mistakes.
      4. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Last week I did and got the feedback this week – I am getting things right but now I would like to try harder on really specific things that can definitely be verified.
      5. IThis week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
      No. Not a good week.

Harley showed me where he ran to, across the street and hid. He shared his

come and collect him. So working on this as to where Harley is located for guardian
      to rescue Harley
Am still working on finding Harley and reuniting him with guardian

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to
      communicate with animals this week.
Getting more accurate feedback and comments on my reports to guardians after
completing a commutation with their animals

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What
      discoveries did you have?
If animals are telepathic and they get lost/stolen why do they not connect with other
animals and find their way home or they do connect but is it more difficult to find their
      way home

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If

not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you
did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have
      not already done so.
Not yet. Haven’t had times. But will do so

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what
did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and
      communication with animals?
Went back to deck of cards few times plus completed my own intuition
games e.g when ring rings who’s calling, what time postman calls etc

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes I have been meditating almost every day. With eyes closed or open, just connecting to the inner stillness. It has been a very tough week, feeling really low in energy and depressed.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Yesterday I tried to connect to a cat Doris. She is a bit cautious, sensitiv and very playful. She is hiding around the corner and jumping out attacking the other cat ( very playful )She likes to sit high up. And sit in the window. She likes to sleep in the bed of the husbond. She says human being have to understand they are not the only intelligent beings on earth. As a beginner I try to focus on catching their personality. I will talk to the owner today, to get their feedback.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

I want to celebrate that I actually took the time to talk with Doris. I experience so much resistance and insecurity in myself.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

I am realizing that if I am to serious, and it takes away the joy. So I have to lighten up and have the attitude that connecting is fun and I have to allow myself to let the imagination free.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

No I did not connect with Little Dude this week.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

Yes I practise with the cards, because it is a fun to guess the colors. And I continue talking with my animals…..practising, even though I am not sure if they hear me or I am able to receive their answers 🥰
