ModeratorOne of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. 1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

I have practiced every evening. I hope the results will show soon 😊.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Unfortunately, I did not succeed to communicate with anyone. I improved by getting a repeated image… it is an of a dog with brown fur. Once I got to see both eyes and the muzzle, but only for a flash of a second. On another attempt I saw a small white baby dog with curly fur. What’s puzzling me, is that I don’t recognize any of the images that show to me, not sure who’s thoughts are they…

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I have finally succeeded to get some images, but no clue to whom they belong.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I would like to know if there are any other supportive materials to be used when meditating, like crystals. Should something specific be worn, like more loose clothing? Is there a herbal tea to help? Is it effective to get to sleep with specific mediation for third eye chakra, for example? At least from a beginners point of view.
On a different note, what could I do to stop the furry within? For example, today while filling in one of the feeding stations for the cats, a woman that has recently moved in, has started to ask me why are there so many cats around the block, because it creates the feeling of dirty area… I still am amazed how superficial the human beings can be, and this builds up a furry within me… I would like to stop it, or making it disappear, because this feeling sometimes is connected with fear for my well and beautifully dressed friends.

Gold Member1. Yes I meditated daily, 15-30 minutes, on my own.
2. I tried to connect with Katie the FAT twice, no luck. Also continued trying to connect with my cats. No conversations, occasional insight about when they want treats or something anyone could guess.
3. Nothing to celebrate.
4. My question is still, when will it work for me? I know nobody can answer that.
5. See answer to #3.
6. I am trying to listen closely to my intuition throughout my days. -

I did the meditations from the beginners’ course bonus materials, so around 90 minutes.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I tried to communicate with a cat named Billy again. He is a very vocal cat, and I am learning the subtle differences in his mews and meows. I tried to connect telepathically but am not sure if he received me.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

Gold Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Group mediation in Susann’s membership call. Also I have frequently and for short times sat and breathed in the incoming energies.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
As usual I have attempted to communicate with Missy and Roxy but little to no success. I had communicated with my cat Princess in spirit but nothing major. I have also attempted to communicate with my neighbor’s service dog Shalow who went for a visit and still has not come home. When I tune into her she wants to know where her Dad is and when she is coming home. It is increasingly looking like she will never be coming home and I don’t know what to tell her. I had been telling her she was coming home today or tomorrow becasue that is what I was being told but it never happened.
I also attempted to communicate with a little bird outside my window. The bird looked at me but I did node get any reply from it.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing to celebrate this week. This has not been a good week for communication for me.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Is it OK to report even when I really don’t have anything useful to report?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Not this week.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes I meditate every day. I love to sit quiet, just resting in the space within. And I have been enjoying the yogic breath, golden light meditation as well.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
This week I talked with Blink. He is a Northland horse/pony.
He is a quiet guy, and I see him as an observer and a healer. He loves to be around and observe kids and see how they change around him. He like their touch and innocence. He appreciate nature and to just BE. Very gentle calm personality.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I feel that it is the same every week. That I keep on trying to talk with at least one animal every week.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Still not any questions at the moment.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No I did not. No excuse, just felt that this week just flew so fast. And didn’t find the time.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I did the card game. And connecting with my animals. 🙏🏻

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes. I didn’t have to work so much this week so was able to do normal chanting and silent meditations almost every day.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with Ginnie again – the very traumatised dog who lives down the road. I just didn’t want her to feel forgotten and abandoned. Her guardians don’t believe in it, so I won’t say anything to them. I got the same sensation of frozen in fear – as though her whole body is just tense – and this seems permanent. What it feels to me that she needs is just someone to sit with her and share her space and feelings. So that’s what we did.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate the incredible wisdom and understanding of the world that animals are sharing with me. It’s all about Love & joy. And I want to thank them for sticking with my while I learn to make this my reality and let go of all the other stuff that clogs up my mind.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
How can I use my difficulty in finding time to make myself more focused?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes. Tried to connect with Katie about going to the groomer. I fed back to David – she was still stressed out about going. I will connect back in with her. Maybe I didn’t connect at all.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No. ☹. The plan was to do red/black with the cards. The first step: I found the cards. The second step – to actually practice – I MUST MUST MUST do it tomorrow.Moderator

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did various crystal and guided meditations 5 days this week. Plus meditations from Val’s advanced courses that I listened to
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Niko-my cat in spirit. First time I tried to connect with him. Felt his presence very strongly. I am sure he was instrumental in finding my next kitties. I also went to the pet store and tried to connect with a group of finches. And a group of rabbits. Didn’t get much back but I imagines a convo with them.

I completed 2 of Val’s advanced courses. Communicating with Animals in Spirit and the Death and dying course
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

I am trying to use my imagination a lot more when trying to connect with animals if I don’t hear them, I just imagine my conversation. I am also trying to sense peoples feeling and thoughts by observing them.

Yes. I do a lot of meditation at the moment. I’m working on clearing my field of negative energy, get access to my power, find “my medicine ” the thing I am going to pass on and teach. I’m working on finding a system, of all the abilities I have and learned.
