One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.

Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.

Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.

NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.

While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.

Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.

Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes, I do a lot of colour meditation, healing meditation, befor I get up in the morning and befor I fall asleep

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I managed to have contact with a craw. I go on walks every day into the wine yards after getting up in the morning and today a crow came flying across my head. She flew in the distance of app 1,5 metres next to my head and I found this very unusual and stopped to centre and connect.she greeted me. the communication was fast. She told me, that there is not only a power animal, but also an animal of whisdom, I´m connected to. the crow is my animal of whisdom. She told me to trust in my inner strengh and power. then she delivered something positive to my heart (I still don´t know, what it is). She told me, that I´m protected and I can feel safe. She told me, that I can connect to her, when ever I feel like and also there is a higher circle of crows, (Whatever that is),I can connect. I blessed her and after I did, she relaxed and made herself big on the branch she was sitting. The contact lasts already the whole day. at the moment, she connects me with some sound of drums. I feel my body vibrating inside of me.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

I managed to communicate with a wild animal. I realized, that the communication is different than to communicate with a pet for me. I tried all the last month and it did not happen, because I tried to hard. So I found out, that I have to relax very much.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

I realized, that in order to communicate with a wild animal, I have to relax a lot. than I have to become more “non human”, which means, that I have to connect with the wind, the trees, the floor, the Aether around me. this makes my energy very clear. I ask the water underneith me, to clean my body. only than I get access to the wild animal. of course I have to be connected to my heart, but this I don´t need to do extra, because I´m anyway. I then call the spirit of the animal. the animal anwers immediately. the animal (in that case the crow) was very astonished, that I could hear her. the colour of the conversation was cristal blue, like from a watherfall. My heart is full from this moment.

      Not again, but I will

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, to ones Val and I did. Not sure exactly how long. Did every day.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity, Hawkeye telling them I Love them and about getting overwhelmed with things and about someone who was helpful and about imagining certain things that I would like to happen. I apologized for getting overwhelmed and not being in the moment enjoying them without stuff on my mind.
My mourning dove friends apologizing for not being in the moment enjoying them and we talked about other things as well.
      A cat in Spirit.
      A dog.
      A dog in Spirit
      Another dog.
Animals in the Ukrainian situation -sent Love and comforting energy and asked for forgiveness for what is going on there and a cat asked how he/she was supposed to potty (no litter box). I told him /her to potty whenever and wherever it was most comfortable.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Being on the road of learning to put things aside to not get overwhelmed.

If I talk to the Featured Animal Teacher before the club call, I will post about what transpires.
      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No games. More with numbers and communication from angels and others on the Other Side. Perhaps had a intuitive psychic moment about something before it happened.

I practice mostly in the evening, and if possible in the morning. I also keep some sleep meditations on, that will work on the subconscious mind. I also replay every time I have a little time, the audio bonus, with Kathleen Prasad. Thank you for sharing this with me! I also thank you for the newsletters, because this is how I have learned about Master Mingtong Gu, and his videos and meditations are very welcomed.

I keep trying, but all I get is an eye with brown fur around. Can not name to whom it belongs.
I am trying to connect with Rita, the dog from my working place. I feel she wants to open up to me, and I have the feeling she might have an illness… something physical…. Honestly, I am getting a little frustrated I cannot cross the barrier, as also my Angels are patiently waiting for me, but with every week that passes, I feel overwhelmed that I cannot do it.

Discovering Kathleen and the recording is a nice gift to me, as I have downloaded and can replay it at will! 😊 Thank you!

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Long week, not so great results… the billion of questions probably were already answered to, so I don’t want to seem dumb. No questions this week.

I would be delighted to actually talk to Rosen. I first must ask for apologies as last week I thought she was a boy because of how the name sounds. I beg for pardon! Rosen girly, hope you will hear me.

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

The games are not opened up for me, under the Courses. But anyway I like to play with my elder dog friend Bebe. He gets the messages from me very well, but I feel frustrated and ashamed at the same time, that I do not interpret/get/hear his messages. I have so many questions for him, especially I would like to know what happened within the 2 weeks he was missing… so, I promised him that one day I will be able to communicate with him, so that he can be free to pour all his thoughts, pains, wisdom and wishes to me… I also approached King Boumba my eldest cat, and he sometimes comes to me. He just stands beside me, watching me intensely as if he tries me out if I hear him… sometimes he is leading me to the living room and shows me the “fishing rod” for cats play. Smart boy!

I have participated in several group meditations, the meditation at church as usual. I am participating in an Immersion with Susann. This week’s call included two Journeys which are group meditations. In addition I participated in Susann’s monthly membership group call today – there are two of these calls each month. So many meditations as part of these calls with Susann and when I listen to the replays and do the meditations agaon.

I just tuned into Rosen for the first time and introduced myself. She seems very calm and very wise. She is a beautiful dog and I look forward to getting to know her. I sense a maturity, an old soul with much wisdom to share with us.

I have attempted to connect with the adorable little birds nesting outside my window. It has been a one sided connection so far. I hope to connect more with them later.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

I did yoga a couple of times this week. A little meditation, maybe half an hour. Listening to guided meditation. I have been feeling really exhausted and lack of energy lately.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Someone asked me to talk with her horse that is not in his body anymore. I tried to connect with him. Not sure if I really made a connection, but I sensed a very powerful yet gentle soul. I will talk with the owner. He was really good at jumping, and it was important for him to make his owner happy. He had no particular purpose other than living the life he was given. Message to the owner was don’t blame yourself. I see your heart.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

I feel that it is the same every week. That I keep on trying to talk with at least one animal every week.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

Still not any questions at the moment.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

My beloved Rosen is the FAT of the month, and I try to communicate with her all the time. But I find it difficult to talk with my own animals. Looking forward to the Q & A tomorrow.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

Just trying to really stay present in my own heart and body.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

I meditated every morning and on the airplane. I have been doing a lot of Chakra balancing meditations.

I communicated with a tiny lizard I saw around the bushes beside a pool. I felt as though he was a little scared and was looking for his mom. He kept darting back in the bushes but when I try to send him soothing energy , he would sneak back out and look at me intently.

When I returned from vacation, my kitties were not mad at me. I feel as though I prepared them well, and they did not break anything while we were gone, which is positive.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      Nothing earth shattering this week.

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

I tuned into Rosen a couple of times just trying to feel her presence and energy. Mainly preparing for Saturday’s call. Will post in the forum

      6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games

This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

I worked on the Lean in technique and sitting quietly and reading the people near me on the airplane.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did the stress-busting rx meditation and an online meditation from an app for around 15 minutes.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I tried to communicate with Rosemary’s Elsa but wasn’t able to make a connection.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I’m still impressed with the many members of the group who were able to gain insights about my dog Katie, and grateful they tried to help her.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I know we must focus on the animal we’re communicating with, but must they be focused on us?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I tried once with no success but will try again.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I used an app where you pick between 2 cards.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have done erratic chanting but each time I did silent meditation this week I fell asleep.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I tried a couple of times – but again, each time this week I feel asleep! ☹
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
The appreciation of silence that animal communication has helped me develop.
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I’m struggling with the idea of meditative state versus sleep. Why can I sleep during meditation but not at night. And then I try to meditate at night but struggle to sleep. Another question: Can animals communicate with us if they are asleep?
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
      No – fell asleep. ☹
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No. all over the place this week.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. // Finally intuition seems to have kicked in while playing Minesweeper!! I’ve been hoping for that for a LONG time. It’s not much but it is SOMETHING. 🙂

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? // Same as always

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)?
