One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.

Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.

Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.

NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.

While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.

Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.

Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Yes. I talked to the pig Reagan. Her story was posted in the fb group. I found out, that she was confused about being taken from her old place and transferred to a new home.vthere has been a biting. I could not find out exactly what was the case. I felt that she was acting out because of power issues, but also because of stress in the house. Reagan was very confused and sad about her bring taken away. I did not find out, if the solution was to stay in the new place or go back home for her.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, to ones I did privately with Val.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. One was about Loving them. Another with Serenity was about if she were to eat the natural, safe flea control in her food that she might not itch. I also asked them about something-don’t remember what right now.
Also, I did with two client cats who I had talked with before.
Also with my mourning dove friends and a new bird friend. I sent Love energy and talked with them. I also asked the mourning doves on behalf of another tenant to please not poop on her car and asked them to poop other places.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Resonating with the realization that I can be like my cats and other animals and detach from various energies and also not get overwhelmed and such and that things generally are not worth me getting anxious and such over anyway.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Not yet. If I do, I will post.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No games-more communication with numbers.

I stood with my eyes close but my mind was wondering around. The monkey mind was stronger this week.

I have tried to connect with Rosen, but… in the end I have decided to write what I feel when looking at her, directly in an open letter at the FAT forum section. I am trying every day to speak to my beloved animal friends, I even talk to them in human words knowing that they are understanding me better than I do them. I thank them every day for choosing me as a human companion and ask them to help me out.

I am happy for being alive and being able to lend a hand to those who need it. I am happy when I have the capability to do it. Small things like feeding a hungry being, offering a pet, a smile, bringing a bit of light where is need it.
I am particularly grateful for having Bebe in form of dog, that knows how to push away all the clouds from my forehead. All my animal friends know how to do it, but he has that something special. 😊 He knows that I am upset I do not hear him yet, and he knows how to push away the guilt and make me smile. 😊

I think my intuition pops in only under special situations, when something is urgent or something is necessary. I would love to see actually games to stimulate it grow. This phrase written last week is still valid.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

My usual, 10-30 minutes of Soul Malas Healing Meditation music before going to sleep.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Just with my fur family, and telling the wild ones how wonderful they are when they appear to me.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      Nothing new.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

I offered Rosen a greeting and tried to “press play” on the still picture. Either my eyes were playing tricks on me or I swear I saw that picture move a little bit, but nothing in the way of communication from Rosen.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

No games, but as always, I leave space for intuitive thoughts to come to me.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Watched and completed 2 Brad Yates tapping videos to calm down. Plus appx 30 mins mindfulness/breathing session to stay calm as very anxious week

2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Lucas a recued male Doberman dog in spirit. Guardian just wanted to know how he is, where he is and to hear from him
Lucas was very happy. It was his birthday and showed me lighted candles on big birthday cake, balloons. The guardian didn’t know his birth date as he was found in a very bad way on the streets in Greece and shipped to the UK.
Lucas showed me snow capped mountain range and green plateau. He is now a wolf, leader of the pack, to take care of the pack and ensure they survive. This resonated with the guardian. She informed me one of her spirit guides is a wolf. That she loves and would like to live in an area described and agreed my summary of Lucas character, likes and dislike and other information was spot on. The whole communication was spot on according to guardian. Lucas job was to make his mum happy and love again which he did in abundance. Felt pleased had helped her in some small way

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

Always amazed, when I get information correct when giving feedback to the guardian after a communication with their animal. Plus, am thankful to the animals for allowing me to communicate with me without judgement

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

Often wonder, as animals are telepathic and are lost/stolen etc, do they connect with other animals to find their way home, that is assuming they want to return home as they are many reasons why they do not want to return home ,
Discovered the more you open your heart and practice, the more you will learn from the animals

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Again started a session but got interrupted almost at once by workmen erecting scaffolding and working outside the house next to mine. Will do so over the weekend and post in forum

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

Guess what time in the morning neighbours tuxedo cat visits, waits outside patio door to be let into my home. Played usual own games when out and about. watched a few quiz games on TV to keep (memory) brain ticking over. Played a game – guessing what my friend will be doing when I first see him in the cafe – properly easy as always got phone in his hand

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

I did yoga four times this week, and meditation about 30 min. Guided meditation and in silence.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Sara, 16 years old cat. Reserved, very strong personality. She is the queen in the house. She sees through humans, say we have a lot to learn from animals. To be a cat is embodied freedom physically and spiritually. Her soul purpose is to bring there energy she represents down to earth. And only cats can bring those energies into the world.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

I feel that it is the same every week. That I keep on trying to talk with at least one animal every week.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

Still not any questions at the moment.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I asked Rosen about her stomach problems, and I heard bug and it hurts. She seems very happy to be FAT, and she absolutely loves to talk with humans.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

Just trying to really stay present in my own heart and body, and pay attention to the animals around me.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes, the usual group meditations: church and the final call for Susann’s Immersion. Not sure if that call was reported last week. I also have had a few times of sitting quietly usually with a cat on my lap. I find lap time for the cats to be itself a meditation.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I continue to attempt to communicate with my cats with little to no success. We communicate but not verbally so cannot answer a question of what we talk about. As usually, I have communicated with my cat Princess who is in spirit.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Nothing to report here.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

Why is Princess the only one of my cats I have had discussions with? I was able to communicate with her on occasion when she was in body and find it so easy to do so now that she is in spirit. How can I do this with Missy and Roxy?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Only very briefly this week.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No

Purr lap meditation is one of my favorites too. Yesterday we missed the first of the morning meditation due to appliance repair so Rumery kitty was very insistent that we take our special time together to ground and enjoy meditation time together

I did try to connect with Rosen, but was unable to get past that

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did an online meditation, for about 15 minutes.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing. I’m unable to spend as much time as I’d like trying to communicate.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
How do I stop my mind from sabotaging communication efforts.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Yes – I did a guided meditation most days. Too mind busy to do it without help.
      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I tried to talk to Elsa with Rosen’s help. Here’s what I got. I wanted to know wny Elsa always left whenever I try to do animal communication. She said: I sort out your energy. It’s hard work. I’m busy doing that.
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That it seems to be one of the most important things to be doing on the planet right now!
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
The importance of stillness (Thank you Rosen)

Yes but I’ve only just posted so I’m not sure what I got right or not.

      1. Yep, still meditating. On the suggestion of another coach I’ve added doing five deep breaths at minimum once per day.
      2. I’m trying a new message to my cats.
      3. I can’t think of anything to celebrate. I guess stalled is still on the road.
      4. No new questions or discoveries.
      5. Haven’t had the guts to try yet.
      6. The intuition games are still locked to me, the first one says it will unlock on 3/28. I don’t understand why I should not be permitted to see them, since I am supposed to be playing them. Somethings not right.
