One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
<><>
That’s it!!
We look forward to reading about your week.
Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing @ValHeart.com”>Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put Upgrade in the subject line.
Much love, Barb & Val

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have really trying to focus on my heart in my day to day life, trying to be in the presence as much as I can. Be meditation. Rather than something I do.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
This week I connected with a bird that I had 30 years ago. His name was Jacob. I felt my heart swell and tears running down. I felt a golden being of love, which was his soul. He told me that he was the one that kept my spirit and heart alive in those years. I was very depressed and sad in my youth, and he was saving me from closing down.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Last week I talked with Luna a little dog that I really experienced as a healer of the heart, who’s purpose was to open humans hearts to beauty and joy. The owner told me that her original name is Marimia´s which means listen to your heart.
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I discovered that I am more connected to the animals than my mind want to admit.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, I spoke with Aston, and has posted in the forum. We talked about trust, or rather he talked about the importance of trust in life, and that everyone has to learn it, also himself.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Just practicing being present , talking with nature.

I am so sorry that this week I’ve been trying to cope with a couple of major health issues, so could not meditate regularly or communicate with the FAT or any of the others as I’d planned to.
I tried the #3 intuition exercise of playing a video mentally of a nature scene….a forest path.
I hope to address all the steps covered by the 6 questions next week.

1. Meditate!
I am now also using Master’s Mingtong Gu Meditations, together with the Awaken your inner guidance meditations from the course, or guided meditations from the Masterclasses. .2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species).
I have practiced connecting with Aston, but I have no sign from him.3. Celebrate!
I celebrate the fact that with every call, I discover something new about me. The last Masterclass has opened up my eyes on another thing that I must work on myself.4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
No questions at this time, but Discoveries.
I have discovered that there are many students hidden around here!
As Aston is being FAT, some of them popped out and I am happy and grateful that they have taken their time to connect with Aston.
I have discovered many interesting things about him, and also about my self during this month! 😊 Thank you ALL!5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
At the moment I can’t connect with Aston. I admit I have left a little time to pass, so that everything that I learn can settle a little.6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
Not particularly. If it would be a computer game for example, match 3 games, it would be easier. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Repeated soft focus meditation and heart meditation over the week.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I tried to communicate with Shadow, the neighborhood cat that I am fostering for a week now. She delivered kittens in my home last Friday, and I had a very nice experience with her where I intuitively knew exactly what she was asking me. Shadow is the mother of my youngest pet, Eclipse, from a previous litter.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I felt in tune to Shadow’s needs and even though I didn’t hear or see any messages from her, I believe I was still communicating with her. It was through really strong gut-feelings and intuitively knowing. There is an inexplicable sense of understanding between us, like we each know the other’s mind.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Posted in the Q&A call questions for next month.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I haven’t tried. When I receive a clear image or audible message from an animal, I will take that as my cue to communicate with the Featured Animal Teacher.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Clairvoyant intuition games 1 and 2, very briefly. -

I am focusing very heavily on self healing and chakra balancing meditations.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talked to a bird who kept flying in to a window repeatedly. Tried to explain it was his reflection that he was seeing, not a competitor. I did not get much back, however, he did quit flying into the window
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing major , but I will celebrate my crystal chakra healing session I did with my sister’s dog. She responded very well.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? 1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? – yes – more than usual on days when I wasn’t at work and I love that! Not so much on days when I was at work.
2.What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I practiced with a cat called Marvin. He is a colleague’s cat so I’m very nervous about feeding back. It helps me appreciate this group of people where we can feed back in a safe space. I’m worried about people not believing in animal communication in case I get it wrong. But I’m also reminding myself to trust what I get. It might be wiser to feed back in person rather than write it all – I shall think about it. The issue was that Marvin lies in the road and won’t move for cars. My impression was that he feels the cars are interrupting him. I explained that these cars can kill you and I showed him some pictures of an accident. He showed me a picture of him begrudgingly slinking out of the road. What a character!
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate that I have discovered AC! Everything is alive and communicating and I feel that I am starting to wake up from zombiedom.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Still wondering why it’s so much harder on my own than in a group. I guess the group energy helps – but also I must stop avoiding practsing and just get on with it. 😊
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. No since last week, but I got some feedback and I did get some things right! 😊
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’ve been trying to stay in my heart – keep tuning back in. I think I just have to keep going. The call with Val on Saturday : I felt I was much more able to be in my heart that I every have before. 😊 -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Soul Malas Healing Meditation music, 10-30 minutes each evening before going to sleep.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I’ve been talking to the little swallows who have returned to their nest in my barn. They are re-making it to their liking so they can use it again. They sit on one of the beams in the barn and talk to me while I’m feeding the horses. I just wish I could understand what they’re saying to me.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I offered a soft focus and a greeting, I heard nothing in response.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No games. As always, I try to leave room for intuitive thoughts during my days and nights.
