One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.

Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.

Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.

NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.

While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.

Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.

Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over from scratch.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I started doing twice a day to the first one I did privately with Val.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Serenity. We might have talked more times, but two off the top of my head are about food. I don’t remember specifically, but based on what she did I know she understood.
Hawkeye. He told me a while back about why he wakes me up and based on something someone said recently I understand even more about why he wakes me up. I have also told both cats about how wonderful they are and their great qualities.
      Also with a cat client.
      Maybe other client animals.
      Also with Roo.
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. More with Healing and my awareness involving what my cats do for me.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? More awareness related to Hawkeye waking me up. More awareness in regards to Healing.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did and I posted it for Lee to read.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No games, more with numbers.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I wanted to add about communication I had with Hawkeye that I was and am very grateful for. Yesterday I didn’t start cooking my dinner when I normally do because I thought I had a dinner for yesterday that I thought I had made the day before. I was confused and was wrong. I didn’t fix dinner when Hawkeye told me to do though.
I am very grateful for his communication and apologize for me not doing what he said. I also realized though that I can start making dinner later than normal and have it cooking while I feed him and Serenity and it works out pretty well Time wise. I am grateful for this realization also.

      Post for week 23-29.07.2022

      1. Meditate!
I had difficulties meditating this week. I just felt hard to empty my mind. There were always busy thoughts, and even though I have tried “to stick to the rule”, mornings and evenings this week was not the best in meditation for me.

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species).
I have succeeded to connect with Roo. I just see everything like a movie. He was standing in a room with dark flooring, either laminate or solid wood. It was lacquered, as it was glazing. He looked at me with big round eyes, questioning me, who on Earth I am. I have told him I am a practicing student for AC from the school. He relaxed, and than made a few steps and jumped on a window sill also with dark brown glazed wood. The window was white framed, and the curtains were light grey. He started to wash his right paw, and looked at me expecting to continue what I wanted to discuss with him. I asked him, if he could show me something that I can tell his Mom about and that che could also confirm. He jumped off and he made again a few steps opposed the window, and there was a staircase. I than have realized we were actually in a hallway, illuminated by natural light from the window. The stairway had dark brown stairs, with white banisters.

      3. Celebrate!
I am happy that even though I do extremely small baby steps, maybe better ant steps, I feel that I have evolved. I love the feeling of it! I feel so happy that I feel I am reborn! The last year Lucia, is far behind, and the new Lucia, knows so much more, and starts to trust her self more. I love basking in this feeling. 😊

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Have asked before, and still need guidance: which is the best body position, or posture for calming and succeeding to communicate with animals?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
Yes, I did. Mentioned above at point 2. I haven’t posted because it is not something that would benefit the parent. Ok, I can receive a confirmation regarding what I saw, but I have no real message to give to the owner….

      6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
As many students here I have started to guess who’s calling. I have started with the minimum known/unknown number…. Not exactly satisfied with the results, but funny. 😊

I want to add that in the end, I decided to post what I have got from my connection with Roo, in the proper FAT section.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

I am trying a new meditation program starting last Sunday. There are 3 meditations to listen to, each about 15 minutes long, beginning with the first one for 7 days, followed by 2 and 3, 7 days each. Designed to rewrite my “Editor” (subconscious) with Theta waves. I’m very curious to see how this works.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Besides my fur-kids, talking to and watching the swallow family in my barn. The parents are trying to get them ready to leave the nest and it’s so fun to watch them.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      Nothing new.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      Nothing new.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I made another attempt. No response received.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

No games. Leaving space for intuitive thoughts to come.

      POST 23 – 29 Jul 2022

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you

Listened to calming music, to keep mind calm and body relaxed after my accident, yeah, had stitches – mouth + hand removed. + prepare to travel abroad
      .
2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience

Communicated with a friends dog, Barney, who has cataracts in both eyes. When staying with them noticed when family move their hands quickly to the side of his face he flinches. Barney told me he’s scared when these sudden movements happen. I also explained to him to count the number of days + nights I gave him till we arrived home from our holiday. Also the man of the family will be with him as normal except for one night where Barney will visit his dog + a human friend

On our return we picked up Barney to take him home. Lisa, the lady, said Barney has been very good but not eaten his dinner that evening. Barney snuggled up to me in the car on way home to tell me he had counted the days + nights. Also he would eat his dinner when they got back home, which he did. During our holiday I did a few quick connections to check with him to see how he was doing, which he was
Learnt I can connect quickly to an animal thru heart to heart

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      Celebrate connecting + helping Barney

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Should I have asked permission from guardians to talk to Barney and/or told them what occurred. Have mentioned Anima Communication to them but, much as they love/adore Barney they didn’t listen, not interested

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Not Yet, unable to do so but will do so

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals

      Not this week, too busy

      2. I communicated with the pony Tommy. I asked him why he bites/nibbles on me and my clothes and things. He Said he feels not seen by his owner, like before. He used to be loved and get a lot of attention. I told him I see him and love him.

      3. Celebrating everything I learn from the horses.

      4. Not any question right now.

      5. Yes tried communicating with Roo. Will post. But not sure I got contact.

      6. Trying to use my Intuition inn Reading the horses body language.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

I meditated daily. Always in the morning before my mind gets cluttered. I have graduated to silent meditation for 20 minutes and have recently started adding Sutras.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I communicated with many dogs while I was on vacation.
A man came up to me in a restaurant holding a little Havanese named Daisy. He put her in my arms right there at the dinner table and she cuddled up into my shoulder like she was mine. I felt the most overwhelming love for her and felt her love for me. It was quite overwhelming and spectacular at the same time.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

Although my Clairaudience is clearly lacking, pretty much absent, my claircognizance continues to strengthen. It is also exciting that I have become a bit of a dog magnet.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

I have discovered so much about myself and love this whole spiritual journey. I am a completely different person than a year ago.
How does one continue to evolve when surrounded by people who are stuck in the same place?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Of course I talked to Roo, since he is mine, and praised him for how open he has been to my peers. I also asked him to be helpful to the ones who struggle to connect. I sent him healing while I was on vacation. He is so much better balanced recently than ever before, I don’t want him to lose that.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

I tried to shape shift with a tree and a plant to guess what they were feeling.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Several group meditations church and group calls.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? My cat Princess in spirit. I often ask her to help me sleep and somehow she does. Also my cat Roxy asking him why he keeps pooping outside the box. He is a man of few words so no reply. I communicate with both Roxy and Missy in other words. They insist on being fed before it is time and I tell them to wait. We understand each other. I know what they want no words needed.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Nothing special this week.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Is there anything special to do when not feeling well? I had surgery a couple of weeks ago and really have not felt like communicating with them. They knew something was wrong and stayed close so I guess we were communicating at some level.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Not this week.

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No

      1) Did you meditate this week? Yes
If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? On average I medicate 3 times a day or more 15 to 30 minutes.
What meditations did you do? Clearing my mind of thoughts and deep breathing

      2) What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? Salem and Magic (two feral black male cats)
What did you talk about? Salem is a talker and comes by each morning predawn. He enjoys his visits with me inside the house. He follows me to get familiar with the layout and that there are no other animals in the house. Then he wants me to sit on the floor and pet him. He then wants to be fed. He is happy that I’m trying to communicate with him and very vocal about it. I explained to him I’m learning how to communicate and asked for his help. He is eager to teach me.
What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I spoke to him about making this his home and that I plan to get him a health checkup. And that if he wants to stay, he will be neutered so that he can be safe and healthy. I can see he has old wounds/scratches on his body that have healed. He enjoys being a cat and will think about it.

      3) Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I’m so happy that I found this class so that I can communicate with these two feral cats!
I’ve never try to communicate with feral animals and it’s all new to me! I’m gaining confidence in myself.

      4) What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I’m trying to catch up and get up to speed. A close family friend passed and I’m recovering from COVID. Today is the first day I feel my strength is coming back!

      5) Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? I was not able to due to my health (recovering from COVID).

      6) This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? No, but I plan do so this weekend. I’m feeling much better.

      1. I did my usual meditation.
      2. I did not try to communicate with animals this week, my recent experience convinced me that my efforts are better placed elsewhere. I listened to one of Val’s recordings, which told me I won’t be able to hear animals until I can get rid of the other stuff bouncing around in my skull, so that’s my primary focus for now.
      3. I’m pushing myself to be bolder in using my intuition while playing games, and I’m getting surprisingly good results (at times). I still can’t tell the difference in how the good times feel vs the not-so-good times.
      4. Just waiting for clarity.
      5. Nope. No point.
      6. See #3.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes. I took a lot of moments to be quiet and focus on my heart centre. It wasn’t always possible to do it formally because I was visiting relatives for the week but there was a lot of hanging around time – I did it then.
      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I connected in with Elsa because I was away – I wanted to reassure her I was with her and that she was ok – I got back that she was ok. Then the following day that she was bored now. And then the day after that: she had had enough and wanted to come home. Fortunately we came home the following day. The dogsitter fed back that she had barked a lot the previous day – and that is what she does when she is fed up or has had enough of something.
I also connected with the sea – unable to take time out to do animal communication, I connected with the water. I set my intention by stating that I wanted to learn what was most appropriate.I started by asking permission to enter. I felt a strong female presence and joy at being shown respect and acknowledgement. In the water I opened my heart and felt many things: the powerful junction of water, earth, wind and sun – a place where the great forces meet. I felt that water was teaching me to play and be joyful through swaying with the waves. I felt that water was never to be dominated but only every to worked with or co-operated with. I felt that the wrath of water dominated is terrible. I felt the main personal lesson, delivered with such compassion, was: go with the flow. Go with the flow of life. Don’t push against, don’t control. Feel deep within, follow your instincts, go with the flow and trust the flow. I had also asked that any guilt or regret over past actions be swept away, that I keep the lessons learned but drop being weighed down by guilt or regret. I really felt that this happened – again such a strong female compassionate presence held me and helped me. It was very moving. And after that I felt it much easier to open my heart again – which I had been struggling with for a few weeks.
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate the power and compassion of water and that I was able to feel it.
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
How to remain open hearted while functioning in a busy society that has no time or understanding of open-heartedness?
5..Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not?
      No I haven’t – I was away.
      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’ve been practising walking around open-hearted and greeting all animals I see – mostly pigeons and dogs. The more open-hearted I am, the more they offer and acknowledgement as they pass.
