One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. When you post your answers12 weeks in a row and, if you’re a Gold or Platinum member, you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (see rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste the same answers every week. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your sequence count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week, earlier is better so you don’t miss the deadline. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 PM Eastern). We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons which means the system’s deadline timestamp is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your private time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Be consistent! You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Answer these 6 questions in the REPLY box below. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development lessons
This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
We look forward to reading about your week.
Much love, Moderator Barb & Val

Practice! Practice with at least 1 animal each week. If you don’t remember the name, then indicate it’s species. What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Today I was about to attempt to connect with this months animal teacher and a horse that I worked with months ago came forward and jumped in front of me wanting to talk first. (VAL: a horse jumped in front of my face!). I never did get this horses name, but he is a beautiful gray quarter horse. The day after our first encounter, I was told that he was adopted and went to his forever home. I asked him if he was happy in his new home and he showed me a picture of a cute red and white barn with a white fence surrounding the perimeter. I asked him is there were any other animals living in the paddock with him and I saw a black horse eating hay. I also saw a teenage girl with long brown hair with denim jeans, & a maroon plaid flannel shirt. She was his caretaker. I asked him if there was any questions or messages he had for his new family. I did not receive a response. I asked him if he was happy and I received a video of him jumping and kicking his feet like a bucking Bronco, which was full of playfulness and happiness. I told him how amazing he was and how much I enjoyed our conversations.
I also attempted to connect with my pets as well:
Athena – I sometimes think energy exchanges can be too much for Athena. When I focus on her during meditation, or if I ask her questions, she will either get up and walk away or she will bark at me. It’s pretty consistent when I’m talking about two-way communication. When I apologize and tell her I don’t understand her barking, she just barks louder. It’s like when your speaking to someone in another language. You speak slower and louder as if that is the key to unlock communication of different languages.Jade – As I am about to write this down, Negative Nelly yelled..”Don’t share in case it wasn’t true!
I experienced very strong love exchanges with both Athena and Jade (which is a huge improvement for me). I was sending videos of Jade on the beach smiling as . she checks in with me, as that is her most powerful environment in which love energy is flowing steadily. I also sent pictures/videos of Jade running errands by my side, happy as can be.
We connected through pictures/videos and a voice that I can not recall anymore.. Jade showed me that she does not like collars or leashes for that matter. I told her verbally and through pictures/videos that because of her barking and lunging behaviors, its not safe for others to be around her. I told her that I would love nothing more than to have her behave in a way that she didn’t require collars or leashes.Sophie – Next I began to connect with Sophie. At the very start, she showed me a picture of one of our past dogs, Riley. Riley was bundled up in a sleeping bag. That is one of our favorite moments when we came home from dinner and Riley had bundled herself up ready for bed. Riley loved bedtime. When I finally would declare Last call, Bed City she would light up like a top. I’m wondering if it was significant that she showed me that picture. I am curious to probe Sophie’s past lives.
On a separate note: Twice I was in rental homes and they had mold growing in the house. I am allergic to mold and was getting sick, but I wasn’t aware of any environmental causes. Riley would not leave my side and when I would try to get up off the couch or another sitting area, she would push me back down. She never did this. I brushed it off. Flash forward to a rental in San Diego and I was becoming sick but I was blaming it on allergies. Sophie came up to me and mimicked exactly what Riley did years ago when she was telling me there was mold in the home. I immediately told my husband and he ordered a $1500.00 test for mold and of course there was mold just as Sophie said there was. We thankfully moved out of that rental.
Shrek – Shrek refuses to speak with me. I say that because when I suggest we talk about things…if looks could kill! Shrek cuddles and sleeps with me every night. I thought he would communicate after Sophie but I was wrong. Shrek has been the catalyst to the disharmony in the family. Jade has gone above and beyond expectations this quickly. It has been Shrek who charges at Jade from the bed declaring war. I’m working on mending the relationship but so far Shrek has no desire to get along with Jade. He is fine walking next to our other dogs, it’s just Jade that he can’t tolerate. Day by day.
I also tried to have a two way conversation with Guinea Pigs at a pet store. It did seem as though they were listening but I wasn’t receiving anything. To check to see if they were in fact dialed in, I asked one to jump on a pink house. A few minutes later, she jumped up on the pink house. Must be a fluke, ok last time, can you jump on the blue house? Several minutes later, she jumped on the blue house. Even though I couldn’t receive information (other than they were understanding me, it was pretty cool to see the Guinea Pig do two things that I asked of her.
Celebrate! We want to celebrate your progress. A positive mindset is important as there is always something to appreciate and be thankful for.
I am so thankful to have spoken to Val this week. I have a kickstart to hushing my Negative Nelly and continue to quiet my mind and express myself through feelings. I am also learning to change my internal dialogue to a positive nature versus a damaging negative looping tape. ( I can’t to – I can and I will). I have increased my skills in receiving information through putting my ego out of my conversations (I locked him in a closet with a padlock). I was also able to send love to my animals and the heat from my heart energy was very strong. I wasn’t able to do that prior to my talk with Val.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I have done the meditation where you imagine things from the animals perspective as well as taking moments to center and collect my energy throughout the day.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I talked to a squirrel at the park yesterday! We talked abot thier food, what they liked and didn;t like about living in the park.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.I keep trying to connect with different animals in different scenarios.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Not a question, but I still I still get mostly impressions versus actual dialogue and it’s hard to trust if I’m making stuff up.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I di dnot this week but I have in weeks past
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I always try and guess the wordle word of the day

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I did to the first meditation I did privately with Val. I don’t remember how many times. I also meditated today while standing in the sun outside working towards bringing more good to my life and achieving things I want to achieve.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye – I apologized to them for how things are. I told them how grateful I am to them. I communicated with Serenity regarding her eating habits and when I did she ate really well !
I connected with a client dog about his pooping habits and about him pooping outside. His mommy told me in a message she sent yesterday that he pooped outside !3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Resonation with it’s best to not think so much but come from the heart at the time. Thinking that is not good is toxic !!!!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I did and posted for Sean to read. Coco had some valuable things to say that resonated with me:-)
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I didn’t practice intuition development exercises, but I feel like the communication I had with Serenity involving her eating habits and then her eating really well after telling me something is PAWsome! I also feel like the dog client pooping outside instead of inside is great, too, and that particularly regarding Serenity it shows my intuitive abilities.

DID you meditate this week?
Yes but not everyday2.What is the name of the animal you connected with this week?
My friens’s parrot that disappeared last year popped in without me even thinking about him. He didn’t say much, just wanted me to know wnd pass on to his person that he is ok and he really enjoyed his time with her, He didn;t say and I didnt have time ti ask, but I got the impression he is in spirit form.
I tried to communicate with Georgia. I know she could hear and understand me but if she answered me I couldn’t hear her. but then when I asked what did she want she immediately let me know, without words, that she wanted to do more scentwork; we had been practicing for our trial this weekend.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate in your journey this week.
I guess just that I am still here trying. And the fact that while it is not communicating,
my energy work with Georgia is really helping her.
4. What questions do you have this week about communicating?
Just why do I have such a hard time
5.Did you communicate with the FAT this week? No i haven’t6. Did you practice intuition exercise this week?
No, I forgot abt it -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have been focusing on Ho ‘Oponopono this week. I feel I need deep cleaning. My mind is very resentful of the person/people that have stolen “my” deer from me. I know I need to feel love for them, but it’s not happening. Yet.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
My fur family. Focus on mare, Willow. She is losing weight for no other reason than she is refusing to eat the hay I’m giving her. She ate it all last winter with no problem, so not sure what’s going on.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing new.
I made an attempt. No response received.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time for games. Always listening for intuitive thoughts.

1. Yes but unevenly spread over the days this week. Its better if I can manage more on busy days.
2. I practiced with a friend’s dog who asked for information about her eye. I know that she is sceptical as is her husband so I was wary. But I got about 60% right in terms of what the dog showed me around her house. So I’m not sure why I also go some stuff that was wrong. Was I misinterpreting? When I asked the dog about her eye, she said: I use my nose as my navigation system – and didn’t think the eye was an important question. I love it when animals show that our human view point just is not always the same as theirs!
3. I’m celebrating getting stuff right about a sceptic’s dog and having the courage to feedback!
4. My question is: how is it that I get stuff wrong and right in the same communication session with an animal. I will post on the Q&A.
5. I didn’t connect again with Coco yet, but I did get feedback from last week – again: a mixture of wrong and right.
6. I’ve been practising finding my joy within. It seems pretty easy once I’ve decided it’s ok to feel that or that I want to feel that! It’s not obligatory to be grumpy – I’ve discovered! -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Was late tuning into last Saturday session so just listened but will catch replay.
Attended online Sonia Ricotti 90 min ‘Unsinkable’ movie. N compete 2 x 15 min “inner peace” meditation2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you learn from the experience
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Busy this week so no chance, however, I bumped into Gracie, an elderly staffie dog and her guardian who was heading towards the building where first met them. When we reached the building the guardian handed me Gracie’s lead once again.(He would be in the building appx 5 – 10 minutes). Gracie looked at me and I bent down placing my arm over her back, like a cuddle. This time she did not whimper, pull on lead or appeared agitated when guardian disappeared but sat down quietly and gradually made herself comfortable.
When taking the lead I communicated with Gracie, telling her what was happing and giving reassurance.
When guardian returned she was still calm, gave my thanks to her and covered her in white light. Behind her lovely brown eyes, it appeared was saying ‘thank you.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week
Wish to celebrate the change in Gracie’s behaviour from the first time I briefly took care of her – whimpering, pulling on lead and fixated looking at the building entrance where her guardian had entered. The second occasion Gracie was quieter, calmer and at ease
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
None
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Had communicated with Coco, a gecko during ‘live’ session and posted in forum last week. Hope to connect again before end of month time if ‘life in general’ permits
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals
Played card game with couple of friends whereby after shuffling a pack of cards, the cards were laid face down. We each turned two cards over to see if made a pair, e.g pair of 3’s, pair of jacks. if yes we kept the cards, if no we placed them face down and the other person had to guess were matching pairs of numbered cards were. This basically was test but I attempted to use my intuition as well. I didn’t win but got some right so happy with that and was fun. Plus my usual guessing games when possible

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Some pranic healing meditations, Val’s heart meditations a couple of times, not as regular as I’d like to be.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I have been communicating with one of my dogs who has an undiagnosed issue suddenly, a blood test wasn’t successful so I’m trying to “feel” into her body to see.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing much this week, as it’s been a bit stressful for more reasons than one.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I have a couple of questions which I will post for the live call.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? Yes, and got encouraging feedback.6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
My favorite one of guessing colors of stones in a bag. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
5 days this week. Been traveling and it has been difficult to find a quiet space between all the family and pets.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Mostly talked with Zuri, preparing her to travel with us, and letting her know there was going to be another cat the first place we were staying. She totally got the messages. She also told me when she was feeling car sick.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing to really celebrate this week.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Sal and Roo were at odds this week and were fighting for days. Why???? This has never happened and I was not able to get any info from them.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I have not had the opportunity this week. It has just been a bit chaotic.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I listened to a course on characterology and worked on identifying the primary character of my family and friends based on their appearance and behavior

1. Meditate!
I have succeeded to meditate this week, short ones every time I got the occasion. Also I listen to guided meditations as at the moment I feel I need extra support.2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species).
I communicated first via energy healing with a dog admitted to hospital near Jerry. She is a very friendly dog towards all humans, but was told to be careful not to let her see Jerry as she has an extreme approach to any and all other animals. Yesterday at some point Becky must have heard Jerry purring, and she listened very intensely. I had not enough time to spend time with her, but today I did. When I started the energy healing I started communicating with her in my mind, telling her that I love her, and all other animals too. She mustn’t be afraid of them, and she mustn’t attack them. I love them all. She was standing with her back at me, as she wanted to sleep and she stood with the head in the shadow avoiding the light.
When I told her I love her, a few times, she lifted her head and turned and looked at me straight in my eyes. I am sure she must have heard me. I than petted her through the glass, from head to tail, and she just released a big sigh. As far as I know sighing in dogs is a sign of content, of peace. I think Becky heard me, and I hope that if I will meet her there again, to have enough time and silence to go into my heart, to be able to hear her.3. Celebrate!
I celebrate the fact that Jerry is alive, and started to accept food even though via syringe. He is not fighting anymore and some of the liquid foods he receives are better accepted than other ones. I am happy because I think this is a good sign that he wants to stay around.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Can I delete the feeling of guilt? Is there a magic point in my head or heart, that can delete guilty feelings?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
Not this week. I felt overwhelmed with Minou’s passing.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
I did not feel like playing games.

1. Yes, focusing on radiating love. 🙂
2. I feel I connected with several animals, mostly animals I’ve connected with previously at our zoo, not yet receiving anything from them other than general impressions.
3. Last night was a rough one for my human family. I sat and sewed for a while, on a pair of pants trimmed with dancing bears fabric (Grateful Dead). I decided to try tuning into the animal realm, and a BEAR shows up: a big ol’ mama bear, to back me up, and show everyone how to slow down and shift into semi-hibernation to get through all of this. She told me “this is just how it is right now, you’ve just got to get through it.”
4. Is there an alternative to box breathing before animal communication? It feels unnatural and stressful. If I had another way I would try more often.
5. Nope, it’s not yet time to do remote work with strangers.
6. Of course. 🙂 -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I am so bummed, Thanksgiving and I must have gotten some flu from a guest at dinner last night and so was out of it to do this.
I did meditate for about 5 to 10 minutes each day. I found myself deep breathing and grounding in nature seceral.times this week.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I reached out to Dara, my best friend’s dog letting her know we were coming to visit for the feast. When we arrived she greeted me as if to say, oh you did come! I also reached out to the dog in the Facebook group and wrote that there.
Was good to know I was able to get something.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I have actually practiced in several animals this week and I will do more here in the club.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I found it hard to communicate with Coco, not sure why, maybe I need to trust what I am getting more. But also not in the right state for that I think.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
As in the question above.. not able to get anything this week. Will try again this coming week.6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I tried with m&m’s lol. I was off, though said brown and got orange and green instead of blue so they were sort of in the right direction.
