One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is practice including to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. When you post your answers 12 weeks in a row and, if you’re a Gold or Platinum member, you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (see rules below)

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.

NOTE: Days of week have CHANGED for Accountability posting to starting on Thursday through Wednesday each week. You can post any day of the week with the changes and learnings since your post the prior week.

Do your best. You cannot copy and paste the same answers every week. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your sequence count.

Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.

NOTE: All students are invited to participate, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.

While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Thursday through Wednesday to which you can post any day of the week, earlier is better so you don’t miss the deadline. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.

Post each week between Thursday and Wednesday noon (12:00 PM Eastern). We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week.

Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons which means the system’s deadline timestamp is Wednesday 5:00 pm GMT. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your private time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Be consistent! You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Answer these 6 questions in the REPLY box below. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Intuition Development! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development lessons

This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

We look forward to reading about your week.

Much love, Moderator Barb & Val

1 Did you meditate this week? Yes I did several times each day. I tried the heart meditation to get into my heart.
      2. None
      3. I got the attention of my friends rescue cat GIGI. She is a very skittish cat and when she hears a strange voice , she usually runs away. I had been meditating when my friend called me and she put her cat on the phone. I talked to GIGI softly out loud and she paid very close attention to my voice. My friend could not believe her cat did not run away. It was as if she knew I was trying to communicate and was very attentive. It made me very happy. I will be looking after GIGI and her brother when her mom goes away for a week and that will give me plenty of chances to meditate and try to communicate with them.
      4. What different ways can I Meditate, do I need to do only the heart meditation to communicate? Why do I hear a ringing sound during silence when I try to meditate?
      5. I tried to communicate with Rumery but did not connect. I tried a second time but nothing.
6.I looked at the Intuition games and am going to try what is in the box. I studied my book about Chakras and the crystals to help with opening up my intuition.

        Nothinv for this week

        4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

Keep meditating and don’t let life intervene.
        5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, the usual regular one, plus some special chanting sessions.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
It’s still a continuation from last week with special emphasis on our senior most rescue who’s been ailing for a while.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Just the fact that I’m persisting with the learning.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
      Nothing in particular.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I have been trying to connect, but unable to have a longer conversation as I’d like to, maybe because I’m rather drained dealing with the issues of the old dog, with days when she seems to have almost transitioned. But I will try again in a couple of days and post.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Again, not much progress this week, possibly due to the lack of time and energy.

      1. Meditate!

I keep my ambition to meditate every evening, but sometimes I felt asleep. This week the weather was very oscillatory with sudden drops and rises in temperatures and I always have been sensible to these changes. I did also my morning prayer-meditation to set my goals every day, and I have noticed that my general state is very much improved. I am more happier this year than last year.(Despite the windy chilly rain 😊). I am listening also to Archangels music from online resources, but I have a sort of fear about them since I heard Val a few times saying that the recordings might be embedded with nasties. I keep my faith that if they are dedicated to a specific Archangel, the one that is called upon, I mean the real Archangel, will not allow any nasties around.

      2. Practice!
For the ones that may be interested (and for my future self 😊), Bolto, the dog I have practiced last week with is absolutely fine 😊.

I have been caught up with Rita, this week, the dog from my work place. According with visual signs and her general everyday observation, I came to the conclusion that she might have a tumor or something. I something inside, when scanning and she has started limping from left back leg, possibly from an injury from jumping on the roof of her house, or…. Hopefully not from I have sensed.
I am determined to help her in any way I can. For the moment I have started intensive daily energy healing, and her reactions to it are so heart touching. One day she put her head in my hand and started licking it, like she would drink the energy from it.
Other times she closed her eyes and lowered gently her head, being fully relaxed. Of course, over the weekend I did some distance healing for her.
Today she walked slowly, brushing her body from head to tail, and returning, under my hands, but the sweetest moment is when she is on the roof of the dog house. she is waiting for me, and she salutes me by offering one paw, even though I know no one has ever bothered to teach her to hand shake. 😊
I close my eyes but being so close to her… hmmmm… poses a little trouble for me to hear her, yet. Will keep on trying, but I think she might be in the category “my pets”. I know that some day I will communicate with her because my dreams will come alive.
In fact I have received 2 lovely messages today. Two songs sang by 2 brothers on the 4th floor “Dreams (will come alive)”, and “Heaven is Here”.
      Absolutely lovely!
I even have my car plates HRH standing for “Heaven Right Here”, “Her Royal Highness (😊)”, “Heaven Rose Hill” my future rosary garden…… so…… as an intro to point number 3 bellow…..

      3. Celebrate!
Heaven is here! I celebrate finding happiness again! And…. I smell spring in the air ! 🌹

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

Same question like last week: When communicating through pictures, is it everything reversed? Is everything mirrored for us? I will post this also for next Q&A call, maybe I will be lucky 😊.

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.

Not this week. I hope the stars will align to give me an evening only for my self to be able to speak with Sweet-Rumery-Sean-Connery 😊

      6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games.

I did until almost went sick from candies!
I succeeded to name twice the color of the candy out of a big bunch.
But the lesson is learned, I will not play any time sooner with candies or anything that ends up eaten! 😝😅

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, mantra meditation and also got in my heart and cleared and shielded Serenity, Hawkeye, and myself and other things as well. I also sent Love and Healing energy.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. I told them I Love them and am grateful for them. Serenity also told me about not thinking about something because I didn’t even know if I would do it then nor how I would do it.
I also talked with my mourning dove friends who are nearby and they gave me advice and told me good things are coming and to hang in there a little bit.
I also talked with client animals -two horses, one pony, one cat and another client animal (dog).
Also last Wednesday I talked with the new kitten if the host of the podcast I am doing.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Serenity’s message to me about not thinking about stuff because I don’t know that I’ll do them then nor how. Very helpful for me!

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I have not yet, but Hope to and will post when I do. Rumery is my friend and I Love him and talking with him !

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No on the exercises. However, I have gotten more communication through numbers.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you

Several 5-10 mins meditation/ quieten the mind/calmness even though fell asleep couple of times.

2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Gracie, an older female staffie dog. Her guardian and I bumped into each other going into the same building. As previously the guardian couldn’t take Gracie into the building so I volunteered to take care of her till guardian returned. I quickly connected to Gracie letting her now what was happening. This time Gracie sat quietly, didn’t whine or become agitated nor pull on leash to greet guardian on his return. Her behaviour has changed from when first looking after her till now where she is much calmer and trusting. Am so proud of her.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Celebrate Gracie being calm and settled in herself when guardian not around.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      Non at moment

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Yes. Will post in forum – problem with laptop and internet at moment

      6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

Played usual own games. Guessing who won at the BAFA British Academy Film Awards ceremony. Got a few right. Will play again when OSCARS due.. Haven’t done much on letting my intuition lead me wherever this week

1.Yes, every day. It’s been very useful in keeping me upbeat and cheerful.
2I haven’t done much practice this week apart from the group call on Saturday. My mum has been unwell and it has taken some time to be with her.
      3. I want to celebrate the support from the animals, their friendship and companionship. I no longer feel alone.
      4. My question is: how do I develop to make it more smooth and easy. I guess the answer is practice – growth is slow and I get frustrated. But I shouldn’t. I’m better at this than I used to be! But sometimes I seem to lose the connection completely.
      5. I haven’t communicated with Rumery since the FAT call. But – I did get very helpful feedback and think I was on the right lines. Rumery is priority this week! 🙂
      6. I’ve been practising grounding and centring at work. It’s so helpful. Easy to forget ! But it really does make everything go more smoothly.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?`

Every day for about 30-90 minutes. Great meditation time this past week. Getting into my heart much quicker than before without so much effort.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I held and talked to my friends little rescue dog, Poppins. She had a rough past and is very shy. I did some hands on healing with her which she seemed to remember from the last time I did it.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

This was a fantastic week for self discovery. I really enjoyed the masterclass and felt like I made a major breakthrough during Claudia’s exploration. I was tracking the feelings through my entire body. Then I had a major download after my meditation on Monday. I uncovered and processed a deep regret, which I think may have been a real block for me. I then journaled 5 pages very quickly which is highly unusual for me. My clairvoyance has since taken a turn for the better, although my images are fleeting and happen so quickly, I can’t decipher them yet. But all in all, this is really exciting.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

How does one slow down or revisit the images they see?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I did! but not sure if I was making it up. Will post for Barb

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

I am taking a class on energy codes and learning new techniques to increase my intuition. Been doing a lot of channel breathing and also learning muscle testing. I am so busy with all this!

      1. I meditated daily, doing my AM activations mostly. If I forget the AM one, I do the PM. Also tried this Prelude to Animal Communication meditation but I was really sleepy.

      2. Tried to do the embodiment exercise again with Rumery this time and I seem to still be an observer. I can’t pick up much and definitely don’t feel like I’m inside the animal. It’s a pretty tough exercise — I’m surprised it’s in lesson 2. Feeling lost 🙁

      3. I did notice right away that something was up with my cat as she was going into the litter box and nothing came out, and noticed her licking down there often. She went to the vet and I’m celebrating that she no longer has crystals in her urine (an issue before) and that her pH is totally normal. She has some anti-inflammatory medicine for similar symptoms of a UTI and she was well comforted at the vet; I knew to explain more things to her about what was going to happen.

      4. I have sent in questions through email. Trying to follow along with the beginning course.

      5. Yes, I did with Rumery again.

      6. Yes, I practiced with the deck of cards – red or black.

      1. I haven’t done very well this week, my age 91 mom-in-law has moved from rehab back to independent living, but she’s not capable of independence now. So I’ve been managing her life as well as my own family’s. I’ve had trouble reaching my heart space, but still trying.
      2. I’ve been trying to connect with my own cats more (yes I know that can be more difficult, they are all I’ve had available), without visible result.
      3. I got nothing.
      4. Ditto.
      5. Nope, no point YET.
      6. Yes, but with poor results. I’m just kinda scrambled energetically. I know it will all settle down, given time.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

I meditated every day, a few times also in the evening. Breathing meditations, chakra clearing meditations with sound frequencies / tuning forks, Twin Hearts Meditation, Brian Weis Meditation.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I connected with Twilight, a cat from a friend. I think she is a very powerful Healer. An old soul. Intense and enveloping. She absorbs and transforms and heals. She told me about a past life connection with the daughter in the house, a rather fearful time, where cats and witches were being hunted where they tried to save each other. She now gives back to her and guards her keeping things light, childlike, light and pure for her.
She showed me a tunnel into my heart, she kept saying ‘I can see you’.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

I feel a bit frustrated with myself feeling like I am not getting it, just making things up probably BUT I will continue and keep learning!

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

I tried to communicate in an imaginary space in my mind with Rumery. Then I tried looking at his picture. I think I need to try more both techniques.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I tried to connect with Rumery a third time. I got that Rumery is joyful, playful, curious, and was excited to talk to me. Physically he seems fine. I could feel an intense love for Barb from him.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

I tried a few times to get into a nice scenery picture and imagine my surroundings from there with smell, hearing, touch and seeing. That is a very nice exercise.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

I managed to meditate once this week, Soul Malas Healing Meditation music, somewhere between 10-30 minutes.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

Just the fur kids, everyday stuff, nothing outstanding.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      Nothing new.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      Nothing new.

Made an attempt, no response received.

No time. Allowing space for those thoughts to come to me whenever they want to.

Mediation daily has become ingrained as a daily part of life for me. I still require guided meditation though.

I connected with my Niece’s dog Louie this week. It hasn’t been a very validating experience. Louie has a deep seated fear of walking on the tile and hardwood floors in the home. My first connection with Louie was with the assistance of Val. We were able to make an amazing connection filled with so much pertinent information. I was pumped to move forward and tackle this fear with Louie and his family (My niece was the chosen family member to help Louie in the home). I was able for the first time to connect long distance with an animal. I was able to connect with him several times since then. Louie and I came up with a plan with the help of his Mom to address and lessen his fears.

I think my Niece tried to work with him a few times and then stopped. If she worked with him as I suggested and there was a sliver of success, she would have texted me. I tried to follow the plan myself with the help of my spirit animal Coyote who just appeared ready to help. I walked around the kitchen doing what my Niece should have done and Coyote would get in front and slow him down so he couldn’t be a track star and race through the exercise. I don’t think this is a plausible trade off. I don’t think I can work with Louie remotely going through the motions and expect change to happen.

So now my confidence has taken a blow and my Niece’s family think I’m a wacko. Oh well, I was on such an upswing too!

This week I want to celebrate accepting whatever form of receptive information I receive versus trying to wrap it up in a pretty bow. I was connecting with my dog, Sophie. She was mothering Jade and eliciting play. I told her she was a very good Matriarch. I asked her what was the worst part of raising Jade? I didn’t remember receiving a response. She did though – I saw a lightning flash of Jade fighting with Athena. I then asked what was the best part of raising Jade? I didn’t think I received a response but I caught myself and realized that she showed me a picture of her with Jade as a puppy. It was so fast, I would have missed it, If I didn’t step back to see if she in fact did answer my question, while I was waiting for her to take me down memory lane!

No games this week. Going through intuition recordings.
