ATH conversation with Julie B’s Zena

I attempted to connect with Zena yesterday but the connection was fuzzy. It kept flipping from Zena being a house cat or barn cat. I just didn’t feel as though I was connecting with Zena, the AT. I decided to stop and try again tomorrow.

Today I connected with Zena, the AT. I was confident this time and we had a great conversation. Zena is such a wise soul and quite humorous at the same time. Her eyes are captivating. She seems to be an old soul. She has so much wisdom. That is what she is here for…To teach people or souls that she comes into contact with and makes sure that they are taking the right path.

Zena tells Me ….
(Z) You’re going down the right path. You just keep stumbling over rocks that aren’t there.
(T) (Ha Ha) Yeah. I know! This is hard. This isn’t easy, you know!
(Z) Well you don’t have to make it harder than it already is, do ya?
(T) OK fine. OK. We all can’t be as confident as you, you know. 😘 I really do appreciate it though and I know you are right.
(T) Anything else about me? You can say it now or later in the conversation.
(T) Hey if you want to flip it and read me?… I know that’s not how it works. Can’t blame a girl for trying. You just have so much wisdom.

(Z) There are other cats in the house and I am Queen B.
(Z) I have a very strong bond with my Mom. I don’t have to do anything but look at her and she knows right away what I need. My Mom is very attuned to me.

(Z) I love laying in the sun. I have several window seats placed around the house so I can always find sun to sunbathe in.
(T) Wow, that’s really smart and well thought out. I never thought about doing that. I have all the window seats facing our backyard.

(Z) I like laying on the couch. I like laying on human’s laps. If you lay really still on a human’s lap, they will start to pet you without realizing they are doing it. Once they realize they are doing it, they usually stop shortly after. The key is to lay very still. I just told you a big secret.
(T) Wow, very insightful. Yes, that does happen. My dog does that to me. I have a certain chair that I sit in when I do my Animal Communication lessons. She will slowly lay under my feet (that don’t touch the floor) and I end up scratching her belly without even realizing it. You’re right, when I realize it, I stop soon after. 🤔
(T) Very smart! See how perceptive you are. I told you that you have much wisdom.

*****I’m shown a can of cat food.
(T) Do you have canned food in your diet currently? Do you want more? Or do you just not care for the kibble?
(T) I feel like you’re already getting canned food but you want more.
(Z) Canned food moves through your system easier.
(T) Yeah, there is a lot of water in it.
(T) (I’m laughing at what Zena is saying. She is quite the comedian). You heard about it? How did you hear about it? (Zena was being playful).
(T) Laughing again…
(Z) I’ve got connections, I know people. (Gives a wink).
(T) Stop. Stop it. You’re too funny.
(T) This has been fun. You’re really funny.

(T) Anything else on your mind? Anything else you would like me to tell your Mom? Or is there any more guidance that you would like to give me?
(Z) No, she knows we have a special bond. She knows that I love her. Nothing has been left unsaid. I’m happy.

(T) Is there a message for any of the other animals in the house? Does everyone feel well? Does everyone get along?
(Z) No problems. They know I’m in charge. I am a fair but strong leader. I am not a Tyrant. I’m not sure if you would call it a Democracy, but I am fair and everyone is happy in this house and that’s important to me. Sometimes I have to settle things down, but we are a happy house.

(T) Do you have any other advice for me which I would happily take and appreciate? You gave me good advice in the beginning.
(Z)You had a slow start but a good but good recovery and finish.
(T) Thank you. That means a lot!

Thank you for talking to Zena! She was a stray that came up to me asking for help and has been my cat ever since. I’m glad you two had a great conversation. Yes she is wise and has quite a sense of humor.

Yes she and I have a special bond. There is one other cat in the house, Rosie, who was a FAT several months ago. Everyone gets along for the most part. Every once in a while, Rosie gets irritated at Zena but they are minor and more of “teaching” moments for Rosie to teach Zena.

She does like sitting in the sun looking out the window. She used to be a bit shy and not like to be petted but has decided she kinda likes it.

Did you get a sense that she likes her name?

Hi Julie,
I went back and asked her what she thought of her name and she told me that she liked it very much. “It is a very strong name for a female. It suits me”.

I was taken by her insight regarding laying still in a human’s lap and without realizing it, we will start petting and will continue until we realize it. Once we realize it, for whatever reason, we will stop soon after.
