One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is practice including to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week (choose any day that works for your schedule), please answer these simple questions listed below. When you post your answers 12 weeks in a row and, if you’re a Gold or Platinum member, you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (see rules below)

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.

Do your best. You cannot copy and paste the same answers every week. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your sequence count.

Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.

NOTE: All students are invited to participate, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.

While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Thursday through Wednesday to which you can post any day of the week, earlier is better so you don’t miss the deadline. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.

Post each week between Thursday and Wednesday noon (12:00 PM Eastern). We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute. Remember you can post any day of the week within the designated week.

Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons which means the system’s deadline timestamp shows as Wednesday 5:00 pm GMT. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your private time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Be consistent! You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      POSTING INSTRUCTIONS

Answer these 6 questions in the REPLY box below. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

      1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

      3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Intuition Development! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development lessons

This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

We look forward to reading about your week.

Much love, Moderator Barb & Val

#1 I have been trying to get more time for meditation with no agenda. It seems recently, I have been practicing grounding myself before a connection. I need to get back to meditation and soaking in love and light, just cuz!

#2 This week I connected with my daughter’s friend’s dog, Daisy, who is 15 years old. The family wanted to know if Daisy could give them a sign when it was time for her to pass. When they think it’s time, Daisy will all of a sudden act like a puppy.

I had a nice conversation with Daisy. We talked about how she was currently feeling and she showed me a happy dance. She said “Sometimes I may look on the outside like I’m a sloth, but on the inside, I still feel good”. Then I saw the quickest flash of Daisy going off by herself to pass when the time came. We had a nice conversation about how humans are not as evolved as animals with regard to passings. I asked her if she could think of any signs she can give the family when it is time for her to go. She showed pictures of her limping, crying, and trouble walking. These behaviors are not in character for Daisy so they should be noticed. I alerted the family that these behaviors are not behaviors that animals automatically display. They try to hide their weaknesses at an instinctive level.

It was nice to have the “End of Life” talk with Daisy and then share that with the family as well. I told the family about my flash about Daisy going off by herself and what that means to Daisy and what it should mean to the family. Daisy was not ready to pass at this time. She will try to communicate clearly when the time comes. Daisy said if she does her part, then the family needs to hold up their end and help her go on to her next journey.

#3 I would like to celebrate connecting with both the animals and their families for positive experiences (for the most part).

      #4 No questions

      #5 Yes

#6 Always. It’s the name of the game!

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes, but not so much as usual, because I was visiting friends that week a lot and just spending time in the nature

      2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I did not connect to an animal, other than Charly this week, because I was very much in the outer world and my friends don’t have that ability to connect to other worlds.

The session with ed was very powerful, I feel like there happened a big shift in my energy field.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

I have a question, concerning Charly- he does not eat , since I let his teeth shorten last Friday and I am so worried. I have to shorten his teeth every month, which is just like torture, even the vet is. try good and sedates him every time. But I am looking for other solutions, because the procedure is killing him

Yes, since he is the FAT, I connect a lot with him. I feel his strong, guiding and protecting energy around me, when ever I get still

      1. Yes I did meditate this week, some nights and some during the early morning. I try to connect with Layla peacefully to strengthen our bond. I tried Reiki on Layla again.
2.I tried to communicate with a robin that wanted my attention on a walk. It would fly and land just in front of me and look at me, I felt it knew I was learning to communicate and it wanted to help.
3.I want to celebrate that I will be working with Val to help me understand Layla’s point of view and her purpose. I want to find out what’s blocking me.
      4. Do animals sense you are trying to communicate? My friends rescued skittish cat listened to my voice on the phone and stayed mesmerized. My friend said she never did that before.
      5. I tried again with Charly but received no response. I tried with a squirrel, chipmunk and feral cat. They paid attention and the chipmunk actually ran by Layla and just past me a few inches away. Layla just watched.
      6. No I have been practicing using my senses and my husband was amazed at what he heard. He is very supportive with my communication and very interested in some aspects. He never stood still and really listened before. I practice to put me in tune with nature. I love walking in the forest and parks. I dislike cities.

      1. Some meditation – a little erratic due to illness, but today I’m getting better and back to normal routine I hope.
      2. I’ve been ill in bed which is interesting because it came straight after Val’s call with Elsa about going away. All my intentions to strengthen my communication went out the window and it makes me think about the body-mind connection. I think that possibly this is manifesting a deep fear of change. I never would have thought this of myself before but it can be no coincidence that every time I plan to up my game I get sick. SO – awareness is power, and I’m determined to tackle the fear of change and just try to embrace it and trust, step by step. Elsa is staying with family for two weeks and this has made me very anxious and worried – but we have worked through it with Val and now I must trust. This is also a very challenging thing for me to do. I must trust others to care for Elsa and I must trust my communication skills to be able to connect in with her as promised.
      3. I want to celebrate that both Elsa and I are embracing our difficult situation over the next few weeks – we will brave, we will grow, we will help others and we will come back together again with great joy.
      4. Struggling to believe I can do this, but refusing to allow myself to take the easy route of not succeeding.
      5. I haven’t tried again with Charly but enjoyed Nicole’s feedback – and am still gaining a lot from Charly’s first message.
      6. In a bit of war with my heart and head – so I keep trying to focus in my heart and communicate with those around me (mainly trees and Elsa this week) but I’m not sure whether I’m managing or not.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, Twin hearts meditation, especially with self healing.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I’ve been trying to convey messages to one of the three horses we feed….I think she understood, though I didn’t get any clear messages.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I got a few points correct in my communication with Charly, the FAT.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
      Nothing new.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
      Yes, posted and got feedback.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Yes, some exercises connected to working with Nature.

1    Did you meditate this week

Weather very changeable, so when a lovely bright sunny, almost windless day came along, I sat outside early evening. Took a while to relax.  I consciously made the effort to observe my surroundings, the insects, the distant sound of a train and some of the many plants in the patio garden. This led to physically checking the plants, collecting seeds, deadheading and so on. I’d spent almost 2 hours pottering around and felt relaxed.

Few days later, torrential rain. Once cleared, I stood outside with a hot drink to observe the battered plants. Somehow, I could taste and smell the difference in the atmosphere of the rainy day ( spent about 30 mins outside) and compare the two totally different days

2    What is the name of the animal with which you communicated this week

Greeted each animal that I came across. The flying insects/animals that landed on my hand or helped them back outside, I also viewed them close up and amazed at their design and colours
3    Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.Celebrating, I think, I am beginning to relax and accept, I have some ability in animal Communications. Celebrate feedback from Nicole re lovely sweet Charly

4    What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week

      None

5   Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)

      Had already done so

6  Did you play one of the Intuition Games.

Only intuition this week to resolve internet access problems. Used skills to determine the problem. Resolved the issue by checking laptop, phone, Ipad, internet server, inter switching plugs, wires, connectors and router.  Redone checks using an old router that worked fine.  Problem fixed as the newer router was the cause of the internet failure problem. Await a replacement router.

Suppose this lesson for me, was to dig deeper to find the reason the internet wasn’t working. Which I did by trial and error. Therefore apply same logic to communicating with animals……

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes I did, nearly every day, sometimes twice a day: Twin Hearts Meditation, Chakra Balancing Tones, a few different guided meditations.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I tried to connect to a cat named Rumba, that I connected to before. I feel disappointed because I did not get anything. I think he was happy to connect, then he was eating maybe. I asked if he wanted to talk about something but did not get anything so I started talking a little bit from my side about my cat Bootsy to him. I suddenly got so sleepy and could not keep my attention so I thanked him and ended it.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      Nothing in particular this week.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

I wonder, for example, if I connect with an animal and my cat is sitting next to me, can we get into a talk with the 3 of us?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I tried to connect briefly. I felt curiosity, an openness, so much overflowing love. I ask him how he feels physically (even though I know he is in spirit) and I see him shaking out his whole body, just like dogs do when they come out of the water. I ask him how he feels emotionally, I feel again like a well rising up from the heart, like an overfloating fountain.
Then I bug… not getting anything… Then: Do not give up, you are trying too hard. Relax your body, the tension in your body will keep you from communicating.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

I practice focusing quite a lot. I also exercise getting present. And I practice being more mindful and aware of what’s going on around me.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, by getting in my heart space and sending gold and pink energy.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity- I don’t remember everything. I believe she told me more reasons for not getting on the bed and that she gets under it to still help me with grounding.
      I talked with Hawkeye, too.
I talked with the cat at store I go to.
      I talked with a fly I believe.
I talked with a client cat in physical form and rabbit (in Spirit).
I believe a dog who passed on recently connected with me when I saw her picture.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Healing.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? None

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
      Not this week.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? No exercises. Lean in lean out. More with numbers.

      1. Meditate!

I meditated with almost any occasion, as I like to start with a prayer anyway. Prayer for gratitude lifts my energy and it is a great introducer for me. We had to deal with a big storm, something that was never reported in my area, reassembling with a tornado.

      2. Practice!
I practiced with my dogs, and all animals I know and I don’t know… I have sent healing energy over the houses and animals and people too. During the big strom I asked everybody to stay inside and so they did.
I have helped for one session a cat with kidney failure because of dehydration and a tom, with stomach cancer. I talked with Boss, the boy that should have been released from hospital, after more than a month. He refused the energy healing, but he devoured the grilled chicken I offered. 😀 Today has been a blessed day, as Boss, has been adopted and he will have a roof over the head, and food and a bit of luxurious leather couches to live his life from now on.

      3. Celebrate!

I celebrate true friendship! Thank you so much Nita for your great concern and true friendship!
BIIIIIG Thanks and warm hugs to all those that have lend a hand in Nita’s post: Prayers and blessings” please.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
      Nothing this week.

      5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
Not this week. I love you Charly!

        Hi Lucia,

Good to hear the updates, specially regarding Boss’s adoption….one less worry for you!

Don’t think I deserve thanks….rather, thanks to your post when we were facing difficulties, I was encouraged to reach out, and like you, celebrate the friendships and support.

Love and blessings to you and yours

Meditate – Participated in Advanced Animal Comm class meditations and worked on simple silent stillness.
Practice – Read Asia (dog) who is mirroring her guardian’s trip anxiety. Gave Emotion Code to Disney (dog) in hopes of improving upcoming bloodwork. Read Miko (cat) who has been lost since June 29. Located her with message to guardian who had posted asking for help. Located King (dog) near area where last seen. Communicated with guardian who posted asking for help.
Celebrate – Making some progress with by Remote Viewing dabbling. Found animal Chakra charts online that give more insight into their body structures.
Questions – Are these questions supposed to be rhetorical? No answers actually come.

Great question, Tricia. We are actually working on a new process to make the questions more included to find new ways for Val to have easier access to as the questions are most often beyond my scope. You may find answers arriving in Val’s email messages or on the calls. Please note that all students are welcome to offer their expertise to help out other students as well.
        Thanks for asking.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes, every day. Silent with mantra, 30 -60 min /day.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

I did 2 sessions remotely with a Maine Coon named Macho. He was very agitated and out of sorts. His parents asked if I could check in and see what was up with him. He was like an open book. I got so much from his picture. He was indeed angry and his feelings were hurt. His mom is pregnant with her 2nd child and there is also a toddler in the house. Parents work full time and have a nanny, so it is a busy home right now, and Macho was getting overlooked and ignored. Funny that his hurt feelings and anger were all towards his mom,, but he was feeling the resentment from others, because of his “recent behavior”. His chakras were all out of whack, so I balanced them, sent him healing and he wanted me to talk to his parents. I explain all of what I got, and they fully resonated with it. Totally changed their behavior toward Macho . Reassuring him and giving lots of love and attention. His behavior changed radically, and the next time I checked in, he was balanced and felt very content.

There is actually more, but this was the gist of it.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

It is so rewarding when the pet parents are willing to change their behavior and give the animal what they need.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

I discovered that using a pendulum to verify info I get from animals can be a highly useful tool.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      I did not this week.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

I took a “How to use a Pendulum” class this week. I am pretty good with a pendulum but I was under utilizing it. Really learned a lot and proved quite valuable. It is remarkably helpful for verifying intuition vs. made up stuff.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, 10-15 minutes guided meditations every day.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I tried to communicate with a doe that I met on a morning walk. I attempted to convey my love for her and that she could trust me. I calmly approached, and she didn’t run.

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Nothing in particular this week.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? No questions this week.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Not yet able to.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? The marble game

      1. Still practicing radiating love anytime I think of it.
      2. I tried to connect with a dog in front of me in an outside line to pick up something. I sensed it was a 3-year old girl, it was really a 5 month old boy. We didn’t “talk about” anything.
      3. I can’t come up with a single thing to celebrate. Every time I even think about communicating with animals I feel depressed and frustrated.
      4. What am I doing wrong? What should I be doing instead?
      5. No.
      6. No.

I only managed to meditate one night this week. Just trying to keep up with everything, and I have been getting to bed really late. I will have to try to improve on this. I miss my meditations.

      2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?

My kitties are getting more communicative with me, all in their own ways. It’s still the body language I understand, no messages are getting through, but I’m really loving our increased bonding!

      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

      Same as #2.

      4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?

      Nothing new.

      Not yet. No time.

      6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

No games, just listening for intuitive thoughts.
