Platinum Member1) I did a love healing meditation using ceremonial-grade cacao, which I found really helpful for opening and connecting with the heart chakra. I enjoyed the experience and intend to incorporate it more regularly into my routine. I also practiced a color healing meditation, along with breathing exercises and quieting my mind.
2) This week, I connected with a 21-year-old horse named Missy through one of my coaching groups. I was pleasantly surprised by how many accurate details I received, especially since I’m not very familiar with horses or certain equestrian terms, such as “hacking.” It was a behavioral case, as Missy hasn’t been ridden in four years, and her guardian wanted to understand how she feels about being ridden again and what might help her feel more comfortable. One of the main themes I picked up on, which the teacher also identified, was fear and Missy’s need to feel in control of her environment. I sensed that she wants to be the one leading, guiding, and making decisions. I also received a strong message about taking things in small increments when it comes to another girl riding her, which was something others in the group picked up on as well. When asked about hacking, I simply received a visual of Missy walking alongside her mom. Interestingly, others received something very similar, which was wonderful confirmation! Overall, it was a really encouraging experience, and I’m hoping to have more opportunities to connect with a greater variety of animal species in my practice!
3) I’m grateful for the successful connection I had with Missy this past week and the positive feedback I received. I’m also celebrating the opportunity to receive a free clairvoyant reading from a coworker’s son. The reading was incredibly accurate and provided some much-needed confirmation and reassurance.
4) My biggest realization this week is that you don’t need to be an expert or have extensive knowledge about a particular species to receive accurate, verifiable information. Even though I’m not very familiar with horses, I simply shared the impressions I received, and Missy’s guardian knew exactly what I was conveying. It was a great reminder that I don’t always need to understand or interpret every piece of information that comes through. My role is simply to share it as I receive it and allow the guardian to make the connections and piece together what it means.
5) No, I have not connected with Lena yet, I plan to do so soon!
6) One of the highlights of my intuitive development this week came from the clairvoyant reading I received. The reader picked up on several visual images, and when I intuitively tuned into their meaning and symbolism, my interpretations aligned almost exactly with what the reader was receiving. It was a wonderful confirmation of my own intuitive abilities!
I also had an intuitive feeling that something wasn’t quite right with my dog’s left ear. Initially, I thought she might have gotten too much water in it, but my gut kept telling me it could be a yeast infection. I eventually took her to the vet, and sure enough, she was diagnosed with a yeast infection! I’m glad I trusted my intuition and didn’t wait any longer to have her examined. Since then, I’ve also been incorporating pendulum work and energetic clearing focused on disconnecting from the spirit of yeast.

Platinum Member1. Meditation
What meditation(s) did you practice this week?
Heart wisdom love connection, I am, The great invocation, Mindfulness and metta blessing, forgiveness.2. Animal Communication
Describe one communication experience this week.
• Animal’s name & species
• What did you learn?
• What surprised you?
I connected with a horse (that we used to feed) after her transition. I thanked her for being in our lives for 6 years, did the Ho/oponopono as taught by Val. I was surprised when I had a sudden vision of her flying in the air, almost like Pegasus. Then I saw her sitting in a meadow with lush, green grass, munching contentedly. It was surprising because I don’t feel confident or proficient, but the connection and impressions came easily, unless it was my wishful thinking or imagination. I will continue to connect with her and try to deepen the connection.3. Celebration & Gratitude
What are you celebrating this week?
Share one thing you’re grateful for and one win, validation, or breakthrough.
I am grateful for Val’s encouragement and generosity in choosing me for an award, though I still feel it’s not really deserved!
I am also grateful for Ann getting very comforting and encouraging messages from Khush. She was led to connecting with him, and it is lovely to have another warm and supportive friend in the community.4. Discovery of the Week
What NEW awareness, question, insight, validation, surprise, experiment, or breakthrough did you experience this week?
I was pleasantly surprised at being able to connect with the horse after her transition, as I am seldom able to do so, especially with my own in spirit.5. Featured Animal Teacher or Practice Lab
Did you communicate with this month’s Featured Animal Teacher or another animal in the Practice Lab?
If not, what’s your plan for practicing this week?
No, I will do so during the call first.6. Intuition Development
What Intuition Development lesson or exercise did you practice this week?
What changed because you practiced?
I went back to the energy ball exercise from Val’s book. It’s similar to sensitizing the hands in pranic healing practices for scanning, and I haven’t done it in a very long time, since I started having health issues early this year. So it was a good way to resume, and I will set aside time every day to practice. -

Grateful for everything I’m acquiring while tuning in.
Breakthrough-that my eating so much chocolate feeling like it doesn’t matter because I don’t matter for the most part and and using chocolate as a way to deal with stress or frustration or boredom shows me that something beyond chocolate needs addressing. Confidence related probably which is a thing Hawkeye has been helping with since he came to me in the physical body his Soul is in now.4️⃣ Discovery of the Week

Platinum MemberRevised #6:
Feel your food. I tuned into what I am planning to eat in a bit and have looked into it from a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective- bkack beans room temperature, added sluced turkey breast pieces, a touch of ground orange cumin, pure sea salt from coast of Maine , rosemary, black sesame seeds, Thén grapefruit with same salt , rosemary, black sesame seeds. Thén two Venice Organics full Brain Boost Chocolate bars. While it’s mostly okay and balanced, I sense it’s not quite right for my body, but I will eat it regardless. I sense it’s slightly too much heat and sugar (though natural is still akso heat) for some meridians, not quite room temperature warm enough for spleen meridian, and potentially too much cold and acid for some meridians. However, it’s basically okay and will be balanced out later with dinner.
I tuned into the corners of my lips which tell me tons as well as my inside of my mouth and lower abdomen and my poops. Also physical energy and awareness mentally and focus and emotions telk me à lot akso.
Perspiration on lips tell me information also.
Fingernails tell me information as well. -

Energy rating on foods:
100 for everything except TWO FULL chocolate bars and full grapefruit
For one chocolate bar- 100 rating
For the second 90
Full grapefruit with both chocolate bars-70 byt 100 uf one chocolate barNothing happened on leaning in. My body doesn’t respond on that or it gives wrong answer if it does lean.
Decrease increase energy on food- I felt would increase energy mostly with slight decrease at a point and have lip impact and I was right.
Of course I blessed and have gratitude to the food and Higher Self. Always grateful for the food and Higher Sekf even if ego brain goes against intuition out of stress or the other stuff like stress in negative realm. Grateful still and blessed Higher Sekf and food. Bith are blessings and deserve expressions of gratitude.

Platinum Member1. MEDITATION
Heart Wisdom Love, the 6 Favourite Beginning meditations, Meditation on Mindfulness. I do them with Duke and my other dog, Chloe, and they seem to enjoy them and share the peace and love.2. ANIMAL COMMUNICATION
Obviously, I communicated a lot with Duke, though it can be harder when you’re so emotionally invested. He has pain, sometimes more, sometimes less, but he says he’s enjoying all the love we’re giving him, more than ever of course, and generally he’s comfortable enough, though he misses going for walks now he can only stagger outside and back in again. When he has an appetite, which is not every day, he’s enjoying the special food we’re giving him.3. GRATITUDE
Surprisingly, I find there is plenty to celebrate and feel gratitude for:– Duke’s life, the joy he has given us since we adopted him from the shelter last year, the happy time he has had here after settling in so well, all the animal friends he has made here – dogs, cats and horses, his beautiful expressive face, the fun we used to have on walks, his enjoyment of his job as a farm dog…
– Our wonderful vets
– Last but not least, this precious community in the School where all of us have experienced the same heartbreak and will no doubt continue to do so, time and time again, as we welcome animals into our lives. And for being a safe place where we can express our pain, knowing that we are understood. Thank you, Val, Jade and everyone here.

4. DISCOVERY OF THE WEEK
After playing with the Spirit Animal Guides exercises, and finding these guides so helpful, I thought I’d try to ask for a new one, a dog, to help me with Duke, the stuff I as a human don’t understand, to help and encourage and guide him, to be with him through all the process and to accompany him to the Other Side when the time comes. And he came to me! A golden retriever type, charismatic, friendly, playful and wise. He’s just called Dog. I’ve discovered that when I feel unsure, or sad, or I have to go out and leave Duke at home, he steps in, confident and cheerful, and reassures me that everything’s OK.I’ve discovered that with specific situations, a spirit guide of the same species can be very helpful, so I also asked for a horse guide to help me with my rescue mares, to understand them better and act as a go-between when necessary, teaching me how they feel and teaching them how I feel. She’s a Grey Mare, and though I’m only just getting to know her and starting to benefit from her wisdom, it’s already proving very beneficial.
5. FEATURED ANIMAL OR PRACTICE LAB
I communicated again with Khush-in-Spirit, and received lovely feedback, thank you Nita!6. INTUITION DEVELOPMENT
Exercise: Let’s Begin Developing Your Intuitive Abilities
Following the instructions, I’ve been practicing tuning into the energy around me and then shifting into LOVE energy, and feeling the change:
Feeling expanded, breathing more easily, relaxation, ‘everything’s OK’, goodwill towards everyone, forgiveness, the bad stuff doesn’t matter anymore, peacefulness, it’s easy to be kind to people (with animals it’s always easy 😉). And the people react in a good way, which is great!
