One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is practice including to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. When you post your answers 12 weeks in a row and, if you’re a Gold or Platinum member, you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (see rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste the same answers every week. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your sequence count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to participate, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Thursday through Wednesday to which you can post any day of the week, earlier is better so you don’t miss the deadline. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Thursday and Wednesday noon (12:00 PM Eastern). We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons which means the system’s deadline timestamp is Wednesday 5:00 pm GMT. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your private time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Be consistent! You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Answer these 6 questions in the REPLY box below. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development lessons
This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
We look forward to reading about your week.
Much love, Moderator Barb & Val

I meditate every day, sometimes multiple times a day.
This week I communicated with Louie, my Niece’s GoldenDoodle, following up on what we have been working on together (Kitchen Floor, Food Intake, Independent mobility within the home). I had communicated with Louie previously and I asked him to show me the layout of the kitchen floors so that I could see where there were rugs and where there was bare flooring. He showed me the entire strip of wood floor from the front door (which is an issue but he navigates independently but is not confident about it). From there, the floor in the kitchen there wasn’t any rugs on the left side of the kitchen Island. This is different than when I was visiting in Christmas so of course, I doubted myself and asked my Niece to send me pictures of the floors. It was just as Louie described!
I also connected with a Cane Corso, who is quite a celebrity in one of my FB groups. He has been very ill lately and has had trouble moving about. It is a very serious situation and his owner is beside himself with worry. The Dad is also going through quite a bit of physical issues himself. I suspected he may be taking on his owners pain which was backfiring and making things worse. I connected with him and explained to him that IF he was trying to help by carrying his Dad’s pain, it was only making matters worse because his Dad was distraught, wanting to do the same for him and on top of that he is worried that he may lose you and he isn’t ready for that. I told him that the best medicine for his Dad would be for him to shed his Dad’s pain and slowly become more active again. It would ease his Dad’s worries and also get them both up and walking again. He showed me his leash hanging on the wall and a draw where his balls and toys are kept. I told him I would know if this was successful because his Dad would post a video for sure. I thanked him for being such an awesome being and the light of his Dad’s eye. The next day his Dad posted a video of his sidekick barking, pawing and jumping with his tail wagging in delight through the fence at his next door neighbor, a black lab. I reconnected a day later to say that his Dad posted on FB so keep up the great work! His love is so powerful. I am eagerly awaiting future posts!
I want to celebrate my increased confidence that I am actually having two way conversations and I am not just having my ego take the wheel.
I still want to grow my conversation skills to a level where I can ask about abstract things or lifetime experiences, versus just getting specific answers to specific questions. I don’t really have a vision of how to do that.
This week I am going back to Beginners Intuition course. Lesson 2 is Become One with Animal which is something that would be a critical tool for me in my future practice but it is something I struggle with. Are there any other additional resources in the Mastery Vaults? I haven’t been able to find additional information.

1. Meditate!
Like usually I meditated every evening, and some mornings. I have felt somehow distracted a few times but there have been magical moments too. 😊
2. Practice!
I have practiced especially with my own fur friends this week, in the evening while staying in bed, the last minutes before sleep or sometimes short during the day. They get all the messages from me, and still, I am the one that has work to do. I am very much aware though that I never have that full hour of silence so that I can clean myself and afterwards to wait for their answers. I thank them for their patience and understanding and for being here with me at this time, and most of the time I get a kiss.
3. Celebrate!
I celebrate that the special lab bacterial culture from Likurichu’s thoracic liquid came negative, as expected. Meaning that there were no bad bacteria to cause the infection!
Doctors are baffled by what it was and how it went away. Thank you, VAL, once more! 🤗4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I had a rough Saturday yesterday, as again when I thought that everything is Ok and running smooth I have taken another punch in my back.
Yesterday morning when I got out of the building, I saw that the man that had created more than 10 years ago the little garden where the cats house is, was tearing everything apart…
Elizabeth, the mother of Likurichu and Emerald, has given birth to 3 babies on Easter Sunday. So, I thought that they would stay in peace and grow up and will see how it will turn up in the end for them, but in an instant my world tore apart.
The man said he needs the fence and the poles in a different place….
At first, I was in shock, then I was in despair, than I cried feeling helpless… and in the late afternoon, I thought I should apply everything I learned.
I have started with a prayer, and then I have sent all the love energy I am capable to the cats and babies for them not to be scared, and to that man not to herm them in some way.
Then I have requested to all my Master Teachers, Guides and Angels to send me the right people and right thoughts and feelings… and when evening came…. MANIFESTATION HAPPENED! And sooooooo fast!
We asked for permission from another neighbor to let us put the cats house and he agreed, and another neighbor appeared and said he will help us create a fence around, as baby cats are especially vulnerable.
Right now the fence is created and I can only give thanks to all my Master teachers for everything I have been taught!
I will continue to give thanks and appreciation to ALL there is, and for the MANIFESTATION OF THE HIGHEST GOOD!5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
I had a rough week, with lots of events… I am also preparing a week away and with many events in my life it wasn’t possible for me to appropriately connect with Little Ricky.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
I wish I had time just to play, but instead I must use my all my intuitive senses and signs every day. Mr. Ming, one of the old street boys, appeared with matted fur, eyes straining, eating but with low energy. Last week was snowing, and now there are 20 degrees (Celsius), so my intuition told me that he may have a nasty cold. Immediately I felt how he felt, so we have given him an antibiotic course, and now he’s happily singing again. 😄

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
This has been a debilitating week for me with seasonal allergies and viral flu, so no proper meditations, some self healing and visualizations.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Tried communicating with one of the rescues Sunny, whose mother Rani passed a month ago, as he suddenly seems pensive and low energy. I got the feeling that he’s a bit uncertain and confused, so have been trying to reassure him. But again due to low energy myself, couldn’t do it regularly.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing really.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
A lot of questions and doubts, which I need to sort out and think about clearly, perhaps when I feel a bit stronger. No discoveries.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, but not too satisfied, and would like to give it one last try before posting.6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Didn’t practice consciously, but was glad to see that a couple of events that I felt would happen actually did. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, mantra meditation, meditation that I did with the recording from a private one with Val, meditation on Friday and Saturday with Val privately as well, getting in my heart space to ask things, and also when I took walks. I perhaps was also in my heart space simply talking with Souls in animal bodies (my own and others) and when talking to a Soul who was an animal but is not in a body at the moment.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye. Serenity told me things regarding mirroring me and that my concern regarding something I noticed and was concerned it was health related isn’t what I was afraid of and is nothing to be concerned about.
I also talked with bees, gnats, birds, a squirrel, my friend in the building, a dog in Spirit (client), and four other animals, one in Spirit, (all for clients).3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Becoming more connected to my Soul and Higher Self and Source and realizing it.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Not this week.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I did learn in lean out many times. I have also become more connected to my Soul, Higher Self, and Source and become more aware when I am that I am. I have also gotten the communication through numbers that I get regularly.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
About 15 min. every day; Twin Hearts Meditation, Heart opening meditation, Chakra Balancing Tones, different guided meditations.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
With a cat named Ermin from a picture. I was not able to really get into a discussion. So I kept focusing on it’s essence and just what I was feeling. I felt him as being gentle, soft, calm, cuddly, patient, observing, sensitive, playful, nurturing, graceful. An angelic presence. And very healing. I was looking at his picture for a long while and just felt so much love all the time, so enveloping and with much intensity. I could definitely feel my heart opening so I think he is a Healer.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
This subject is never tiring or boring. I do not practice every day because it doesn’t come easy to me yet. But I am excited to keep going and practice more.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
When we start the connection Val tells us ‘feel your love for the animal’ to get into our heart space. But when really focusing on that love feeling, aren’t we putting out a strong emotion to the animal? Maybe I should interpret it as ‘being in an accepting loving open state’ a state opposed to being in the head but being ‘like a clean slate’.
I am more aware of my own feelings and thoughts and I find it hard to empty myself of those to be able to listen and feel another being completely.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No I have not I’m afraid. When his picture comes by I immediately remember this laughing funny voice though that I got when I connected with him the first time.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I try to be more aware of my own feelings in general. In the past I would often not connect with myself. Seeing everything as energy, people, places, circumstances, even how I feel about a certain garment for example. Listen to my inner guidance. I am still not sure of how I receive information best.

1. Did you meditate this week
Managed appx 5 – 10 min here and there plus sat in a quiet place in the local park, drank a coffee and listened and observed the surroundings. We have many parakeets in park. Total appx an 90 min
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week.
Gracie, an American bulldog who has an ear infection. She was seated with guardian and with a few people milling around them so Gracie was a bit unsettled. I sat down by her. I connected with her. She didn’t respond verbally but physically edged towards me whereby I used calming strokes above her nose and back of head followed slightly longer strokes whereby she relaxed into me. Finally resting my hand on her upper back. All the time I comforted her and ensured her collar did not reach her infected ear. I was rewarded with a few licks to my face – such joy. She’s a lovely older dog
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals
Celebrate that I hope, helped Gracie and that her guardian noticed her relaxation and trusting me with her lead so Gracie and I could sit quietly for a time
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals
None at the moment
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)
Yes. Will post in forum. Little Ricky advising me about me not giving up Animal Communication which I have been thinking about for some time
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises
Not much this week. Let my intuition guide me to walk a different route to one of the many parks nearby and find a quiet spot

1.Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes – I’ve been doing a lot because I’m sleep is becoming very problematic and I’m hoping it will help with that.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I’ve been working on trying to hear what’s going on more quickly and easily. I was in a field by an oak tree, and tried to switch modes to hear. Usually it doesn’t work, but this time it did. I heard a greeting in a deep voice. The same with two pigeons: one said hello back; another looked at me in surprise. I definitely got a reaction from a goose but I’m not sure what it was. Also: I was doing a chanting meditation because I was quite anxious and that’s one that’s easier to do when I’m anxious. I was anxious about going away because of family commitments and leaving Elsa in the summer – but it’s really unavoidable, so I was very unhappy and worried. I kept chanting trying to be positive and come from my heart and I heard her say: Don’t worry. I’m strong. I will manage.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate Terrianne who connected with Elsa and was so accurate. It gave me great joy.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
My question/discovery is around the shift I managed to make while out and about – how to make it more easily, can I do it even with other people around? I think my real question is why do I not hear things consistently?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet, but will try again. Little Ricky is really sweet and has great mischief and life energy.
6. I did a develop your intuition guided meditation. I enjoyed it but because I did it form my phone, I got a headache! I should have known better but I couldn’t resist. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Every day for 30-60 min. Discovered those White Room meditation as a way to clearing the mind and waiting for intuitive info to come through from angels, guides or higher self. Practicing it every day to perfect it.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
16 yo Buff-colored kitty, Leo. He is a love and was ill. His mom is my good friend, Meredith. She is aware of my journey and might have thought I was a little off the deep end, but she doesn’t now. She asked for prayers for him, and I asked if I could try to do better than that. She was texting me as I worked on him, and saw results while. Was working with him. It was miraculous.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I produced tangible results for my my friend’s cat, Leo!
16 yo cat who was not eating , drinking or using the litter box. Leo was at his “Summer home” in NC so I did the sessions remotely. Results were remarkable.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Actually discovered the power of the pendulum. When I was not getting much info from Leo, I needed some guidance where to direct the energy, so I r/o some things with yes or no questions and decided his head was hurting.so I started there.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Regretfully I did not. I am traveling now and was just caught up with Leo for 5 days.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I have started a designated “Intuition course”, full on for next few months. I already have learned so much

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Not much. group meds. I am dealing with two health issues which are making it difficult. Damage to my eye from the shingles in my cornea last Jan is painful and interferes with vision. It is being treated medically. Also a chronic urinary tract issues is being treated with samples of a new drug that seems to help. This makes it difficult to focus
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I attempted to connect with Little Ricky cat. It was not a good connection. I asked him if he did healing and got the impression that he would try but it was not his thing. I really did not get a good connection going.
I also communicated with my cat Princess in spirit. After being in my life 3 times as a cat, s/he is not in a different world, She tried to explain it to me. She is not physical like on earth and difficult for the human brain to understand it. I asked her for healing which she is good at.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. The fact that I can always connect with Princess
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? How can I make it easier to communicate when I do not feel well.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, see above.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I began the intuition lessons o this site and will continue when it is easier to read the screen.

Still love playing the card game. -

1. Not much. Focusing on self-love, and blowing off my inner critic.
2. I saw a vulture on a fairly busy road, wings looking somewhat disheveled. He could run (to get away from a car) but it didn’t look like he could fly, and kept going back in the street. I tried to connect with him to steer him off of the road and send him some healing energy. Two hours later he was not in sight. Tried a few other animals too in different situations.
3. I celebrate a wonderful, supportive email from our dearest Moderator. 🙂
4. No new questions.
5. No FAT yet. Still working on animals nearby.
6. Paying attention to intuition in everyday life, confirming with muscle testing. -
