One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is practice including to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. When you post your answers 12 weeks in a row and, if you’re a Gold or Platinum member, you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (see rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste the same answers every week. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your sequence count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to participate, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Thursday through Wednesday to which you can post any day of the week, earlier is better so you don’t miss the deadline. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Thursday and Wednesday noon (12:00 PM Eastern). We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons which means the system’s deadline timestamp is Wednesday 5:00 pm GMT. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your private time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Be consistent! You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Answer these 6 questions in the REPLY box below. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development lessons
This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
We look forward to reading about your week.
Much love, Moderator Barb & Val

I continue to meditate but this week I didn’t do many long meditations. I worked on connecting with God and sharing love energy with animals I was intending on communicating with. I am connecting much quicker than ever before and I am confident that I’m getting true connections.
Today I received feedback from Rosemary M regarding her dog Elsa. I was beyond happy to hear that I did in fact get most information correctly. That validation was very timely. I am encouraged to keep on communicating with at least one animal everyday to strengthen my skills. YAY!
I should have quit while I was ahead but Rosemary mentioned that Elsa can be a bit much when doing her job as a greeter at the door. I connected with her for a second time and talked about what it would take to get from a great greeter to a phenomenal greeter (a level that very few achieve). She was considering what I was telling her but she wasn’t 100% in because it seemed like the changes benefited the guests more than her. 🤷♀️
I was also able to connect with a pair of birds who yearly make a nest under the waterfall in our pool. He assured me that there was enough room to get in and out even if the waterfall is on. That the waterfall acts as a protective shield and the walls help keep them warm by shielding them from the wind. I told him we are always worried that the babies are going to fall into the water when they try to take their first flight. He assured me that they don’t let them leave the nest until they are very ready. If one does fall, that would be sad but it’s how nature works.
I want to celebrate my continued progress and growing confidence. While I’m not sure how to describe how I am able to connect with animals remotely, I know it’s real. Tickets are on sale now. Either you’re in or you’re out.
I’m still trying to get better at One With Animal. I’m not very good at it and I know it will be a tool I use often once I am proficient. I have yet to find any other material on the matter, other than in the Beginners Course lesson 2.
I have been communicating with PAT’s. I am trying to communicate with at least one animal a day to improve my skills.
I am trying to increase my “Be One with Animal” proficiency. I think I need to have it explained a little differently than in Beginners course Lesson 2. There is something that I am not getting which is holding me back. Not sure exactly which part of the process I’m not connecting with.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, but not the usual long ones, as unfortunately my health issues are persisting and it’s tiring to focus for long. So I’ve been doing self healing visualisations like purification by living waterfalls and white light meditation, as well as some chanting.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Just my own rescues, focusing on Sunny, whom I wrote about last week.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I gain valuable insights from the posts on the forum and specially the FB page.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I need to develop skills to have longer and more detailed conversations.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, and waiting for feedback to see how I managed during a low energy period.6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I have been too tired this week to do anything specific, so just trying to guess who might be calling or visiting! -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, when on my walk. Also, mantra meditation. Also while on the bed with my kitties. As Val has taught us, meditation is a flow state and the activity doesn’t matter. I believe when the Third Eye area is activated is a signification of a flow state and lately I have been noticing this a lot more.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Serenity and Hawkeye – apologizing and talking about things and asking them things.
Also, a client cat. Squirrel too. Birds too. I think maybe other animals too.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Learning about when stuff is too much for me and what isn’t important.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I have not this week.6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
More lean in lean out. More with numbers. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
About 15 min. every day; Chakra Balancing Tones, Twin Hearts, different guided meditations (by Sonia Choquette, Teal Swan, Rosalie Yoga).
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I connected with my passed cat Chuco. He told me he is still with me. He feels light and peaceful. He told me to be kind to myself and to trust myself more. I still feel some guilt for not being there enough for him in his last year, I told him I know better now. But he told me to let it go, that there is no reason to feel guilt. He knew how much I loved him, he taught me to feel unconditional love. I was crying. He told me I can always talk to him, that even if he reincarnates there will always be a part of him that stays with me.
I talk more to my cat Bootsy. I must admit I did not try to explain her anything before taking her to the vet today to get vaccinated – I do not feel skilled enough yet and I am scared I will never be able to get her into the basket if she even has a tiny clue!!!) and unfortunately that was drama and panic and lots of stress as usual. I explained to her after that it was for her good, a protection for her, and I envisioned like a protective aura around her. She did come around after initially still being upset with me where she came towards me.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
My connection with my cat Bootsy feels stronger.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
When trying to connect to Blackie, I found it difficult to concentrate because I was feeling a bit tense myself.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I tried to connect to Blackie. I got that she (?) is observant, can be impatient when excited, likes attention and caresses from people. Likes other animals too. Gentle, investigates, likes to play, a caregiver.
For Nita she has a lot of love, admiration, respect and gratitude. She feels accepted and understood. That was not always the case in her past. Her role is to be a righteous brave leader.
I will post this in the discussion soon.6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I did a few guided meditations where you let your senses free to imagine. I loved the advice of Susan Chernak McElroy (after listening to the Monthly Training Series) where you sit still in nature for a while and then look at the first thing you see and start writing about it. I tried it – I saw a bamboo plant – and I could write so many things down – to help me see where I am at.

1 Did you meditate this week
Several sessions of apx 5- 10 mins each of mindfulness/breathing session to stay clear and clam mind as very busy stressful week
2 What is the name of the animal with which you communicated this week
Had a conversation with neighbours tuxedo cat – Princess, late last evening, asking her for support and her help with tabby Princess. Briefly told her of the situation (and would talk to her again when had more news. She spends lot of time in my home) with my neighbour who tuxedo Princess often visited. Was asked by my a neighbours granddaughter, who is the guardian of tabby Princess, who is an outdoor cat, if I would look after Princess. I agreed. The granddaughter explained her grandmother had passed away (knew she was ill and had been in hospital) The grandmother was a neighbour who lived with her daughter. The granddaughter later explained her grandmother had passed away while she and her two daughters were in St Lucia (we are in the UK) and she will be flying out to be with them.. I assumed I would have a few days to sort the situation e.g food, contact details, how long will granddaughter be away/will return. However this morning the grandson (who lives near me and his aunt/grandmother, delivered a bag of cat food and informed me that his sister – the granddaughter, presently staying at her grandmother and aunts house has already left and will be away a week.
I could see and sense something wrong with tabby Princess. I asked the grandson numerous questions, e.g is there an outside bed, or bit of their clothing etc in the garden as I will not be looking after the cat in thier home so unless he comes into my property will spend a week outside plus wanted to exchange my and their contact details but all negative answers Asked the grandson to visit their property as he passes the guardians home on way/back from school and if possible let tabby inside. Asked the grandson for permission to connect with tabby Princess – expect he thought I was *******
Am not happy with the way or manner their cat has been left and feel so sorry for him. I will connect with tabby Princess to let him know the situation and hopefully he’ll be ok. Thankfully the weather is little warmer at the moment
A similar situation arose over the Christmas periods. Would be for one to two days and one evening as they gave me enough food for this time period but was 2 evenings. The daughter didn’t inform they had arrived back home till she saw me feeding him on the third day and had not contacted me to check all was ok as agreed. I had communicated with him without the guardian permission
3 Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing so far this week
4 What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Why do guardian act/behave in this manner. See above
5 Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet
6 This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals
Too busy this week to concentrate

1. I have not been able to meditate. I’ve just been trying to get out of a deep, unhappy hole. Finally yesterday energy is shifting for the better again.
2. I connected with Shelby the bald eagle at my zoo. No communication received. Tried to connect with neighborhood cat that came looking in our door, couldn’t – he/she ran away too soon.
3. I am thankful for time with my professional animal Communicator (last session before retirement). She had a brief conversation with our kitties about waking Bob up at night, reminded them of everything we discussed before. Spring Fever was the problem, all ok now.
4. I don’t remember any at this moment. I appreciate recent email blasts, and intend to work through them systematically: I just gotta make that happen.
5. Nope, still no point to trying. If I can’t ‘hear’ anything from animals close to
Me there’s no point into trying with an animal far away that I’ve never met. I sure hope that changes soon.
6. Practicing intuition in real life, with muscle testing. -

I want to express my gratitude that the animals always seem willing to help us.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
How to stay more in my heart when work gets busy?

6.This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I guess the closest I got to intuition this week was being very aware that I wasn’t using it! AAARGH!
