To help you stay on track growing your communication abilities, each week answer these 6 questions. As an ethical bribe incentive, when you post your answers for 12 weeks in a row, Gold and Platinum members earn a free Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session with Val (regularly $125).

The 6 questions you are tasked with answering each week address multiple and interconnected areas and are clarified below. Please post your answers with specifics for each question.

The goal is to guide you to become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, learned from, healed, and cleared.

You don’t have to be perfect, just do your best completing each assignment every week. Practice with animals and receive proper feedback about what you got (example: talk with Featured Animal Teacher) is the best way to know if you’re doing it correctly, if you’re making mistakes along the way, and help you discover what adjustments could help you improve.

Rather than copy and paste the same answers every week, the answers must be unique each and every week. If we feel you are not putting real effort into this or trying to hack the system, then you will be asked to try again. If you still don’t improve your efforts, then your weekly posting sequence count will start over.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN REWARDS:

      1) Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion posted for the current week period.

Post your answers anytime from Thursday through Wednesday. If you miss the weekly deadline to post, you will have to start over with your weekly sequence count.

      2) When you’ve successfully completed 12 consecutive weeks of posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.”

Your Congratulations email includes instructions on how to schedule your reward Laser Coaching session with Val. You can use your session for communication coaching, intuition development, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

Refer to your Welcome Module in your student member dashboard for more detailed instructions about the Accountability exercises and office policies.

      6 QUESTIONS

Answer these 6 assigned task questions in the REPLY box below. Be sure to click the SUBMIT button at the bottom. If you did not do a task, you get 1 free pass during the 12 week period. After that if you’re still not making the effort to complete the required assignments, then your 12 week counter will start over.

      1. Meditating is important to your progress because it makes it easier to connect and communicate with animals, releasing mind chatter, improving your ability to be fully present. There are thousands of different kinds of meditations, taking anywhere from just a few minutes to an hour or more. There are no good excuses to not making the time to meditate during the week. You have a Meditation Module in your membership with many of our favorites especially designed for our students.

      Which meditations did you do?

      2. Practice communicating with at least one animal each week to strengthen and grow your communication skills, and so you can get validation and confirmation. It is often easier to communicate with animals that are not your own. Visit our Animal Teachers page or our Featured Animal Teacher and share what you get so their person can give you the proper feedback to grow your skills, or correct and learn from mistakes in our safe community.

What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?

      3. Celebrating connections, life, feeling love, appreciation and practicing gratitude is important. There is always something to appreciate and for which to be grateful.

What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.

      5. Communicating with our Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) of the month is a great opportunity to grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?

      6. Which Intuition Development Lessons and Exercises did you do this week? You have many to choose from (in your student dashboard under the Welcome Module). These are not games, they are exercises I designed especially for you. Do not use an intuition game app. If you didn’t do one of our exercises, reconsider what you did do and instead of answering “no” or “none this week” (which will disqualify you from earning your reward), reframe what you DID do and which senses you noticed or focused on instead.

Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?

We look forward to reading about your week. You are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts offering encouragement, loving support, and celebrating successes. After all, we are here to learn from and inspire each other too!Need help or have a question? Click Reply below, OR look under HELP in the top menu, OR email [email protected]

TIP: We recommend you type your answers elsewhere first, such as in a document in Word, Google docs, or Pages, and then copy and paste them into the Reply field below. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over rewriting your accountability post.

NOTE: All students are invited to participate, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.

      1. Meditations?
Being in a quiet room, clearing thoughts, and just be for several minutes each day. Heart wisdom love meditation – several quick versions throughout the day to help keep me in that love space and a longer version when necessary. I do the nature meditation by focusing on nature when I am outside, and I find all busy thoughts leave very quickly. I also actively meditate when I am being creative, like when I craft or crochet. Those busy thoughts vanish when I am being creative.

      2. Communicate with at least one animal?
My resident female backyard squirrel. I give her all sorts of healthy goodies to eat (strawberries, snap peas, tomatoes, etc.) and she is showing me how much she appreciates it. She is not ready to take anything from my hand but will stay within a few inches of my hand and watches intently while I put her treats in the feeder. She and I just look at each other for a long bit and I just feel her appreciation and gratitude. Love my squirrels. 🥰 Also always talking to my pups and a few insects I came across. I, for the first time, caught a baby cricket with my bare hands (I used to be afraid of doing that for some unknown reason LOL!) and rescued it so it wouldn’t die inside. I asked it to jump on my hand so I could close my hand around it and get it outside and it did just that. I didn’t say the words out loud because people were around, and I didn’t feel like dealing with snickers, so I spoke to the cricket energetically and it still heard me. I also reached out to sweet Scarlett (Sue’s cat) and posted about that on her ATH page, and I got a surprise visit from Rolo (Mel’s pup) during our masterclass call and posted about that on the call page. Another busy AC week. Woo hoo! ❤️

      3. Grateful for?
I am grateful for the growth and improvements I am having in speaking AC energetically without spoken words. The more I practice doing that, the easier and clearer it becomes. I am so grateful at how animals recognize my energy now, so much so that they come to me with such enthusiasm and they all act like we are long lost friends. Just going to the pet store is proving that lately. Pet parents are surprised at how their “normally shy dog” just burst with joy and running up to me like they knew me. Warms the heart! And it is becoming a good indicator for me because if I don’t get that reaction, I will know to check myself and my energy and make sure I don’t have anything negative attached to me. 😆

      4. Questions/discoveries?
I am excited to learn how to locate where an animal hurts or how to discern what is troubling them so I can help them. I set that intention on the masterclass call on Saturday and got my answer. Val showed us how to do just that when she worked with Sunny. And Val mentioned there is a masterclass on it so I will go find that and listen to that next. Got another intention answered right way. 😄 I also discovered sometimes it is not me choosing which animal to talk to but rather sometimes it is the animals who choose us. That happened with Rolo and Scarlett this week. 🥰

      5. FAT communication?
I had such a busy week AC’ing with so many animals that I ran out of time this week to reach out to Ashton again. I want to talk to him again so it will happen soon.

      6. Intuition Lessons/Exercises?
I am starting to practice how to determine where an animal is hurting and how I can help them. Scarlett was so wonderful to help me take my AC to the next level back when she was the FAT so I asked if she could help me with my first AC regarding this subject. I know it will take practice, but I am eager to learn this next step because I want to help animals however I can! I am also trying to be more aware of pains/aches/etc. in my own body and its location so maybe it will enhance my ability to find it in an animal.

      1. Which meditations did you do

      Access my souls divine blueprint

Listened to calming music to to clear mind and relax body

When possible, even for a few mins while traveling or waiting for a friend/appointment will attempt to quieten my mind – very often I need this

      2. What is the name (or species type of the being you practiced communicating with

Noticed squabbling baby and adult seagulls drinking from a small outlet from under the walkway and onto a beach. Whilst watching their antics, informed them, thru mind thoughts and visually, there was plenty of fresh clean water constantly flowing,. Why are you squabbling, making so much noise and pulling at another’s wing to get the seagull out of their way – generally their behaviour towards each other. After a while I noticed the seagulls were quiet, respecting each other and often looking up at me. The group grew from 4 or 5 to 15 sitting and hanging around the watering hole.

      3. What are you grateful for this week

That the seagulls and I communicated. Had resulted harmony within the group, which I hope continues. Grateful or intuition that I deviated from my walking route to walk along the unplanned section of the walkway/boardwalk. Grateful I took the day trip to the beach

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher

      No

      6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week

      Magic Ball Intuitive Technique

      1. Which meditation(s) did you do? Post at least one.
Twin hearts meditation, The Great invocation, Guru Meditation on our founder’s day on the 15th and Val’s Love heart meditation.

      2. What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?
I had an extraordinary encounter with a dog during my usual walk the other day. Feeling rather sad, I was walking, head down, wondering if Tikli had reincarnated, and why I never receive any messages from her. Suddenly I looked up…to see a smaller version of her, standing by the side of the narrow path, gazing intently at me, just the way Tikli did. We stood and looked at each other for what seemed ages….then I sent her the love ball, and asked if Tikli had sent her, if there was a message. Again I don’t know if it was truly intuition or my wishful thinking, but I got a “yes” and that she was still around. After a while, she/he? Started running ahead while I walked along, and every now and then, stop to see if I was following. When we reached the end of the path and I turned back, Tikli’s “clone” walked beside me calmly (earlier had seemed afraid) and when we were almost near home, it suddenly ran off like the wind (much like Tikli) and disappeared somewhere….I’d never seen this dog here, so I am left wondering if it was real.

      3. What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
Grateful beyond words for Val’s teachings and help, most recently with Sunny during the call. Very blessed too to be here….one year on the 19th in the club, and the most enriching one with fantastic lessons/resources, coaching sessions, and supportive friends including Jade who has been so generous with her time and help.

      4. What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
How do I know what I’m receiving from an animal is authentic and not just my imagination/wishful thinking of what I wish to hear!

5 Did you communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not?
Yes, and will post in the forum.

6 Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?
I tried the magic 8 Ball intuitive technique again, though I’m a bit unsure of what I’m getting.

      1. Which meditations did you do?
-The heart meditation – doing this daily for varied lengths – both as a passive and active meditations. I’m also trying to drop into my heart centre more throughout the day to allow myself to be more receptive to my intuition. Mindfulness – releasing thoughts meditation and ambience meditation. I am finding that for longer meditations I am going quite deep and not always following every word, so I need to focus a little more on staying present maybe.

      2.Which animal(s) did I communicate with?
What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?
I connected with Patty’s Shiloh as requested on Facebook to speak to him about his friend Willow passing over. The conversation seemed to flow, I met him where he was at – from his state of worry and concern to talking about his friend before explaining about her going to Rainbow Bridge. I’m happy with the way the conversation and the explanation flowed. The communication came through a mixture of feelings, words and images.
Whilst communicating with Shiloh, I saw an image of a hind leg after discussing pain. After reading what happened I assumed I had got that part wrong, however, after sharing details about a second communication with Shiloh, in which I saw a row of race horses, I learned from Patty that he had once been a race horse, but had retired due to a leg injury. This explained two images I had been shown clairvoyantly. I’m wondering if I was shown the leg injury in the first communication so Shiloh could express his understanding of pain.
I learned from these sessions not to assume and to question more about what I was being shown.

      3. What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
I feel like the blocks I’ve had with animal communication have shifted and I’m starting to build my confidence up again to keep practicing and to share what I get.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
That some of the information that animals reveal to you may not be connected in the way that you think. Always best to check and not assume.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
No, I wanted to connect with other animals this week.

      6. Which Intuition Development Lessons and Exercises did you do this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?
I tried picking up on the colours from a selection this week, but wasn’t very good at it. I’ll try to practice this some more.

1.Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. Regular morning chanting. Some silent meditation – not as much as I would like – got distracted. Short meditations before communicating. Meditating with Val on the weekend class.
      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I practised with Elsa – twice formally. I stopped trying to just quick link and did a proper formal setting of intention, meditation and then connecting and it worked brilliantly. She behaved completely differently around visitors, doing exactly as I had asked both times. Once I asked her to show me she understood what was happening, and she walked forward confidently to where we were going. When this happens it increased my confidence but also bring me and Elsa closer. Also recognising small ways in which I underestimate her.
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
      My close relationship with Elsa.
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I’m getting better at sensing and identifying the quality of my energy that connects with others. It seems lower to the ground, comes from lower down in my body.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I got feedback from Erika from last week. It was helpful because it was very clear on what was wrong and what was right. What I can’t work out is how the wrong/right felt different at the time because it was a while ago. Will try again.
      6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’ve been practising dropping into my “lower” (probably higher in reality) energy as I move around my daily life. My aim is to be there all the time and not get pulled up into my head.

      1. I’ve done the Stress Busting meditation several times, the Heart Wisdom Love Meditation, and a chakra balancing meditation I found on YouTube. I haven’t had time this week to do any others.

      2. I communicated with my horses this week because we had to make a change in their feed due to a supplier issue. This can be really serious in horses and can cause colic, so I was concerned that the horses understand that the feed was different but still good for them. It went pretty well! They told me they understood and were excited about the new food, as long as I could guarantee it tasted as good as the old one. I wasn’t sure about that, but I promised that if they didn’t like the food, they could get their old food back as soon as I could get it from the feed store. It turns out they like the food, so that’s good!

      3. I’m grateful for the opportunity to learn more about animal communication, even when my schedule makes it tough. I missed the masterclass live call because I was so tired I actually slept through it! I’m thankful for the technology that makes recordings available to us.

      4. One discovery I made was that despite my extreme tiredness in the first two weeks of the semester, I can still practice animal communication. This was a revelation to me, since I’d sort of boxed myself into only communicating with animals when all the conditions were right. But are conditions ever really fully right? I’m learning to go with the flow, regardless of the situation.

      5. I haven’t spoken with Ashton this week. I hope to this next week, when first classes are over and things settle down a bit.

      6. I’m struggling with time right now, but I took the opportunity to check my intuition on the colors exercise. I felt pretty distracted, so I was shocked that my intuition was spot on most of the time! It just goes to show that I was trying too hard before.

      1. Meditations: Mindfulness, Breathing, Guided

      2. Who Did I Talk With: A bit with Shasta (cat) and Lexi (cat) trying to feel what they are feeling and project love and safety. Didn’t do much this week due to back injury. It doesn’t feel right to try to communicate while on pain meds – even if I get through – I feel like my thoughts and feelings would be confusing.

      3. Gratitude: Max (cat) is back into the habit of visiting us every night while we read in bed, and sometimes in the night. He got out of the habit when the girls arrived and until recently seemed very tense about where they are. Now he is only somewhat tense about them – but also, somewhat accepting. Progress!

      4. Discoveries/Questions: I have been wondering how much buddies Kola (dog) and Shasta (cat) communicate and what it’s like for them. I guess I’ll need to keep practicing so I can ask them.

      5. FAT: No – see #2 above.

      6. Intuition Exercises: Did some energetic brushing with Max and Shasta. Lexi is only starting to allow brushing of any sort. Have been working on sensing what the cats want when it’s not obvious, like begging for treats. Mostly it is figuring out which toy they want me to engage them with.

1.Stress busting, just sitting quieting my mind while out doors.
2.An annoying fly in our faces and on our heads etc. I told it the consequences if it didn’t let me put it out side. Usually, they hop on my hand and go out when I open the door. Not this one. Also talked to a cat in our back yard hunting chipmunks. I told it the chippy knows its there and won’t come.
      3. I am very grateful that my bad fall on Saturday didn’t result in any broken bones. Just sprains, cuts and scrapes.
4.The animals and birds are coming more often and I understand their messages by what they show me in their actions. I have a question but do not know how to phrase it.
5.I cannot remember if I did or not.
6.Closing my eyes and sitting quietly, letting my intuition guide me to answers of yes, no, bad for me, good for me, go there, no don’t go there. I had a very long talk with my ego and a conversation with the universe. The best time for this is dusk and dawn. I have questions.
