One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is practice including to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week (choose any day that works for your schedule), please answer these simple questions listed below. When you post your answers 12 weeks in a row and, if you’re a Gold or Platinum member, you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (see rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste the same answers every week. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your sequence count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to participate, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Thursday through Wednesday to which you can post any day of the week, earlier is better so you don’t miss the deadline. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Thursday and Wednesday noon (12:00 PM Eastern). We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute. Remember you can post any day of the week within the designated week.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons which means the system’s deadline timestamp shows as Wednesday 5:00 pm GMT. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your private time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Be consistent! You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Answer these 6 questions in the REPLY box below. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development lessons
This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
We look forward to reading about your week.
Much love, Moderator Barb & Val

1. I’m meditating on &off since I’m travelling with others & time is not always my own.
2. I’m trying to keep in touch with Elsa on a daily basis but sometimes I lose my confidence & feel like I can’t connect. Other times I feel very clear. I also had a moment when I very clear connected with what felt like the spirit of a place.
3. I’d like to celebrate the work I did with Val to make sure she is happy & clear on what is happening while I am away. It has made this trip easier both of us.
4. Question/challenge: how to persevere with getting into my heart when I’m needing to be very head alert.
5. I haven’t connected with the fat yet.
6. No I haven’t . This is a good reminder to get back into it. -

1. Yes I meditated almost daily 2 to 3 times a day trying to connect to animals, I meditate every morning to connect with Layla and almost every night to cleanse myself of negative energies and emotions. Also to ask for healing for Layla from the universe and her guardian angels.
2. None.
3. I bought a book to help me with my communication skills, lots of good things to try.
4. Why do the squirrels and birds get close to me, stare and then leave when I try to communicate?
5.No, too many things happening.
6.I looked up the classes on intuition and I will be trying some of them. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Meditation on twin hearts and Val’s meditation on a senior pet from the “Paws before dying” course.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
One of my rescues Tikli with whom there was an issue, so with Evelyne’s help, I have been talking to her to reach a compromise.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Once again I celebrate friendships made here, this week specifically Evelyne. I was having an issue with Tikli (mentioned above) and since Evelyne had communicated with her from the ATH page, I requested Evelyne to explain the situation to her. She did so immediately, and was able to resolve the problem. Thank you Evelyne!4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
More than a discovery, Tikli’s case was a reminder that if something is explained properly with reasons, the animal is likely to consider a change.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not a proper connection, just a casual one, so will post when I’ve done it properly.6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Some physical/grounding exercises which are supposed to help with intuition. -

1. Meditate!
I meditated every evening. Mornings, so and so, not all of them. I am working on changing my routine, and I do some exercises in the morning. Don’t know if it is exactly a meditative state.
2. Practice!
I practiced with Boss again one time, energy healing and communication, as he is a bit overwhelmed with the change. He has been renamed Leo by his new family. That’s quite an advance, from Boss to Leo! The family requested my help as Leo got under an armchair and would not come out until alone. We had to extract him manually, and use some Rescue Remedy, and immediately he started purring. See picture attached. I don’t have fresh news on him, but I am sure he will manage to be Ok.
I practiced with Aruna, a dog that belongs to a dear friend of mine, that today should have had surgery for removing mammalian tumors… but, when prepping Aruna for operation, they found that she has enlarged heart and the x-ray shows abnormal spots or pustules on lungs that may be metastasis. The operation would be high risk starting with the anesthesia… Aruna is a brown hunting German dog but she was always a companion for her family. She has never shown any sign of malaise or illness, not even today, when she was happy to receive some food and water while waiting for checking out from hospital forms to be done. She is happy, but to me she is hiding something… I haven’t read her fully in the tumultuous atmosphere and overwhelming news for my friend today, but Aruna might be doing something for someone, like it’s not her illness.
I also have practiced with all my Sweethearts from inside and out because the weather had a few more words to say.3. Celebrate!
I celebrate the Sense of Sight! Looking at the sky and noticing all the shades, looking at my rose garden with all the color palette, one day as I stood on a bench I have realized that being blessed with sight is…. Speechless.
I was thinking how would I describe the pink roses color from which I have many shades, to someone that has never seen pink….4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Nothing this week.5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
Motzu may be the dog that has prepared me to reach here. I call on him for support many times. And every time he answers…
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week I did! I played with my nephew a game in which one had to establish to think about something, and than to try to send to the other the image. A color, an animal, an object. Of course, it was more like a guessing game, and I have found out that I am better at receiving the image, than to send it. Or maybe the child was not so opened to receive. But when I have sent green and pink he named them both one after the other as I have thought about them. 😊 Anyway it was funny and I found 2 out of 3 things sent by him. The child got bored but hopefully I will have a partner in the future.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes. I meditated on my walk with the trees and birds. I meditated by also simply being in my heart space. I also connected with Mother Earth and my star.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity and Hawkeye.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Turning down the mind and considering things to do from their point of view.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Not this week yet.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? Lean in and lean out. More with numbers. I also used red for grounding and green for Healing and Love energy if it brings Love energy and also to draw clients.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did every day for about 15 minutes; Twin Hearts Meditation, The Great Invocation.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I tried to connect to Blackie again but ‘did not get anything’.
I connected with one of my brother’s dogs, Volta. She is super intelligent, responsable, courageous, calm, loyal, loves to play, she is the gentle leader of the pack (of all the animals in the household). Very strong willed, loves to fulfil her tasks.
She loves her family. But some feelings are left unspoken in the household.
I feel a strong positive feeling in my solar plexus: her role is to bring playfulness, joy, adventure, self confidence and courage, to not give up. She tells me to trust, explore and enjoy like a child.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Nothing in particular this week.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing in particular this week.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes I did. Motzu felt a bit introverted to me or shy at first. He loves connection and cuddles. Very friendly, observant, attentif, careful, helpful. Very gentle, angel-like. I will post in the Forum.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I have been practicing focusing, feeling surfing and getting present.

#1 Yes I have been meditating, but I have not been doing long meditations. I need to find the time to do that more.
#2 This week I communicated with a woman’s puppy. This was an adorable mixed Terrier breed puppy, named Sam, who was approximately 14 weeks old. The owner said she sometimes wonders if the puppy is deaf because she can’t seem to get his attention, no matter what she does.
I connected with Sam and asked him if he is able to hear his Mom when she talks to him. He said “Of course, why do you ask?” I told him that his Mom thought he was deaf because no matter what she does, she can’t seem to get your attention, unless you initiate it. When I asked him why he doesn’t acknowledge his Mom when she calls for him. He quickly responded “I’m too busy”. Well OK then! ❤️#3 I want to celebrate moving forward toward my goal of working professionally one day as an animal communicator. I have cards and flyers with me at all times and have begun stopping people who are walking their dogs or who have their dogs with them at eateries. Free reading through September.
#4 I feel like I am close to reaching another level in proficiency but I don’t know what I need to get there. I feel a shift looming. ???
#5 No, I have not communicated with FAT yet. I will do that next week.
#6 A little bit but not as much as usual. No lessons this week.

Meditate – I have been mixing it up with a Lion’s Gate meditation 8/8, various silent meditations, variations with Isabeau Maxwell etc.
Practice – Zuki(Dog) in spirit and Arthur (cat), a rescue who is attacking another cat in the home. With permission, I did an Emotion Code on Arthur and am waiting for an update.
Celebrate – Being lead in so many delicious directions…..from Australian Bush flower essences, bodywork for silent tissue pain in animals and sound healing modalities. Spirit is layering my life with a new spiritual coach, a new friend who is embracing intuitive healing vs her pharma degree and a vibration platform coach who has a passion for homeopathy. The fact that we have been placed at the same time/place and quickly found our commonalities….a divine miracle indeed.
Questions – This is weird but so many of our posts have things like this Namaste! 🙏 in them. What do all the numbers and letters mean?
FAT? – I have not had the pleasure yet. In fact, I didn’t see anything about the new FAT until today 8/8, though I suspected one has been posted.
Intuition – Have been using intuition along with the pendulum to find local animals. Was actually approached online to find a dog in India. But that is against the rules of the group (using a DM). The request disappeared before I could respond so it wasn’t meant to be. I find I am getting better at concluding what a person will say next.- This reply was modified 9 months ago by Tricia Wentrcek.

Tricia, I’m not sure to which posts you are referring in your question:
“This is weird but so many of our posts have things like this Namaste! 🙏 in them. What do all the numbers and letters mean?”
I haven’t seen this in the post here in this Forum. Please email Moderator@ValHeart.com with specific examples and we’ll look into it.
Sometimes things that look like crazy letter number combinations are from the behind the scenes tech link HTML used on websites to make things look more interesting.

1. Yes. I meditate. usually every morning and evening. at the moment chakra cleansing/ charging
2.I tried to communicate with Stupsi, but I can not understand, what he is going through. He is very unhappy and is acting out in anger and aggression towards me.
3. I want to celebrate, that I feel better energetically in general (at the moment :)). More aligned, more grounded.
4. I would like to know, how I can hear Stupsi better
5. Yes. I communicated with the last one, Charly my dog. A lot relaxed, since he was Fat. I feel his strength and love pouring on me. He said : I will always be on your side. Just go to your heart and feel the love. I am also very happy, that I got to know, that he perceived his life happy. That he felt that his purpose was fulfilled.
6. No. I haven’t

1 Did you meditate this week
About 40 mins total. Watched and completed several Brad Yates tapping videos
2 What is the name of the animal with which you communicated this week
Communicated with a fly that had entered my home through either, open windows or patio door. After it flew around several times, I told the fly to head to the patio door where it would be easier to leave the building. This the fly did but settled on the window net curtains. Up close, checking the fly wasn’t caught in the curtain threads, saw the beautiful colours of the fly and told it so. Coaxing the fly away from the curtain and of course opening the door wider than before, the fly flew straight out of the room.
Not sure If it was my mind or the fly’s voice, but heard ‘Thankyou’. I responded with ‘You’re welcome.’
3 Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Celebrate connecting with the fly without preparation. Have noticed a few times that without any preparation, I may have connected with an animal. But wonder, if it’s my mind telling me I have connected and that’s what I want to believe, even though I just start to talk to them on sight. Conversations are short and one sided. Suppose the intention is there, so it happens
4 What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week
None
5 Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)
Not Yet. Prepared then interrupted by workmen erecting scaffolding over a few days on a nearby site then working on the property. It will be like this for week or more
6 Did you play one of the Intuition games.
No. Busy and forgot. Unless count that helping the fly my intuition kicked in

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Daily guided meditations for 10-15 minutes.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? I didn’t try communicating with any animals this week, however, I think someone is attempting to communicate with me as I keep waking up to the smell of cigarette smoke and sometimes during the day I smell the smoke. I am still trying to figure out who is reaching out.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. I celebrate this community.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? None this week.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I haven’t had the opportunity this week.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I practiced the marble game.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes all but one day.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Been talking to my cats preparing them for my upcoming trip.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Great session with Val the other day, who helped me with preparing the cats for our trip to Alaska.. I spent extensive time showing them images of our itinerary and what we will experience on the trip, how long we will gone and who will be caring for them. I then switched to their viewpoint and did the entire thing from their perspective, and how they would experience the time we are away. It was thorough anddd amazing as I got confirmation that they fully understand.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I asked Val my questions and really got some fabulous feedback regarding how my communication with animals is unfolding.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I started getting impression of Motzu and what a lovely spirit he is
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Continued a lot of pendulum work. My Breaking Quantum course has provided some great insights on developing intuition.

Lee, wonderful example of how to prepare our animals for upcoming changes in our regular patterns such as people going on a trip. Love that you showed them what you’d be doing AND that you then showed them what to expect while you were away from their perspective. Great!

1. Still focusing on radiating love.
2. Connected with a couple of my zoo friends, got nothing out of them. Was visited by a friendly dinosaur skull that looked like it was made out of torn paper.
3. Nothing.
4. I think I have earned another 15-minute bonus session, as of the end of July?
5. Nope. Just the thought of trying to connect with a new animal upsets me.
6. Not really. It’s been a rough week: my teenager is back to school and I found out that my sister has been diagnosed with breast cancer. No energy leftover for games. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did manage a couple of nights this week, Soul Malas Healing Meditation music, 10-30 minutes before going to sleep. There just isn’t enough time in the day to get it all done!!
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Besides my fur kids and the barn swallows (the second family left the nest this week, I’m sad to see them go, but happy for the rest of their lives ahead of them). There was a little bird that had gotten down into my woodstove and was trying to find a way out. There was also a dead one and I wonder how did I not hear him fluttering around the way this one was? I made a couple of attempts with a towel to get the little bird out without her getting out into the house. I was telling her that she needed to let me get ahold of her so I could put her outside. It wasn’t working, so I left and went to do something else. When I got back to her, again I told her that I needed to get ahold of her, and this time I had figured out something to use as a net to catch her if she tried to fly out. I put the net over the opening and put my hand in to try to scoop her out. This was all by feel, I couldn’t see what she was doing. When my hand got next to her, she put one little foot on my finger and left it there. I picked her up and put the net over my hand and we went outside. I took the net off and let her look at where she was. I told her she was free. She looked at me briefly and then flew up into a tree. Success!!
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Celebrating a free bird!
Not yet, haven’t had any time.
6. This week did you practice Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No games, listening for those little nuggets to come to me when I need them.
