NOTE: Report the practice actions for growth you took for all 6 questions to receive Accountability reward credit:
1. Which meditation(s) did you do? Post at least one.
2. What is the name (or species type) of the being you practiced communicating with? Briefly describe what happened. What did you discover or learn from the experience? Post at least one.
3. Name one (or more) thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for. Post at least one.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
5. Did you communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? What did you discover? If not, why not?
6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuition? Post at least one.
Here’s why you are asked to do this:
To help you stay on track growing your communication abilities, each week answer the 6 questions shown below. When you post your answers for 12 weeks in a row, you’ll earn your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session with Val (regularly $125). (for Gold or Platinum members only, see policies below). As always, what you get out of something is in direct proportion to the level of your participation and commitment going into it. These sessions are REWARDS earned for making the effort to grow your skills.
The 6 questions for you to answer are not merely suggestions. They are required assignments for you to do each week. Post your answers for each question as noted below.
The goal is to guide you to become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
You don’t have to be perfect, just do your best to complete each assignment every week. Practicing with animals and receiving proper feedback about what you got is the best way to know if you’re doing it correctly, if you’re making mistakes along the way, and help you discover what adjustments could help you improve.
You cannot copy and paste the same answers every week. They must be unique each and every week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again. If you still don’t improve your efforts, then your weekly posting sequence count will start over.
NOTE: All students are invited to participate, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.
You are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts offering encouragement, loving support, and celebrating successes. After all, we are here to learn from and inspire each other too!
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSION REWARDS:
1) Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion posted for the current week’s time period.
Post your answers between Thursday and the following Wednesday noon 12:00 PM Central US. Don’t wait till the last minute. Remember you can post any day of the week within the designated week. If you miss the weekly deadline to post, you will have to start over with your weekly sequence count.
Note: You can check your local time against Central US Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve successfully completed 12 consecutive weeks of posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.”
Your Congratulations email includes instructions on how to schedule your reward Laser Coaching session with Val. You can use your session for communication coaching, intuition development, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS AND QUESTIONS OVERVIEW
Answer these 6 assigned task questions in the REPLY box below. To be clear, if you did not do an assignment, you get 1 free pass during the 12 weeks period. After that if you’re still not making the effort to complete the assignments, then your 12 week counter will start over. Be sure to click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
1. Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals, releasing mind chatter, improving your ability to be fully present. There are thousands of different kinds of meditations, taking anywhere from just a few minutes to an hour or more. There are no good excuses to not making the time to meditate during the week.
Which meditations did you do?
2. Practice communicating with at least one animal each week. Practicing in a safe community with like minded students will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals that are not your own. Visit our Animal Teachers page or our Featured Animal Teacher and share what you get so their person can give you the proper feedback to grow your skills.
What is their name if you know it and what type of species, wild or domestic, tree or plant, fish, etc? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?
3. Celebrating connections, life, and practicing feeling love, appreciation and gratitude, whether you experienced total communication success or not, is important. There is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name at least one thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for this week. Post at least one.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have or discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
5. Communicate with our Featured Animal Teacher is a great opportunity to grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) of the Month? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal teacher. If not, why not?
6. Developing ALL your intuitive abilities is important. You have many Intuition Development Lessons available in your student members account, under the Welcome Module.
Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what did you do to practice growing your intuition? There are no good excuses to not making the time to develop your intuition during the week.
We look forward to reading about your week.
Much love, Moderator Barb & Val

1. Which meditation(s) did you do? Post at least one.
I had to skip my usual Twin hearts meditation this week as it requires exercises before and after, which I cannot do due to severe breathing issues. Instead, I’ve done more of the Ho’oponopono healing practices (thanks to Val, Masha and Jade for invaluable resources). I also loved Val’s new meditations and the reflections she guides us through…Prayers of the heart, love meditation and mindfulness. I’m going to move on to the longer ones after this.2. What is the name (or species type) of the being you practiced communicating with? Briefly describe what happened. What did you discover or learn from the experience? Post at least one.
I spoke to Chuco (ATH) and used the guidelines Val gave for the FAT (in spirit) communication during the last call.3. Name one (or more) thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for. Post at least one.
I am grateful that I could summon up the courage to go back to the ATH page, as the last time, months ago, was when I had made a wrong connection and was badly discouraged. I have a long way to go, but at least a start has been made, and now I’m committing to a weekly practice to start with.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
This is not strictly related to communication, but something a few of us shared on the FB group…why do I get drowsy and even fall asleep during the heart wisdom meditation during the call? I’ve posted this question for the call as per Val’s suggestion.5. Did you communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? What did you discover? If not, why not?
I communicated with Motzu a second time recently, and posted, and will do this month’s FAT during/after the call.6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuition? Post at least one.
I’m still with the guessing the crayons’ color and intending to pick a particular one…and want to persist till my success rate is better. It’s not been good this week due to being unwell and tired. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes – every day. I enjoy the calm.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I haven’t practiced this week. School started back and it has been a bit manic.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate the emphasis on quiet meditation. It is helping me meet myself. Also I want to celebrate my new motto: Victory not victim! I want to change my tendency to accept and suffer when things get difficult and start to develop an attitude to transform them. The meditation is fuelling this.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I think I realised one thing that is holding me back from developing communication, that also gets in the way of human relationships. A habit of closing my heart as soon as friendship gets too personal. I will do the focusing practice to get to the bottom of it.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not since last time.
6.This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Not a lesson, but I have been practising connecting with some willow trees when I take Elsa out and have been grounding in the earth every morning before work. -

Mainly silent meditation this week.

What is their name if you know it and what type of species, wild or domestic, tree or plant, fish, etc? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?
I was talking to a dog of a client. I don’t remember his name. The talking was part of a process session of the client. The subject was mainly the feeling of anxiety of my client and the dog said briefly, what his opinion was on it, that he was not understanding the reason and this made him feel on high alert. I went into some childhood trauma with the client and we could release a lot of energy of fear. I have to see next time, I see her, if her dog behaves differently, even if he was not acting out in any way.
3. Celebrating connections, life, and practicing feeling love, appreciation and gratitude, whether you experienced total communication success or not, is important. There is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name at least one thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for this week. Post at least one.
I launched a new work project.4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have or discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
No questions. I realized, that I am absolutely fine and that I don’t need any unuseful programs of some narcissist self called master healers, who either don’t know, what they do or if they know it and do the things, they do on purpose, it is even worse, than I thought.5.
Yes. I communicated with Xena. When I connected with her, she felt warm and cosy and had a green light in her aura. she showed me, she lives with her mum and other animals (I think other cats) in a house. she gave me a picture of kittens, and I am not completely sure, if it was a picture, when she was a kitten, with here siblings or if she was a mum and gave birth to kittens. I could not hear a clear answer, but, to me it felt, like she was a mum. She brought be into contact with a strong nurturing motherly energy, which comes with a strong river of love streaming from the heart.I felt it long, after I connected with her.

1. Which meditation(s) did you do? Post at least one.
Guided (heart opening) meditations with Sonia Choquette, Twin Hearts Meditation, Chakra Balancing /Aligning Tones.
For some reason, I got a lot deeper into the meditations this week than usually.2. What is the name (or species type) of the being you practiced communicating with? Briefly describe what happened. What did you discover or learn from the experience? Post at least one.
I connected with a lizard that lives in my house. He is very surprised and scared when I address him, to him my (telepathic) voice sounds very loud with an echo.
I tell him I am here to help him. That I am sorry Bootsy caught him. He feels anxious when I refer to Bootsy, in shock. He had an awful experience being in her mouth. He misses his tail.
He tells me he is an observer, a watcher. He likes the heat and the stillness. By being still and holding his body completely still, he is completely present and in tune with everything that goes on around him. He tells me his species pass on information. They are closely in contact with the earth waves and her rhythm, the earth pulsations. I try to get more about this, but nothing. I tell him I am happy to help him to set him free outside. I feel like we have a friendly feeling going on, even though he is still hiding from me.3. Name one (or more) thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for. Post at least one.
I am grateful I have found this path of animal communication. It resonates with my heart and being and I am looking at ways to make working with animals my daily ‘work’.

1. Which meditation(s) did you do? Post at least one. I did different ones.
Meditation on mindfulness releasing thoughts. I wouldn’t be surprised if more than 90% of my thoughts are re runs. They are definitely quite often negative energy involving some how future stuff or concerns.
When around the end of the meditation, I was stretching and immediately envisioned Ariel from « The Little Mermaid » from the late 80’s or 1990 maybe stretching into the air while probably positioned on a rock!
Heart Wisdom Love Connection Meditation – heart said for having questions, to say have a lot and not sure how to ask everything.Private one with Val.
The second private one with Val. Noticed for a moment shifting. Went back to find something and one of the times landed on, « Love is what Heals. »
Private one with Val short.
The Heart Wisdom Love Connection Meditation again.
The one with Simon Peanut.2. What is the name (or species type) of the being you practiced communicating with? Briefly describe what happened. What did you discover or learn from the experience? Post at least one.
I talked with Serenity and Hawkeye. I told them my feelings about when they avoid me. They’re just expressing themselves in one way or another whether avoiding or not.
I talked with four client dogs. One told me she doesn’t like being dressed up. I tried to tell the people nicely. I don’t know if it came across to where they won’t do it. She gave the impression some stuff is okay, but I feel like she doesn’t want any of it.
She said some things about why she isn’t drawn to her female human.
The other dog told me about trying to help his female human and about being very close to his male human.I talked with two other client dogs. One in spirit. She said about her human needing to take better care of herself. The one in physical body said about a pond she might have gotten bacteria it a parasite at. They both said about other things.
3. Name one (or more) thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for. Post at least one.

Spoke to a sweet little Bee from a few bee flying from one flower to another on a multi flower stemmed sanguimium plant. Focused on bees markings and behaviour, how it balanced on the small flowers that bent down due to weight of the bee. Told the bee how pretty and clever he/she was knowing which flower has nectar left in its flower. Asked the bee to fly near me so that I knew we had connected which it did. Also let the bee know, due to hot weather, that I would leave a syrup mixture near the water bowl.

1. Meditate!
I have started to meditate every evening, but lately I felt asleep a few times. I know I am tired, and I need a sponge to erase the tiredness from my body. I have re-listened to Val’s Meditations but my favorite are the Zen meditation, and the stress busting meditation. Honestly, I only wish they would be re-recorded in better audio. 😊 I would use them for the morning wake-up call.
2. Practice!
I practiced getting grounded at Motzu’s house. He helped me ease the fear Bebe because of a storm on Sunday. Still practicing future outcome of meditative prayer state.
I have 2 challenges cases of Jericho Rose and Nose, that I don’t get. I have asked also for this Saturday Coaching call. They both love to receive the energy healing and they both show minor improvements but they would need be major, in order to thrive not just live. My tiredness is an impediment here, and I had some issues of my own with UT infection, and some seed of helplessness sipped in, that I had to remove. I know that I am helping them, but I feel it’s not enough.3. Celebrate!
I celebrate new year in my life 3 days from now on, and over a year and half here. What a journey! I can say with the hand on my heart that I am a different me, a better version of me since I have learned, transformed and grown sooooo much! I celebrate the Highest Good of all that has involved me, and opened my eyes, heart and soul!
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
D: I have discovered that I am recognizing much sooner the signs of the connection with the Divine. The day that Jericho results for lymphoma came in and proved to be negative, I got overwhelmed with happiness. In the 2 weeks waiting, I prayed a lot and exercised a lot with seeing the outcome positive for this cat, and when I started the car to go from work, I heard loud and clear this message: “There can be miracles when you believe, Though hope is frail, it can’t be killed, Who knows what miracles you can achieve when you believe, Somehow you will, You will when you believe….” Overwhelming joy…
Q: How can we help animals in need, especially urgent need, when we are not feeling well?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills.
Motzu has sent me so many messages, and I felt him close when I called him to help me with Bebe’s storm anxiety…
Xena will follow, as she seems to have hidden for me a golden nugget in her eyes. 😊
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
I did played in traffic, noticing other drivers and guessing intentions especially for the ones that don’t use the changing lanes lights signals. Although I wished so much I could find some extra time at home to properly exercise, like with objects hidden in boxes.

#1 I have meditated every day this week. Following along with a recorded meditation pyramids/6balls.
#2 I connected with a friends dog, Fonzie who has been in the home with their resident dog, Stella for approximately 6 months. I was intending to talk to Fonzie alone but my sweet Stella did not want to miss out. I wanted to know how Fonzie’s transition was in his new home. They both agreed that the first few weeks were a little tense as Fonzie’s previous home was not a good situation and his owners use to hit him. He never knew when it was going to happen. So when a person’s hand came close, he would bite before finding out if he was in danger or not. Stella said she helped him learn the house rules and the biggest rule of all was No Biting! Fonzie trusts Stella and he has not bitten in his new home and is happy and relaxed when he is pet.
With this connection, I pretty much took a back seat and listened to how they worked things out for themselves. I had never experienced that before.#3 This week I would like to celebrate my quick connections without having to wrestle with….Ego who???
#4 I have been successful with remote viewing on several occasions this week. Along with One with body! 👍
#5 No, I have not communicated with the FAT this week. I will do that in the next day or so. I have been preoccupied with doing marketing which I am sooo technically challenged.
#6 I reviewed the lesson “Communicate with Every Animal You Meet” & 5 Simple Steps to Developing Intuition.
