ModeratorTo help you stay on track growing your communication abilities, each week answer these 6 questions. As an ethical bribe incentive, when you post your answers for 12 weeks in a row, Gold and Platinum members earn a free Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session with Val (regularly $125).
The 6 questions you are tasked with answering each week address multiple and interconnected areas and are clarified below. Please post your answers with specifics for each question.
The goal is to guide you to become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, learned from, healed, and cleared.
You don’t have to be perfect, just do your best completing each assignment every week. Practice with animals and receive proper feedback about what you got (example: talk with Featured Animal Teacher) is the best way to know if you’re doing it correctly, if you’re making mistakes along the way, and help you discover what adjustments could help you improve.
Rather than copy and paste the same answers every week, the answers must be unique each and every week. If we feel you are not putting real effort into this or trying to hack the system, then you will be asked to try again. If you still don’t improve your efforts, then your weekly posting sequence count will start over.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN REWARDS:
1) Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion posted for the current week period.
Post your answers anytime from Thursday through Wednesday. If you miss the weekly deadline to post, you will have to start over with your weekly sequence count.
2) When you’ve successfully completed 12 consecutive weeks of posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.”
Your Congratulations email includes instructions on how to schedule your reward Laser Coaching session with Val. You can use your session for communication coaching, intuition development, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
Refer to your Welcome Module in your student member dashboard for more detailed instructions about the Accountability exercises and office policies.

Platinum MemberMeditate: yes. every day. at the moment I do chakra recharge from bottom up and up to bottom.
Animal: Yes, I was communicating with a clients rabbit. he has problems with his urinary system. he is quite content, although my client is worried. we walked a long path together already and he feels much better than in the beginning. he said: don’t worry, mum, I am ok. I feel ok. I will go, when it is time fast. I love you
Grateful: I just opened my new office and I am very grateful for this opportunity. now I can serve more animal and people
Questions: I have again collected a bug somewhere and it is so annoying for me. I tried to get it off with the love technique of Val, but did not manage. My question is of how to get rid of it.
Communication with Canoli:
When I connect to canal, the first thing he shows me isa strong energy of safety. he shows me his home, not material wise, but energy wise and he is extremely protected by the caring and energy of penny and the other family members. I have the impression, that there is a man living also in the house, who has a very warm and safe energy. He also shows me small cat babies and it feels like he shows me him, when he was a baby. he shows me, that already there he had the energy of protection around him. He likes to play with a stick, which carries feathers and he seems to be mostly an indoor cat, at least he does not show me and nature or outside. He has. a special job: he centers energy in the house he lives. It’s connected to some cosmic frequency.Intuition: yes. I am still doing the shopping frequency exercise. and I came back to be vegetarian

Erika’s dog Keely who gave me details of past lives. Will post in forum
Noticed a beautiful golden carp swimming amongst a variety of carp in a large rectangle low level outside tank in front of a building. Asked the carp if he would swim to me (from appx 30 feet away) to acknowledge he had heard me, which it did immediately so that I could have touched the fish (I didn’t) before flipping his tail to return from whence it came. He liked the pool, having the other fish around him and was well looked after.
3. What are you grateful for this week
Grateful that I could connect with the carp despite not grounding and the activities surrounding the tank.
Daylight hours are becoming longer, therefore making me feel a little better healthwise. Spring flowers are blooming far too early in the year amongst the winter flowers. A pretty, heart warming sight but for the wrong reasons.
Grateful my ‘lost voice’ has almost returned to normal, however, I have a heavy cold and a thumping head.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries
Discovered I can connect with animals instantly if required, therefore not to worry about ’have I time to ground myself, the animals, settle my mind’ and so on that I would normally do before starting a communication. Use my intuition, instincts whenever possible in daily life, Played a card game, guessing the colour, type of suite, card number before flipping the card over. Wasn’t very good this week, poss due to not feeling well – concentration.

I’ve been able to do more this week as I’m over the worst of the viral flu, but still not able to do the exercises required before the longer meditations. However, the Stress busting, mindfulness releasing thoughts and Ambiance meditations have got me back in the flow, while I continue to do the Ho’oponopono and REM exercises taught by Val to deal with grief/trauma.2. What is the name (or species type) of the being you practiced communicating with? Briefly describe what happened. What did you discover or learn from the experience? Post at least one.
I’ve been focusing on one of my rescue boys Bholu who has taken his brother and even more Tikli’s passing to heart….he keeps looking for them and had taken to digging up Khush’s grave till I had to put a net around it. Tikli’s is on the other side or he might have done it there too. While we were laying her to rest, he kept looking at her and barking continuously….I’m telling him every day they’re both together looking at us from the sky, then he looks up and seems to understand, but is still not himself.3. Name one (or more) thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for. Post at least one.
Looking back the old photos of Tikli at the place she was in, I’m grateful that we moved here (though it has numerous challenges) so she and the others have had a safe and comfortable few years.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
I had a question about shelter animals which I have posted for the next call.5. Did you communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? What did you discover? If not, why not?

I had heard “Less commonly known intuitive senses” once as I was focusing on the earlier ones, but listening to it again was fascinating, and I’m going to work on the exercises as soon as I finish with the basic ones. -

Gold Member1. Meditations: Breathing, Being the Animal, Mindfulness
2. Who I talked to: Only tried with our own cats this week, especially Max cat, but mostly was still too spaced out on pain killers from surgery. I couldn’t focus clearly. This upcoming week should be much better.
3. Gratitude: Max is coming around to check out the new kitties more and more. It’s nice to see his progress and also how they are trying to approach him slowly.
4. Discoveries/Questions: I feel like I sometimes have a good connection and send or receive something without really trying. That feels really satisfying.
5. FAT: It doesn’t look like a new FAT has been posted for March. I see a picture but no links or details. I will check again for next week.
6. Intuition: What’s in the Box – modified to what is my wife thinking of putting in the box, Feel Your Food – I increased my awareness to notice I was feeling some things about food on my plate when I was not trying to do an exercise. I was surprised and pleased by that.

I did or tried to meditate everyday but kept falling asleep’ with good reason. For the past week have not been able to fall asleep until 6:00 A.M., then have to get up by 7.2. What is the name (or species type) of the being you practiced communicating with
I seem to have had a week of reflection and connecting with animals from my past, animals in spirit.What are you grateful for this week?\At the moment I am grateful that I still have a job as the owners have decided ,after slowly losing money ever since covid, to put the shop up for sale.

I wish we didn’t have to post our communications with the entire class, but could do it with just the animal’s person or with Val. That is what holds me back from trying and posting.5. Did you communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)?

Deep Soul Connection Guided Mediation

I had planned to talk to an ATH tonight, but I got a horrible case of food poisoning at 2 AM this morning and never went to sleep. I haven’t been this sick in a long time and am not able to connect with an ATH after all.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for.
I am grateful for the reminder from Val that I am not my mind, I’m my soul. And that the soul can simply tell the mind, “Shhhhhh.”
4. What questions and/or discoveries do you have about communicating with animals this week?
The only questions that came to my mind were filled with self-doubt. I didn’t want to give them any energy by writing them out here. Instead, I will use that energy to tune into my soul where all the answers reside.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? What did you discover? If not, why not? You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Several times this week, I have done the Deep Soul Guided Meditation to connect with my soul and get into the Heart space. From there, I have been present with my cat and am practicing trying to connect with her from a place of feeling instead of claircognizance.

Yes. Some every day in the morning before work. One of Val’s before communicating with Elsa.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with Elsa. I did it formally following a meditation because I’ve been feeling very cut off from her. I asked her about which food she preferred – and felt a warmer feeling around one rather than the other. I asked her about the daycare she goes to sometimes and was reassured that she was warm and safe but bored. I knew something wasn’t quite right so I was glad to hear it was the boring bit. I think she said she feels better without the old medication, but I’m not sure. We had an interesting exchange where I tried to explain money and work. She was grateful. I asked for tips on how to connect better: stay still,ground, stay in your heart. Very

I want to celebrate my growth in understanding of the love and intelligence in all species.

Which meditations did you do?This week I did Meditation on Mindfulness Releasing Thoughts, then Love connection Meditation and joga meditation after exercising joga. Every day I practise one hour of active meditation and one hour of passive meditation.

She had bad diarrhea and vomited for two days. It used to be very difficult to talk to her as she was very hectic, not staying calm for a single second. But in the evening on Saturday she really wanted to connect. She accepted healing from the universe through my hands and told me that I finally understood the thing she needed me to see and realize. It was to slow down and slow down. She tried to communicate it to me through running like mad all day, not feeling her body, just being in her head but I didn’t understand. This week it came to my mind on Monday and I started to talk about slowing down and working on steps to slow down. She was so happy that I finally caught up, that she knew her message to me was transferred and was ready to leave. After two hours of healing and talking with me and my husband she amazingly just stood up from the place where she lied and started to eat like nothing had happened before and from that moment she seems to be fit. Seems like a miracle to me.

2. A blackbird that was saying Big Red, referring to a large red male cardinal that was in a tree near me.
3. I am grateful for knowing what my blockage is and working on releasing it. However, I want to run away somewhere and be by myself.
4. Animals can be very persistent getting your attention and then ignoring you.
5. I have not. Not sure because of blockage if they will hear me. On the other hand how will I know if I don’t try?
6.Focusing on my quiet mind let me tune into my senses. I felt the sun and a gentle breeze on my face, the quiet music of the wind chimes, the smell of damp earth, the soft sounds of the birds calling to one another. -

2. I continued talking with Keely to strengthen the connection.
3. I’m grateful for every day. I’m grateful to feel safe and loved and happy in my life.
4. I fall asleep a lot when I meditate. Sometimes it’s helpful (if it’s a light sleep) but usually it’s not and I wish I didn’t do it.

6. I’m trying to quiet my mind so I can feel my heart more. I’m also trying to picture images more frequently to develop clairvoyance

Inactive Member#1 I continue to meditate. This week I added a Love Tuner whistle that is supposed to raise your vibration frequency while meditating. It did feel as though I sunk into the meditation a little deeper.
#2 This week I had more trouble than usual when attempting to connect with animals. It may be because I was feeling under the weather or I was just plain tired. I was able to recognize that the difficulty was on my side so I disconnected and said I would try again later.
#3 Not letting my inability to connect mess with my mind. Usually I would let my mind go down the rabbit hole, second guessing my skills. Perhaps I misunderstood God’s guidance pushing me down the path of AC, as my purpose? I took a few days off, reenergized myself and got back in the saddle again without the negative monologue.
#4 Will I be able to automatically drop into my hearts center when connecting with animals or others without a voice? It still is a process which will be condensed dramatically I hope.
#5 No, I have not communicated with this month’s FAT yet.
#6 While practicing intuition, I was very conscious of all of my senses around me. I am trying to increase my hearing and visual senses. I will have driven by a certain house many, many times without noticing it until months later.
