To help you stay on track growing your communication abilities, each week answer these 6 questions. As an ethical bribe incentive, when you post your answers for 12 weeks in a row, Gold and Platinum members earn a free Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session with Val (regularly $125).
The 6 questions you are tasked with answering each week address multiple and interconnected areas and are clarified below. Please post your answers with specifics for each question.
The goal is to guide you to become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, learned from, healed, and cleared.
You don’t have to be perfect, just do your best completing each assignment every week. Practice with animals and receive proper feedback about what you got (example: talk with Featured Animal Teacher) is the best way to know if you’re doing it correctly, if you’re making mistakes along the way, and help you discover what adjustments could help you improve.
Rather than copy and paste the same answers every week, the answers must be unique each and every week. If we feel you are not putting real effort into this or trying to hack the system, then you will be asked to try again. If you still don’t improve your efforts, then your weekly posting sequence count will start over.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN REWARDS:
1) Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion posted for the current week period.
Post your answers anytime from Thursday through Wednesday. If you miss the weekly deadline to post, you will have to start over with your weekly sequence count.
2) When you’ve successfully completed 12 consecutive weeks of posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.”
Your Congratulations email includes instructions on how to schedule your reward Laser Coaching session with Val. You can use your session for communication coaching, intuition development, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
Refer to your Welcome Module in your student member dashboard for more detailed instructions about the Accountability exercises and office policies.

1. Meditating is important to your progress because it makes it easier to connect and communicate with animals, releasing mind chatter, improving your ability to be fully present. There are thousands of different kinds of meditations, taking anywhere from just a few minutes to an hour or more. There are no good excuses to not making the time to meditate during the week. 1) I know, meditating is important for my progress. I exercise regularly every two days joga for approx. 1 hour, then usually I spend time with my dog Dori (nearly 2 year old Belgian Shepperd Malinois), who is very concerned about my exercising and assists me actively :-)). And I spend 3 times a day 5 to 10 minutes to being really present, not do anything using my brain, just beeing here and now. It makes me slooow down and feel and see and hear. I have my own 11 horses and other 10 from other people and I just love being with them. But as I’ve just read your question, for next time I try to search in Meditation Module.
2) My dog is teaching me to unconditionally love myself, her the way she is and others. She loves when I am present and not rushing in my head. When flying somewhere in my thoughts, she starts behaving strangely, feeling sick, sometimes being aggressive to others or laying on the table even if she knows it is not allowed, but getting my attention and taking me back to present moment is more important for her. When she was a puppy she was permanently ill and when I asked her how can I help her, her answer was, I just need an unconditional love (this message came to me through the song) and the only person that can save my life and heal me is you.
Here is sth I would like to share with you: it is when I did exercises from your course “ Awaken your inner guidance:
Me: Can I ask you about your opinion about sth that is bothering me?
Universe: Yes, you can.
Me: Thank you so much, I am glad you are here for me. Is there anything I need to know? What is it?
Universe: Unconditional Love. Do anything you do with LOVE, not for sth or because of someone else or sth, DO IT just because you feel it.
Me: Thank you soo much. How would you like me to get started?
Universe: Clear up your mind, do not make any assumptions, do what you feel. GO FOR IT. Do not let anything stop or block you. Work on yourself, read, write.
Me: What do you recommend?
Universe: Horses are your guardian angels, if you need any help, find them, they will lead you.
Me: What problem am I here to solve?
Universe: Your fear that you are not enough.
Me: What is the real problem?
Universe: Your untrust, you do not believe yourself and then blindly follow the others, what they THINK is good for you, and you obey them but DO NOT feel it and become very sad person, you do things that you are not in alignment with.
Me: What would I do next that would help?
Universe: Any time just stop and breathe deeply, make space in your heart, you KNOW what is the best for you, we believe and trust you, JUST FINALLY start, JUST DO IT, be yourself, help others to bring light into their lives. You are here to make others happy.

Universe: You are welcome, there is NO TIME, TIME doesn’t exist.3) I am very grateful for my horses who have known me for a long time and still are very patient with me, they are my great teachers.
I am very grateful that I have a healthy family, my husband and 3 children – a 16 year old girl, a 14 year old boy and a 7 year old girl.
I am very grateful that I do work that I love so much.
4) Animals do not hold on emotions, once they have released them. They simply let them go and release them so they can move on.
Also your post about the Day of Listening, really touched me. And also I am reading your posts on my email and all the time I find sth to think about.
5) I have not communicated with the FAT this week. Today, it is the first time I read about the possibility to practice with the FAT as I am a new member. But Saturday evening I reserve time to feel it from the picture and then write you a short message if I received sth.
6) So I went through your course: Awaken your Inner Guidance. I read the posts in the facebook group and today I started this exercise and I am motivated to go into more practise with animals that I do not know personally.With Love Martina

#1 I have been meditating every day. Switching back and forth from SR meditations to Sharman melody’s. I have also been doing 3 minutes meditations found in Masterclass.
#2 This week I connected with my daughter, Katelyn’s friend’s cat, (Beef), who passed away while his owner was away on vacation. The cat was very old and on medications. Beef said that he was going to wait for Ryan to get home before passing, but chose to pass away in his absence because he knew Ryan would try to rush him to the hospital for a miracle that wasn’t going to happen. He felt this would be the best way when considering Ryan’s heart. This connection was very strong and emotional in an outpouring of love to his owner. The love energy that was poured out was so much, I found myself in tears once or twice during the reading. What a beautiful message. Ryan was not ready to receive the messages but will do so when his emotions are not so raw.
#3 This week I would like to celebrate my Accountability time with Val. As we always make a breakthrough of some sort when we have a private conversation, this session did not disappoint. Together, we spoke with a few of the horses in the equine therapy program. I have not been able to connect with the horses prior to Val’s help. We focused on one horse, Merlin. It was an awesome ice breaker and I am looking forward to going back to the ranch.
#4 I am so pleased that Sophie is having such nice conversations with the students. I’m trying to figure out why I am not privy to such communication. I’m missing it… She is constantly communicating with me. She is amazing.
#5 I was able to communicate with Sophie regarding her conversations while being the FAT. I had asked her to alert me when she has been talking with the other students so I can respond in a quick manner. She has been doing that on her own which has been very cool.
#6 This week I have been following my intuition and not questioning things that do not make sense to me. My intuition told me to include what information I was given and it turned out to be a very special message that the owner was hoping to hear.

Pranic healing shorter meditations (with Om, the Great invocation, Lord’s prayer), Val’s favorite student meditations, Grounding meditations, Ho’Oponopono for self forgiveness2. I spoke with FAT Sophie and ATH Keely. Will have a second session with the latter before posting.3. Name one (or more) thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for. Post at least one.
I feel I’m making some progress (most days) processing the grief over my 3 in spirit, thanks only to the insights and guidance from Val. I’m extremely grateful to Val and for the masterclass recordings which are a treasure trove.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
When I get different inputs from the same animal during 2 sessions, should I remind him of what he had said earlier, and clarify which information is valid?5. Did you communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? What did you discover? If not, why not?

I’m studying the “Awaken your inner guidance” slowly now, as the first time I had gone through it without really pausing to work on it. Unfortunately it’s been disrupted again over the last couple of days due to power problems and also sudden health issues of 2 of the dogs. So on those days I just go back to the basics of choosing the right colored crayons, as I keep remembering Val’s reminders of the importance of intuition exercises, so something is better than nothing. -

Is there another better way/words/label or expression to use rather than state ‘rescued animal’ ‘Rescue Centre’ . We understand the meaning behind the ‘rescue’ label/tag that seems to make the animal ‘inferior’ somehow. Am sensing this ‘rescue’ label needs to change

1. Which meditation(s) did you do? Post at least one.
Minimum once a day prayer meditation.
Short meditations outside while at work. I have noticed there is a small flowering plant that gave me a lesson. I have admired them before, but never did I studied them before. I have found they are called Erica. Here during night it’s sub zero temps, and these little fighters are full of small pink flowers. I have decided to stay with them more from now on, at least till roses appear.I have listened to a webinar of Dr. Stan Grof which opened my mind regarding healing past wounds as this guy studied prebirth and birth wounds for decades. I got a few nuggets from him.
2. What is the name (or species type) of the being you practiced communicating with? Briefly describe what happened. What did you discover or learn from the experience? Post at least one.
I have communicated again more in words and energetically with all my friends, by sending them love rays straight from my heart.
Otherwise this all week I felt like floating, and that grounding took longer, and it was harder to do. It seemed that the ground was too away from me to reach it.3. Name one (or more) thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for. Post at least one.
I am grateful my body this week. I am happy it is healthy and can carry my essence around in a world that is cold, without too much fuss. 😄 Many people around sneeze and cough but I am fresh. Maybe being in this floating mode (just mentioned above) is keeping me away from catching a cold. 😄😂🤣

Q: Are there specific foods for cleansing the pineal gland? Or is it true that diet is an influencer? That some foods help clean and others contribute to it’s calcification?
D: I can shift easily from one state to the other, for example from normal state to meditating state. But, this week it was hard to maintain the connection.
5. Did you communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? What did you discover? If not, why not?
Only briefly and got feedback. Very happy that what I got was before this floating week. 😊

I have discovered the Clairaudience and Conscious music energy exercise. Funny enough, I remember that during high school I used to do this kind of exercise a lot, unaware that it had been and is a special one and with such extraordinary effects. Will be used more frequently for sure.

My friend at cat food store about paying attention to Serenity and Hawkeye and what do for me and why and Hawkeye being about Love and teaching me and he said to let Love in and give and receive and feel it and let answers come and let people respond.3. 1. Meditations: Walking meditation and breathing meditations 3 times
2. Who did I talk with: Tiki, a cat in spirit. I posted our conversation, but basically he has a good sense of humor, telling me if you thought I was beautiful then you should see me now, and that I could have a better life if I was more like him – enjoying the yard, watching birds, laying in the sun.
3. Gratitude: This week I am grateful to have traveled to Salt Lake City where I am enjoying playing tourist while my wife is at a conference.
4. Discoveries this week: I had not tried to communicate with an animal in spirit form before. I was not sure I could do it but I feel like I did connect as I got some very unusual and distinct impressions (like jumping frogs and rays of sunshine) and a very full-hearted feeling in my chest.
5. FAT: I did not speak with Sophie this week because I talked with her last week and did not feel called to speak with her again, yet.
6. Intuition exercises: This week I did an exercise where I try to identify the colors of some pens. I was more accurate than when I did this exercise last week and it seems like I did feel a slight energetic difference. I also did the “What makes a great life?” exercise with Tiki, mentioned in 2 above. The overall impression was just being with nature and that we humans always make things so complicated. Heart Wisdom Love Connection
Stress Busting RX & Quick Connect2. What is the name (or species type) of the being you practiced communicating with? Briefly describe what happened. What did you discover or learn from the experience?
I have been trying to connect with my cat using clairs other than my primary, claircognizance. I am not sure that I have been successful. The information I received seems to come the same way it always does.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for.
I am grateful that the record rain fall is behind us and that the weather will warm up this weekend so I can enjoy being outside.
4. What questions and/or discoveries do you have about communicating with animals this week?
I have given my Protector permission to allow all the clairs to operate, we have worked together to turn on the clairs, and I have done exercises to practice using the clairs, but I don’t see any improvement in being able to use my other clairs. Is there something more I can do?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? What did you discover? If not, why not? You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

#6 Clairaudience & Conscious Imagination – I loved in the exercise where it said “The frame of mind that imagination requires you to be in order to imagine in the first place is exactly the same frame of mind that accessing intuitive information in any form requires you to be in.”
I also listened to the Masterclass on Less Commonly Known Intuitive Senses and did some of the exercises mentioned in the class. I also learned there is a “Pressure Sense” which is something that I’ve always been sensitive to. It will be interesting to see how I can use this with animals.

1. Meditate: I think I did every day. Try first thing in the morning. Try to do the breathing , breathing for the meditation is difficult for me. I do better just doing my own breathing. let my mind relax and get quiet. I also do the love connection.
I willl be glad when can do my walking meditations like I used to with DeeDee and Georgia, but cannot with Sabrina as I have to be on guard every moment being very aware of our surroundings and check to see if there s another dog in the vicinity. Although she is getting much better.I tried to communicate with Terrianne’s Donkey. I thought I was connected and was communicating, but then started getting different answers right after another and I knew that was my monkey mind making them up so I discounted the whole conversation.
3.Name one thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for.
I know Sabrina is not quite there yet, but I see improvement every week, every day. At this week’s lesson the instructor said You’ve been doing a lot of work with her, I see such an improvement. I replied, no actually we only went out once ( have been having a big problem with my foot so couldn’t walk her) I said we have just been having big love sessions . She said whatever you are doing Keep it up!4. What questions and/or discoveries do you have about communicating with animals this week?
I have come to the realization that I am the problem. I am the one that needs work, or I need work also. Sabrina is mainly reacting to me…not at me, but to stimuli that irritates me. I am an adult human and can basically hide my feelings, from people, but not from Sabrina. So while I am silently putting up with something she takes action to protect me, even if it is just more stress.
Last nite when we arrived at our scentwork training, still in the car, she started barking. Not an aggressive bark, not an excited bark, but first announcing our arrival and second, sort of as a warning, stay away. There was no one in sight but like she was just ensuring we wo0uld be safe. (?)
Normally to stop, to be quiet anad she keeps on, perhaps even louder until I get mad and have to yel at her or worse Last nite I kept my voice quiet and just love her and tole it was all ok and she was a good girl, she quieted right away. And did not bark at any dogs in the building!5.. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)?

I didn’t really do any. What I did do was remember ho’oponopono and practiced that on myself. working on forgiving myself for mistakes I’ve made and learning to love myself. -

Yes. Most days – not every day. Work got in the way. I need to get up earlier.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I had to host a lot of people in the house – I had communicated with Elsa about it a few days before and then didn’t have time to remind her. She was much calmer than usual which shows me she did remember, but she wasn’t as calm as she can be. I think she had forgotten and then remembered – and I needed to remind her the day before. But I was very proud of her!
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate this journey of discovery which leads me to an ever deeper contentment deep inside.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I have realised that my attitude to developing my communication is hopeful rather than committed – ie – I don’t fully believe that I can do this, but realising that I could make a greater commitment and determination to learn is very empowering – and less dependent on results.

I got feedback from Terrianne, which was very encouraging. I would like to be able to be even more precise.

I’ve been practising greeting trees and plants – and being open to their energy rather than trying to hear words or direct messages. -

1. Went back to the meditation course and used some of the recorded sessions, and i used binaural beats for daily meditation.
2. I was very distracted this week and had a harder time making a connection with any animal. I tried to connect with a dog named Puppo, but couldn’t tell if I had connected. This happened with a few other animals, so I’m going to reset and try again this week with a fresh approach.
3. I’m grateful I got a new job and that I no longer have to go through interview processes! I also determined that I want to start a dog sanctuary in the future and feel this is a part of my overall purpose.

6. I tried the exercise of visualizing a movie, stopping it, replaying it, zooming on and put, etc. As part of clairvoyance practice.
