To help you stay on track growing your communication abilities, each week answer these 6 questions. As an ethical bribe incentive, when you post your answers for 12 weeks in a row, Gold and Platinum members earn a free Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session with Val (regularly $125).
The 6 questions you are tasked with answering each week address multiple and interconnected areas and are clarified below. Please post your answers with specifics for each question.
The goal is to guide you to become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, learned from, healed, and cleared.
You don’t have to be perfect, just do your best completing each assignment every week. Practice with animals and receive proper feedback about what you got (example: talk with Featured Animal Teacher) is the best way to know if you’re doing it correctly, if you’re making mistakes along the way, and help you discover what adjustments could help you improve.
Rather than copy and paste the same answers every week, the answers must be unique each and every week. If we feel you are not putting real effort into this or trying to hack the system, then you will be asked to try again. If you still don’t improve your efforts, then your weekly posting sequence count will start over.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN REWARDS:
1) Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion posted for the current week period.
Post your answers anytime from Thursday through Wednesday. If you miss the weekly deadline to post, you will have to start over with your weekly sequence count.
2) When you’ve successfully completed 12 consecutive weeks of posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.”
Your Congratulations email includes instructions on how to schedule your reward Laser Coaching session with Val. You can use your session for communication coaching, intuition development, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
Refer to your Welcome Module in your student member dashboard for more detailed instructions about the Accountability exercises and office policies.
6 QUESTIONS
Answer these 6 assigned task questions in the REPLY box below. Be sure to click the SUBMIT button at the bottom. If you did not do a task, you get 1 free pass during the 12 week period. After that if you’re still not making the effort to complete the required assignments, then your 12 week counter will start over.
1. Meditating is important to your progress because it makes it easier to connect and communicate with animals, releasing mind chatter, improving your ability to be fully present. There are thousands of different kinds of meditations, taking anywhere from just a few minutes to an hour or more. There are no good excuses to not making the time to meditate during the week. You have a Meditation Module in your membership with many of our favorites especially designed for our students.

Last week I went two times through your Love Connection Guided Meditation, which I really like. What helps me is after breathing in, giving my attention to my heart beat, that calms me down a lot. Also, I am still going on with my previous week 3 times a day stopping my mind and for at least 5 minutes just being present, seeing the beauty of nature and things around me.
I tried to talk to the universe about one of the horses, who got badly hurt on her front leg on the carpus and whose owner comes only once in a long time to see her. Darolly is a 2 year old mare, Czech sport pony. She is living together with my own 11 horses and other 9 horses of different people.
Me: May I ask you for help with finding the truth?
Universe: Ok, yes.
Me: Darolly hurt herself on the left leg, and I would love to find out the truth, why did it happen?
Universe: She feels lonely. You are trying to find the guilty one. But in this situation it teaches you that whatever comes you accept and do your best you can do out of love. Just be present and feel it with your heart. Do not talk too much, just listen more.
I am grateful for the opportunity to connect with animals, people and nature. It leads me to live by myself without fear, to understand others from their point of view. And this week I could feel the changes in the relationship with my children and my husband.
I am grateful for what my husband is doing for me, like cooking lovely meals and healthy sweets, that he is also working on himself and that he started to go dancing with me once a week 🙂
I am grateful for people that are coming to learn from my horses.
I realized that “behavioral problem” is an animal acting in a particular way because she/he is trying to communicate something. Now I am not any more afraid to say it to the owner. It is not the person who has a problem with his/her animal, it is an animal having a problem with her/his owner who does not understand or does not listen.
Yes. A week ago as I promised I tried to connect to Sophie. Today I got the courage to write it to Terianne, so I see.
This week I listened to the whole workshop Animal Talk Coaching from 13.th January. And also started going through the tasks from the beginning. I feel this week was like a month, full of great moments, thanks. -

1. Which meditation(s) did you do? Post at least one.
Twin hearts meditation and Ambiance meditation, stress busting. There was a time issue this week due to circumstances, so I missed a couple of days.2. What is the name (or species type) of the being you practiced communicating with? Briefly describe what happened. What did you discover or learn from the experience? Post at least one.
I spoke to ATH Keely but have not been able to post yet. I was speaking with one of my rescue boys Sunny who had a major issue. I think I was able to reassure him about the vet visit (since I could not accompany him) and why he had to take the numerous medicines prescribed.3. Name one (or more) thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for. Post at least one.
I’m very grateful that Sunny has recovered. He woke up a week ago unable to use his hind legs…after an emergency vet visit and elaborate treatment, he’s almost back to normal. I’m also as always very grateful for the incredible resources from Val, from meditations and exercises to in depth classes.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
Nothing in particular this week, as it’s been a stressful and busy time, seeing to Sunny and house guests at the same time.5. Did you communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? What did you discover? If not, why not?
Yes, and posted.6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuition? Post at least one.
I’m still studying “Awaken your inner guidance” but progress has been slow due to the lack of time. I will be free to focus better from the weekend. -

1.Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. A little but not so much. I have been very tired this week with a lot of extra work. I have also done one of Val’s heart meditations. I enjoy meditation more and more.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with Elsa. I went straight into it after Val’s meditation. I didn’t look for words – and I felt a huge love presence. I got the impression she was telling me that it’s important to be full of love – not to be a perfect personality – but full of powerful love.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
The other people in the AC club. It’s helpful to keep hearing their experiences.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I’m reading and listening to Dolores Cannon’s work – thanks to Val’s recommendation, and am learning so much from them.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes. I asked Sophie for a beautiful memory and also about a message for her family. Am just posting so no feedback yet.
6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’ve been practising intuiting people positive and negative answers to questions – and I’m pretty much getting the positive or negative vibe right every time. -

1. Which meditation(s) did you do? Post at least one.
I have meditated this week, but not so consistently I’d say. I think I might have skipped a few days. Out of curiosity I have attended to some free webinars online, offered by various healers. I got a few things. One was called, Manifesting with Magdalene. The main idea I got, and resonated with, that when we invite something new in, we MUST clear something old. The analogy was, “if your hands are already full with groceries, despite the struggle, or the effort there is, it’s impossible to take on more things”.
Another idea I liked, and is similar with what Val is doing all the time, is regarding asking questions. The analogy was, “Questions are like keys that open locks”. I loved it, and for sure I will take care from now, not let pass any question might cross my mind. In the end, I want to open any locked door so that I can heal evolve and grow continuously.
2. What is the name (or species type) of the being you practiced communicating with? Briefly describe what happened. What did you discover or learn from the experience? Post at least one.
This week, I chose my funniest Aston to exercise. I exercised calling him. Every time I went to bed, I closed my eyes, and relaxed, and called Aston… The result: he came 4 out of 5 times. One evening I went to bed and left Aston sleeping in the kitchen. I called him, and he didn’t came. So as I did not feel very sleepy I took my book to have a few pages as a sleeping pill. After some reading moving to next page, I saw two yellow light bulbs over the edge of the book… He did give me a scare and when I lowered the book he meowed… So he jumped purring loudly either making fun of me, or just trying to offer comfort. 😊
I have called also Boumba, but he is King and if he isn’t in the mood to deal with his subjects issue he will ignore me anyway… 😊 😊 😊
3. Name one (or more) thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for. Post at least one.
I want to celebrate my communication with Aston! I see that he got an attitude change, as he shows his love even more. 🤗
4. What questions and/or discoveries do you have about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
Q: Is diet influencing our clairs development? Myth or truth?
D: The breakthrough of calling Aston and his responding!
5. Did you communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? What did you discover? If not, why not?
Not this week. Sophy is a wonderful watcher and a wise member and defender of her family, but I don’t know how time passed…
6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuition? Post at least one.
I stood with the full moon. I have written what I want to release, and burnt the paper… I believe that setting the intention, first to write, than to burn… is already a big step forward.
Not only that writing shaped or given the ideas a form, but it strengthened the intention.Otherwise not so active this week. I feel a sort of laziness sipping in, a sort of “I need a break” feeling, and can’t explain why. It’s like it’s not my thought but I catch it from somewhere. Will need to get Sherlock out of me to find out why, and how can I change it. I think EMF’s must have been too strong.

1. Meditations this week: I did 3 breathing meditations and two mindfulness meditations.
2. Who did I talk with: Carol H.’s Beau. He’s a very handsome dog with a strong sense of duty to guard the family. He’s always doing that, even when doing other things. He enjoys sniffing for something that lives underground, like moles or mice or something similar. Beau likes it when the family has all gone to bed so he can relax and sleep well. He’s been told he snores and thinks it is funny.I also talked with Sophie, this month’s FAT, again. She reminded me to relax and breathe to establish a better connection and noted how dog’s are often just resting and breathing. She showed me that she loves it when she’s resting in the family room with her family. Sophie thought it was funny when I asked if there was another dog in the house who would be a good trainer. She said he is too goofy and she is much more qualified.
3. Gratitude: I am so grateful that our cat, Max, who recently lost his brother, did well while we were out of town for five nights. My daughter pet-sat and he allowed her to give him love whenever she came over.
4. Discoveries: I can sense colors in some music. I noticed this while having a massage and listening to their soothing music.
5. FAT: I did speak with Sophie for a second time, as posted and mentioned in #2.
6. Intuition exercises: Once I realized I could sense particular shapes and colors as I was having a massage, I mindfully tuned in for three or four songs to see what I would pick up. I definitely sensed different shapes and colors that changed when the songs changed. I thought feeling these colors was a good step related to feeling the color of pens with my eyes closed. -

1. Which meditation(s) did you do? Post at least one.
Soft Focus Exercise
2. What is the name (or species type) of the being you practiced communicating with? Briefly describe what happened. What did you discover or learn from the experience?
Since we had the Masterclass on shelter/rescue animals, I tried to connect with 2 cats that my brother rescued 3 weeks ago. I feel like they both felt my greeting and my willingness to connect, but neither of them were open to communicate at that time. They have lived most of their life in a cage at PetSmart, so they are just getting used to being out of a cage and with people. I am hopeful that once they settle in a little bit more, they will be more open to communicate.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for.
I am grateful for the phrase Val gave me, “Slow down to go fast.” I need to remind myself of this often because I can’t get to where I want to go until I practice slowing down.
4. What questions and/or discoveries do you have about communicating with animals this week?
While I’m reading “The Power of Focusing,” I am discovering similarities between the process of Focusing and developing the skill of animal communication. Both start with offering a greeting. Both benefit from an attitude of curiosity. Both encourage checking to make sure what we received is right. Both suggest using gentle questions as a way of inviting the feelings/animals to tell us more.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? What did you discover? If not, why not? You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
I spoke with Sophie during our last Q&A session.
6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuition?
I have been reading a book recommended by Val, “The Power of Focusing.” It’s not exactly an intuition exercise. Although I do feel that by practicing the process of Focusing outlined in the book, it does utilize my Clairs and once I grow in my ability to do Focusing regularly, it will enhance my ability to access all my Clairs more readily.

1. Which meditations did you do
Stress busting exercise several times this week. Attended 30 mins evening ‘breathing’ session.
2. Practicing with animals
Talk to Tuxedo Princess, a neighbour’s cat on a daily basis. When visiting my home, Tuxedo understands my verbal/mental/visual explanations and I understand her needs and ‘routine’, food, play, let out, snooze, snuggles etc and we both act on them e.g time/actions of when I and she should leave my home, regardless of the time of day or night. When possible, give her the choice to stay or leave – she decides. The trust we have of each other has taken time and patience.
Tuxedo and Tabby are ‘getting along’ much better and are often seen together with Tabby following a little way behind Tuxedo. Tuxedo has almost stopped chasing wary Tabby from my small garden where she will now often just sit and watch Tabby. Great progress.
Asked a crow if I could talk to him. Crow replied, no, am busy and flew away. Crow was busy picking something off the ground before flying to a nearby flower bed. I checked the area to find the crow was picking up unshelled peanuts left for squirrels to bury them for himself at a later time.
3. What are you grateful for this week
2nd Feedback from Terrianne re Lesson learned from Sophie. Got a lot right e.g white dog, dogs noses kissing.
Grateful to any animal that deems to present itself to me, whether for petting, curiosity or making itself known by whatever means suits the animal.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries
Why and reasons do animals – their spirits, subject themselves to such unbelievable cruelty at the hands of humans. What lessons are to be learned.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher
No
6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week
Aware exercise – when crossing a threshold sensing the ambiance – what is the difference, not to be consciously aware of the differences

1. Which meditations did you doge?
I went back to the beginning; when I first began this program and did the Scallop Shell, that was one of my Go To’s for a long time.
It takes me back to my days of scuba diving when we lived in Hawaii. I picture myself sitting on the bottom of the ocean watching the fish swim by. It is so relaxing, my breathing slows and I literally go to another place. My mind is totally quiet and is like nothing I’ve ever experienced before.
I always enjoy this meditation but it seems like I am now going deeper each time I do it. I finish with Val’s instruction of imagining cleansing cold spring water pouring into the crown of my head , through my body and out thru my feet. WOW! So relaxed and refreshed.
In the study guide it asks, “How do you feel now versus how you felt before doing the meditating?”
The words immediately run thru my mind “We sang in the sunshine – you know we laughed every day” It was a very happy feeling!2. What is the name (or species type) of the being you practiced communicating with?
I communicated with my Georgia, who is in spirit. I was missing her so much and she told me she was right here beside me. I told her I still miss her so much but I could sense that was making her sad, so I told her I want her to be happy, that she deserves to be happy. She told me it is almost time for her to move on; it’s about 2 weeks till one year anniversary of her [passing and I got the feeling that it is her time to go to her next life. She said Sabrina is coming along nicely and all will be ok. I asked if she will still come to visit sometimes but I was losing the connection, probably because I was becoming emotional.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for.
I feel like I am coming out of the darkness and into the light. I feel like a new life is beginning, Like I am starting down a new road, I feel happy, but I feel sad, like I am leaving my old friends and the past which can be a little fearful, I feel like I am losing, leaving the past and it brings a lump to my throat although I know it is a good thing.
4. What questions and/or discoveries do you have
Life is a continuous journey, one of earning and changing new struggles, new rewards and am trying to learn to live in the present. I have been doing the mindfulness meditation and learning to stay focused and in the present.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher
No. This past week my time (both free time and time that should have been spent on other things) has been spent looking at pictures and videos of a litter of rescue briard puppies and trying to decide if I wanted one. Should I get one of these or wait until this fall/winter and breed Sarina to my frozen semen from my Dallas – of whom I have been wanting another son from. This litter can’t be registered, but who cares. The little girl is precious however I want a boy. The puppies are al adorable but one of the boys reminds me of one of my wonderful boys of the past. The other night I dreamed that I was taking care od a litter o puppies (maybe this litter?) and there was my wonderful big boy of the past there helping me. When I woke I wondered if that meant he was in this litter. I put my hat in the ring for one just to let the universe decided. I am longing for this puppy, but logically I should wait, do more work with Sabrina, etc. I have asked my pendulum 3 times abt it. First time it would not answer me, second time I asked (a few days Later) it said no . I asked if I should breed Sabrina and it said yes. I asked again this morning. Am I getting a puppy for this rescue litter and it said no, will I get a puppy from Sabrina? It said yes. The puppies will be going to their new homes in 2 weeks, they are making their decisions now. I will let you know.
So you see how my mind has been preoccupied. Throw in working with Sabrina every day, going to reactive class and going to scentwork training, studying my online reactive classes and studying anima communication pus actually going to my job lol, no I didn’t talk to the fat.6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week
I did get my cards out to work with them, but alas time ran out and I didn’t get to it. Does working with the pendulum count? -

#1 I continue to meditate each day. I am trying to keep to a daily schedule which includes meditation at the start of each day. I am also doing 3 minute meditations and grounding during transitions throughout the day.
#2 Last week, Val and I talked with Merlin, a new horse at the equine therapy program that I volunteer at. Merlin is a new arrival. He seemed to be depressed since his arrival. When we spoke with him, I realized that he was depressed because he didn’t know what his role was in this new environment. He didn’t know what “lessons” were or if he was going to participate in giving lessons.
Yesterday, I went to volunteer and there was Merlin getting dressed for a lesson. When I greeted him…”Hey Merlin, look at you, getting ready to give a lesson. Looking sharp!”. He lit up like the sun. He was almost giddy. It was so nice to see him expressing happiness.
I do think I have a special connection with Merlin, perhaps like I had with my own horse (spirit), Jack. When I talk to Merlin, he always comes over to me and offers his head so I can scratch as we bond. He is very cool.#3 I want to celebrate my kickstart from Val to open up dialogue with Merlin, Jesse and Sven. I know they are acknowledging me in a different way than before.
#4 I want to be able to realize the difference between communication styles. Did I miss the communication because it happened so fast? Or was the communication sent through body language which I missed because I was expecting more.
#5 Sophie did a great job telling me when she spoke to the students. I think she liked it. If possible, I think she has a bigger head than before being FAT. 🤣
#6 I am trying to get better at listening to my intuition and accepting what comes to me. I am getting better at emptying my mind and letting intuition lead the way.
