To help you stay on track growing your communication abilities, each week answer these 6 questions. As an ethical bribe incentive, when you post your answers for 12 weeks in a row, Gold and Platinum members earn a free Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session with Val (regularly $125).
The 6 questions you are tasked with answering each week address multiple and interconnected areas and are clarified below. Please post your answers with specifics for each question.
The goal is to guide you to become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, learned from, healed, and cleared.
You don’t have to be perfect, just do your best completing each assignment every week. Practice with animals and receive proper feedback about what you got (example: talk with Featured Animal Teacher) is the best way to know if you’re doing it correctly, if you’re making mistakes along the way, and help you discover what adjustments could help you improve.
Rather than copy and paste the same answers every week, the answers must be unique each and every week. If we feel you are not putting real effort into this or trying to hack the system, then you will be asked to try again. If you still don’t improve your efforts, then your weekly posting sequence count will start over.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN REWARDs:
1) Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion posted for the current week period.
Post your answers anytime from Thursday through Wednesday. If you miss the weekly deadline to post, you will have to start over with your weekly sequence count.
2) When you’ve successfully completed 12 consecutive weeks of posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.”
Your Congratulations email includes instructions on how to schedule your reward Laser Coaching session with Val. You can use your session for communication coaching, intuition development, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
Refer to your Welcome Module in your student member dashboard for more detailed instructions about the Accountability exercises and office policies.
6 QUESTIONS
Answer these 6 assigned task questions in the REPLY box below. Be sure to click the SUBMIT button at the bottom. If you did not do a task, you get 1 free pass during the 12 week period. After that if you’re still not making the effort to complete the required assignments, then your 12 week counter will start over.
1. Meditating is important to your progress because it makes it easier to connect and communicate with animals, releasing mind chatter, improving your ability to be fully present. There are thousands of different kinds of meditations, taking anywhere from just a few minutes to an hour or more. There are no good excuses to not making the time to meditate during the week. You have a Meditation Module in your membership with many of our favorites especially designed for our students.
Which meditations did you do?
2. Practice communicating with at least one animal each week to strengthen and grow your communication skills, and so you can get validation and confirmation. It is often easier to communicate with animals that are not your own. Visit our Animal Teachers page or our Featured Animal Teacher and share what you get so their person can give you the proper feedback to grow your skills, or correct and learn from mistakes in our safe community.
What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?
3. Celebrating connections, life, feeling love, appreciation and practicing gratitude is important. There is always something to appreciate and for which to be grateful.
What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
5. Communicating with our Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) of the month is a great opportunity to grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
6. Developing ALL your intuitive abilities is important. You have many Intuition Development Lessons available in your student members account, under the Welcome Module. These are not games, they are exercises and lessons especially designed for our communication students. Do not use an intuition game app.
Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what did you do to practice growing your intuition?
We look forward to reading about your week. You are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts offering encouragement, loving support, and celebrating successes. After all, we are here to learn from and inspire each other too!
Need help or have a question? Click Reply below, OR look under HELP in the top menu, OR email Moderator@ValHeart.com
TIP: We recommend you type your answers elsewhere first, such as in a document in Word, Google docs, or Pages, and then copy and paste them into the Reply field below. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over rewriting your accountability post.
NOTE: All students are invited to participate, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.

#1 I have meditated this month, Heart Wisdom. Obviously it’s the beginning of the month. I plan to continue each day as my foundation to connecting to animals.
#2 This week, I spoke with Edgar, a 9 month old cat that has been bullying the older resident cat. When I asked him about it, he showed no remorse. He said he was growing stronger and wanted to have the top cat position. I suggested he first approach it in a non confrontational way and see if the other cat even cares for the top cat status. (His Mom thought the other cat could care less). He may find that he doesn’t need to be a bully at all. He looked at me as if he couldn’t understand what I was saying and responded “That’s just the way it is. When you try to take a higher position in the pack, you have to scuffle for it”. “We don’t sit together and talk it out.” I asked him to be gentle because he might not have the resistance from the other cat as he thinks.
#3 I would like to celebrate Sophie being FAT for the month of January. I am looking forward to hearing about all the fascinating conversations that will ensue.
#4 I will be interested to see which of the Clairs Sophie will use when interacting with the students this month. I am not able to receive information from Sophie even though I know at times she is tirelessly trying to get her point across to me.
#5 I spoke with this month’s FAT (my Sophie) and asked her if she would tell me when she has spoken with any of my classmates so that I can reply and give feedback in a timely manner. It’s a test to see if Sophie will actually signal to me or not.
#6 I have been watching each of my animals independently using intuition to get a clear independent picture of each.

1. Which meditation(s) did you do? Post at least one.
Twin hearts meditation, using the mantra Om to clear negative energies, and prayers of the heart. I find Ho’oponopono calming when I’m unable to focus on longer meditations.2. What is the name (or species type) of the being you practiced communicating with? Briefly describe what happened. What did you discover or learn from the experience? Post at least one.
I have been trying to connect with Khush but invariably the loss overwhelms me …maybe 3 weeks is too early. I tried communicating with an ATH but it was unsatisfactory. My learning is from Val’s mail that one should not wait to be perfect but just take steps to improve…I tend to want to do things perfectly or not at all.3. Name one (or more) thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for. Post at least one.
I am grateful for the sunny days and mountains and trees around and the remission from my physical issues.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
Nothing in particular this week….looking forward to the call to get an answer to my question on animals knowing about their transition.5. Did you communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? What did you discover? If not, why not?
Not yet, waiting to do so during the call.6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuition? Post at least one.
This has been a very difficult week due to major power and internet issues, so I could not study the Awaken your Inner guidance course which I was doing, and went back to the basic ones on choosing colors of crayons and stones. -

1. Which meditation(s) did you do? Post at least one.
I meditated everyday minimum once. I have finished the 21 days of abundance, and on day 19, when it is the love meditation, Mr. Ming opened his wings and flew to the Angel Realm. I believe that meditation of Deepak Chopra from day 19, was his gift for me.
Since his transitioning I have meditated a lot on his legacy, and the fact that he touched so many people… and he learned to trust and love people, and he saw how it looks a Christmas Tree from inside, and… I thought a lot about how much he touched my heart with his strength, grace, bravery, resilience, and love… at the same time he succeeded to do the same for other people too… because he stayed 2 months in the hospital, from the 2nd of November to 4th of January… I have gotten to see the people working there how they transformed and learned from him.
A day before his passing I have lit a candle to pray for Mr. Ming.
It was on 3rd of January, 3 o’clock pm.
All day it has been raining and windy.. not an inviting weather to be outside at all. But when I started praying, all of a sudden the clouds departed on the dusk line and a strong shining sun appeared. When thinking about it I still feel the warmth of the sun on my clothes, hands and eyes.
The rain stopped, and the sky was orange, yellow could say.. golden, and the dark grey clouds turned into blue.
When I have finished my prayer, the gap closed and the clouds changed color again…
That evening I held Mr. Ming for hours, until my hands would shake and I stood there with him until the hospital closed. I knew he actually flew away in that loving warming light of God, than on 3rd of january at 3 pm,.. but I said my goodbyes as I wanted, and I believe he transitioned as he wanted, in his own terms.2. What is the name (or species type) of the being you practiced communicating with? Briefly describe what happened. What did you discover or learn from the experience? Post at least one.
Even though I am strong, I still have to process my grieve …
Mr. Ming looked elegant even when we laid him in the grave. His eyes were closed, his front paws underneath, as if he was meditating with a soft smile. His fur was not dull anymore but silky, and he wasn’t that skinny either…So, more with words this week with all my friends.
3. Name one (or more) thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for. Post at least one.
I am happy that I have succeeded to offer to Mr. Ming a warm shelter, lots of love from me and the hospital workers, especially from my friend that is dedicating her whole life to help animals especially cats. She was there more than I was, and I am grateful that she never missed a day to let me know about Mr. Ming.
I celebrate LOVE and understanding and balance and abundance!
4. What questions and/or discoveries do you have about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
Q: How can I become a better animal communicator when my heart is crying? Why do I still hurt if I have learned and know so much? Is it the mind controlling the feelings, the subconscious? I know so many things now, and I also know that, that it is the way, but why those sad feelings are coming back?
D: I can’t remember a specific discovery regarding AC.
5. Did you communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? What did you discover? If not, why not?
I thought to communicate with Sophy, but perhaps during the call I will be more prepared to do it.
6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuition? Post at least one.
I couldn’t focus very well, but during my meditative periods I used to see purple light… and for the first time I saw red and gold in shades I have never experienced before. Don’t think my human eyes can see those colors.
i attach also the wings of Mr. Ming, the candle I have lit to pray for him, and the candle with one wing in flight as the last wave of adorable Grand Master Mr. Ming on Earth.Attachments:

Lucia,
Thank you for sharing about the transition of the amazing Mr. Ming. My heart goes out to you as you process your grief. The pictures of the flame were something to behold – I loved the one wing in flight as the last wave from Grand Master Mr. Ming as he exited this physical body.
Sending you love and light,
Sue -

Hi Sue!
Thank you for your sending your heart, love and light!
They are gratefully received!
I always get signs in candles no matter which kind they are, but Mr. Ming’s is unique.
I know time is a healer and the wound will mend. He got his freedom back but he will be missed.
Thank you for your kind message! Heartedly appreciated!
Looots of 💖!

1. Alternate nostril breathing, bunaural bests, and daily meditation
2. I talked with a black dog named augie whose mom wanted to know why he was unhappy with his sibling, and an overweight kitty named Sunny whose mom wanted to klw kf he wanted to be able to get to the outdoor catio his the window.
3. I’m grateful for everything in my life, especially my animals, my spirituality, and my friends who are being supportive during this transition period in my life.
4. My discovery is that I have been taking a bit of space with animal communication because I’ve been trying to listen to my intuition and not force it so much. I want so much to talk to animals that I think its causing me to not realize I’m receiving messages. Taking this pause to listen to silence and trust my senses is helping me to be less expectant and strained.
5. Not yet
6. Like #4, I’m spending more time listening to silence, trying to hear the universe instead of my own thoughts.

1. Which meditations did you do
Extended Awareness Meditation Stress busting
2. Practicing with animalsSquirrels in a local secluded park. Four squirrels rushed from the trees the moment I began the clicking sound used to call them, which I haven’t done in a long time. They danced around my feet being hand fed. One squirrel chased another. Told him to stop, as it wasn’t a nice thing to do. He stopped at once and came to me.
After telling the squirrels I’d be back next day with more food, went on my way, however, a squirrel jumped on the 3 ft wall a few feet from me so told him the same to which he chatted back in his own language in response then ran off. (not supposed to feed grey squirrels)
3. What are you grateful for this weekGrateful to the squirrels responding to my call, after not hearing it or seeing me for a long time. They must have known I intended to take food to the park – intention worked
Am grateful the short daylight hours will start getting longer to help me function more effectively
4. Questions and/or Discoveries
What is, if any, difference between a ‘Healing Team’ – ‘energic’ and your ‘Guides’
Which written way is best – conversation style or summary style of the animals and your communication to give to the guardian5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher
Yes Will post if forum
6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this weekKept getting an urgent feeling to visit the local library, which I often do, but this was different. Met a librarian I hadn’t spoken to in ages who told me the library had started a ‘warm coat’ scheme – bring a coat for another person to take for free. Same day, I returned with 3 coats. On leaving, someone had left 2 big bags of children’s books outside. Library didn’t want them so I gave books to charity, others to a book scheme and others into a community ‘book’ box next to the bus top where anyone can take/leave books for others to use.
In all a productive day that may not have happened without the ‘feeling’

1. Meditation on mindfulness releasing thoughts, healing meditation, imagination and preparation for communicating with the animals exercise.
2. Birds, was thanked in an awesome chorus of sounds for an extra feeder. The flocks are large this year. I discovered, if you listen, birds use different sounds for different communication-excitement.
3. I am very grateful our awesome Jade got me back on track.
4. Can animals read our minds without verbal speech?
5. I attempted, received a feeling she was sad for me, as her face looked sad as I attempted to communicate.
6. I didn’t do any of the exercises in the course. Instead I used all my senses in the forest as I walked. I listened, smelled, felt the bright green lichen growing on a fallen log. The sights, sounds etc. While travelling to a forest one day, I received an intense “feeling” not to go there, so instead, I went somewhere else. -

I want to celebrate Val. Her heart makes her a very special person and I am so pleased to have found her.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I had my one to one session with Val. A lot of discoveries about myself – and seeing ways I can move myself forward. A lot of detail needed so I will find time to write a longer post -but I’m very grateful for how quickly Val helped me get to the heart of the matter! To summarise: I keep uncovering old wounds, and in so doing, get a little closer to healing.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No.
6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
